Why the End-of-Week Updates Have Been Discontinued

In full transparency, I’m not entirely sure why I decided to bring it back in the first place. Upon reflection, I realize it likely wasn’t a long-term fit. It lasted one week, and in hindsight, I should have focused on the initiatives that were already gaining positive traction.

Moving forward, my priorities are clear:

  1. Continue building the Newsletter, which has been steadily growing and seeing increased sign-ups.

  2. Keep the End-of-Week Updates consistent and structured.

  3. Avoid making frequent changes. Consistency is important, and I recognize that I sometimes move things around too often.

Ultimately, reintroducing something so similar to the newsletter wasn’t the most effective use of time. This has been a learning moment for me, and I take full responsibility for the decision. Going forward, the focus will be on stability, clarity, and delivering consistent value.

That’s the update for this week. Have a great weekend, and I’ll talk to you all on Monday.

The CBOTW Show Expands Into Two Distinct Divisions

Your eyes do not deceive you — The CBOTW Show is officially expanding into two separate content divisions.

As part of our long-term network growth strategy, we are structuring the show into focused departments to better serve our audience and streamline our content.

The CBOTW Show: TV & Movies

This division will focus on scripted television series and films, including current and past favorites such as:

  • Corner Gas

  • Malcolm in the Middle

  • Ghostwriter (currently on hiatus)

The CBOTW Show: Reality TV Recaps

This division will focus exclusively on reality television coverage and recap content, including:

  • Canada Shore (in development)

  • Deal or No Deal (planned alongside other programming)

  • Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans (premiering Saturday at 6 PM EST)

This expansion marks the beginning of a much larger vision for our growing network. The decision to step away from YouTube was intentional and part of a broader strategic plan to reposition and strengthen our brand for long-term success.

We are excited about this next chapter and appreciate your continued support as we move forward.

More updates to come — and as always, we’ll talk to you all tomorrow.

Entertainment Man Podcast – Long-Term Hiatus Announcement

After much consideration, I have made the decision to place Entertainment Man Podcast on a long-term hiatus.

This means the podcast is being shelved indefinitely. While it may return in the future, that decision will depend entirely on how things evolve within the company and whether the right creative and strategic opportunity presents itself. If and when the time feels right, I will revisit it. For now, however, it will remain on pause.

This was not an easy decision. Some may feel it could have waited until the end of the year, but creatively, I have reached a point where I feel spent. My passion and inspiration for the podcast have run dry, and rather than continue without the energy it deserves, I believe stepping away is the right move.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who has supported the podcast over the years. Your encouragement, loyalty, and engagement have meant more than I can properly express. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

As our network continues to grow and expand in exciting new directions, I hope you will continue to support the other podcasts and projects we have in development. There is a great deal of growth ahead, and I’m looking forward to what’s next.

This will be the final update regarding Entertainment Man Podcast. Any future questions will be directed to this post.

Thank you again for your continued support — and as always, I’ll talk to you all tomorrow.

Entertainment Man Podcast Is Coming to an End

After six incredible years and over 300 episodes, Entertainment Man Podcast is officially winding down. With less than two weeks to go, this chapter is coming to a close — and this time, for good.

As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end… and this is definitely one of those moments.

I had an interview lined up for tomorrow, but unfortunately it was cancelled. So instead, tomorrow will be a special topic episode.

However, a week from Sunday marks the return of Mr. Shane Flannigan as he helps wrap up the podcast. I’m excited to have him back, and we’ll also be talking about our new talk show that’s already gaining momentum and becoming very popular.

After March 8th, the show will officially conclude. I plan to keep the feed up on iTunes and Spotify for one more week before removing it. Once everything is fixed and updated, you’ll still be able to find the podcast archived on chrisbontheweb.com. I’m hoping to work on that this week, especially since archive.org hasn’t been responding.

I’ll update you all at the end of the week with more details.

That’s it for today’s post — and as always, I’ll talk to you all tomorrow for another blog.

Work Cast: Live All Day Tomorrow

I’ll be streaming on Kick again tomorrow. Today is dedicated to catching up on studio work after returning from Eric’s, so I’ll be staying in to focus on recording tomorrow’s episode and completing several outstanding projects. Please note that shorts may be posted slightly later than usual. I also won’t be home or in the studio until late morning tomorrow.

The plan is to work throughout the morning and into the afternoon, with occasional gaming breaks. It should be a fun and engaging way to spend time with the Boss Man while also connecting more with both the Kick community and our own community.

This will be a daytime “Just Chatting” work stream. I’ll confirm the exact time once I’m back home and will announce it on social media and Discord. I’m looking forward to giving you a behind-the-scenes glimpse into my daily life as CEO, blogger, and podcaster of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media.

As always, thank you for your continued support, and I’ll talk to you all tomorrow.

Future-Proofing Your Mind: Resilience Skills for a Perpetually Unpredictable World

Image via Pexels

This article is about mental resilience—your ability to adapt, recover, and keep making wise choices when life gets weird, fast. Unpredictability isn’t a personal failure; it’s the default setting of modern life. The goal isn’t to become “unbothered.” It’s to become flexible, so surprise doesn’t automatically become suffering.

A quick snapshot of what actually helps

You can’t control volatility, but you can control your response range. The most durable people tend to do a few repeatable things: they stay open to change, treat uncertainty as information (not a threat), keep learning, and lean on relationships. Add mindfulness and emotional agility, and you get a practical toolkit—not a personality trait.

Small habits that create a stronger baseline

Here’s a simple bulleted set you can borrow immediately:

  • Name the change (out loud if you can): “Things are shifting at work.”

  • Shrink the time horizon: focus on the next hour/day, not the next decade.

  • Build recovery on purpose: sleep, movement, food, and sunlight aren’t “extra”—they’re stability hardware.

  • Keep one steady ritual: morning tea, a walk, journaling—something that tells your nervous system, “We still live here.”

  • Practice honest optimism: “This is hard, and I can handle the next step.”

A table of “resilience moves” for different moments

Situation you’re in

Helpful stance

Tiny action that fits

You feel overwhelmed

Grounding

5 slow breaths; feel feet on the floor

You’re stuck in “what if”

Curiosity

Write 3 possible outcomes, including a neutral one

You’re emotionally reactive

Emotional agility

Label the emotion (“anger,” “grief,” “fear”) before acting

You’re losing motivation

Meaning

Ask: “What value am I serving by continuing?”

You feel alone in it

Connection

Text one person: “Can I talk for 10 minutes?”

Lifelong learning as a resilience multiplier

Resilience isn’t only emotional; it’s also competence. When you regularly learn new things, your brain collects evidence: I can adapt. One practical path is continuing education that fits real life. Flexible online degree or certification programs—especially in fast-moving areas like technology or business—can help you stay adaptable when the job market and tools keep changing. If you’re exploring that route, options like comprehensive IT courses online can support ongoing skill-building without requiring a full lifestyle overhaul. Over time, learning strengthens mental resilience by reinforcing curiosity, confidence, and a growth mindset—keeping your mind agile and ready for new opportunities.

How to build a “resilience loop” in 12 minutes

You don’t need a retreat. Try this lightweight loop 3–4 times a week:

  1. Notice (2 min): What’s the stressor? What’s the story you’re telling about it?

  2. Name (2 min): Identify the emotion and where it shows up in your body.

  3. Narrow (3 min): What is the smallest controllable next step? (One email. One walk. One decision.)

  4. Normalize (2 min): “Of course this feels hard—change is hard.”

  5. Nourish (3 min): Do one regulating action (stretch, water, music, brief tidy).

Do it badly. Do it inconsistently. It still works because repetition trains recovery.

A solid, non-fluffy resource you can use

If you want a trustworthy, practical guide to resilience that doesn’t talk down to you, the American Psychological Association’s overview is a strong place to start. It breaks resilience into concrete components (like connection, wellness, healthy thinking, and meaning) and offers plain-language ways to build each one. It’s also useful because you can skim it quickly, then return later when you’re actually in a hard season and need a reminder. If you share it with a friend or family member, it can become a simple starting point for support conversations.

FAQ

What if I’m “not a resilient person”?

Resilience isn’t a personality label; it’s a set of skills and supports you can grow. Start with one practice (better sleep, a weekly friend check-in, or a 5-minute mindfulness routine) and build from there.

How do I stay optimistic without becoming unrealistic?

Use “both/and” language: “This is uncertain, and I can take the next step.” Optimism is helpful when it’s paired with action and honest assessment.

Do supportive relationships really make that much difference?

Yes—because humans regulate stress better with connection than with isolation. Even one consistent relationship where you feel seen can buffer difficult periods.

Conclusion

Future-proofing your mind doesn’t mean predicting the future; it means strengthening your capacity to meet it. Openness to change, curiosity in uncertainty, and lifelong learning keep you adaptable. Mindfulness and emotional agility help you respond instead of react, while relationships provide stability when your internal weather shifts. Start small, repeat often, and let resilience become something you practice, not something you “either have or don’t.”

Yes… I Bought Another Game 🙄

Yes, I did it again — I bought another game.

And I can already hear the comments: “Chris, don’t you have enough games to play already? Especially with everything you stream on Kick?”

Fair question.

But when a game looks fun, sometimes you just have to go for it.

This time, I picked up Megastore Simulator, and I have to admit — it’s been a surprisingly great experience so far.

My first attempt? Total disaster. I decided to run a clothing store right out of the gate, which, in hindsight, was not the smartest starting move. Let’s just say it didn’t go well.

So I reset.

Round two: I switched to groceries — and everything changed. Sales are moving, management feels smoother, and the gameplay has been much more enjoyable. Lesson learned: start simple, build smart.

Overall, I’d rate the game an 8.5 out of 10. It’s engaging, surprisingly strategic, and definitely the kind of simulator that can hook you for hours. I’m looking forward to putting more time into it — and yes, there will probably be some rage moments along the way (which I know some of you enjoy watching!).

If you want to see how the store continues to grow — or fall apart — you can catch the streams over on Kick.

All in all, I’m glad I picked it up. It’s been a fun addition to the rotation.

Have a great weekend, and I’ll chat with you all on Monday.

We Don’t Miss YouTube — Building Something Better

Honestly, we don’t miss YouTube. The trolls, the drama — it simply wasn’t the right environment for us anymore. We are much happier where we are today. We’ve been focused on building our website, and the growth in views recently has been incredibly encouraging. That’s exactly what we want — steady growth as a community, as a brand, and as content creators.

There’s a saying: build it and they will come. That’s exactly what we’ve done. Instead of relying on a single platform, we chose to build something of our own. We invested in our website, strengthened our content, and nurtured a community that supports what we’re creating.

In the long run, YouTube is simply part of our past. Our focus now is on the website, the podcast, the talk show, and continuing to blog consistently. We’ve built our own space outside of that platform — and that independence feels right.

This move wasn’t rushed. It was intentional. And looking at where we are now, I truly believe it was the right decision at the right time.

We’re not looking back — we’re building forward.

Thank you for being part of the journey, and I look forward to sharing what’s next with all of you.

Looking at the Bigger Picture

Yes, my podcast faltered — but sometimes setbacks are simply redirections toward something greater.

Right now, I’m choosing to focus on the bigger picture.

Opportunities are knocking for The CBOTW Show, and when genuine opportunities present themselves — especially collaborative ones — you take them. I’ve been presented with several exciting collaboration possibilities with friends and fellow creators, and I’ve decided to fully embrace this new direction.

This doesn’t mean less content. In fact, it means a shift — not a reduction. I will continue producing the same number of shows as before, just under a renewed focus and structure that better aligns with where the company is heading.

Sometimes growth requires letting go. In hindsight, I may have held onto the previous format longer than I should have. But every experience teaches you something. If there’s downtime, there’s always productive work to be done — building the website, developing new episode ideas, streaming on Kick, creating solo content, or expanding collaborations. The possibilities are endless when the vision is clear.

The podcast didn’t “end” because of failure — it stepped aside to make room for opportunity.

This is about evolution, not retreat.

Thank you for continuing to support this journey. I’ll be back tomorrow with another update.

The End of an Era — And the Beginning of Something Bigger

It truly is the end of an era.

After six incredible years with Entertainment Man, we are officially turning the page and stepping into something bigger and better. Growth requires change, and I’m excited about where we’re headed next.

So… what’s next?

🎙️ New Podcast Schedule

We are moving to a new release schedule:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 PM EST

This new structure allows us to expand and strengthen our lineup, including:

  • Dancing with the Stars discussions with Mary

  • Corner Gas episodes with Bob

  • New shows and conversations with Larry

In addition, we will be posting shorts and reels on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays throughout the day to keep fresh content flowing across our platforms.

🤝 New Podcast Collaborations

We’re also expanding through collaborations with other podcasts, focusing on TV and movie discussions. We already have an exciting lineup in place, and I’ll be officially announcing those partnerships on social media in the coming days.

If all goes according to plan, we may begin rolling out these collaborations as early as this week.

✍️ Blogs & Guest Contributions

The blog isn’t going anywhere. In fact, we plan to continue regular posts, along with occasional guest contributions to bring fresh voices and perspectives into the community.

🔥 After Hours with Shane and Chris

After Hours with Shane and Chris continues to grow steadily in views and engagement. The response from all of you has been incredible, and we’re excited to keep building on those weekly conversations.

This may be the closing of one chapter, but it’s also the launch of a new one — filled with momentum, creativity, and opportunity.

Thank you for continuing to support this journey. I’ll be back tomorrow with another update.'

Exciting Updates & The Return of The CBOTW Show!

Thank you for your continued patience and support. I’m pleased to share that we are making steady progress behind the scenes, and I truly appreciate everyone who has stayed with us during this time.

I’m happy to announce that our Rumble account is now fully set up and operational, marking an important step forward as we expand our content platforms and reach new audiences.

Saturday Feature: Spotlight on McJuggerNuggets

This Saturday, I’ll be releasing a special podcast episode featuring a detailed review of McJuggerNuggets (Jesse Ridgway).

This project has been thoughtfully planned and is something I’ve been looking forward to producing. The episode will explore his creative journey, content style, and impact as a digital creator. My goal is to provide an engaging and balanced discussion that longtime fans and new listeners alike can enjoy.

The CBOTW Show Returns Next Week

The CBOTW Show officially resumes with new recordings scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday:

Wednesday:
Recording episodes of Corner Gas, revisiting the humor and memorable moments that made the series a standout Canadian sitcom.

Thursday:
Launching my recap series of Malcolm in the Middle, covering five episodes per installment. These recaps will include analysis, character highlights, and reflections on why the series continues to resonate with audiences.

Whether you’re a fan of classic sitcoms or enjoy thoughtful television commentary, there’s plenty to look forward to.

Looking Ahead

As for Larry and me, we’ve completed testing and are fully prepared to resume recording together when the time is right. At this stage, we anticipate that return happening in Fall 2026 or possibly January 2027.

Until then, I’ll continue bringing you consistent content and updates. After nearly 12 years on this journey, your support remains the driving force behind everything I do. The growth may take time, but the progress is real — and we’re moving in the right direction.

Thank you again for being part of this community. More updates are coming soon, and I look forward to connecting with you again tomorrow.

An Important Announcement About the Future of Entertainment Man Podcast

After six incredible years on the air, I have made the difficult decision to officially conclude the Entertainment Man Podcast — and this time, it will be for good.

This was not a choice made lightly. Over time, I’ve felt a shift creatively, and I believe that when something no longer feels as strong or inspired as it once did, it’s important to acknowledge that honestly. The ideas have evolved, and so have I.

There are additional factors behind this decision that I will address in tomorrow’s podcast episode. What I can say for now is that there has been significant movement behind the scenes within our studio. Conversations have been happening. Opportunities have been presented. And something new is beginning to take shape.

While it’s always bittersweet to close a chapter, I firmly believe that growth requires change. As one journey ends, another begins — and I am genuinely excited about the direction our network is heading.

You will continue to hear from me through March 8th. After that, we’ll be transitioning into new projects — bigger, stronger, and more aligned with where we are headed next. This week, I will be sharing more details and answering your questions.

Thank you for six years of support, loyalty, and encouragement. Entertainment Man has meant more to me than words can express, and I’m grateful for every listener who has been part of the journey.

The next chapter begins soon.

Talk to you tomorrow.

How to Build Mental Resilience and Thrive in an Unpredictable World

Freelancers, creators, and small business owners juggling deadlines and shifting platforms often discover that productivity plans don’t help much when uncertainty becomes the default. The core tension is simple: staying consistent and engaged while the rules keep changing can drain focus, confidence, and decision-making. Mental resilience isn’t about pushing harder; it’s a future-proofing mindset built for adaptability in uncertainty. With a lifelong learning mindset and a steadier relationship to stress, embracing change becomes a skill rather than a setback. This is how general readers turn unpredictability into a practical advantage.

Understanding the Building Blocks of Resilience

Mental resilience is not one magic trait. It’s a small set of skills that work together, including openness to change, managing uncertainty, mindfulness techniques, emotional agility, supportive relationships, and balanced optimism. Think of this as a shared map, so each idea means the same thing as you apply it.

This matters because vague advice like “stay positive” breaks down when your content plans shift overnight. A clearer framework helps you choose the right tool for the moment, whether you need calm, perspective, or practical support. It also fits the broader definition of resilience as an ability to thrive through life’s pressure points.

Imagine a platform update tanks your reach right before a podcast launch. Openness helps you test new formats, mindfulness steadies your attention, and emotional agility keeps frustration from hijacking decisions. Balanced optimism helps you hope without ignoring the data.

Resilience Habits for Creators, Week by Week

These routines turn resilience into something you can practice while planning posts, recording episodes, and handling curveballs. When your workflow is steady, your mindset has a place to land, so you can adapt without spiraling.

Two-Minute Curiosity Reframe

What it is: Write one better question: “What’s this change trying to teach me?”

How often: Daily

Why it helps: Curiosity reduces threat-thinking and opens options you can test quickly.

Five-Sense Reset

What it is: Do a 60-second scan: 5 things seen, 4 felt, 3 heard, 2 smelled, 1 tasted.

How often: Per stress spike

Why it helps: It lowers reactivity so you respond, not react.

Ten-Minute Mindfulness Block

What it is: Follow a guided practice focused on positive effects of mindfulness.

How often: 3 times weekly

Why it helps: It trains attention so uncertainty feels manageable.

Emotion Label, Then Next Action

What it is: Name the feeling, then pick one next step: draft, outreach, or rest.

How often: Per decision moment

Why it helps: Labeling emotions keeps content choices aligned with goals.

Relationship Touchpoint

What it is: Send one supportive message to a peer, editor, or co-host.

How often: Weekly

Why it helps: Support networks buffer stress and improve follow-through.

Pick one habit, run it for seven days, and adjust it to fit your family.

Your Resilience-Ready Content Creator Checklist

This resilience action checklist keeps your mind steady when deadlines shift and episodes run long. Use it before you write, record, or publish so your energy goes into decisions, not spirals.

Write one curiosity question about today’s curveball

Run a 60-second five-sense reset before responding

Schedule three 10-minute mindfulness reminders on your calendar

Label the emotion and choose one next action only

Define a minimum viable task for your post or episode

Send one relationship maintenance message to a trusted peer

Review what worked and adjust one habit for next week

Check off one item now, then return to your work with steadier focus.

Common Resilience Questions, Answered

Q: How can cultivating openness to change help me better handle unexpected challenges in life?

A: Openness turns change from a threat into information you can work with. Practice asking, “What is this situation inviting me to learn?” then pick one controllable variable to adjust today. Over time, flexibility becomes a skill you can rely on when plans shift.

Q: What are some practical ways to manage feelings of uncertainty without becoming overwhelmed by fear?

A: Start by shrinking the time horizon: focus on the next 30 minutes, not the next six months. Write down your fear, then list two actions you can take regardless of outcomes, like drafting an outline or emailing one guest. If emotions run high, remind yourself that seeing grief as a linear process is a misconception and feelings rarely move in a straight line.

Q: How does practicing mindfulness contribute to building emotional resilience and mental strength? A: Mindfulness creates a pause between a trigger and your response, which reduces impulsive decisions. Try a one-minute breath count before you hit publish or respond to criticism. With repetition, you notice thoughts as signals, not commands.

Q: In what ways can balancing optimism with realism improve my ability to cope with stress and setbacks? A: Realism helps you plan for obstacles; optimism helps you persist through them. Use a “best, likely, worst” scenario list, then choose one preventive step for the worst case. This keeps hope grounded and your effort targeted.

Q: What strategies can I use if I feel stuck or uncertain about my future direction and want to gain new skills or knowledge to adapt? A: Diagnose what is blocking you: unclear goal, missing skill, or low confidence from recent setbacks. Pick one micro-skill to build for 14 days, like interviewing, outlining, or audio editing, and track progress with a simple checklist. If you need a clearer path, choosing a structured learning track that matches your goals (including the benefits of online IT programs for working adults aiming at fields like cybersecurity or software development) can reduce decision fatigue while you build momentum. If you want structure, commit to a course or community schedule because mental agility often matters as much as technical ability when conditions change.

Sustaining Mental Resilience Through Small Commitments and Lifelong Learning

Life will keep shifting, and the real strain is trying to feel steady while the ground keeps moving. Sustained mental resilience comes from a simple stance: treat stress as information, respond with a reflective resilience practice, and keep updating your approach through lifelong learning integration. Over time, this turns uncertainty into something you can navigate, so thriving amid change feels more like skill than luck. Resilience isn’t rigid strength; it’s the habit of adapting on

purpose. Choose one of your motivational strategies today, like a brief weekly check-in, and make a clear commitment to adaptability by scheduling it once. That small promise protects stability, health, and growth when the next curveball arrives.

Odd Week We've Had....

Yeah, this week has not been the best, however it is slowly turning around. But first, I want to say I'm sorry for lack of streams on Kick this week as the internet was acting strange and there is no surprise when it comes to the internet but I assure you we are back and will be streaming tomorrow as normal around 2ish in the afternoon Eastern Time. You can find us on Facebook and TikTok. I have decided to forgo Kick and keep it to our social media. I am working on something on our website for the future where you can listen to the streams which is now LIVE on our website under www.chrisbontheweb.com/p/live.html if you wish to join. Even at the start if we don't get anyone on the chat that is just totally fine and we haven't gotten much views at the moment and we never once even mentioned it. Anyways this week had it's lows with the internet issues and my stress and anxiety levels have been extremely high.

However, the podcast with Ken Siejak is recorded and he's suggested I wait a week to post it, giving me more time to record and I am going to do just that. I have sent him a message suggesting this. So tomorrow it will be just me talking on the podcast and gives me time to edit and also promote it at the end of the next 3 shows, Entertainment Man Podcast, The CBOTW Show on Thursday & After Hours with Shane and Chris on Saturday. Anyways this week is done another week is upon us, so enjoy the rest of the weekend and talk on Monday.

Added Back an old feature to our website!

We have added a feature, well wouldn't call it a feature but to make it fair to everyone, we have added the Facebook feed when I go live each and every week. It is a great idea as not everyone has Facebook and with the change and AI, a lot of people have left the platform I'm sure. There is a chat with chatango and you can sign in as a guest to chat if you wish. You do not need to sign in, you can just guest during the live streams.

Please note I will also be Live on TikTok so I will be monitoring all 3 chats on all 3 screens. This is very exciting for us but it is difficult for us to keep an eye out on the Kick stream so that is why it isn't on the schedule but Sunday afternoons you have me for the afternoon and Sundays is my normal schedule with random. So with these changes, comes more interaction from us, the team. I look forward to the chat tomorrow and I will be back for another post tomorrow so as always talk tomorrow.

Website Work resumes in a week or two!

This week, I will be focusing on podcasts and recording a few weeks worth of Malcolm in the Middle for the Thursday spot. Plus Corner Gas episodes today and by the time this is released it will be done and recorded and ready for the editing and next week should mend that gap which didn't go as according to plan as Rogers decided to go and screw up those plans and I had to re-schedule both shows yesterday. Thanks Rogers... for nothing.

Anyways website work resumes in 2 weeks for right now as podcasting has taken the president of everything else right now and that's OK. We will be without our two podcast pages right now while it's being worked on and fixed. You can still find the podcasts on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Music or Podcasts, you name it, we've got it! Anyways that is the late post for today and as always talk to you tomorrow at 11 am EST and also an announcement video as well at 9 am EST.

Re-Adjusted Our Links for Booking Podcasts & Shows!

We have or I have readjusted the links for booking all shows and podcasts as we do not need the main one right now as we do not offer any services and I do want to add some, heck, I'd like to add merch to our website eventually too for you guys to purchase as part of the CBOTW Fam. Anyways, off topic; all 3 shows are different and I will explain each show starting with the oldest to the newest ones:

The CBOTW Show- It is an hour and 15 minutes intervals for shows that we collaborate with. So times vary from day to day as we need a few minutes between calls to go to the next call. No weeks will be blanked out as for the other show and only days off is Sundays as it is normally my day off.

Entertainment Man Podcast: Entertainment Man Podcast is 1 hour per session, however once a week is booked I make the remainder of the week unavilable and so forth with future weeks as well. I will get you onto the show, don't worry.

After Hours with Shane & Chris: After Hours with Shane and Chris is weekly once the weekly spot is gone, then we move forward to the next week.

Anyways that is the blog post for today, hope this explains things especially with trolls 2 years ago saying they cannot see their booking as that isn't how the booking works. Only way you can see it is in you're email and as for where for the call we've decided on Streamyards. Anyways enough of my rants, I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Corner Gas Returns next week to air!

As of next Tuesday, a week from now, Corner Gas will be back on the air. I apologize for no episode this week, just been so busy to get an episode out but next week, we will be back next week airing episodes of Corner Gas. I am excited to record tomorrow and getting back into the grind of the episodes and closing in to the finale of the second season. That should be done in April at some point and we move into Season 3.

It will be so much fun and I have enjoyed it. I do not know what will happen when we close in to EP 18 and it will make no sense but this is what I am thinking:

This Week's Recording- Corner Gas, Season 2, EPS # 9 - 12

Corner Gas- Season 2, EPS # 13 - 16, then

Corner Gas- Season 2, EPS # 17 & 18.

The end of the season there is only 2 and that hasn't been addressed yet. I will be sure to ask Bob tomorrow about that but that is everything I needed to say and the post for today and as always talk to you all tomorrow.

Changes For the better Good of our website, podcasts and shows!

This have been long coming. I have kicked the bucket with the provider we were using wasn't reliable and was always down and our players weren't working so we decided to use Podbean for all shows. Right now Podcast and shows are down and do not know how long it will be down but the extent of the damage is great. It will take me a while to work on it and I am working on it on my own, 0 help with figuring out the code nothing so it will take me a lot of time.

Also as I stated in the newsletter last night, After Hours with Shane & Chris moved along with the changes from the other provider and we are now housed on Rumble and honestly the views have been better then the other platform we use to be on once upon a time. We have embedded it to our website and works great.

Also about page, FAQ, schedule for content  and any of the other pages are going to be under some work as well and will be the first stage to update all the other pages so they stay active at all time. Anyways that is the blog post for today, Malcolm in the Middle episodes in one podcast coming tomorrow, shorts tonight and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

The CBOTW Show- Malcolm in the Middle [Updates]

As you know in April, Malcolm in the Middle: Life's Still unfair is coming out and I believe it is April 2026 when it is coming out and I want to cover it. Kind of why I am stalling when it comes to Larry's return, sorry Larry but it will be worth it in the end. So starting next week on Tuesday (temporarily also on Tuesdays to fill in for Bob) will be the first 5 episodes and we will do them 5 at a time and yes the last 3 is just three so I will actually add in Season 2.

After next week it will just be on Thursdays for the foreseeable future but what we can do if we start recording in May or June with Larry and I, we can always schedule it in when there is a spot available or we can even open up the Saturday slot sooner then we thought. There is so many decisions and angles that we could go with The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies and why I created the Saturday @ 6 pm EST spot in case. Anyways thats the final post for the week, have a great weekend, stay tuned for the live stream tomorrow on Kick, Facebook and on TikTok and I will talk to you all on Monday!

Sometimes I Don't Understand my Logic....

Sometimes, I do not understand my logic behind decisions that I make when it comes to ChrisBOnTheWeb Media. I sometimes make such outlandish decisions without even thinking about it. I need to think before I decide I know. Everyday is a lesson learned for me but I need to start learning from my mistakes and not repeating it whatsoever. I am working on it and it will take some time.

The lesson behind this stick to it for a while and make sure to promote your service or feature on the website and that is something I didn't do whatsoever. I believe once I did a post but that was it. Nothing else after that when it came to promoting the newsletter. If you add something to the website, you certaintly need to promote it. If you don't promote it, this means nobody will know. I hope this helps and I will do an episode about it on Entertainment Man Podcast and I will write the episode this week or already have by now. Anyways that is today's post and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!
