I know, I know, I've been bad with updates when it comes to an update with my weight loss journey. In fact it probably been moves since I have done an update and currently at 227 pounds last I checked but with that tournament back on the weekend, I ate out which meant mean more then likely gained a pound or two up once again so I have to work on it. However I am working it things and need to get that weight down as it can help with my knees.
Starting to cut back on things hopefully it helps with the knee problems that I am now struggling with as my knee is now experiencing cartilage deteriorating and arthritis in it as well. Not good whatsoever. Weight loss will help me with the pain management for the time being till I am older and able to get the scope surgery unless it gets worse then I can get it but for now that will help me for the time being. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you guys tomorrow for the end of the week updates.
