We're trying our best!

        We are trying our best with content and recording but it is hard when there is too much pointless drama and being banned left and right so it is quite difficult actually.   Chris's mental health and state is so bad right now he's not been sleeping much or at all or too much he had to reschedule his recording with Bob and he is good either way with a reschedule and this weekend I am going to make sure Chris has some rest and relaxation time and going to get him to go to the Peony Festival. 

         Since the chat  project failed and Chris has become stumped he is focusing on other things on the website that needs to be done and including the form as well as it has a lot of potential with that moving forward.  I am going to try and do more blogs and give Chris a bit of a break especially with vacation less then 2 weeks away from him going away and trust me it will do him a ton of good. He may be blogging tomorrow and he hopes to go live after the event if he ends up going to the Peony Festival but he will do a video and vlogs coming this week and much more! 

 

Why Are Things Going Totally Wrong?

             I step down as CEO and things are still the same, problem after problem. Maybe I am the problem as Director of Content, maybe I should just stick to Executive Producer role and not take on certain titles within the company. Anything I do for the company it ends up with negative results and I have been trying to be positive and continue tol get content out but it seems not good enough. 

           I know I have no power over certain things but what I can do is talk to the team and see what I can do what we can do from here on out and I think that is definitely something that we need to do more as a team. As someone with leadership experience, I can teach them and mentor the team and suggest ideas. One thing I can say, we have both of The CBOTW Show feeds to work with so that is most definitely a good thing and I am going to talk to the team if we should syndicate but right now I cannot do that as at the moment I cannot verify the account as my number has been used too many times but we will recover and build this community again and continue to strive and grow as a company and community. The Pieces are Coming Together!

         Well hello there. It has been just over a week since my last post as I have taken this week off and it was to catch up non of the drama crap that has been going on lately or the switch between Brooke and Sammi but Sammi is here for good and more behind the scenes of things, emails, the newsletter and anything else that I need her assistance and glad she's back with the company now. 

        Next thing, I'd like to address is getting a rythm with the new schedule, well it's not new technically, it has been tweaked especially with the exit of Entertainment Man Podcast it opens a void into the schedule and as yesterday morning, we made the change over and sort of tweaked as we removed the kick schedule and just added in Reality TV Schedule as we have a show active, plus social media streams as well.

      So the pieces of the puzzle are coming together very nicely and will take us some time for us to actually get the hang of the schedule if we need to post on Saturday then we will more than likely do that.
