I Need To Do Better With Problem Solving In This Community!

                     I know at times, I have hidden and not said anything on social media or moments I go entirely "radio silent" on most platforms, you know something is up. I tend to go quiet when I go into one of my moods or some drama went on, I do not take it on directly, I avoid the situation and not deal with it. I've noticed I have distanced myself more and more from this group and I should remain active but sometimes it is just hard for me to deal with so much going on. I need to stop distancing and problem solve. Also I find myself not listening to both sides of the story, I just overreact and drama ensues. So I have to start being more assertive and actually face the problem head on, rather then go ban happy and I have been going ban happy on the group especially. I counted at least 8 to 10 people have been banned but I have taken majority of the bans off minus 2 individuals. 

                 Trying to make it right especially in this community and starting now is a clean slate, I wanna start over as I have been too unfair with some of you and communication is key. I do not want to come over strict and that is how I feel I have been feeling like I have abused my power as Founder/Owner and losing too many followers and I gotta stop the bleeding to be honest. I mean I have to fix this community before it crumbles like The Video Projects Team once did which was one of the reasons that community crumbled which drama was  a factor as well in the last year of it's operation. That is the one thing I am scared of is when CBOTW hits 8.5 years it will all coming crumbling down once again and I do not want that to be a repeat but fair warning any issues gone forever. Consider this a fresh start as I banned so many people on the group and now only 2 are currently under a ban. This is a fresh start for all of us and this year has been hard for all of us and so many changes with podcasts and hopefully moving forward things will be better. Nothing Wrong With Thinking Ahead and Problem Solving!

                   The last 24 - 48 hours I have time to reflect while working on notes and content in general and I have come up with solutions to some of the problems going on around the community, content wise. It is not you guys, it's me trying to do 100 things at once, multi tasking to make sure things get done in a timely fashion to meet goals for the end of 2021. I have been thinking about how to make recording the collab work and the solution I came up is finish Mystic Force, get that done and delivered in the mail to Larry one town over since we are not yet back in studio with one another and once he gets it we will record it and like I said on social media, we will be keeping it on the backburner till all notes are completed and sent out to him and that will be the next project. Practically right now it is Power Rangers Collab Notes and Entertainment Man Podcast and going back and forth with the two projects.  Once I am done the notes I will start to edit the collab and back and forth with that. While working on RPM I will get a head start on Entertainment Man Podcast for 2022. 

                    I am really thinking and planning ahead to what needs to be done for the rest of this year and into 2022. I know I am all over the place right now when it comes to getting the work done and I guess this is a part of me where I have to trust my gut instincts. I cannot say when collab episodes are coming out but I know it will be out probably week apart from one another but I could hold onto episodes till their all done and release em for you guys but this is something I would definitely have to talk to Larry about. However I am always looking into the future and how things can be done, what works and what isn't working and it is about getting things done in a timely fashion. I  know I sound like a broken record but this collab, no offense to Larry but it is eating up my time for other projects on ChrisBOnTheWeb and I was hoping to have started on Entertainment Man Podcast for 2022 already. However it is what it is and just gotta take it one thing at a time, one day and week at a time and it will all come together eventually. Little Toronto Transit Issue Saturday.... We Didn't Know!

              So as I said yesterday's blog we had a mishap with the Toronto Transit Commission but I wouldn't call it a mishap, more like we didn't plan ahead or look ahead of ourselves to make sure there was no inconveniences but nope we  didn't and that is honestly our own fault and we should of not waited to find out when we were about a kilometer away when I looked and realized that there is no subway service between certain stations so we had to re route all the way into West Toronto which I am very familiar with as you guys know I go to evictions twice a last year with the first one being the premiere of Big Brother Canada which was the second time I had the honors to do that so it was easy to know my way around as we were in the Etobicoke area again and it sure has my imprint. We parked at Islington Station which mind you yes that is ways away but yet it is indeed closer into the two festivals, Ukrainian and Polish Festival. So either way we were close to the festivals and not much traveling to do honestly. However that did affect to where we were going to church for Sunday however but we managed to get a different parish to go to which that was figured out very quickly. 


                  So either way we figured out how to get ourselves to the festival and with even the subway service limited between certain stations, we still managed to get to two festivals and we had a great time and we did make up the time from the Ukrainian Festival to the Polish we sure did make up time between the events and everything was back on track by the time we were down in Roncesvalle for the Polish Fest so we managed to somehow make up time for this little transit issue. It is a good thing my dad knows Toronto very well because I would never know where the heck I was going minus for Big Brother Canada which I now know the route very, very well now but I am learning and I do remember routes very easily but still wanna learn to get my way around Toronto and figure out routes as my dad will not be around forever to do events in Toronto such as the Royal Winter Fair which I do plan on continuing on the tradition whether if I even bring a guest to it we will eventually see. Either way still a good day and we got to the event one way or another.

I Have To Work On My Patience and Problem Solve Better

              There is a certain level I can tolerate with my patience level but if my patience is pushed then you will see a side of me that you do not want to say. Yes I am speaking about the future of Power Rangers Podcast, there will be 2 different press releases eventually and I am just not ready to announce it publicly as of yet. Yes my patience has been tested with the future of the Power Rangers Podcast however, things changed very, very quickly and again I am just eager to announce it eventually. However I still have to work on my patience but honestly I feel like it is getting better, however, some things I can and cannot tolerate and what I honestly think, there is a certain extent to where the patience will not be as patient if that makes any sense to you honestly. Let me put it this way, if it goes beyond my patience then there is nothing I can really do. There is hell to pay and that has been shown in the past from the Power Rangers Podcast to dealing with my phone company well that really pushed me over the edge and trust me you didn't wanna hear the language out of my mouth last night. I had quite the sailors mouth as the saying goes but there is a certain level, I need to watch my P's and Q's tho as that could and can get me and my mouth into trouble. Anyways I should of not lost my cool because I wasn't patient enough to fix the issue with charger which I have now replaced but one other unit the plug itself has to be replaced. I should of been a bit more patient and not take it out on them. Anyways moving forward I need to problem solve before going nuts on someone.


                 There is a bit more to work in the way of patience and also problem solving but I can be honest I have gotten indeed better at problem solving now but just gotta keep it up. I cannot back down on improving myself from here on out, just gotta keep working hard to better myself as a human being and I know it takes time and it cannot happen overnight technically but in time it will definitely happen. The problem solving I do find myself doing a lot more of and it is getting better but still needs some work. However my patience with the podcast has gotten better and gotten patient with the editing side of things but sometimes the technical side of things are not great from time to time but able to trouble shoot the problem.   Working hard to these goals and know if I keep my mind in the game, I can do it.
