New Week, New Start!

Yes we may have had to deal with some harassment within our own team which there will be 0 tolerance for that has made me come to a decision to actually open up the studio a day early to discuss with Sammi, Sheldon and JBird some changes to our terms of use within the community and company as well. It is time for a major overhaul of our community and company guidelines and this week is the time we will be making those changes to our community guidelines moving forward and we will have to be a bit more strict on our rules.

To continue company and community success, sometimes you've gotta make necessary changes especially the team as you know we removed two team members and welcomed Sammi back into our community as she needed some time off for an undisclose reason but with her and our new Moderator JBird we will make things right and I promise to do a full week of streaming to make up for the issues in the community. I want to come clean, I want to clear the air what's been going on in our community and the company and moving forward will be most definitely different and there will be more information coming this week but that is the post for today and as always talk to you all tomorrow.

Looking at the Bigger Picture

Yes, my podcast faltered — but sometimes setbacks are simply redirections toward something greater.

Right now, I’m choosing to focus on the bigger picture.

Opportunities are knocking for The CBOTW Show, and when genuine opportunities present themselves — especially collaborative ones — you take them. I’ve been presented with several exciting collaboration possibilities with friends and fellow creators, and I’ve decided to fully embrace this new direction.

This doesn’t mean less content. In fact, it means a shift — not a reduction. I will continue producing the same number of shows as before, just under a renewed focus and structure that better aligns with where the company is heading.

Sometimes growth requires letting go. In hindsight, I may have held onto the previous format longer than I should have. But every experience teaches you something. If there’s downtime, there’s always productive work to be done — building the website, developing new episode ideas, streaming on Kick, creating solo content, or expanding collaborations. The possibilities are endless when the vision is clear.

The podcast didn’t “end” because of failure — it stepped aside to make room for opportunity.

This is about evolution, not retreat.

Thank you for continuing to support this journey. I’ll be back tomorrow with another update.
