Next week I go solo on Thursdays for a while!

             Next week, starts my solo career on Thursdays as Larry is not available at the moment as he just moved and I will be talking to him next week on a video call through Discord to do some testing so we are going to be starting a testing phase. Here is what I am thinking moving forward for the month of February for both Tuesdays and Thursdays:

Tues. Feb 3rd, 2026: Corner Gas, Season 2, EP # 8, Security Cam [Bob & Chris]

Thurs. Feb 5th, 2026: Groundhog Day [Chris]

Tues. Feb 10th, 2026: Corner Gas, Season 2, EP # 9, Bingo Night [Bob & Chris]

Thurs. Feb 12, 2026: Malcolm in The Middle, Season 1, EP 1 - 4 [Chris]

Tues. Feb 17th, 2026: Corner Gas, Season 2, EP # 10, Mosquito Time [Bob & Chris]

Thurs. Feb 19th, 2026: Malcolm in the Middle, Season 1, EP 5 - 8 [Chris]

Tues. Feb 24th, 2026: Corner Gas, Season, EP # 11, Hurry Hard [Bob & Chris]

Thurs. Feb 26th, 2026: Malcolm in the Middle, Season 1, EP # 9 - 13 [Chris]

          There is the timetable for February 2026 and I will do this at the end of every month especially that I am now on my own on Thursdays until Larry is ready to go for recording. Anyways that is the post for today as always talk to you all tomorrow.

Been a bit worried about Entertainment Man Podcast.

           The views struggled when I first started Entertainment Man Podcast back up after a couple of months of silence and that is totally understandable as I did leave you guys in the dark. I know I lost followers but it is seem to have become back to the peak it was at where I last left off. I have so many new ideas and I realize, I have my YouTube to look through see if I can help you guys growing your channel here and there even though this podcast isn't on YouTube nor Spotify Video. 

          I've said this so many times, Rome wasn't built in a day and now, I am seeing that same results we once had on YouTube. I noticed a difference between Video and Audio ONLY and most definitely video has it's perk and like I said in my podcast last week, Spotify in general it is podcaster based so it makes a completely difference. Slowly my podcast is getting back on the right track. Anyways that is the post for today and as always, I will talk to you all tomorrow.

We're Retired from YouTube for Good!

           That's right the title doesn't decieve you whatsoever... Still quite angry that friends of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media now former turned on us so quick yet they supported me over a year, so I am just done with YouTube, the trolls have ran me off once again and honestly I will explain the Spotify vs. YouTube podcast this weekend and may go off on a rant who knows but we're tired of the trolls, tired of the drama to a point I've started to call it Drama Tube and the fact I allowed one person back to find out they blocked me and my entire team on Discord, we're done. 

           Between the trolls and drama, we want 0 part of it and we are now fully retired from creating content. You are probably wondering what about certain channels, are you active as a user and the answer is YES. I do not make my name too public anymore and its different from CBOTW Media then you know and I am mostly watching and the occasional comment comes out but creating content wise, we're retired from creating content and have moved on to Spotify. Again, I will explain between Spotify and YouTube on Sunday's episode of Entertainment Man. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Reality TV Podcasts are done!

            For those who are in our little Facebook circle, The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps has been scrapped entirely! Communication with the team behind the show lack luster so I am kind of taking this experience and flipping around to full focus on both "Entertainment Man Podcast" & "The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies" which I am going to and have already been calling it just "The CBOTW Show" even though the title of the podcast is different from how I say it. The schedule remains the same for right now Tuesdays with Bob & Thursdays with Larry which I have an announcement for it tomorrow @ 1 pm EST.

          We will be adding into The CBOTW Show "Dancing With the Stars Recap with both Mary and I" and maybe, just maybe I will let her take the reigns as host for a change and I will be the co-host but we will see that is later on in the year and if they renew the show for another season but I am sure it will be gotta think positive and look forward to it as this will be my second season watching it. So we have a plan in place and Saturdays is a spare day for posting up episodes and I can always remanuever the episodes with Larry to Saturdays if I need to but we will play around with the schedules as we see fits. Anyways, as always I will talk to you guys tomorrow!

What's the Plan This Week?

              This week, I am editing all the Corner Gas episodes to schedule it to post. This includes Audio ONLY as well. Nothing else else besides editing but getting Entertainment Man Podcast ready for the weekend but it will be a quieter week for me as I got a ton of things done already this week and will have a bunch of time on my hands and probably do some things that need to be done around the studio itself, including cleaning up the studio a bit and recording a tour of the studio updated as it's been a while since I have done one.

             So it is a bit of a lighter week unless something major happens but I doubt it to be honest with you all. If all goes to plan, maybe I will get a chance to stream a little bit I will, I do have updates for you guys and exciting stuff around the corner and I will answer questions about the news of the Reality TV Recaps being scrapped all together if you have any. I will cover it on the blog tomorrow explaining as best as I can with the situation and what this means for Dancing with the Stars Podcast down the long road in the future. Any updates on Ghostwriter?

            I know it is January and right now, we are finishing up the first season and after that, there will be open slot on our schedule as Larry will be and has been on leave but I have seen and recieved messages and I've mentioned him on social media and people are wondering when? When are we going to go back? 

            Well I do not know but I can say next week, I will be working on the next batch of Ghostwriters with the same format as before and I believe it is a shorter season and so is season 3 so there should be no problem getting it done so we can move on to another series and we have another one picked out already! Anyways, I think and believe it will be either mid year or fall 2026 to early January 2027 when we return as you know I have to mail out his package of notes to him up north and that will take a bit of time as he's not local so I need time to work on that and get it out to him. So more like later in the year and Larry and I haven't discussed it and I am obviously writing this before he hops on and have 0 information but if I do by now, I will be sure to update you next week as that is the post for today and week, have a great weekend!

Podcast Schedules 2026 [Platforms, etc)

            As you know the schedule is tweaked according to the schedules for the Reality TV Podcasts and that is by season to season basis. Anyways, I am rambling as always here is the schedule currently: 

Sundays: 1 pm EST- Entertainment Man Podcast [Audio ONLY]

Tuesdays: 6 pm EST- The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies Corner Gas [Website/Spotify Video/Audio ONLY]

Thursdays: 6 pm EST- The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies Ghostwriter [Website/Spotify Video/Audio ONLY]

Fridays: 6 pm EST- The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps Traitors US, Season 4 [Website/Spotify Video/Audio ONLY]

Saturdays: 6 pm EST- 6 pm EST- The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies Extra time slot in case of other collaborations [Website/Spotify Video/Audio ONLY]

             There is the schedule and it is very hectic schedule but a great schedule and lineup and what a great way to start the New Year with such an amazing line-up. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps isn't done yet!

           The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps isn't done! Survivor 50 & Traitors are on it's way and Traitors US Season 4 starts at the end of the week so that is indeed exciting for us and I will personally be covering it this season. If I need to jump onto Survivor 50 recaps, I will but we will figure a way around it as it's Billy's domain for the shows actually. I am just excited to be somewhat involved with a show either way even if it is several months apart. 

          This week on Friday @ 6 pm EST the first episode that will be released to you guys publicly and will be on both Video and Audio ONLY and I will talk about the schedules tomorrow on another blog post but expect more from the Reality TV Recaps as we continue to grow this network more and more and I know we are on the right track with shows and what not. Change of Plans!

            As you can know I was planning to add video but that has changed as I am only uploading the audio only for this podcast as seeing the views gone up, I have decided to remove the video side of things and put it up on via the player on our website moving forward. Once this is done, we can officially move the heck on. I also will be OFFICIALLY deleting the feed once all old episodes are downloaded off the feed.

      Once that has been completed, then we are ready for the future and during the break from recording, I will be finishing this project up and when I said I want to have this finished by January 1st, 2026, I meant it! I just want to put this podcast to rest. Yes it was a fun project/podcast/show but it was time for me to move on to bigger and better things. Anyways that is the post for today as I have a ton more to write before the end of the year and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Temporarily put video versions for Entertainment Man on hold!

             We've officially given up on putting video to the Entertainment Man for now.... I plan to resume it after the Audio ONLY side is finished entirely and all audio only is up and baby steps is what is important and if I would get some time to work on that I would but with down time over the holidays, and no new episodes being recorded will give me some time to tackle the website a bit more as I still would like to have it done by the end of the year so we can move on with the current shows we're doing. 

            This temporary change will be very short lived and it will be worked on faster then you know it so you will have video for some of the episodes that actually have it. Temporarily it's temporarily on hold and trust me, I want to get this done and over with as fast as possible so we can work on the actual show as February 1st and beyond, I am going to be on my own for the Thursday shows which normally Larry and I but he is on a leave of absence while he moves and settles on in and I have told him to not rush things to take his time on things. It's not like we will be recording every 2 weeks because we won't as it probably will be monthly recording sessions as to have enough for the month then we record again but I will address this later in the week but that will be the post and as always talk to you all tomorrow.

Tech Issues with OBS and Streamyard....

                   There are two episodes that had audio issues with OBS, one of them being the most recent episodes we have recorded and I think I need to raise Bob's voice and probably on Streamyard too as well as it seems but I could use OBS to record in case and I think I am going to do that moving forward. Also I need to remember to have the fader up for the mix-minus setup on my board and that is most definitely something I may have forgotten to go a good level up from it so that could be why I am having issues with the edit. 

              I have never had issues with Streamyard or OBS before and the settings seem to change even if I do not change anything this is why you need to check your tech when it comes to recording shows. So the real fault is by user error and I admit it and I promise in the future to check everything and assure that it works but that is the post for today, I would continue on but I have an appointment and need to get this out for you all but as always, talk to you tomorrow.

Entertainment Man Podcast Page Work slow down....

             There has been a bit of a slow down as of this morning as I was awake during the night as I couldn't sleep any more as I passed out earlier last night, I wanted to do a post today to let you know I am working on the Entertainment Man Podcast page and it is still in archives at the moment but been adding back Archives.org as they've been having a bit of a loading issue and wish there is a way to put a player right from this website itself. 

           It was indeed Archive.org having some loading issues and it happens as they get a ton of traffic daily so it is understandable and I already reported the issue early this morning and they have fixed it so we are back to working on the website page for Entertainment Man Podcast while working on episodes for The CBOTW Show. Anyways that is the post for today and as always talk to you all tomorrow.

Entertainment Man Podcast will be RETURNING!

             I have gotten emails and questions when is Entertainment Man Podcast is coming back, is it coming back, what happened to it? That really pressured me to think what's best for the company and it's shows the interest in the show returning for a 7th season is amazing! I will start working on ideas and get booking for the New Year and already got people lined up, a potential new interview on Entertainment Man Podcast plus planning to have Jimi, Ken and Gilda all on the podcast as well and I just need to book em.

            So I am looking at Sunday, January 4th, 2026 @ 1 pm EST and I will do the full schedule tomorrow for that but it will be only on Audio ONLY as I already have 3 other shows Tuesdays & Thursdays for The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies & Fridays for After Hours with Shane and Chris which more information is coming on that via video very, very soon. Anyways I look forward to the new beginnings for all 3 shows and this is indeed the best thing to do moving forward. The break from this podcast was the right thing to do and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps

              2026 is going to be the year of new shows surrounding the already hit podcast The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies, we have After Hours With Shane and Chris and of course The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps which Chris wants to do a post on Monday where the inspiration came from this. Starting in late February 2026 Billy will be launching the first Reality TV Show on this sister podcast to the already acclaimed successful podcast.

            Chris has noted he will be Billy's right hand when it comes to Survivor 50: In The Hands of The Fans Recaps each and every week. What I gather it will be on Audio ONLY and that was Chris's decision before bringing Billy into the fold when it comes to Reality TV Podcast. In December which is in 5 days away Chris will be releasing information on how to get involved as he is planning to expand it a tad more once again. However time will tell on expanding on shows, enjoy the rest of your day and I shall return tomorrow.

Ghostwriter Series Hiatus [The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies]

                 Ghostwriter series that Larry and Boss Man are recording has stopped recording, the recording sessions are on hiatus currently. But when the last 4 air, that will be the last one for a while. He has stated he is not sure how long it will be but end of January it will be indeed Chris taking over the Thursday airwaves of The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies. 

                  Excited to see what he brings to the table and he's told me a few ideas in the back of his head while watching The Santa Claus movie with Tim Allen.  One of them being a Tim Allen Show called Home Improvement as he wants to bring the nostilga to the podcast and one of the reasons why he created The CBOTW Show back in 2018 with Larry was this exact reason why he did it. Another one was him bringing Shifting Gears to the Podcast with Tim Allen another one of his series he's been in. He may do a public poll to see what you guys think he should do.

December Movies for The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies

              December is upon us and Chris is up to the plate for Christmas movies and he has a bunch of ideas and he has the first 2 weeks planned out plus 2 more for the rest of the month of December and here is the plan:

Thursday, December 11th, 2025: Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause

Thursday, December 18th, 2025: Christmas Vacation

Thursday, December 25th, 2025: Christmas with the Kranks

               Excited for him to be covering all of these movies and it will be a full December coming up. These episodes will be on Thursdays @ 6 pm EST in place of Ghostwriter till January when that podcast will be returning one last time before a hiatus and I will talk about it with what boss man has told me so far.

Tech Work Begins for the Future of The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies!

              The Tech work for the future episodes with Larry has begun today as Larry is here in the studio with me hanging out we have decided to do some technical work with him and I recording episodes in the very nearby future. I know we still have 2 left one on video/audio and the other just audio only due to me accidently deleting the video episode. Then nothing till January then we are off the air for the foreseeable future until Mr. Larry is ready to get back into it and gives me time to work on Ghostwriter right to the end of the series. 

             So basically the tech work being done is for a call between Larry and I and we are not sure what we will be using at the moment. I am thinking Streamyard but not 100% sure but we will decide that when we get ready. I'd like to use Discord as much as possible but we currently don't have a server so that is so out of the question. What I am thinking is using Streamyard in it's entirety as I've had complaints that I'm not sure where the call will be well I am most definitely going to be utilizing streamyard for major of the shows, however the one with Shane and I will be using Riverside. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you to you all tomorrow for our 11th Anniversary of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media!

Spotify Falsely Claiming a Copyright.... [I'm Not Pleased ONE BIT!]

           I don't think I have a reason to be mad, yeah I got blocked in certain countries, USA being one of them but it was my fault putting that music only but they didnt need to send me copyright notice after copyright notice. I ended up spamming the same reply again and again in real frustration and I think I got the message to them that the episodes were removed from our feeds to correct the issue and they continued to put claim after claim. 

           I was starting to think ohh... we may have to go back to YouTube which I am not a fan of anymore because of the trolls and one specific group that turned their backs on us. However I know that there is a solution to everything and yeah I threatened to go back to another site we once used and that might of helped but threatening to abandon a site doesn't really help. I'm sorry if I am ranting but I am not pleased one bit but least it has stopped for now. I will talk to you all soon on another blog post.

It has been a fun ride and over 300 + episodes and as we say goodbye to this show, we have nothing but wonderful memories of the show and the amazing guests on the show over the years! We thank the wonderful guests that has come onto the podcast between 2022 - 2025 for giving your time to come on promote your podcast, content, company, business, I am happy to have help you guys out.

     

         This is not goodbye for good, I will be around, still running The CBOTW Show in the TV & Movies department with a potential new opportunity coming for expansion in 2026 and of course After Hours with Shane and Chris which pre-production is going great and updates are coming soon with the development of the show which is under way. Finally there is a whole pile of thank-yous: My family always there and having to put up with my bad moods cause of the trolls and I'm smiling as I write this but they have been there through the thick and thin of things. I would like to thank all my friends that supported the podcast, Larry, Justin, Eric, Sheldon, Terry, Angie, my neighbors on my street. I once again would like to thank my guests that have came on the show, some once some numerous times and the friendships I made are still going strong. Finally I want to thank the entire CBOTW Media Community in our circle and out for always having my back especially during my Mental Health issues I was facing or I was very sick and in bed for weeks at a time, I appreciate the patience and support and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!
