The Return of The Weekly Updates on Mondays?

              To be honest I miss the weekly updates on Sundays which went to Mondays but it hasn't been a thing since I kind of disburse the team part in the last few months and there hasn't been an update since Monday, April 26th, 2021 which is like 4 months since I've done the weekly updates since all the drama went down but that is now in the past, I have moved on and happy to be on my own at this point since The CBOTW Show went under. You probably noticed lately, I have been keeping you guys up to date on things here and there but I think it is time to return this popular blog to it's old time slot Mondays at 11 am EST. It has been long coming for the return of this blog and I already updated my board so now I only need to do 3 topics and I know what about events wouldn't that be on Mondays technically? I haven't gotten that far with re-organizing things yet for the return of events. I will be sure to fix that eventually. 

             So starting next week, it will be back on the schedule and again I will have to remember to schedule around the event side of things and probably another podcast for next week perhaps but I am excited to have this back. Honestly, it has done extremely well on the website in the past and I should of kept it on the list to be quite honest. However now it is coming back and 4 months of not having weekly updates has really affected because you guys kept liking those posts and retweeting the posts so it goes to show it was a good popular post. I know it wasn't easy with 5 posts a week and one of the reasons why it went away but it seems every time I post an update you guys read what I have to say so this is why the decision to bring it back to the website. Anyways it will be returning starting next Monday at the usual time and till tomorrow's post have a great rest of your Tuesday!

Things I Wanna Accomplish This Year and In The Future!

                Got some major goals for this year to complete as this year has been a really tough year not just for me but also my Co-Host Larry. We have been all over the place with recording and what not but this is what I wanna accomplish this year:            

Power Rangers Collab: The bigger goal for this year to get done is getting all all caught up with the Collaboration Podcast and back on track for the podcast as we have been all over the place with recording for the past year and we really need to try and get back on track and with the podcasts getting shorter and seasons shortened it will be a bit easier to do. 

Entertainment Man Podcast: Getting the notes finished for 2022 and the plan for next year for this podcast as you guys seem to actually enjoy the episodes each and every week and something to listen every week. Anyways I am still planning to return for 2022 going into my 3rd season of this podcast despite it's only been around almost 2 years now. 

Everything About Reality TV: I know this podcast isn't around anymore but myself and Jim need to actually need to update some of the code on the website to change the font color and size so it is all the same size and color across the entire website. 

                    I wanna also talk about the things I wanna accomplish in the future and it is really only one thing on my list at this time:

Re-writing The Photocopier Story: I know I have spoken about this publicly about this and as I have said I wrote a story, 3 to be exact and I know I do not know a lot of what I said and no way for me to actually get copies of the stories so I can re-write and even improve on the stories but I plan on actually re-writing em as we head into 2022. 

                  Anyways that is the post for today and I actually am considering bringing back the weekly updates as I always seem to update you guys on things and I am going to talk about it on tomorrow's post as it was a popular post each week but will explain tomorrow on the post and what I am thinking moving forward.

Facebook Restricted x2!

                  Yeah I have had my share of problems with the platform recently and quite frankly not been in a good mood since last night and honestly getting more and more frustrated with the platform and starting to wonder if I still wanna be a part of this platform and to be honest it's not easy because if I left Facebook then Jim and Billy would be left but let me explain what has been going on with me:

Restricted From Streaming: Not once but twice I have been restricted from streaming on the platform and I cannot stream right from the website so that's sounding like some kind of bug but also I got locked out of my account as someone is trying to get in but I have 2 factor authentication on and other ways to login. So something is going on with the website to be quite honest. I will be trying to stream through OBS when my 30 day ban is up at the end of September. 

30 Day Ban from Posting On Facebook: Really this is the second 30 day ban this year which really puts a damper on me being able to post and I am so thankful to have Jim on board to help  and relay any updates from my Twitter and/or Instagram and Billy to keep things at bay and that it doesn't get out of control and I don't think it will with 26 - 27 members in the group and if you wanna be a part of it it is on the right hand side near the top bar where the logos are. 

                    I know a lot of you guys are wondering what happening with that situation so I had to explain what is going on. I will not go into all the details of what happened but Jim and Billy are both there if you guys need anything or have any questions. Both of the guys can communicate with me through IM since I am not blocked from sending messages to and receiving em from my Management and Moderation Team so please feel free to message em if you got any questions whatsoever with content they are there to help. I will still be on Twitter and Instagram and will answer DM's but that is today's post, have a great weekend and I will talk to you all on Monday!

I Won A Writing Award In Elementary School! (Throwback Thursday)

              Way back I am talking 20 years ago, I wrote stories. It was the photocopier that had it's own life stories and unfortunately they were destroyed by an individual and I never had a chance to re-create that story whatsoever, however I do remember it was a trilogy of 3 of them that I did. If I remember the 3rd one which I do not remember the name of the 3rd book but I remember the fact it was a short story not like a huge book. I really wished I had back-ups of the books on the computer. Anyways I got an award I believe it was for my second story or my 3rd but all I know is I got a trophy and it is on my top shelf and hasn't been brought down in many years but I truly deserved that award I put a lot of effort into all the stories. I might get into re do the stories and maybe I need to put more oomph into it, meaning bigger and better storyline in the short stories so it is definitely a possibility and I plan on doing some writing when I get some free time and that is coming up with me closing in to the finish line of notes for at least 3 of the collabs.

                I just wish I knew the title of the final book but that is gone and I do not remember whatsoever what it is so this might be the opportunity for me to actually come up with a catchy title. Anyways that trophy means the world to me and I never ever wanna let it go. It is a very treasured memento to me and I think it will be something I will treasure for the rest of my life. Actually it was 20 years ago 2 months ago to when I actually won this trophy. I cannot believe it has been that long since I actually won this and there was a photo taken of me with it but it was lost and not sure if the teacher who took it is still there which I can contact her to get it sent to me here and I believe she could of now retired from teaching so it is a disappointment but I can always take one now of me now with it and maybe it is just time for me to take a picture of me with it 20 years later. Power Rangers Collaboration Podcast Updates!

                I want to give you guys an update on things. By the time this comes out, I will have completed Jungle Fury and onto typing Mystic Force, Operation Overdrive and Jungle Fury notes and getting geared up for RPM which will be the last one for 2021 and I probably start working on it after so it is done and then I can take a break and start working on Entertainment Man Podcast's 2022 schedule. However this update is about the Collab not the other podcast. I am going to provide you a recording schedule that is tentative right now but here it is:

                  Soon as I finish notes for Mystic Force, Operation Overdrive and Jungle Fury I'll be mailing them out to Larry as you guys see September 30th we will be back to recording the podcast again and trust me, I am very, very excited to be returning to recording this series and it has been almost a month but by the time we get back to the collab, it'll be officially 2 months since we recorded last. I am aiming for Friday to release the SPD episode finally but Tuesday at the latest but stay tuned to social media for more details! The Binding of Isaac After Birth + and Spelunky 2 Updates!

                    I have an update on The Binding of Isaac. I got to play a bit over the weekend while on an hour break from working hard. The first update out of 2 is I had Isaac who threw bombs at things which mind you it was like Dr. Fetus in the vanilla and was quite easy to handle after a few fail attempts and I went all the way to the end and completed the challenge that I was doing. Also I have since my last update month or so ago unlocked the flooded caves which is really cool and you can literally hear the drip, drip, drip sound which is cool and gives it an cool floor to play.  Also the burned floors that look like lava and fire is cool but the only problem it is a bit darker and harder to see what is what but I am adjusting to them playing it a bit more and getting use to it. The other update is I tried a Samson run and went pretty far, I went to MOM but ended up dying after but soooo close to the end yet again. I have noticed that I am going deep into runs these days and everyday I am getting better and better at this game. I wish I can put the dedication into Spelunky 2 which I will get into next.

                    As I said I wish I would do a lot better at Spelunky but I seem to some how end up dying and fast and I do not like those yellow dude that roll up and rolls around the floors and hits me and to be honest, I hate these dudes... Really frustrating to be honest! I can also tell you the truth, I have given up on Spelunky 2 all together.... I cannot seem to do anything right and is not worth my time and I think I am just done with this all at this point. I rather play videos game that I would do better at and is at the bottom of my list at this moment. Anyways that is my updates for gaming and if I got anymore, I will do another post on another week. Figured Out Why I Keep Getting Restricted From Streaming On Facebook!

                I figured out why the heck I kept getting locked out, it was a Facebook bug because the second time around this happened and I got restricted, I found a way around resetting the password to my account and I can view and see Facebook no problems whatsoever.  However the problem now is I am restricted once again from streaming but when I get unrestricted I will test streaming through OBS and if that doesn't work then I will never ever stream to Facebook ever again at this rate and nothing I can do about it whatsoever. This site is a pain in my butt and I can ensure you I did not break any of their rules whatsoever. All I did was go live and they tried to lock me out and restricted me. Not pleased whatsoever. If I poof and they ban me from the website then so be it but I do not think they will whatsoever as I am not breaking any rules and oh I will fight it honestly. 

               So that is the story with Facebook and I had an original post for Blue Jays but rather keep my thoughts to myself. This website has to fix their flaws because it has become more and more buggy and to be honest, might not even bother with going live anymore and any news that I may have will be pre-recorded from here on out at this time. I think this is the best move and at least if I wanna go live I can do that via Instagram Live but I just feel like those days have passed by and a thing of the past and only real reason I keep OBS is to do these small updates so you guys know what's going on with ChrisBOnTheWeb.  Anyways that is today's little ramble post about social media, hope you guys enjoyed me complaining about Facebook and I will talk to you all on tomorrow's blog post post.

What I Wanna Do With The Studio In The Future?

                With the rumors of CBOTW Gamers Podcast eventually coming back possibly, not 100% sure as there are other reasons behind that I didn't explain which I am not going to talk about publicly as I do not wanna discuss it. However my computer is aging and getting really old for computer years and I am already planning for the future of this studio whether this podcast happens or not, I still need a computer for recording and honestly this one is slowing the heck down. Anyways this is what is planned with this new PC:

- 3rd Monitor: Yes it is quite difficult to stream or record with so I am putting the money forward on top of the cost of the computer which could be up to 5 grand or more plus another 2 - 4 hundred dollars for the monitor and also the monitor stand for 3 monitors since I am expanding on the screens and will be the 3rd and final screen as I do not wanna get too exotic. 

- Possibly upgrading Larry's Mic: I have had Larry's mic for quite sometime, years since probably 2015 at this point and eventually I wanna have both mics the same mic, AT2020 Condenser Microphone. Do not worry the Audio Technica PRO31 will remain in my studio and not going anywhere anytime soon. However I plan to do that soon before that happens and it will happen probably after Larry is able to return to the studio.  This is a possibility and not 100% sure at this moment. 

                   That is the update of when I get the computer and even before and I am excited for the future of this studio and yes I will continue to give you guys updates on the studio and the changes I make. Studio Updates [08-18-2021]

                    Got a bit of an update to the studio. I have made a couple of changes made to the studio and the first one was the purchase of a brand new USB Mixer. Now I had a BUS Mixer originally the Samson MDR624. As you guys know the wire popped out of the end and the reason why there was a problem with it and I couldn't get the wire replaced so the Mixer was thrown out as it wasn't usable anymore so I ended up buying this mixer and to be quite honest with you guys, I love the mixers with the fader its so much easier to actually and the knobs are not a problem with my fat fingers hitting the knobs so it made it very difficult to actually turn on mics and what not but what matters now is I have the Behringer x1204 USB Mixer. I can also say I love this mixer. My favorite one that I have had over the years out of the 3 mixers I have owned.

Now the other thing that has changes is the microphone is repositioned into a up right position almost.  Also you probably seen on the microphone the mic flag with the CBOTW logo. I have had that for almost 2 months now and it looks so professional within the studio and I have really up'd the studio look and I continue to up the studio and things continue to look amazing and I can say this is definitely a professional setup now. I would like to add another screen to my setup eventually and will to add the additional screen to the studio and would spend the extra money to get it but we'll see how I feel and maybe I will and it depends if I wanna add in a 3rd and final screen. I'd have to find another mounts for the screens as this one has 2 at this moment. Anyways that is today's post, hope you guys enjoyed it and I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Minecraft Server Updates [08-17-2021]

               This will be my final update on the server for a little while as I do not think I'll have an update for you guys for a while after this. Anyways I expanded the property, the farm but 1 x 2 block. Including the expansion of the main building and the Office building which the Office Building I had to be careful with Floors 2, 3 and 6 as there are villagers wondering around and doing their join in society especially my minions on the top floor of the building. 

                Now the other updates, I have removed the glass roof to make it into a more building itself. The Villagers have the main floor, 2nd and 3rd floor to wonder and access to the office building as well with no access on the basement floor where the garden centre and animals are which I keep seeing a random goat spawning about.... LOL. Also they do not have access to the storage facility and it is locked off with gate. Also the outside of the huge structure they do not have access to minus the Wandering Traders as they can spawn anywhere so really they have access to anywhere on the property or the outside world too and if we lose em we lose em, nothing we can really do honestly. 

Now to the final part of the update I wanna make is the floating sky base that is literally up in the sky and if you literally look down, you can see a village and the villagers below and only way to get up there is through Creative Mode. It is very easy to see on a clear day and wish I made it higher and maybe something I can do in the future is creative some kind of tube elevator for people to even access it in the sky or yet again just leave it where you have to use creative mode. While I am working on Jungle Fury I will be working on the world and I think I am going to rise it a lot higher then the original one is so it is barely visable and only my niece and nephew and I can access it. My Priorities Are All Over The Place!

               I am really all over the place with my priorities and I really need to focus on the priorities which is getting the collab prepped for the fall and I am almost there but the weekend that just went by, I actually got to recording intros for the podcast and updating the entire website to editing the podcast and tomorrow is the start of Jungle Fury as I took a small break from watching to do some other projects for ChrisBOnTheWeb so I am all over the place and I hate being all over the place but it will all get done in due time and I have a plan but I think I am going to just go in and out of things on the list and yeah it will be done eventually. I guess it is all about priorities. I did finish up the intros this weekend and got into the editing for the collab and I still have to get an announcement out when it is done as I've held onto it for weeks now so I have to figure out the release and I do not wanna hold on to it much longer. 

                Why you think I have yet to release, it goes along the lines of my priorities have been so all over the place I need to really continue editing that podcast and get it out. I can hear you guys grumbling over it not being out yet and you guys knew I was recording it on the 29th of last month so I really need to get to it out to you guys soon as production for that Podcast is starting back up within a month from now so that one does have to get out. Also I gotta start planning Entertainment Man Podcast for 2022 as it is going into it's 2nd year of production which I think is doing absolutely amazing which I will talk more about towards the end of this week but what matters it will be done just take baby steps and it will be done but the weekend it was an interesting change of pace especially for me.
