When will record more episodes of The CBOTW Show?

              I know, I know! I hear you guys and wondering when Larry and I will resume recording new episodes of the podcast? Probably Early June, Mid June at this current moment. May 22nd, 2024 is the last one being posted up. This will conclude our journey with Power Rangers for now unless we have news but at this moment it is just all rumors and speculations which we do not want to do a podcast if it is just plain rumors at the moment but once we know we will dive into another podcast.

              For right now we're on hiatus and want to work on some movies for a change. Particularly Mighty Ducks Movies 1, 2 & 3. That is on our list for together. As for me, I will be continuing on with The Simpsons as I have plenty of episodes I would like to talk about and even more Rodney Dangerfield & John Candy movies I want to cover including The Great Outdoors. However you cannot forget about me working on Corner Gas soon so Bob and I can record that this summer at some point. Also I will be starting on Ghostwriter a series from the 1990's. Anyways that is a bit more of an expanded version what is next for us and when we are at after May. Anyways that is the post for today, as always I will speak to you all on Monday for another blog post.

Content Schedule Changes 2025!

           As you know by the recent poll I made I have made the decision to drop the bonus episode of Entertainment Man Podcast On Wednesdays. To be honest, I don't have a topic that is less time as I go between 15 - 20 minutes long and the views for Wednesday shows hasn't been great. You guys love the long form content. So replacing that podcast is The CBOTW Show but it will be premiering on Wednesdays @ 6 pm EST. Here is the schedule starting January 1st, 2025:

Sundays: 1 pm EST- Entertainment Man Podcast (YouTube/Audio ONLY) Will be premiered

                  2 pm EST (Sporadically): Gaming Stream (YouTube/Twitch) LIVE

Monday - Saturdays: Daily Blogs

Wednesdays: 6 pm EST- The CBOTW Show (YouTube/Audio ONLY) Will be premiered

Saturdays: 1 pm EST- Weekly Chat (Facebook/YouTube/Twitch) LIVE

Balancing Between Our 2 Podcasts

              Balancing 2 podcasts is not an easy thing to do. We have "Entertainment Man Podcast" then you also have The CBOTW Show for the two shows we currently. Going through each week from recording episodes I usually record Wednesdays for the Sunday if it is just a topic episode as recording sessions vary from Sunday to Friday's normally. Not only that Fridays before the following Wednesday's are my usually day for recording the Wednesday episode whether it is Entertainment Man Podcast or The CBOTW Show that is when I record those.

              However it isn't easy managing two shows and why there is going to be some minor changes that brings big news for one of the shows which I will get into tomorrow on the blog. So I have to make sure to be recording on the days of so this way I stay on track and on schedule which has been easy with content has been recorded for The CBOTW Show since Larry and I are on a hiatus from recording new episodes as we have episodes awaiting for us to release over the next month. We have gotten better at managing the shows and staying on track. Anyways that is the post for today, thank you for reading the post and I will talk to you all tomorrow!

End of The Week Updates [04-20-2024]

                It a tough end of the week updates for us once again. Everything is upside down right now for the team right now. Right now Chris is editing his heart out and haven't had time to work on new episodes and no time for the blogs while he's away but he is making that the second priority actually after he edits the audio only from Thursday night. He is making it the upmost important plus he needs to record one more podcast while he's away so he is getting into vacation mode right now. 

              I want to welcome Karla to our moderator team on Discord and all the YouTube Channels and Twitch. Another amazing addition to the Mod Team as the server is very active and a lot of fun to be around no matter what day or night it's somehow always going off with new comments and we appreciate it. Also Chris wanted me to mention that next Wednesday will be a premiere @ 1 pm EST for The CBOTW Show and the airing of the Power Rangers Podcast after a very long hiatus with the podcast. After next Wednesday there will be one more podcast plus 2 weeks after that there Power Rangers Reboot plus what's next for our podcast. Not Sure What's Next for The CBOTW Show!

                Now that it has been OFFICIALLY 2 weeks since Larry and I recorded Dino Fury Season 2 & Cosmic Fury, the finale of the franchise + the one off that we did, I'm not sure what is on tap for June for Larry and I wise. We haven't gotten that far into it as right now as at this moment of time, we are posting and publishing the episodes that we have recorded thus far. 

              We really haven't looked at what's next and we honestly haven't had that conversation honestly. We've been enjoying our time off air to really hangout and have some fun in our lives. So I cannot predict what is next for the podcast but The Mighty Ducks movies is suppose to be next on the list but the question is when are we going to be recording this podcast. I've heard June maybe July at the most now. I am also trying to get the guys in for Entertainment Man so I am trying to do both and it isn't easy. So it is all about a balance between both podcasts and I will talk about that in May a little bit in a post while I am away but for right now that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow!

What's Next For The CBOTW Show?

            With Power Ranger Podcast wrapped up production what is next for The CBOTW Show. Well haven't really come to that point but it will be between me doing solo episodes, The Simpsons and Mighty Ducks 1, 2 & 3. Also that is on the plans is to work on Corner Gas but it could take weeks months but that is OK I can try and squeeze it in. I'm sure that I will some how get to it soon as possible. I just haven't figured out how I will format the episodes and maybe I will talk to my guest about it first see if he has ideas for it. 

       That is everything that is being planned for now and I have nothing planning beyond August for now and I do not plan on going to far but let's say that Larry will be back more in September I am not sure when The Mighty Ducks movie chats will be posted up. Again we haven't come that point as of yet as we are currently planning 2 podcasts for the other podcast in the nearby future so it will be tough to say at this point. Anyways that is the post for today and that is sort of the plan moving forward and nothing too strenuous and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Getting Frustrated

             YouTube was a bit of a pain in the butt. Was having issues with a "Processing Error" on there and you can understand the frustration and truly my anxiety went through the roof on this. I have been fighting this for a while now. I just want to get these finished so I can move on but I think it's definitely a YouTube issue not me. However we know it is a longer episode, hour and a half long, 1 hour long and 18 minutes long so and the first and third one went up no problem whatsoever so that is really strange.

            But I continued to trying to get it up so you guys get to see this but now I need to try and keep episodes to at least an hour long for the nearby future because I have uploaded an hour podcast on "Entertainment Man Podcasts" YouTube Channel with 0 problems. Just this channel seems to be the problematic issue right now. It does sound like something YouTube related cause Entertainment Man hasn't had a problem in the past! End of the Week Updates [04-06-2024]

               A lot has gone on this week and let me start with podcasts, Entertainment Man Podcast has now reached 242nd episode which is amazing and big congratulations to Chris reaching that peak amount of episodes. As you know Chris and Larry have now completed Power Rangers Podcast, the editing process has begun and I have the honor to working on The CBOTW Show. I never thought he'd ask me to help and I feel privileged to help out. 

         So we continue to release and he has mentioned he will be working on Entertainment Man Podcast and is the next thing he is planning to work on next and excited to be working on these plans. Also something he didn't mention to you guys is he is going to pre-plan out The CBOTW Show with the Simpsons episodes he wants to cover on the podcast. He is planning on doing those. Also he wants to actually work and prepare these ahead of schedule before they are being recorded and posted. He wants to leave it open for now. Post Power Rangers Podcast Check-in!

               Now with Power Rangers done and Power Rangers Podcast now on Hiatus for right now, I feel the sense of relief. I know you are shocked to hear this from me but now that it has wrapped up production I do not know what I will do with my time after editing is completed and I am currently working on it at this moment. It feels weird to not have to do anything now. I can work around other projects, I have a ton of Entertainment Man Podcast episodes I want to write and have done and ready and the list is pretty endless so I'd like to work on that for a while and it's not too much work but something on the list. 

               With being in post production, editing is taking place and we are working hard to get both the video and audio only and excited to be releasing these to you guys soon. I have handed off an episode to Kelsie to help out with the editing process to speed it up so it is ready to go. This is why we moved the Mean Girls Reboot to next week instead so gives us more time to work and edit but I am sure it will be done quickly. We edit at a good speed so it is done. Anyways that is the check-in blog and have a great weekend as Kelsie is doing the end of the week updates and I will talk to you all on Monday!

Been an emotional week.

             This week has been a rollercoaster of emotions for Larry and I. I've tried to hold back the tears knowing that this is the end game for us and we've finally reached the end of the long road. You have to remember Larry and I been doing this podcast for 5 and a half years and it is a lot of blood, sweat and tears that we put into the shows we put out there between 30 - 35 shows entirely. That is a lot of shows to be done and it's amazing that we've actually come this far. Because originally we were going to stop after the Zordon era and we haven't really been open to saying that but we can now that we've concluded the entire franchise now. 

            So this week is emotional and it will take time for me to readjust to the new schedule and getting use to something new that we are working on and I can talk about that tomorrow on the blog if you guys want which I plan on writing about tomorrow's blog post. I am hanging in there mentally and emotionally and plan on just relaxing this weekend and taking a break before I start editing heavily. I can say this I plan on releasing the Mean Girls Reboot next week instead then Power Rangers will be released after that. Just a little switch. I probably already put a schedule out there for you guys but that is the post for today, I will as always talk to you all tomorrow!

End of The Week Updates [03-30-2024]

           Another long week is over for us. It has been a barrel of stress for us all. As you know this week I was named the new Chief Operating Officer, also known as the COO. I am so thrilled and excited Chris named me for this role on the team which covers the same jobs as before, helping out the community, answering emails, Facebook and Twitter messages. But also help with planning events both Online and in person. 

           I know Chris hasn't had the time to finish working on Power Rangers Podcast for The CBOTW Show but spent yesterday and yesterday night and today on watching the series to try and get it done. Now Entertainment Man Podcast is edited and ready for release tomorrow afternoon and he has to still put the episode information up on this very website. 

           He will be talking about this next week but reason for no blog yesterday, he gave all of us the day off including him even though he said he's going to be working on the season but got busy with other things I guess. This also reminds me to remind you no blog on Monday and we will be running on a 5 day week for blog rather then the normal 6 day blog but we will be on a 5 day as we're off tomorrow and Monday for work wise and taking some very well earned time off. Also Chris will be doing a split streams between Facebook and Instagram so be sure to check those out! Those are the updates and rather a very long update but I will talk to you all at the end of the upcoming week and wish you all a very Happy Easter from all of us, here at ChrisBOnTheWeb Media.

Our Process With Podcasting

              This blog post was inspired and requested by Reena who was on my podcast several weeks ago so big shoutout to her. Podcasting is a lot of work from the pre-production to the production to post production so I want to break this blog down to 3 parts from our perspective:

Pre-Production: Getting an idea whether it is a topic or getting a guest for Entertainment Man Podcast or a movie or TV show to recap for The CBOTW Show, it all starts with an idea. The creating podcast notes for the episodes and it comes from the idea, I have to come up with at least 4 - 6 pages of notes especially for Entertainment Man Podcast. Now The CBOTW Show comes with a movie or TV Show, then watching the TV Show or movie and taking notes.

Production: Is getting the episode recorded. It is basically sitting down and recording. Now not every episode for Entertainment Man Podcast is LIVE on the air but other then that it is pre-recorded. Production side, Entertainment Man Podcast is both YouTube-Video/Audio ONLY and The CBOTW Show is just on Audio ONLY.

Post Production: Editing the video/audio only for Entertainment Man Podcast and Audio Only for The CBOTW Show making sure it is to my liking for publishing. Which brings to the next point I use my Corel Studio Video Studio for editing the video and Audacity for the audio. The next thing I want to mention is scheduling the podcast, putting in the tags both on YouTube and Audio, also posting it on the website on the day of. The last part I want to share is clipping the best moments, even though I've had hate but that's been the best part of the views on the channel and gets people more interested. The clips though are just for video side of things, YouTube/TikTok and sometimes Facebook/X/Instagram from time to time. 

              So that is OUR process as podcasters in our network and what we go through a week to week basis. Quite a journey that we go through together. Again big shoutout to Reena for this idea and I will talk to you all tomorrow about The CBOTW Show that is bothering me at this moment.

End of The Week Updates [04-22-2024]

              At least this week, I am ahead of schedule and I have the blog post out on time. Anyways there is a several updates to report to you all:

1) The first thing is Chris has been busy recording and editing this week. He recorded early week the Anxiety episode he wanted to talk about and is out and the most recent episode to date right now here on the website, other audio only platforms and of course YouTube

2) He recorded Power Rangers Dino Fury season 1 which should be done by today at the most. 

3) He had another interview, this time with David Hirsch which I am excited to hear as I heard it went very well. He's been busy editing everything and putting it together. 

4) Also he is working on season 2 now and hopes to have it done by Monday or Tuesday at the latest so he can work on and complete the 30th season, Cosmic Fury by end of next week so he can start working on Entertainment Man Podcast fully.

          Lots of work to be done and I continue to work on graphics when needed and answering the emails for him trying to cover him while he gets all this work done and I have a lot of faith he will get it done. That is the post for this week and I will speak to you all next Friday.

End of The Week Updates [03-15-2024]

            I am sorry I am late for this but life gets in the way. First thing is first, Chris should be done the first season of Power Rangers Dino Fury but then it's up to him to finish up the next one in the next 5 - 7 days from now. The next things I want to say is a big thank you and welcome to our new members of our Discord server. Speaking of welcome our team would like to welcome Haylie to the team replacing my brother and will eventually replacing me for 7 months to a year while I take my leave of absence but I will have time to train her and don't worry I'll be still around the community, especially with Discord and any of the social media's. I'm not sure if I will have Staff status while I am away in the discord or if he will make me an admin for the time being I do not know. 

           As for Entertainment Man Podcast, Chris is still doing what he's doing with the podcast, continuing to be a success on that podcast. There is nothing else I want to speak on for this week, the website continues to strive forward we continue to grow as a community and company and we want to be more active on the social media. He has a bunch of posts coming today so stay tuned for that but that is this week's end of the week updates, have a wonderful weekend and speak to you all soon!

End of The Week Updates [03-08-2024]

            This week has been pretty interesting.. From recording episodes to posting them, Chris has been a very busy guy honestly. This weekend will be important and he has decided that he is dedicating this weekend and week to finishing up Power Rangers seasons so he can lock in recording in just under a week and a half so that is his goal for right now is the getting that all finished up and done. So this means he has confirmed no streams this weekend. He wants to focus on getting these done. If it wasn't for him watching the shows and seasons, he would of been casting. 

            He has been tearing down a building on his Minecraft server with TNT but he will show you guys when it's completely down. But this is the end of the week updates. Between that he will be recording and in another meeting Tuesday in the afternoon between 2 pm and 5 pm EST so he is a very busy, busy guy. he is pretty much booked up with interviews till April at this point but busy is a good thing. That is everything to update with and he is sorry for no streams this weekend but next weekend, he will be going live on Saturday and I will talk to you at the end of next week, have a wonderful weekend.

End of The Week Updates [03-01-2024]

             Hey everyone! 

             Happy 1st of March! Here are your updates: With both Sunday's and Wednesdays episode now complete for Entertainment Man Podcast, Chris can clearly sit back and watch Power Rangers Dino Fury which he has been doing lately. He hope to be done or close to done by today then if he finishes tomorrow he will start working on season 2 hoping to be finished by Tuesday this way him and Larry will most definitely have something to record for The CBOTW Show next Thursday. 

             Also we have had a bit of a influx of spam on our Discord server, so Chris has adjusted the bot to mute it too incase myself, Larry, Jim or himself do not get to timeout the perpetrator that is causing problems. Also I've added with his permission a spam corner and the bot has been disabled for that channel so you can spam away all you want but still the other rules like being respectful and what not still applies to that channel. Finally I want to thank everyone that's supported us whether it's Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Audio ONLY or even on our Discord, we appreciate your tireless support. Switching Back The Schedule?

               I know I have talked about switching back Entertainment Man Podcast and The CBOTW Show to Thursdays on a rotation and yes rotation, I switch shows in the Wednesday slot and more then likely that would be what we would do if we switched back to the old schedule that we had. However this wouldn't happen till the New Year, I do not want to switch things around during the seasons for both podcasts and do not want to disrupt the current flow of the scheduling at the moment. 

              But, I have decided against it to switching the days as you guys have gotten use to the schedule that we have  and it's the mid week podcast. How am I going to make sure it's done? I will be recording the normal episodes on Wednesdays, bonus episodes and The CBOTW Show on a Friday unless I am with Larry recording our own which is normally Thursday but on my own it is more than likely Friday. However that is the post and hope this explains my thinking process and I will talk to you all tomorrow for another blog post.

End of The Week Updates [02-23-2024]

              It is time for another end of the week updates. Chris had Larry at the Studio and originally the plan wasn't to record a podcast but they recorded a half hour podcast talking about Mean Girls Reboot. Now because the movie is fresh for us, they have decided to NOT release it till around May 8th what he's told me. So today he's editing this morning and by now he is working on Power Rangers Dino Fury Finally as he is about to reach the end of an era for the podcast and they will be moving on to other projects. 

              As you may noticed the Facebook group has been phased out all together and we have brought back the Discord Server. Now Chris isn't as involved with the server and he's online but hides offline. That is because he has been very, very busy with work and he has been working hard on content lately to finish things up and quickly. The end goal is to be finished Dino Fury by end of next week then Cosmic Fury by the following Wednesday. What he's told me he is ready to finish things up so he can officially move on with things. Those are the basic updates, we hope you have a wonderful weekend, I will be back next Friday for another end of the week updates.

The CBOTW Show in the next month and a Half!

            Well, the plans for recording this week has backfired on Larry and I. It is not cause of him, it was cause of me. I fell so behind and haven't watched the next season yet but here is the plan for March to late April with both Power Rangers and other shows with an announcement:

           Yes with the news of a potential reboot, I want to get ready and cover Who's The Boss for the next how long. There will be more details when we get closer to it but don't worry there will be more content with Larry and I but I promise to fill between with Who's The Boss. I will make sure to fit it in somewhere. I will talk to Larry first see if he has any ideas. However that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow for another post!
