Tech Issues with OBS and Streamyard....

                   There are two episodes that had audio issues with OBS, one of them being the most recent episodes we have recorded and I think I need to raise Bob's voice and probably on Streamyard too as well as it seems but I could use OBS to record in case and I think I am going to do that moving forward. Also I need to remember to have the fader up for the mix-minus setup on my board and that is most definitely something I may have forgotten to go a good level up from it so that could be why I am having issues with the edit. 

              I have never had issues with Streamyard or OBS before and the settings seem to change even if I do not change anything this is why you need to check your tech when it comes to recording shows. So the real fault is by user error and I admit it and I promise in the future to check everything and assure that it works but that is the post for today, I would continue on but I have an appointment and need to get this out for you all but as always, talk to you tomorrow.

Entertainment Man Podcast Page Work slow down....

             There has been a bit of a slow down as of this morning as I was awake during the night as I couldn't sleep any more as I passed out earlier last night, I wanted to do a post today to let you know I am working on the Entertainment Man Podcast page and it is still in archives at the moment but been adding back Archives.org as they've been having a bit of a loading issue and wish there is a way to put a player right from this website itself. 

           It was indeed Archive.org having some loading issues and it happens as they get a ton of traffic daily so it is understandable and I already reported the issue early this morning and they have fixed it so we are back to working on the website page for Entertainment Man Podcast while working on episodes for The CBOTW Show. Anyways that is the post for today and as always talk to you all tomorrow.

Entertainment Man Podcast will be RETURNING!

             I have gotten emails and questions when is Entertainment Man Podcast is coming back, is it coming back, what happened to it? That really pressured me to think what's best for the company and it's shows the interest in the show returning for a 7th season is amazing! I will start working on ideas and get booking for the New Year and already got people lined up, a potential new interview on Entertainment Man Podcast plus planning to have Jimi, Ken and Gilda all on the podcast as well and I just need to book em.

            So I am looking at Sunday, January 4th, 2026 @ 1 pm EST and I will do the full schedule tomorrow for that but it will be only on Audio ONLY as I already have 3 other shows Tuesdays & Thursdays for The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies & Fridays for After Hours with Shane and Chris which more information is coming on that via video very, very soon. Anyways I look forward to the new beginnings for all 3 shows and this is indeed the best thing to do moving forward. The break from this podcast was the right thing to do and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps

              2026 is going to be the year of new shows surrounding the already hit podcast The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies, we have After Hours With Shane and Chris and of course The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps which Chris wants to do a post on Monday where the inspiration came from this. Starting in late February 2026 Billy will be launching the first Reality TV Show on this sister podcast to the already acclaimed successful podcast.

            Chris has noted he will be Billy's right hand when it comes to Survivor 50: In The Hands of The Fans Recaps each and every week. What I gather it will be on Audio ONLY and that was Chris's decision before bringing Billy into the fold when it comes to Reality TV Podcast. In December which is in 5 days away Chris will be releasing information on how to get involved as he is planning to expand it a tad more once again. However time will tell on expanding on shows, enjoy the rest of your day and I shall return tomorrow.

Ghostwriter Series Hiatus [The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies]

                 Ghostwriter series that Larry and Boss Man are recording has stopped recording, the recording sessions are on hiatus currently. But when the last 4 air, that will be the last one for a while. He has stated he is not sure how long it will be but end of January it will be indeed Chris taking over the Thursday airwaves of The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies. 

                  Excited to see what he brings to the table and he's told me a few ideas in the back of his head while watching The Santa Claus movie with Tim Allen.  One of them being a Tim Allen Show called Home Improvement as he wants to bring the nostilga to the podcast and one of the reasons why he created The CBOTW Show back in 2018 with Larry was this exact reason why he did it. Another one was him bringing Shifting Gears to the Podcast with Tim Allen another one of his series he's been in. He may do a public poll to see what you guys think he should do.

December Movies for The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies

              December is upon us and Chris is up to the plate for Christmas movies and he has a bunch of ideas and he has the first 2 weeks planned out plus 2 more for the rest of the month of December and here is the plan:

Thursday, December 11th, 2025: Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause

Thursday, December 18th, 2025: Christmas Vacation

Thursday, December 25th, 2025: Christmas with the Kranks

               Excited for him to be covering all of these movies and it will be a full December coming up. These episodes will be on Thursdays @ 6 pm EST in place of Ghostwriter till January when that podcast will be returning one last time before a hiatus and I will talk about it with what boss man has told me so far.

Spotify Falsely Claiming a Copyright.... [I'm Not Pleased ONE BIT!]

           I don't think I have a reason to be mad, yeah I got blocked in certain countries, USA being one of them but it was my fault putting that music only but they didnt need to send me copyright notice after copyright notice. I ended up spamming the same reply again and again in real frustration and I think I got the message to them that the episodes were removed from our feeds to correct the issue and they continued to put claim after claim. 

           I was starting to think ohh... we may have to go back to YouTube which I am not a fan of anymore because of the trolls and one specific group that turned their backs on us. However I know that there is a solution to everything and yeah I threatened to go back to another site we once used and that might of helped but threatening to abandon a site doesn't really help. I'm sorry if I am ranting but I am not pleased one bit but least it has stopped for now. I will talk to you all soon on another blog post.

       From the Bottom of my heart, I want to thank you all for listening to Entertainment Man Podcast for the last 5 years it was on the air. It has been a fun ride and over 300 + episodes and as we say goodbye to this show, we have nothing but wonderful memories of the show and the amazing guests on the show over the years! We thank the wonderful guests that has come onto the podcast between 2022 - 2025 for giving your time to come on promote your podcast, content, company, business, I am happy to have help you guys out.

     

         This is not goodbye for good, I will be around, still running The CBOTW Show in the TV & Movies department with a potential new opportunity coming for expansion in 2026 and of course After Hours with Shane and Chris which pre-production is going great and updates are coming soon with the development of the show which is under way. Finally there is a whole pile of thank-yous: My family always there and having to put up with my bad moods cause of the trolls and I'm smiling as I write this but they have been there through the thick and thin of things. I would like to thank all my friends that supported the podcast, Larry, Justin, Eric, Sheldon, Terry, Angie, my neighbors on my street. I once again would like to thank my guests that have came on the show, some once some numerous times and the friendships I made are still going strong. Finally I want to thank the entire CBOTW Media Community in our circle and out for always having my back especially during my Mental Health issues I was facing or I was very sick and in bed for weeks at a time, I appreciate the patience and support and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

This Weekend Will be Busy!

           This weekend will be a busy one for us as we will be editing so much ti is just unreal how much content we have to edit, put together and have ready at the helm for November, December and January. I am also working on the shorts/reels for the episodes and one of the episodes doesn't have video as I carelessly erased the entire video version of the podcast so now I have 3 episodes video and 1 without but what can you do and at least I have an actual audio only.

           So we hope to complete all of those as next week I want to tackle the website stuf that needs to be done. Either way we will continue to get all of the things completed in a timely fashion but first is all the podcasts are to be done and today will be recording the podcast for Sunday and the first and important thing after I get the Motivational Fridays done. Anyways that is today's post and as always I will talk to you all on Monday, have a great weekend!

Last Day of Recording with Larry for a while!

            Today marks our last day in the studio together recording a podcast together till after he moves away up north which our studio will be very, very quiet without him present with laughter and jokes. I'm sure I may see him one more time before and maybe a lunch, I do not know but if not we will make the best out of our last day not just recording but hanging out.  I am not sure what 2 weeks tomorrow brings so we are acting like it is our last. 

             I will make sure to capture on camera a lot of things that we do throughout the day and post it over the weekend for you guys plus this weekend will be a busy one but will talk tomorrow about that. However we will have video footage and pictures to share this weekend and it will be a busy weekend with content on our social medias. Anyways we will make it a great day together and capture the moment the final time we meet and say so long for now but remember what I said anything is possible for the start of November but that will be the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Entertainment Man Podcast Chat...

            I know the episodes aren't doing well and it will take time for the podcast rebound as a lot of the views came from YouTube. I know and realize there was a petition out there for the podcast to go to video and perhaps, perhaps if it went video then things would most definitely change in the way of views maybe. I will be trying that this week for the first time since end of August 2025 Spotify video for this podcast will happen.

          I am all for trying it out and seeing what works and what doesn't work and this is something that works for the show. I do not want to make that decision to cancel it after this year and it goes away and not make a return to air whatsoever but not going to give up so easily but that is the post for today, enjoy the double podcast this afternoon and tonight and I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Podcasts and Halloween!

                Guess what! I'm back with another blog! Surprise! So with next week being Halloween our schedule will be a lot more jammed packed in the way of schedule and one of the things I am working on today along with Entertainment Man Podcast for this weekend but next week what I've counted is 4 podcasts in the making which is the most I think that we ever put out in a week's worth of content. More Major Work to be done!

              I know, I know! More work to the website? Just to the podcast pages for the following Podcasts: "Entertainment Man Podcast" "The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies" & "The CBOTW Show- Reality TV" all need the old audio player we once had at some point. However the Discord server is finished finally and I am very happy and content with the way the server is so now I can move on to other projects and as always please report any bugs on our server if there is any and I will check the issue at hand. 

              The other work that needs to be done besides Ghostwriter is Hocus Pocus movies for next week to record hoping Larry is healthy again as he's been sick quite a bit lately and I need to make sure my co-host is healthy to record. Also will be working Thursdays two episodes along with Entertainment Man Podcast as it's a rainy day here in Ontario so I am in my studio majority of the day may step out in the afternoon to spend time with my parents but we will see. If I have time by the end of the week, I will even work on Corner Gas editing, Ghostwriter editing and by golly even work on Building Bridges. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

The CBOTW Show w/ Larry and I Beyond 2025

           I know there has been questions what the future of Ghostwriter is and we do not know. I know there has been questions when we will be back. It may not be till a year from now. I am sure I will be talking to Larry between the other projects that I am working on in the meantime but as for recording by end of October and that will be a wrap for Larry for a while. 

          Don't worry, we will be back in due time but I am not sure when and I am not going to pressure him or myself to getting back into things and this gives me a ton of time to work on seasons 2 & 3 and get ready for the next step of this. I know I sound like a broken record but we cannot rush things and the extra time will be good for me to work on things behind the scenes. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow and thank you, Zoey for covering for me last week while I was in the middle of a ton of chaos here.

After Hours with Shane & Chris [More Info]

             A lot of progress has been made with the show lately and I can say that it is becoming bigger and bigger as we continue on the journey and with a month away from production set to start with Season 1 on October 10th, 2025 which is the Friday of the long weekend of Canadian Thanksgiving and what a way to launch this BRAND NEW show to our amazing network. 

            We are on YouTube and I know that raises eyebrows after having to deal with teenagers causing issues with a... Nevermind, will not go into the negatives but Shane wants to make sure it is 18+ Show and that is what we are planning to do with the show. So are we posting the YouTube version to our website? The answer is No. Will be ultilizing Spotify Video to our website alone with Audio ONLY. We are only using YouTube for the Live Version of the podcast and we will be adding the Audio ONLY version of the podcast in the podcast tab as always. 

            Live Shows will be Fridays @ 7 pm EST and posted on Sundays @ 1 pm EST on the old time slot Entertainment Man once held for the last 5 years. This is something we have never done in well almost 10 years but we are returning to a LIVE Format and there will be no drama, disrespect whatsoever. Positivity is the only thing we will allow so please do not come into our chatroom trying to cause problems as my staff will ban you faster then you can say ticondaroga. Anyways positivity Chris, right? That is the post for today, rather long winded post and as always I will chat with you all tomorrow!

How Am I Feeling a Week Later?

             Almost a week later after Entertainment Man Podcast, I have had a rough week with getting use to not working on episodes, interviews and what not... Yeah, I had a lot of guilt, feeling down on myself, felt like a useless piece of you know what. That is just stage of loss, stage of change in your life:

1) Feeling lost, unsure what to do next;   That has been me all week in a very odd funk but I seem to have gotten out of it and has learned to move on. 

2) Feeling down, feeling out of the loop, not wanting to do anything. 

3) Acceptance: I feel like now that I have accepted the fate of the podcast ending and down the road it can be rebooted but not 100% sure it will be.

           So what I am trying to say is I am slowly coming around and acting a lot happier and excited for the next phase with ChrisBOnTheWeb Media. Anyways there will be a post later on for Orono so I will talk to you all then!

Larry and I will be Back in 2 - 3 weeks!

              I know as it is now September, Larry is back online again short time this week as it's his first week back and YES he's in the Discord Server now and the community is fully built to our specifications. I will talk about it on a blog, I have lots of ideas and the next 3 days will be cruical for us, 2 today, 2 tomorrow and 2 Friday! So what is the call Larry and I made with RETURNING to Podcasting The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies. 

             So the Tuesday slot is currently empty and if I feel up to posting up an episode I will, however, I have made it clear originally that I would put the episodes on Tuesday in the meantime and I will as long as Larry and I aren't recording but with him and I not going to be starting for another 2 - 3 weeks maybe 4, I may as well move Corner Gas to Tuesdays on a permanent basis perhaps. Most likely, him and I will start posting episodes second week in October the Hocus Pocus movies for Halloween. We may record a couple of things for November, maybe one more set of episodes of Ghostwriter but we will see how things will go. We do not have a lot of time left together till he moves. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you this afternoon.

Change is Good! (Saying Goodbye to My Podcast)

             It is an end of an ERA fior Entertainment Man Podcast. I've been doing this show for 5 years, 6 seasons, 313 episodes, I felt like the show has gone stale, same old, same old week after week, show after show. I honestly wasn't feeling it anymore. It was time to say goodbye to it and move on from it. Luckily I have The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies and After Hours with Shane and Chris which I will talk about more this week after I chat with Shane with more about this.

             However, as the saying "All Good Things Must Come to an end" and it totally true! I've felt like this the right time and do not worry, I will not bring it back, cancel, bring it back, cancel like I use to with one of my YouTube Series I did back in the day. I look forward to what's next and the new project is ramping up nicely and information is coming soon. There will be more this week but that is the post for today and as always I am going to talk to you all tomorrow.

Malcolm in The Middle: Life's Still Unfair

            You will hear me mention it on The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies feed today in 2 hours of this posting but as you all know there is a 4 part Malcolm in The Middle: Life's Still Not Fair. I wanted to try and get as many episodes done as many as I can so it will depend and I want to try to squeeze in 2 episodes of the series. 

              I know I should of started soon so what I have thought so I will wait till Malcolm in The Middle: Life's Still Not Fair comes out and do that instead maybe by New Years, I will slip it into the schedule. Right now Larry is limited how much we can record and there is no news so I will have that 4 episode podcast later but right now keeping the doors open for the time being in case. Being very cautious with the Tuesday schedules right now. Only 2 timeslots for this podcast so I have to be careful how I schedule things.
