The CBOTW Show Reality TV isn't done, YET!

The CBOTW Show- Reality REECAPS are not dead yet! We are working presently to add on more shows to our line up with Survivor 50 RECAPS being presently the only one running at the moment but that will be change eventually as we work around everything to slowly release everything but remember we still have:

- Dancing with The Stars w/ Mary & Chris

- Canada Shore w/ Chris & Kevin

- Deal or No Deal Island w/ Chris & Kevin

It is still pending and I have spoken to a reliable source through a friend you have seen them on our social media and he was here for the 10th anniversary nearly 2 years ago Eric but Big Brother US hasn't been OFFICIALLY renewed for a 28th season so we are presently unsure which was to turn as we have had plans to find a host for that but will come in time. So we are working hard to growing the Reality TV Feed as much as possible. Anyways that is the post for today and as always talk to you this afternoon for the normal post.

Still Being Asked about Entertainment Man!

I am not surprised one bit when it comes to you guys asking about Entertainment Man Podcast which now has become a thing of the past and don't get me wrong, I miss it but I am very much happier with the shows we currently have and so many new and exciting opportunities and you never know we may be asked by a TV station to cover a certain show and you guys know the answer will be. I left the feed up on all the platforms, Spotify Video/Audio, iTunes and all the other platforms out there.

I have switched some of the wording around to let you all know that the show has now wrapped up and is there as an "archive" of past episodes that I have done. However, I thank each and everyone of you that supported the podcast and curious what I'm up to and always asking about the beloved show. I am doing just fine, still running ChrisBOnTheWeb Media but been more behind the scenes lately but that is the post for today and I will talk to you all tomorrow for a special post for you all!

And we're back on track!

And we're BACK on track finally! We have finally caught back up with Reality TV Shows [Survivor] on The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps. It took us some time to catch up and get a better rythm but now that we are back on track and ready to tackle the rest of the week ahead of us. Once we're caught up with editing, then we can see where we go from here whether it is recording the next Malcolm in the Middle or even working on Ghostwriter for when the series returns.

Either way there will always be something to do regards and if worse comes to worse, I can finish up tags or go out run errands, I do need to send something to Shane AGAIN (LOL) becoming a master at that now and plus photocopying flyers as well which that will be the first big step after Easter is to get those done. Anyways that is the post for today and as always talk to you all tomorrow!

How to Unlock Lasting Personal Growth with Practical Daily Habits

Busy parents juggling work and wellness, early-career professionals trying to prove themselves, and caregivers carrying everyone else’s needs often share the same quiet frustration: the desire to change is real, but progress feels inconsistent. The core tension is that strong motivations for change collide with everyday self-improvement challenges, stress, doubt, and old patterns that make effort look like failure. A lasting personal growth journey starts when growth stops being a mood and becomes a choice rooted in identity and belief. With the right mindset transformation and a practical approach to overcoming obstacles, change becomes something that can be repeated.

What Personal Growth Really Means

Personal growth is not a personality makeover or a burst of motivation. It is the steady work of shaping who you are becoming by updating your identity and the beliefs that guide your choices. A personal growth plan helps by turning that inner shift into clear goals, practice steps, and skills to build.

This matters because vague hopes like “be more confident” rarely survive busy days. Intentional practice gives you repeatable actions, while structured learning and skill-building make progress visible and measurable. Instead of guessing, you can track what you did, what improved, and what needs support.

Think of it like learning to cook on weeknights. You adopt the identity of “someone who feeds themselves well,” replace “I’m too busy” with “I can prepare once,” then practice simple recipes and learn one technique at a time.

Daily and Weekly Habits That Build Real Growth

These habits turn personal growth into something you can practice even on hectic days. Each one is designed to be simple, trackable, and flexible, so you can build confidence through consistency rather than relying on motivation.

Two-Minute Morning Intention
  • What it is: Write one focus and one value you want to live today.

  • How often: Daily

  • Why it helps: It aligns choices with the person you are trying to become.

Weekly Skill Sprint
  • What it is: Do one 30-minute learning session toward a role, project, or certification.

  • How often: Weekly

  • Why it helps: It keeps progress moving when schedules get crowded.

Mentorship Touchpoint
  • What it is: Ask a mentor or peer one specific question and apply the feedback.

  • How often: Weekly

  • Why it helps: Mentoring links to career outcomes through steady guidance and accountability.

Five-Minute Mindset Reframe
  • What it is: Practice the prompts and work on developing a growth mindset after a mistake.

  • How often: Per setback

  • Why it helps: It turns failures into data you can improve from.

Hobby Block on the Calendar
  • What it is: Schedule 20 minutes of a hands-on hobby with a clear start and stop.

  • How often: 3 times weekly

  • Why it helps: Play restores energy and makes learning feel easier.

Keep Self-Care Steady While You Upskill or Return to School

Personal growth gets easier when your learning plan doesn’t compete with your recovery. Use the steps below to protect a sustainable self-care routine while you build skills for a career shift.

  1. Set “non-negotiable” recovery blocks first: Pick 3–5 weekly blocks you protect like classes or meetings: sleep window, two short movement sessions, one meal-prep slot, and one “no productivity” hour. This works because it stabilizes your energy and mood, so your study time is higher-quality (and you’re less likely to quit). Treat self-care as actions you choose for your well-being, not a reward you earn after work is done.

  2. Build a small self-care menu across life areas: List 2 quick options in four categories, physical, emotional, social, and financial/occupational, so you can choose based on what’s depleted. The idea comes from the eight dimensions of wellness and it prevents “all-or-nothing” routines that collapse during busy weeks. Example: physical = 10-minute walk; emotional = journaling; social = voice note to a friend; financial/occupational = 15-minute budget check that supports your career change strategy.

  3. Choose an adult-learning pathway that fits your life, not your fantasy schedule: Decide your education pathway by answering: How many hours can I truly study each week for 12 weeks? Then choose one: a short skills course, a certificate, part-time community college, or a degree plan with fewer credits per term. Adult learning works best when you choose a course to suit you and your current responsibilities, so you stay consistent instead of constantly “catching up.” A degree plan can include focused tracks like online psychology studies when that aligns with your career shift.

  4. Use a simple weekly upskilling loop (plan → practice → prove): Each week, pick one sub-skill, do two focused practice sessions (30–60 minutes), and produce one “proof of work” item you can show (a short write-up, a spreadsheet, a mini project, or a presentation slide). This is one of the most reliable upskilling methods because it turns learning into visible progress you can track. It also pairs well with the daily/weekly habits from earlier, short, repeatable reps beat occasional marathons.

  5. Use a “structured program” template to make career development strategies concrete: Create your own lightweight program: a 6–8 week timeline, one target role or skill cluster, weekly proof-of-work, and a monthly review of your résumé/portfolio and networking outreach. Tie it to your routine: schedule reviews right after an existing weekly habit like meal prep or your mentorship call. When motivation dips, the structure helps you keep moving with smaller decisions and clearer next actions.

Personal Growth Questions People Ask Most

Q: What if I keep starting habits and then falling off?
A: Treat it as a design problem, not a character flaw. Shrink the habit to a two-minute “minimum version,” tie it to something you already do, and track streaks weekly, not daily. Consistency returns faster when the restart is simple.

Q: How do I know I’m growing if nothing “big” is changing yet?
A: Look for quieter signals: better follow-through, fewer avoidance loops, and faster recovery after setbacks. Capture one proof each week like a note, a completed task, or a tough conversation you handled. Small evidence keeps you grounded when results lag.

Q: Why does fear of failure stop me even when I want change?
A: Many people get stuck because fear of failure can make trying feel riskier than staying the same. Lower the stakes by practicing in private first and defining “success” as showing up, not performing perfectly.

Q: Can I work on personal growth without being hard on myself?
A: Yes, and it often works better. Build self-awareness through brief check-ins, since personal reflection supports steadier choices over time. Use supportive language like “What would help today?” instead of “What’s wrong with me?”

Q: What should I do when motivation disappears mid-week?
A: Switch to an “energy-first” reset: hydrate, eat something satisfying, and take a short walk. Then choose one tiny action that restores momentum, like opening your notes and writing three bullets.

Turn Daily Habits Into Lasting Personal Growth Momentum

Personal growth often stalls when motivation fades, progress feels slow, and the next step isn’t clear. The way through is the approach outlined here: focus on practical daily habits, repeat them consistently, and treat setbacks as information rather than failure. When the application of guidance is simple and steady, the key personal growth takeaways start showing up as calmer choices, clearer priorities, and more confidence that change is possible. Small habits, repeated daily, create the growth that motivation alone can’t sustain. Choose one practice for the next 24 hours, schedule it, and set a weekly review to protect your ongoing commitment to your self-development journey. That consistency matters because it builds resilience and stability that carry into health, performance, and relationships.

Deal or No Deal Island & Canada Shore!

That's right Canada Shore, season 1 recaps are coming soon! With Survivor ramping up and getting into a time slot, we will be ready soon to record Canada Shore and we will be recording one episode per week and more than likely it will be on Saturdays @ 6 pm EST it will be posted up to our website and the other Audio ONLY Platforms which I am working on the server this week so this way Kevin and I can record the episode each and every week.           Then after that, Kevin and I will move on to DONDI (Deal or No Deal Island) for the 2 seasons which I do not remember off hand how many episodes there is but it will take a while to complete but something to air especially in the summer as we are unsure if we will be able able to get a host for Big Brother US this summer and it has been confirmed but in the audition process so we have time but least we have something to fall back on for now. Anyways that is the early morning post and as always talk to you guys at 11 am EST.

Ghostwriter is on Hiatus for Now....

Those in our Facebook Group, you already know this but Ghostwriter is NOW on hiatus for now and we don't know how long it will be on hiatus nor when it will be back and we both agreed to doing this for now. We are currently focusing on this Ghostwriter Reunion Interview; Power Rangers Reboot are the two big projects we are currently working on plus I have Corner Gas & Malcolm in the Middle active at the current moment and we have a full schedule and going to continue to keep this going.

I know we have only covered one season but it will be back eventually but for right now we are focusing on the other shows that we are currently covering within the podcast and when I have time, I will be working on things when I get the chance so we are ready whenever we decide to return to that series down the road but it is not in the cards at the moment. Anyways that is the post for today and as always talk to you all tomorrow.

Consider this the start of a NEW ERA!

This is a start of a new ERA! Even without me as CEO but Kevin is the new top dog, the new boss man around. Like I said I am still involved but this is what we needed in the company. It is what they call a corporate re-shuffle as we needed a new leader and sometimes in business you need a fresh perspective and exactly what we needed after 11 years of my reign of terror, it was time for me to step down.

Fresh new perspective and it will even prolong ChrisBOnTheWeb Media going forward to it ever shutting down is most definitely not an option anymore even if later I need to re-assume the role of CEO I will or go by Kevin's role that is always an option but right now he's doing a fantastic job behind the scenes and hopefully we will get to see him blog as he has been added to the blogging team as well as the podcast team (Audio ONLY.) The future is most definitely looking bright and cannot wait for you guys to see what we are up to next for this amazing company. Anyways that is the post for today and as always talk to you all tomorrow!

Change of Leadership & My Role in the Company, NOW.

As you know, I have stepped down as CEO allowing Kevin take over as Director of Operations. Now you are going to wonder a couple of things: 1) What if something happens? Then the Founders least Larry and I can discuss what happens next.  2) What if he quits? Then someone else will be assigned or I will have to reassume the role again which I am not planning on it as I am very much happier in my role as Lead Content Creator/Executive Producer/Host/Co-Host.

So what are my roles, I am the head person for the Content & Executive Producer of the blogs and podcast programming with the assistance of my assistant Sammi, we are most definitely the dream team and ready for success and to continue with the company as we are strictly off our website and also Spotify & Rumble as YouTube is permananently off the table at this point. Anyways that is my role in the company and still am involved with the company and proud to give Kevin the guidance he needs to continue as my successor. That is the post for today and as always talk to you all tomorrow!

The Pieces are Coming Together!

Well hello there. It has been just over a week since my last post as I have taken this week off and it was to catch up non of the drama crap that has been going on lately or the switch between Brooke and Sammi but Sammi is here for good and more behind the scenes of things, emails, the newsletter and anything else that I need her assistance and glad she's back with the company now.

Next thing, I'd like to address is getting a rythm with the new schedule, well it's not new technically, it has been tweaked especially with the exit of Entertainment Man Podcast it opens a void into the schedule and as yesterday morning, we made the change over and sort of tweaked as we removed the kick schedule and just added in Reality TV Schedule as we have a show active, plus social media streams as well.

So the pieces of the puzzle are coming together very nicely and will take us some time for us to actually get the hang of the schedule if we need to post on Saturday then we will more than likely do that. Anyways that is the post for today, enjoy the rest of your weekend and as always talk to you all on Monday!

From Boss Man to Mentor!

Our team are very proud of Chris from being the boss man since 2005 - 2014; then 2014 - 2026 and now plays even more of a crucial role in this company as a mentor to our newer staff like myself and Kevin our Director of Operations. I knew there was another element to this madness and now it is entirely exposed now. I think it's a great idea and the fact he is staying on to help with the content side of things that's great as without content this website renders kind of pointless.

But this is all happening for a reason and all these changes were part of the plan for something bigger within our network, the company, the media world of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media. I am curious and so excited for the future of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media, I can hardly contain my excitement right now. I appreciate Chris allowing me to post and you never know I may pop up once and a while. My job is basically, emails, social media and the newsletter.

Take care, see you all in our wonderful community!

We're trying and leadership change.

We are trying and have been struggling without boss man as we are trying to ask him to come back but sometimes, we just need to communicate and try and make the best out of the situation. Yes Kevin is new to the leadership role and we are doing as much as we can to get him use to the role. One thing I am happy is Chris will be mentoring Kevin in his new role.

With him now strictly head of content/blogs/executive producer/host and co host of shows, he can strictly work on the podcasts and talk shows now. We all have our jobs in the company and the only way for us is to move forward and I know and heard the episode boss man about moving forward. He has stated he will be back on Monday for more posts so you will have me one more day.

We're getting more guest blog post requests!

Blog requests are coming along and just a reminder that we would like to post on our website to use the main email. It is really amazing with the guests post and would love to continue to have guests on our blog and they have done really, really well. The traffic on our website has been amazing so keep up the amazing work. I can see why boss man keeps going with them as they have become popular here on the website and it helps us out with content and why we have kept things under wrap in the last 24 hours and we are slowly explaining things.

Keep on requesting to do a post, we love the guest posts and now encourage you guys to come to us to guest post, heck we would love to hear your ideas for myself or even Chris for posts moving forward, we would love to hear your ideas moving forward and I will return tomorrow.

CEO Stepped Down, Director of Operations in Charge...

Chris, our beloved CEO has unfortunately stepped down as CEO. He has become tired of being ridiculed, harassed, bullied so he is no longer with us as CEO. But he is actually still with the company and he can return as CEO later but now is not the time. If he will return that is beyond me as I do not know what he's thinking.

Don't fret he is still with the company as I said but he is the Lead for the Content, Blogs and Executive Producer. I will be helping him with things behind the scenes stuff and with my new role, Executive Producer/Program Director of The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Shows which he mainly calls me EP (Short for Executive Producer.) Have a great rest of your day and I will be back tomorrow.

How Mindful Use of Technology Can Help You Reconnect with Yourself

For busy professionals and caregivers who stay reachable all day, technology distraction can feel like a constant low hum that crowds out inner signals. The core tension is simple: being constantly online can erode emotional self-connection, leaving moods harder to name and needs easier to ignore. Over time, that blunts mental wellbeing and makes spiritual self-awareness feel distant, even when life looks “fine” on the surface. With mindful technology use, self-reconnection becomes practical again.

Quick Summary: Mindful Tech Habits

  • Set clear technology boundaries to protect focus, rest, and personal time.

  • Notice your emotions before and after scrolling to build emotional awareness with tech.

  • Take short screen-based mental clarity resets to reduce overwhelm and regain presence.

  • Use simple spiritual mindfulness practices to reconnect with yourself beyond the screen.

  • Choose mindful technology habits that support your values instead of automatic digital consumption.

Understanding Mindful Technology Use

A simple way to start is to notice what constant connection does to your attention. Wi Fi makes life easier with maps, messages, banking, and quick answers, and these everyday Wi Fi benefits can also train your mind to scan, switch, and stay on alert. Mindful technology means using these tools on purpose, so your emotional, mental, and spiritual health stays in charge.

This matters because attention is the doorway to self connection. When your focus is repeatedly pulled outward, it gets harder to hear your feelings, think clearly, or sit with stillness. Research linking daily screen time with higher risks of anxiety helps explain why boundaries can feel like relief, not restriction.

Imagine opening your phone to check the weather while on Wi Fi, then getting pulled into notifications and short videos. Ten minutes later, you feel scattered and vaguely tense, even though nothing is “wrong.” Mindful tech is choosing one task, finishing it, and returning to your life on purpose.

Build a Mindful Tech Routine That Reconnects You

This process turns your phone and laptop from default distractions into tools you choose intentionally. You will set clear boundaries, reset your nervous system, and use a few simple prompts to reconnect emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

  1. Choose your purpose before you unlock
Start each interaction by naming one intention out loud: “send a message,” “check directions,” or “pay a bill.” If another urge appears, write it down and return to the original task so your attention stays with you, not the feed.

  2. Set two boundaries you can keep today
Choose one time boundary and one place boundary, such as “no social apps before breakfast” and “phone stays out of the bedroom.” Make it easy to succeed by turning off nonessential notifications and placing tempting apps off your home screen.

  3. Use a 60-second nervous-system reset when you feel pulled
When you notice tension, scrolling, or impatience, pause and do one of these grounding practices like a slow breath cycle or the 5-4-3-2-1 sensory check. This helps you respond on purpose instead of using your device to numb or distract.

  4. Do a quick emotional and mental check-in, then act
Ask: “What am I feeling right now?” and “What matters most in the next hour?” Then take one small aligning action: send the honest text, add one to-do item, close extra tabs, or set a 10-minute focus timer to finish what you started.

  5. Add a weekly reconnection ritual using technology lightly
Schedule 15 minutes each week for mindful check-ins with yourself or someone close, using a note or calendar reminder to keep it consistent. Review what drained you, what nourished you, and one boundary to adjust, so your tech use supports your values.

Mindful Tech Daily Reconnection Checklist

This mindful technology checklist turns good intentions into daily digital habits you can actually follow. Use it to stay grounded, protect focus, and make space for emotional and spiritual self-connection.

✔ Confirm one purpose before opening a device

✔ Set one time limit for scrolling or messages

✔ Choose one phone-free place for the next hour

✔ Silence nonessential notifications to reduce reactive checking

✔ Pause for 60 seconds of breathing when you feel pulled

✔ Name one emotion and one need before responding

✔ Do one aligned action, then close the app

Check these off once today, and your attention will start returning to you.

Building a Mindful Tech Practice That Supports Long-Term Wellbeing

Screens make it easy to stay busy and connected while quietly drifting from what feels grounded and true. Sustained mindful technology use brings attention back to choice, using devices with intention, clear limits, and regular check-ins that keep life in the driver’s seat. Over time, that supports emotional health benefits, steadier mental wellness maintenance, and spiritual self-connection reinforcement when the day gets loud. Mindful technology use means your phone serves your life, not the other way around. Choose one item from the checklist to practice daily for the next week, and notice what shifts. Keeping technology and long-term wellbeing aligned builds the stability and resilience that make growth and connection easier to sustain.

New Chief Operating Officer!

I recently made a significant decision that I believe will benefit our company. With my focus on content creation, managing the community has become increasingly challenging. To strengthen our leadership, I am proud to announce the promotion of Kevin as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media. This is a prestigious role, which has been vacant since early 2025 when Sara previously held it.

Congratulations to Kevin on this well-deserved appointment! I am confident he will excel in this role and support our team effectively. Trusting my team more allows me to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring the company continues to run smoothly.

You can connect with Kevin via our Facebook page, X, or Discord, and our Administrative Assistant is available through Discord and our company email.

Thank you for your continued support, and as always, I look forward to connecting with you tomorrow!

Trying to stay on Schedule...

It's all about getting into the swing of things, getting the hang of the schedule and with Entertainment Man Podcast ending, it will open up a lot more doors for me. There should be certain recording days and post up days and one of the reasons we are like backlogged and Malcolm in The Middle this week is taking a week off as there is so many things happening this week from Entertainment Man Podcast Finale for the entire podcast to After Hours with Shane and Chris and of course Survivor which will be out tonight.

Sometimes, I just think I overdo things when it comes to the podcasts and shows but I am slowly understanding the time crunch behind all the shows but I have better understanding now that I need to set recording dates for the shows for example, After Hours with Shane and Chris are typically recorded on Friday evenings and up late on Saturday nights. So The CBOTW Show needs some set dates itself and here are a couple of examples Wednesdays as that is the normal day for Bob and I when we need to record and Thursdays when it's Larry and I but I could swing him to Wednesdays. Plus this fits into the Survivor schedule as well Wednesday nights after the Survivor 50 episodes. Just food for thought and that is the post for now and I will talk to you all at 1 pm EST for a SPECIAL Post.
