Little More About Me.

           You know who I am, my name is Sara, I am the CEO of the company. I have a bit of a extensive background in media like Chris has. I haven't been in media as long as him. I started at the age of 25, 5 years less then him. I was the COO of a company for 5 years, prior to this, I have worked in a radio office department as the Program Director, programming the music. I never was behind the mic much, maybe a few times. 

            Outside of of work, I like to game and I talked about it at the start of the week. I have two nieces and spend a lot of time with them when I am not at the helm of running this fantastic company. I love going for walks. Also Chris and I see each other quite often at the mall, we walk around have lunch monthly just to get an update on the podcasts as he's been working ever so hard on finishing. I love to read, watch TV Shows. Chris got me into Elsbeth, Matlock and The High Potential so him and I often jump on a call and watch together through Skype. Not much more I can tell you about me, except I use to live North of him and now one town over that takes 15 minutes to meet with him which is better. I will chat with you all tomorrow for the end of the week Updates.

The CBOTW Show Resolution?

                     One emoji for this: 🤷 I am as lost as you guys are and right now, I am beyond frustrated.... The platform we actually were expected to be on, well it hasn't panned out what it is to be. So we are how do I say it, homeless for The CBOTW Show at this moment. We do not offer it on iTunes, Spotify or iHeartRadio, Amazon Music right at this moment. I cannot tell you guys when. I continue to fight the good fight with the Audio Platform and continue to try and get us active on the other platforms too. Just right now we're semi homeless at the moment. 

                    Yes, I was considering ending the podcast series and only focusing on Entertainment Man Podcast but if you remember the Collaboration Podcasts, they did well with it just on the website and we can just do this way in the meantime and this is something I am considering. I will be working on two more movies today at some point and we will be recording something. As for The CBOTW Show it is exclusively on Rumble and here on ChrisBOnTheWeb.com. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

19 Years With Online Media!

                 19 years in Online Media! I cannot fathom it's been almost 20 years since I started this journey. The Video Projects Team being my first team and it was quite tough as I was in-experienced at the time and no clue what I was doing whatsoever. However over time I got experience and learned from past experiences. Look at how successful I am now as an entrepreneurship from leading to more of a follower role as you know I stepped down as CEO last month to fulfill a different role.

                I have fulfilled all the different roles and happy as a clam the position I'm in right now with running the Content, Podcasts and Blogs across the website. Don't worry I am not going anywhere very much still a part of this company and nothing is going to change. I have 0 plans to quit or retire right now, I am most definitely here to stay. But that will be the post for today and as always I will talk to you tomorrow.

End of The Week Updates [11-30-2024]

              Another week has wrapped up and a lot has transpired this week. Despite Chris's busy schedule with appointments and being out and with friends he found time to record podcasts and he has 3 to edit and post up. Both podcasts have their schedules worked out for 2025.            Once Chris finishes editing and the audio is up hopefully next week, Chris will work on newer episodes including the collaborations with Bob and the next episodes with Larry. We have 3 episodes on tap ready and to be put up. Also there is a video for it but Larry and Chris forgot to verify Rumble so they will be doing that in a week and a half from now.

                  Lots of exciting stuff to come even while the issues with the main Audio ONLY still are happening, we continue to post one way or another. The team and myself are preparing the next step for The CBOTW Show. Will take us the entire month of December to work on the form and how we plan on connecting it to the website. Chris will have to figure out some kind of code for that. Nothing else has really happened, just getting things fixed still and recording, writing and going to events. The upcoming week he will be at the Tyrone Parade of Lights on Wednesday night, Saturday back in Halton for the Christmas streetcars like he did in the past. There will be blogs coming out Thursday and a week Monday. I hope you enjoy the rest your weekend and I will chat at the end of the week and any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us.

The Future of Both Podcasts!

                 I have been thinking about things on the weekend while getting work done. Here is what I am thinking:

Entertainment Man Podcast: Being the lead podcast on the network, I as the Executive Producer/Host of the podcast feel like it is more a radio show or radio program every week. So I have decided to keep Entertainment Man Podcast on Audio ONLY for the foreseeable future.

The CBOTW Show: I want to this to be the primary focus for the company as it is something we want to continue to grow in the future and even if Entertainment Man Podcast goes off air at any point of time in the future this will be back fall back moving forward. But I am not counting my podcast out yet, not yet... So much amazing things to come in the future! 

              So this is the future of both podcasts and there is a lot of things I am not saying publicly yet. But Sara and Larry know the plans and also I have talked about it on The CBOTW Show once but not the entire plan. This will be starting in 2025 and if it is requested, I will definitely put Entertainment Man Podcast. But that is the post for today and I will talk to you all tomorrow.

What's Next For ChrisBOnTheWeb Media?

              My name is Sara and I am the new Chief Executive Officer of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media or CEO for short. Chris is still around with the company, not in the limelight as much as he has been the last 19 years he's been in media. Firstly I want to thank Chris for this amazing opportunity. I am very humbled to be his successor in running such an amazing company that has been around for almost 10 years now. We appreciate everything he has done for this company to start another new era with me as the new CEO.

          I am changing nothing, Chris and I speak on a daily basis. I have already mentioned both Entertainment Man Podcast and The CBOTW Show are going NOWHERE and that's why I said this in caps. I want it my mission both shows are around 10 years and beyond. Both of his shows have been the backbone of this company for the last 4 and 6 years respectfully. As for blogs, Chris and I will share the role. I will be taking over the "End of The Week Updates" which will not be change. Any questions please do not hesitate to contact us, until the next post I do, I am happy to be joining such a wonderful group.

Addressing The Elephant In The Room.

              So what's with the title "Addressing The Elephant In The Room." Well Sunday night, I made the very difficult decision to step aside as the CEO of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media and handing things over to Sara who was my Administrative Assistant. Now she is running things with the company taking away all the stress. However nothing is going to be changing, I will still blog from time to time, still doing events on behalf of the company. As for the podcasts, I am still in charge of both shows. That will never change in the company. Sara wants both shows to continue on the network. 

             I do not know how long I will be gone as CEO. I am really not sure if I want to continue as CEO. I am very much happier blogging and producing and hosting podcasts. I have been in this game so long now it is time to pass on the baton to someone else. Hence why I am testing out Sara out to see how she does and all is good, in the New Year she will be the one to run the day to day operations of the company. So I may not be running things but I am still involved somewhere in the company. I love doing content in general, the business side of things isn't my forte. I thought I could change as a leader be a transformational leader but I feel like I failed the team. I have been running ChrisBOnTheWeb Media since the get go. Anyways I will talk more about it tomorrow why I stepped aside as that is the post for today and as always talk to you guys tomorrow!

Entertainment Man Podcast & The CBOTW Show Pages Down?

              From Audacity doesn't like OBS which I will talk more about tomorrow to our provider we have been relying on for years now has been down for quite some time since the end of last week apparently. So we wait to start uploading to our website again. That is the reason behind it because the audio are not showing up so we took the page, well more unpublished it actually. 

              We could actually do a linked word on the bottom of each one but the one for Everything About Reality TV wouldn't work as it doesn't exist anywhere on the internet anymore. So that is my main issue. However I could and can reupload to podcasts.com and link it there but then it will seem it is active once again when it isn't. We could redo the intros and outros that's like 200 + episodes to fix haha! The CBOTW Show would out do Entertainment Man! Anyways, Both Podcast pages are temporarily down till this issue is fixed with the provider and we apologize but the archive.org got an attack on their site and it took the site down. However the shows are still active under "On Demand which direct to Spotify for the time being but we'll let you know when it is back up and running. I will talk to you tomorrow as always for another blog post.

The CBOTW Show-- Schedule Notice

            As you can tell, we have been trying struggling and I think we are just at a point of time of halting production of The CBOTW Show. We are at the last ropes with our original schedule. We may need to try and change up the schedule. What I am thinking and I haven't talked to Larry yet this week but the plan is:

November 1st - Nov 15th, 2024: Hiatus, due to the 10th anniversary finalizing, Entertainment Man Podcast will continue on Sundays during the finalizing of our plans. 

           So the reason behind The CBOTW Show hiatus for 14 - 15 days is because of the 10th Anniversary, we will be extremely busy with the event finalizing. However I know how important The CBOTW Show is and I have talked about The CBOTW Show on Social Media but this is where we are for the podcast but that is my post for today I will talk to you all tomorrow for another post!

End of The Week Updates [10-11-2024]

                Another crazy week has come to an end and time for some updates. First update is we are up to speed with podcasts. I am working on new episodes for both episodes and not sure what talked me into doing new episode for The CBOTW Show, yet I said there was no plans for a new episode next week so something just clicked. So I will be working on that today and tomorrow then from there I will have time after my break from ChrisBOnTheWeb Media on Sunday and Monday which I am planning to stream both days for hours on end during the daytime. 

               But Tuesday I'll be back to normal and working on new episodes for Entertainment Man Podcast and preparing for The CBOTW Show next Thursday as Larry and I will be back here in the studio for another recording session which I always look forward to before we take at least 2 - 3 more weeks or more off so we can record Christmas episodes the mid way of the month of November so we have content ready at the helm. I also want to point out November we will be back to normal content and already got two episodes planned out. I may try us at every 2 weeks for the month of November then back at it weekly to try and get to a weekly podcast again. I will talk about that on Monday for another post. Also the Discord server is finished completely and happy it is done and out of the way and ready to add subscribers role later on when and if I get affiliate. End of The Week Updates ]10-05-2024]

                Well another wild week here at CBOTW Media Studios HQ as we have been working so hard on stuff, content and getting back on the right track. However we are on the right track and next up is to work on Entertainment Man Podcast for tomorrow which mind you it will not be premiered as I will be out of town for the day. The CBOTW Show today will be premiered to help start growing the channel and having it also become as successful as Entertainment Man Podcast has become. I feel so much positivity flowing through me with it. 

               I have switched assistants and Brooke is back and helping me personally with things behind the scenes to ensure it is out on a timely matter. We have finished the website for the podcasts and now into the new mode now. Also The CBOTW Show YouTube channel RSS feed is up to date moving forward and we are premiering the first video version of the podcast today at 1 pm EST. Excited to chat with you all in the chat. Those are pretty much the updates and the upcoming week will be interesting to publishing our content on schedule this time around but enjoy the rest of the weekend and talk to you all on Monday.

              This is our crazy schedule for two of the months in the fall. Not just events but also The CBOTW Show and Entertainment Man Podcast. However this a post about The CBOTW Show as we are now now in Spooky Month which means it is time for some Halloween themed movies but spooky and not as Spooky so here is the list:

             Crazy 5 weeks of The CBOTW Show before we go into quiet mode and we start recording episodes for Christmas time in December which we are thankful we will not be on video, not till 2025 and I will talk more about that tomorrow as we are slowly recovering over our channel and discords being hacked. Some people might not like me and that's OK! Not everyone will like me. Anyways that is the post and sorry I kind of went off at the end but as always I will talk to you all tomorrow. Blocked off Thursdays for Recording?

                Yes it is no secret, I blocked off Thursdays for recording. Now I have had questions which shows does this entail? Both shows! Depending what week Larry and I see each other, we will record and you probably will know, I will actually record mine (Entertainment Man Podcast) in the evenings and day time for The CBOTW Show but edit normally on a Friday, including, Audio, Video and YouTube Shorts of some great clips and moments for the week's podcast which has done amazing on Entertainment Man Podcast lately several hundred views each one so it proves that I have done a fantastic job!

                So Thursdays blocked off means no interview or collaborations however this week is a bit different. As I have plans with my parents Thursday afternoon Larry and I are getting together on Friday and I'm excited to be recording two episodes of The CBOTW Show. Hopefully it keeps up and by Friday we should have the YouTube thing figured out and start growing it out. I will be sure to address this with Larry on Friday. Anyways that is the post for today I will talk to you all tomorrow with an insight what's to come for The CBOTW Show this month.

Progress Updates

        HI everyone! My name is Savannah and I am Chris's Administrative Assistant around ChrisBOnTheWeb Media. I do not know why there was no blog this morning, this is why I am writing this post. Anyways I am excited for the 10th anniversary festivities. I look forward to seeing the finalized ChrisBOnTheWeb.com which is coming along very nicely. I can report every since boss man has placed it, the response to this has been amazing! We are very pleased and know we are heading in the correct direction.

        We've talked post anniversa1ry what the website is going to look like and how we want to lay it out post anniversary. We're waiting till January to switch out banners, logos and what not plus archiving 10th Anniversary pages which will always be accessible on our website. I look forward to getting to know you guys and being part of an amazing community, I've heard a lot of great things and I'm sure you will hear from me again maybe sooner then I expect. Back To The Grind!

               Today, I am getting back into the groove of things. I am working on The CBOTW Show for Wednesday and after that I will be working on another project I cannot talk about yet but it will be going to be huge portion of this community and help us moving forward as well. Thursday I am aiming to record the follow week and getting into the grind. I know the shorts last week or so has been limited. That is on my docket to get them out. I have like 25 shorts I can post up for you guys and it would keep you guys busy. 

           Getting there and learning to stay on a schedule this way I can take time off for myself on a Sunday where I do nothing at all whatsoever. I think moving forward in this way, I will have a lot more structure then I did before. I mean I did have structure till the schedule changes ended up throwing me off kilter and it is nobody's fault but mine. I should of known better to follow the new schedule but this week is the week of not trying to sabotage our schedule anymore. I know I was accused of it but wasn't intentional, been going through some personal struggles outside of work. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

End of the Week Updates [09-20-2024]

                It is time for another end of the week updates. Well this week has been a complete and utter chaotic mess. To getting The CBOTW Show getting delayed to going up and that's why I have been working on the next episodes ahead of time. Also since our Discord has been deleted 2 - 3 times by the same individual which I am not going to name names, keeping it very professional as I've been in this game 9 years and almost 10 years to equal 19 years and it's approaching fast. Now for the website itself, the work that has been done has been paused for some foreseen reason that I do not even know and I'm the one that's working on the site behind the scenes. Few things are bothering me on the site that I am trying to fix and not sure what the problem is with it. 

    

              Also recording and editing the next 3 - 4 podcasts, I think it's 3 anyways, once that is done, I am going to actually will be working on the website a tad bit everyday and work on other notes for future podcasts. I have quite a pile on my desk at the moment that needs to worked on. If not any of that, I'll be working on a little side project involving the resurrection of our Discord. Not going to make too much deal over it but will be on going for the remainder of the year and hopefully we will go public with it in January. Anyways those are the updates for the week and as always I will talk to you all on Monday, have a great weekend.

The CBOTW Show continues to flourish!

         The CBOTW Show is going to start the testing phases for the video side as Chris and Larry have actually been on audio only. This is only testing and the odd episode will be on video. I'm sure you're going to ask why not go fully. Give em a few weeks to actually get everything set the way they want to do it. I believe what I have been told behind the scenes, they are planning to start it fully in January but that will probably change.

              How will this work? Exactly like "Entertainment Man Podcast" premiere's each and every week but on Wednesday's @ 6 pm EST instead. I know this interferes with Chris's Streams. He has to figure that part out. The one thing I have suggested is move The CBOTW Show to Thursdays where "Entertainment Man" originally had episodes so the great news is starting this week The CBOTW Show will be moving to Thursdays 

              Also my thought process with the end of the year, well my heads been all over the place lately with what I want to do and been thinking on just pre-recording and premiering them for you guys so this makes things a ton easier especially around the holidays. Typical I want to try to have 52 episodes per year which is a lot but that is why I rather pre-record then live shows but you never know what the future brings, right? Anyways that is the post for today and stay tuned as The CBOTW Show is going to be premiere tonight for the last time when we switch days next week. I will talk about it Friday, I promise!

Discord, Podcasts & Finalizing!

               The Discord is now finished! After a long fought battle to getting the Discord done, it is done! https://discord.gg/GPynvVVAW9  So this the final time I am going to touch or delete something. This is part of permanent changes that are going on. 

              Now the Schedule is being tweaked a tad bit to fit everything into place. I was careless to the program  schedule and Witchbucket, big shoutout to him that has inspired me to rearrange everything. So here is our new schedule:

Thursday's: 6 pm EST- The CBOTW Show (YouTube/Audio ONLY)

Saturday's: 11 am EST- Bonus Blog (Randomly)

                Lots of content throughout the week and excited for this schedule and now there can be streams on the weekend if you guys ask for one. I am always open to that. Explaning Differences between ChrisBOnTheWeb Media & ChrisBOnTheWeb

              What is the difference between ChrisBOnTheWeb & ChrisBOnTheWeb Media? No realy difference but the name CBOTW Media came first before the concept for ChrisBOnTheWeb and the .com website was formed. I guess CBOTW is a subsidy of CBOTW Media in a way I guess. Media group that runs a entertainment website. Which is like the production company that runs BBCAN is under an Entertainment Company for example. 

                I founded CBOTW Media November 1st, 2014, 13 days prior to ChrisBOnTheWeb starting with content. So I guess in a way ChrisBOnTheWeb is under the CBOTW Media name, the CBOTW Media brand. I know CBOTW Media doesn't have a website really and never really did at any point actually. However I am working on another website but that is for another day and time actually. However in the end there is no difference between the two same thing thats why at times I said ChrisBOnTheWeb & ChrisBOnTheWeb Media. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Chris B On The Web Is LIT!

            Chris B On The Web & Everything About Reality TV has grown so much in the past 3 months. As for the podcast this is one of my favorite season of them all as I have connected with so many other Big Brother Canada & Survivor Ghost Island Fans, this is actually my favorite season to cover but don't get me wrong, I loved covering every season. Not only this season but between the end of this season and next season, this podcast will be very much still active after both shows are done, but I will not say what the surprise till later. 

              I have never had this much love and support for this podcast and the fact the podcast has surpassed it's 100th episode and now on it's way up with more and amazing episodes! I know I can be sarcastic sometimes and funny but that is what makes the podcast what it is today. Also whenever my right hand snow man Larry pops on the numbers go up and I know you guys enjoy listening to what he has to say and hes become more and more interactive and we always seem to be talking about this podcast whenever we are on Skype chatting or in person. 


                This year alone Chris B On The Web has peaked over 1000 views since the month of December, it could be before that too but I am so overwhelmed on the growth of the website, the podcast and looking at the counter each and everyday and it is so amazing to see the success it has been wanting to get for the past year and a half now. It goes to show I really worked hard in the last year and an half and I never gave up, I kept on going when the going got rough, I just kept on moving and a grooving and it has shown that I have finally become a success in Online Media, not saying I didn't see success as a YouTuber, but what I mean is I went on my own for a certain reason and this plan was a huge success and was the smartest move I ever made and I have no regret leaving YouTube or dissolving the team I once had. However I am thankful for the loyal staff who stuck by me and were there for me through the thick and thin of things and they know who they are. This year is truly the year of success for Chris B On The Web!
