Mamma's Pizza Review [03-31-2023]

             This was requested by my group mod, Billy on a side group I have for ChrisBOnTheWeb and also Jimi. Anyways last week, Larry and I went to Mamma's Pizza and just ordered a pepperoni Pizza with cheese. Note it was a thin crust which I rarely get to have that so it was definitely a nice treat. Now the location is only 10 minute walk from home to go get the pizza which is literally at the corner of a major road and another road but it is nice to have another pizza place since the other pizza place shutdown on us.

                Now the Pizza itself, was the usual nice gooey, cheesy deliciousness out of the pizza and it is definitely the Mamma's Pizza I remember when I went to Mamma's Pizza in Toronto at the Exhibition Place during the CNE many, many years ago. So the Pizza definitely exceeds our expectations 15 out of 10 as I said it exceeds our expectations. Staff there, the girl was amazing in helping us both on the phone as we phoned it ahead of schedule and also gets a 15 out of 10 as well. My team Larry and I will be back there in the future. I hope you guys enjoyed this bonus blog today, thought it'd be a nice treat for you all and I will talk to you all on Monday, have a great weekend!

End of The Week Updates [03-31-2023]

            Another week is over and I am honestly glad it is! It has been hell all week from drama in the community and my personal life too. Anyways here is the updates:

Entertainment Man Podcast: I had an amazing meeting with an amazing guest that will be coming on the podcast down the road as it needs to be booked at this moment. Just worked on the notes Tuesday night into Wednesday morning as I couldn't sleep whatsoever. This weekend will be a topic as my guest has to postpone till next month.

Power Rangers Collab: Been editing the collab from last week and I will have the episode out on my website Saturday at 11 am EST. Then I will edit the other one. I am currently also working on Ninja Steel for the future collab so we can get it done and ready by the 23rd. 

Blogs on Saturdays: I have decided to do away blogs on Saturdays as I do not do em too often anymore. Only way I'd do it on a weekend if New Years Eve and Day ends up on the weekend like last year and the start of this year.

          Anyways those are the updates for this week, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and I will be talking to you all on Monday for another blog post to start off a fresh and new week around CBOTW Studios.

This Week's Been Odd...

             This week has been odd with the content. While dealing with the drama in the family and my mental health has taken a turn for the worst. I have had to redo over and over again the blog post especially with collab gone into tovsey turvy downward spiral at the time. However that is probably changing but lots to rectify at the moment. So today's post was trashed apparently as I had to shift a bunch of the posts here on the website around cause of my stupidity and not thinking clearly whatsoever. 

              I've not been thinking straight whatsoever and my mind has been all over the place some family stuff that went on Monday and I haven't really worked much on content for you guys and I need to get to work on the collabs especially. I hope the next couple of weeks I can really focus on the content so this way you guys get the good quality content you want to hear. Anyways this week may have been odd but I am back on track slowly but surely and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

I Need To Take At Least 1 Day Off!

             I am notorious for not taking time off for myself. I am always working on something whether it is minor or a major project, I am always working on things. I know it is not healthy to not take time off and even at least one day a week I should just do nothing, no work, no stress, nothing. I know I want to get the collab finished for the 30th season and what not but still I should take a day of rest. Maybe that should be on Sundays I can relax, go to church so this means I would have to change my podcast interview timetable around. Plus most of the time my niece and nephew play on Saturdays and Sundays for their hockey and I want to take an hour to watch em play. 

           I just need to etch that into my schedule and starting this weekend I am going to start taking Sundays off and moving interviews on Saturdays instead of the Sundays this way I can have a complete day to myself and plus I enjoy sitting down and listening to the podcast with you guys each and every week then I can just do whatever but it's not work just a joy doing once a week interacting with you guys. Especially now at 31 subscribers at this point the number is growing on there and views are fantastic. Either way I need to take a day off and not do anything. There is some major re configuring to do in my schedule right now in order to fit in my time off. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow.

What The Heck Is Going On?

            Well so much has happened with this bloody collab, merger, threats of it ending and so on. I overreacted with it all.  This is the first time you have heard about this from me or my team. My only team member that knows is Brianna. Larry has no clue what is going on with everything. I will sit down with him on camera and talk to him about it and we can talk further. Right now I have to fix it. Cause we have come a heck of a long way. I need to stop freakin out. Cause this new format Larry and I have been doing proved to be a success in the end. 

          All we do is continue to trek to the end game and then we decide what's next after the 30th season.  Right now we do not know what's next and sounding like after 30 seasons being covered any future power rangers seasons will be moved onto The CBOTW Show Audio ONLY Feeds as we want to take it to the next level up with our podcasts. Power Rangers Collab has been so successful but we are ready to take it up a notch after 5 years on it's own as a podcast. Who knows but that is the post for tonight, I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Wendel Clark's Review.... [The Last Review]

            I wouldn't call this a review, I'd call this a catastrophe...... Now the food, Carlton Street Club Sandwich with Onion Rings were great and all and still give it 10 out of 10 but that is not the point of this blog it is more the service and lack of communication from our server. A good friend of mine was going to get me a cookie dessert which he got his but I never got mine whatsoever so I ended up cancelling it. To top it off they didn't put the bills as we wanted them as some of us were seperate. 

            That is the tip to the ice berg... There was another server that had an attitude issue with us when we didn't do a damn thing to her. I didn't like that whatsoever and glad I cancelled my cookie to be quite honest. I didn't even leave a single tip as they got nothing, nadda zip. Because honestly I AM NEVER GOING back. They will not get my business whatsoever. In the future, I will be going to other places like Teddy's which has never given me a problem. The service I'm giving -10 out of 5. End of The Week Updates [03-24-2023]

            First of all I apologize if this is late, I thought it wasn't Friday today and completely thrown off by the days so this may be half hour or is and half hour later then normally scheduled and it is truly my own fault in the process but here are the updates for the week:

CBOTW Studios: As you know the studio here has been in transition with the computer for a week now and pretty well think I have settled down with the setup, just a few little moving parts the new monitor, setting up the monitor stand and old computer at the old desk which I will do this weekend I'm sure. 

Entertainment Man Podcast: Had some issues with editing software on the older machine but seems to been fixed with a reboot of the system everything seems to be OK now.

Power Rangers Collab: As usual started working on Ninja Steel but stopped cause of the computer switch and now on the newer machine now so that delayed getting episodes done and I think I'm at episode 3 or 4 now but hope to work on it this weekend a bit.

          I hope I can take some time off Sunday for the day to just rest and rejuvenate, a lot going on work wise and this crazy, crazy studio and will continue to update you guys on the progress of desk 2 as it comes. Those are the updates for today, I will talk to you all on Monday!

What Do I Think of Windows 11?

          At the start, I absolutely hated it with a passion as all the icons were in the middle and the taskbar was white and too bright but with the help of my neighbour I have customized it a bit to my liking and I really like it now so far. Just the usual where do I find things as it is a bit different from Windows 10 which I have on the old machine of mine which will be used in the future for just the work load and editing the podcast, paper work for the podcast and what not. The old machine has barely anything on it anymore, most of it is on this machine.

          However it is taking me a bit of time to adjust and get use to where everything but I actually like how organized this version of Windows is so it is a bit better then the other version. Plus I had no choice to go to Windows 11 cause they don't put Windows 10 on the new machines and I was planning on upgrading to it. Plus I wanted to be up to the current operating system. For those Windows 10 users it does take some time and Google is your best friend to find out where everything is but it is a lot better then 10. I highly recommend it. It is just taking me a bit more time then usual to adjust but in time I'll be a pro and I already think I am. Anyways I will talk to you all tomorrow for the end of the week updates.

Collaboration Podcasts Will be Ending Eventually...

            The title doesn't lie the collaboration podcasts will eventually be ending, including whenever Power Rangers Collab wraps up cause it sounds there will be no more season beyond season 30 but most part any collaboration that is about a TV Show will be all on The CBOTW Show and will be absorbed by that eventually. There could be a possibility that any future Power Rangers Collab could be merged but that has not been discussed between Larry and I as of yet. 

            Even if the collabs end there is The CBOTW Show will absorb your dose of TV and Movie talk as that is what the plan is. Now when is this change taking affect, we do not know. When Power Rangers slows down to a point there is no seasons and yes there has been talks this upcoming season is their last season but you never know with them honestly. Could continue. But as I said, possibly Larry and I could merge PR Collab with The CBOTW Show fully after season 30, retiring the other name of the podcast all together. I should know more by Friday as I do want to talk to him about that more so End of the Week Updates you will know the future of that for sure. Chucks Roadhouse Food Review [Montreal Smoked Meat & Fries]

            On Friday night, my dad and I ordered out and we thought we would eat out as my mom wasn't up to it. We were going to eat from the Bulldog but decided to try Chucks Roadhouse which wasn't far neither from us. Yes I was eyeing something from The Bulldog, their Mac and Cheese looked good when Eric and I went a year ago. Anyways I got the Montreal Smoked Meat on Sour Dough Bread with fries on the side. 

          Now the sandwich was crazy thick and just like Teddy's does for their Corn Beef on Rye. Was soft and tender and loved every single bite right to the end. Now the fries was a bit soggy but not the fault of Chucks as the steam was stuck in the container so it was non of their fault whatsoever it was bound to happen but the fries were salted just perfect and crispy to my liking. Both the sandwich and fries get a 10 out of 10 even if the fries got a little soggy, not going to take away points for it whatsoever. I'd definitely go back and try something completely different down the road. That is the review for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Back To Regular Schedule

         Outside of Entertainment Man Podcasts schedule, I am going to be getting back into a normal schedule for Power Rangers Collab. Thursday, Larry and I will be back here in studio recording 2 podcasts that we should of done earlier this month but I was ill with the NovoVirus as we think that is what I had. One of them being Dino Super Charge that has been on the docket for a while now to finishing as I finished 1 and the other podcast being about the 30th Anniversary Podcast what we know thus far. 

          Also this week, started to work on Ninja Steel outside of recording the main podcast and spending time with family and friends and running errands to get the desk here in the studio and I will talk about that at the end of the week updates. Right now I can see two things on my list maybe at least one thing that is on my list at this moment. It is totally possible to still make the July date if I continue to work on seasons and work on the anniversary podcast which I need to type but have word on the other computer which will be all setup which I will talk about tomorrow as that is the post for today and as usual I will talk to you all tomorrow!

End of The Week Updates [03-18-2023]

          Another week has come to an end and it is time for another end of the week update. Been an emotional week outside of working on content. Days I felt sad, other days better but got work done regardless but here are the updates:

Entertainment Man Podcast: Had an interview this week which went great and also recorded the bonus episode of the podcast for next Thursday. So I'm a little ahead of schedule so this way I can clear some time this weekend to work on the next collab a bit before my next interview next week.

Been Absent Lately: As you guys know I have been quiet on and off and my absence on social media probably been noticed. As you know a family member, my grandma passed away and there has been days I've had my struggles but trying to hang in there. Joe has been watching over the Facebook communities lately and has done a great job keeping everyone updated on there. I have started to post a little bit here and there with posts with keeping you guys up to date on things. 

Dissolved ChrisBOnTheWeb team: As you know the team recently has been dissolved as it is now just Larry and I and my moderators in the group page. No plans to resurrect the team anymore, I am happy it is just me and me only with Larry still being involved from time to time. It is time for me to go solo all on my own for content. 

            Not much to say this week, the usual recording Entertainment Man and working on the collab and what not but that is the post and I will talk to you on Monday.

Wendy's- Dave's Single Combo Review

           Wednesday, I got to go to Wendy's with Eric. I had "Dave's Single Combo" which had a drink and fries with it. The burger had tomatoes, onions, lettuce and pickles. or as Daym calls it red ring of death (tomatoes) crunchy water (lettuce) ickle pickles. Either way I loved it and wanna try their chicken fingers. It really hit the spot and I needed some comfort food with the everything going on.

           The entire afternoon was what I needed to keep my mind busy. Now out of 10 for the burger, 10 out of 10 day all day long. 10 out of 10 for the fries as well. Cannot go wrong with Wendy's it's comfort food honestly and probably in my top 5 favourite burger spots locally for me here in Durham Region. Service was 10 out of 10 as well as they were quick to getting my order to me and will be back to that location again in the future. Taking Some Time Away from Day To Day Operations

            I know I've been in and out of ChrisBOnTheWeb and I am not as active with the website. Blog posts still going out as usual and the podcasts are being worked on whether it is recorded or just prepped at this moment still working on things on an offline settings. Joe has taken over the Facebook Fan Page and Facebook group. Right now I need some time away as my grandma passing away and ask for privacy right now. I was really close to her and is affecting me greatly. She was really special to me and I have had a hard time right now.

            I know ChrisBOnTheWeb is in great hands with Joe handling the Facebook Fan Page, Group and emails right now. I did record on Monday afternoon and ready for it to go up on the platforms this weekend so that is good. I continue to work on Power Rangers even though I got upset at my co host but I know it will be OK as we have a strong friendship outside of the podcast and know things will be OK. I know in time I will OK, just going take some time for me to deal with this. I have started to be active again. I will talk to you all tomorrow for the end of the week updates.

New Computer Being Built!

             A lot of excitement around the ChrisBOnTheWeb Studios right now as I have OFFICIALLY ordered a new computer to be built for me through a store locally here. Now it will take me a few weeks to get it but that is OK, it gives me time to remove several things off this computer as afterwards this computer goes into storage for a while. It will be back eventually in use for paper work but not right now, not at this moment. So right now I am transferring a lot of stuff from this computer I am using to type up this blog post on my website to an external hard drive. We're talking Music, pictures, videos, stuff for the video side of the podcast, saving the podcast onto my other external hard drive. 

            Also I have removed a lot of the video games for right now but may need to reinstall a game for around Easter for my niece and nephew as right now all I have is Minecraft, Lunar Client, Luck Be The Land Lord on the computer which in time the games will be removed as I am planning to wipe this machine completely clean so I can have a fresh copy. I will definitely do a stream of me setting it all up maybe on the Facebook side of things and I am excited for the next chapter of my career with a brand new and faster and stronger computer. Don't get me wrong, Acer did the job for the last 9 years now and time to get something a little more speeder as I may start to stream on my spare time too, who knows. Starting to Wonder What's Next for Power Rangers After Season 30

          Larry and I were pondering this on our call Thursday night as there was talk about the season and mentioning Ciara who played Gia on Megaforce and the rumours that she is somehow involved has made us wonder if shes involved with Season 30 someway, some how or as Fans where speculating a Megaforce Season 3. This makes you wonder if there will be a season 31 and beyond perhaps or what could possibly happen with the series. Because Larry and I are wondering what we will be doing beyond Season 30. 

           We have mentioned The CBOTW Show making a return if there is nothing. We've also heard they were done with seasons after that but also heard Hasbro just took over the franchise and why would they suddenly stop the series. We still think there will be more then 10 - 11 episodes honestly as normally for a traditional season there is 22. However we do not know what's next after Season 30 but we are waiting up to 6 - 9 months before recording the podcast to assure that we have seen every episode. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow.

I Needed That Break!

           After the experience I went through with being sick and all. I needed that break. It has changed my perspective on everything. I went from a depressed person to a very happy, positive and motivated person. I have had more motivation now then I dd at the start of the year, feeling worn out from creating content, especially the collaboration podcast. I feel like now I'm on top of the world! I feel great even with late nights here in the studio the motivation to keep on creating content non stop. 

         It is like something actually clicked in my head, maybe getting sick is the wake up call is what I needed to take care of my mental health too. Cause being sick I never once did much work minus trying to get posts out to you guys a few times and was quite difficult. However I am so proud of myself for the hard earned hours I put in from completing notes a week ago, to recording and editing the podcast and getting it finished in just over a day for the weekend (yesterday.) So now I feel like a different person then I was, maybe this is the new and improved Chris perhaps? Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow for another blog post.

End of The Week Updates [03-10-2023]

           So another week is gone by and time for another end of the week updates. As you know I was still borderline sick as of Sunday and Monday but Tuesday was a lot better. However I got a ton of work done. So here are the updates:

Website: The CBOTW Show is listed back on the website under podcasts pending the return of the podcast later in the year hopefully we can squeeze it in somewhere in the fall.

Entertainment Man Podcast: I got any interviews I needed to prepare for finished and ready to go, I've edited the podcast interview for this weekend and raring to go. There is a slight chance that there will be no premiere this weekend, depending if I have plans with the family but that could be before perhaps.

Power Rangers Collab: Started the process for the next collaboration and getting it prepped for production in April. As you know we have a new timetable for the podcasts due to my illness which I am now completely over it now. 

         So those are the updates for the week, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.I hope to have more information for you guys on the progress by the end of the week for you guys where I am at with that but as always I will talk to you all Monday.

Gaming Updates

          As you know on my spare time and when I get spare time, I play some of my video games and here are some updates:

Goat Simulator: I got into this game thanks to a friend of mine and interesting what you can do but still getting the hang of the game still and not use to it as of it. 

Minecraft: I have been fiddling around with the game and even made a Zamboni out of blocks that sits in the corner under the blocks but obviously doesn't move or anything. Also been working on the concessions and bathrooms in the football stadium and also the baseball stadium too. Still a little stuck on the apartment building and need to figure something out with the elevator shaft as there is a problem with it.

Luck Be The Landlord: I have been grinding the heck out of the game and officially 3 levels from actually beating the 1st level of the game. Anything is possible on any given day and I am getting smarter with the game. 

           Anyways those are the updates on the games, I will do another one next month on the progress of and what the next step is for the games but as always will talk to you all tomorrow.

Today's Going To Be A Busy Day with Content!

            Today, Entertainment Man Podcast turns 3 years old and it is time to celebrate everything I have accomplished. I did a 10 - 15 minute video showing my gratitude to you guys. It is unbelievable how fast the years has gone by with this podcast and I want to show my gratitude so here is the schedule: 

11 am EST: this blog you are reading today.

1 pm EST: Dropping an official video on Entertainment Man Podcast's YouTube Channel which will be 10 - 15 minute video how grateful I am for doing this podcast.

4 pm EST: Dropping a new official Trailer for the podcast's YouTube channel which mind you I have been wanting to do this for months and what a nice way to do it on the anniversary of this podcast.

Weight Loss Journey [03-07-2023]

           As you know I am now at the end of my illness, and the damage report is in that I lost 10 - 11 pounds. I weighed 229 - 230 pounds but now at 218 - 219 pounds now. It is a lot less then I expected but I didn't expect to lose that much weight in just little over a week. However I will take it and if I am going to lose all that weight so be it. Makes it a little easier on my journey but again I wasn't expecting to lose this much weight this fast honestly and not the way you want lose the weight neither. 

           However this helps me and I am going to keep on going as I am only 18 - 19 pounds till I hit 200 pounds and I know I can do it. It is possible to hit it and stay down at that number. My next goal is 210 by end of June and not that far away but if you think about it now, not that far off from that number to be honest. Just gotta continue to lose all that weight to get there. I am aiming for 185 at the most. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you guys tomorrow.

All Caught Up On Work!

          So over the weekend, I got into working on the stuff that I didn't finish since being sick. I am pretty much at this moment up to date and ready for the next phase. But I finished editing the podcasts for yesterday and Thursday so this gives me some time so I can work on the other podcast for the week so I can actually work on the next collab and get a little ahead of schedule so I can record in April again so Larry and I can get back on track.  Also I finished interview questions for future interviews so it is ready. 

             Power Rangers Ninja Steel seasons are the upmost importance that we do finish the podcast on time and on schedule. That is why I am clearing anything else that is on my timetable right now. So I am really proud of myself and excited for the next step. Hey I am quite impressed that I actually got it finished and I managed to get through everything I was working on done. However that is the post for today, as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Things Are Going Back To Normal, Slowly

             As you know the past week has been difficult and still is even to this moment as still side effects but I plan on recording a podcast this weekend for you guys so this weekend so there is so sort of normalcy and if I was deeply sick like I was there wouldn't but DO EXPECT an episode and I will try and explain what happened. 

            Now I am recording and planning to edit about half of the podcast today, the other half tomorrow so I am splitting up the workload but will be done and the time between the studio and my room I am taking extra time to rest if I need to rest and yesterday spent about an hour in the studio and why the blogs are shorter this week but I do not want to over do things. So it will be a slow process getting back to normal and getting my strength back but please patient. I hope you guys enjoy the episode I recorded today for you on Sunday and I will be premiering it and watching it and answering any questions you may have but that is the post for today, have a great weekend and I will talk to you all on Monday.

Power Rangers Collab- Revised Plan

          So with the questions of all the upcoming podcasts and right now, I am unsure if we are going ahead with recording and depends on how soon I can get back to eating normal again. So this is why I am planning to reformat the schedule hopefully picking up some momentum April, May, June and July. Here is what I am thinking:

Health Update!

        As you know I have been not well health wise and I have not been in the studio much lately but I am going to get a few blogs out this week today's and Fridays and IF I am up to it, I will try and get 1 or 2 more done as long as I feel strong enough but for the most part one more on the docket this week. As for Entertainment Man Podcast I am going to try and post something up this weekend not sure what but I will most definitely explain everything. 

         Friday, I will talk more about Power Rangers Collab a lot to update and as of Monday evening I felt a bit better. Knock on wood I am writing this Monday throughout the day when I felt strong enough to actually write. Now I hope by Friday if I am well enough and more then likely I think I will but touch wood after this rough day I will try and sit down and record something at the end of the week but will not be about the virus I had just a normal topic and it will go up as a bonus episode down the road. For right now if I feel like adding additional blogs I will for right now 2 days ago (Monday), I have decided to do the blogs today tomorrow and Thursday even if I have to do one a day that's fine if I need to but that is the post for today and I will talk to you all tomorrow.
