Been on a Grind!

            I have found the time to work on The CBOTW Show more and more now with my other podcast wrapped up production after 5 years, 6 seasons and over 300 + episodes. Been able to work on both solo shows and shows with Larry and I and also Bob LeMent and I. However, I haven't actually messaged Bob for the next one and I will this week before the week is up so we can keep going on a role with things. I know there is so many moving parts when it comes to shows each and every week and there is going to be a lot of me on my own between Corner Gas and also Hocus Pocus as that is the plan for Larry and I by the end of the week. 

           So this week it will be quite a grind for me especially today and tomorrow. It was be a game changer for the podcast. I also plan on recording extra episodes in case for upcoming weeks that Corner Gas isn't on as it takes time to prepare, record and edit everything together. I will be working on the last Ghostwriter set of episodes for mid October to late October plus working on Halloween Movies and still deciding which one as of yet.  That will be on the Thursday slot when Larry and I aren't posting up anything. I know it sounds complicated and maybe once we record stuff, I will put a timetable on a post for you guys but that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Why do we have a lot of downtime?

            I know the lack of episodes and content compare to when we were on YouTube. However even if I am not at the computer I am always thinking one step ahead of the team and always thinking how we can improve and even post up some behind the scenes. The reason why we have so much downtime is because we are lacking in the content department. What Are we doing to rectify it?

--> Halton County Radial Museum; Videos, photos of my day out with my dad. 

--> South Simcoe Railway; Videos, photos of my day out with my dad. 

--> Try and do some occasional Saturday blogs if I find a ton of things to talk about.

--> Double up with The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies: I know Larry and I haven't started to record podcasts together yet. I will try and fill in on Thursdays if possible. 

           Trying to make things up and get back into a routine is important as we head into adding the new After Hours with Shane and Chris, hopefully October. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

After Hours with Shane & Chris [More Info]

             A lot of progress has been made with the show lately and I can say that it is becoming bigger and bigger as we continue on the journey and with a month away from production set to start with Season 1 on October 10th, 2025 which is the Friday of the long weekend of Canadian Thanksgiving and what a way to launch this BRAND NEW show to our amazing network. 

            We are on YouTube and I know that raises eyebrows after having to deal with teenagers causing issues with a... Nevermind, will not go into the negatives but Shane wants to make sure it is 18+ Show and that is what we are planning to do with the show. So are we posting the YouTube version to our website? The answer is No. Will be ultilizing Spotify Video to our website alone with Audio ONLY. We are only using YouTube for the Live Version of the podcast and we will be adding the Audio ONLY version of the podcast in the podcast tab as always. 

            Live Shows will be Fridays @ 7 pm EST and posted on Sundays @ 1 pm EST on the old time slot Entertainment Man once held for the last 5 years. This is something we have never done in well almost 10 years but we are returning to a LIVE Format and there will be no drama, disrespect whatsoever. Positivity is the only thing we will allow so please do not come into our chatroom trying to cause problems as my staff will ban you faster then you can say ticondaroga. Anyways positivity Chris, right? That is the post for today, rather long winded post and as always I will chat with you all tomorrow!

Yes, I've Been Thinking About The Future.

             I have been thinking about the future and not with The CBOTW Show but more Entertainment Man Podcast has been my concern but I am going to continue on producing new episodes and interviews and guests seems to be the answer to the issue. But I do want to do solo episodes but interviews and guests have helped. I've noticed Entertainment Man & the CBOTW Show (both feeds) have done a ton better on Audio ONLY and that's good. I've been thinking of putting it back to just that but then what will happen to the channel? So you realize my dilemma.

            I promise this isn't me saying we're done with YouTube because we aren't, if we were, I'd be more obvious in the title of this post. We are just making room for improvement. The wheels are turning in my head and getting ideas and I just cannot reveal everything, not just yet. I kind of have a timeline for things. All I can say, as they say on Big Brother, "Expect, the UNEXPECTED." I will talk to you guys tomorrow!

Trying to take some time off in August!

               Once I finish up with 2 interviews and one collaboration on both podcasts, Entertainment Man Podcast (4 Interviews), I know a lot of interviews and I am not sure if it is 4 or 5. Then the collaboration with Bob but there will be filler stuff here and there. I am not really sure I will have time to not record so I do not know if I will get a break from interviews but I am going to keep on going. Once I'm on a roll then I'm on a ROLL! I mean it. Lately been on a good content kick lately and proud of the hard work I have put in!

                                However, yes a break is in the nearby future but going to start taking my Sundays off like I normally do and still got videos to do as I haven't been on the best of getting out for you guys but work in progress this week. I know it's old footage now as it's been a week or two now but this week during the week there will be a recording session and maybe you will see it live on one of the days I am LIVE in the studio perhaps? Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Happy Gilmore 2 Podcast and More!

               As you know Happy Gilmore 2 came out yesterday and the upcoming week there will be a podcast coming out on Thursday, so yes that's right a second podcast this week. However there will be a 2nd part as I plan on talking to Larry about this movie so there will be a part 2 sometime this fall for sure. Him and I might forgo the Halloween episodes or the better plan is him and I putting Ghostwriter on Hiatus once all the Who's Who episodes are aired on YouTube. This is something we don't want to do but have no choice as Larry's moving out of the region here so him and I will be not hosting any new episodes at the moment. 

             The Schedule will probably look like this:

Podcasts (Breakdown of all shows!)

              I know, I've been doing a lot of thinking, especially with the YouTube situation and I am not quitting YouTube but this is something I've been wanting to blog about for the longest time now. So here is the breakdown of all shows, the YouTube and/or Audio ONLY Platforms:

Entertainment Man Podcast, Sundays @ 1 pm EST [YouTube/Audio ONLY] Remains the main show on Sundays as it continues to be popular show every week.

The CBOTW Show- TV & Movie Podcast, Tuesdays @ 6 pm EST [YouTube/Audio ONLY] Ghostwriter series will be in this time slot for both Larry & I, unless we are on a break for a small summer break, i.e. Larry's on vacation but I more than likely will add in my own episode.  

The CBOTW Show- TV & Movie Podcast, Thursdays @ 6 pm EST [YouTube/Audio ONLY] This slot will be for Corner Gas when we launch this podcast with the one and only Bob Lement. 

The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Podcast, Fridays @ 1 pm EST [Audio ONLY] This will be the place for the Survivor Recaps with Billy and I and I am strictly the co-host and hope Billy will edit the episode. I look forward to being a co-host for a change. 

          These are the shows we are currently have on our network and going to try and push Traitors Canada today to have a host for that one possible a co-host if possible. That is the post for today folks, as always I will speak to you all TOMORROW! 😁

Not Making the best decisions...

          The CBOTW Show is more a TV Show rather then a Podcast. There is just so much going on and just been very concerned so I know this raises a lot of questions what is going to happen with collaborations and as a YouTube Series, we are planning to finish uploading Ghostwriter and may have made a mistake deleting a ton of the of the video versions so I am reuploading those and we will continuing to post the final 2 episodes as a podcast minus the Audio ONLY. 

         However 24 hours later, we reverted back to The CBOTW Show back to it's original origan and The CBOTW Show is back on the schedule but will remain on hiatus till everything is back up and running well and the audio only has been restored back and will be reuploading it to YouTube and the video versions will be up starting tomorrow.

Weekly Updates [05-09-2025]

                This week has been busy. As Chris mentioned he's done a massive changes to the website and has posted Our Team is listed on there. Community has: Schedule, Get Involved https://www.chrisbontheweb.com/p/get-involved.html and Archives; Services has the coaching services we are still offering because of trolls spamming the free 30 minute discovery call that has been removed. On Demand is now called Podcasts and the rest is the same. So this is big changes to the website and will take time for you all to get use to our site under it's new form.

            Other then that we've been editing episodes and recording other new episodes and editing those. Next week he has two interviews and he's trying to book at least two episodes in the week to get ahead with interviews which means he is open to booking interviews  but he would have to keep track which ones he records first and what not and I am going to help him with it. We are getting ready for his trip out of province and I have decided to actually take over for the blogs during the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from May 22nd - 25th. I am proud to say things are now on the up and up. Enjoy your weekend and Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's out there and I will be back next week.

The CBOTW Show Resolution?

                     One emoji for this: 🤷 I am as lost as you guys are and right now, I am beyond frustrated.... The platform we actually were expected to be on, well it hasn't panned out what it is to be. So we are how do I say it, homeless for The CBOTW Show at this moment. We do not offer it on iTunes, Spotify or iHeartRadio, Amazon Music right at this moment. I cannot tell you guys when. I continue to fight the good fight with the Audio Platform and continue to try and get us active on the other platforms too. Just right now we're semi homeless at the moment. 

                    Yes, I was considering ending the podcast series and only focusing on Entertainment Man Podcast but if you remember the Collaboration Podcasts, they did well with it just on the website and we can just do this way in the meantime and this is something I am considering. I will be working on two more movies today at some point and we will be recording something. As for The CBOTW Show it is exclusively on Rumble and here on ChrisBOnTheWeb.com. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

End of The Week Updates [11-30-2024]

              Another week has wrapped up and a lot has transpired this week. Despite Chris's busy schedule with appointments and being out and with friends he found time to record podcasts and he has 3 to edit and post up. Both podcasts have their schedules worked out for 2025.            Once Chris finishes editing and the audio is up hopefully next week, Chris will work on newer episodes including the collaborations with Bob and the next episodes with Larry. We have 3 episodes on tap ready and to be put up. Also there is a video for it but Larry and Chris forgot to verify Rumble so they will be doing that in a week and a half from now.

                  Lots of exciting stuff to come even while the issues with the main Audio ONLY still are happening, we continue to post one way or another. The team and myself are preparing the next step for The CBOTW Show. Will take us the entire month of December to work on the form and how we plan on connecting it to the website. Chris will have to figure out some kind of code for that. Nothing else has really happened, just getting things fixed still and recording, writing and going to events. The upcoming week he will be at the Tyrone Parade of Lights on Wednesday night, Saturday back in Halton for the Christmas streetcars like he did in the past. There will be blogs coming out Thursday and a week Monday. I hope you enjoy the rest your weekend and I will chat at the end of the week and any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us.

The Future of Both Podcasts!

                 I have been thinking about things on the weekend while getting work done. Here is what I am thinking:

Entertainment Man Podcast: Being the lead podcast on the network, I as the Executive Producer/Host of the podcast feel like it is more a radio show or radio program every week. So I have decided to keep Entertainment Man Podcast on Audio ONLY for the foreseeable future.

The CBOTW Show: I want to this to be the primary focus for the company as it is something we want to continue to grow in the future and even if Entertainment Man Podcast goes off air at any point of time in the future this will be back fall back moving forward. But I am not counting my podcast out yet, not yet... So much amazing things to come in the future! 

              So this is the future of both podcasts and there is a lot of things I am not saying publicly yet. But Sara and Larry know the plans and also I have talked about it on The CBOTW Show once but not the entire plan. This will be starting in 2025 and if it is requested, I will definitely put Entertainment Man Podcast. But that is the post for today and I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Entertainment Man Podcast & The CBOTW Show Pages Down?

              From Audacity doesn't like OBS which I will talk more about tomorrow to our provider we have been relying on for years now has been down for quite some time since the end of last week apparently. So we wait to start uploading to our website again. That is the reason behind it because the audio are not showing up so we took the page, well more unpublished it actually. 

              We could actually do a linked word on the bottom of each one but the one for Everything About Reality TV wouldn't work as it doesn't exist anywhere on the internet anymore. So that is my main issue. However I could and can reupload to podcasts.com and link it there but then it will seem it is active once again when it isn't. We could redo the intros and outros that's like 200 + episodes to fix haha! The CBOTW Show would out do Entertainment Man! Anyways, Both Podcast pages are temporarily down till this issue is fixed with the provider and we apologize but the archive.org got an attack on their site and it took the site down. However the shows are still active under "On Demand which direct to Spotify for the time being but we'll let you know when it is back up and running. I will talk to you tomorrow as always for another blog post.

The CBOTW Show-- Schedule Notice

            As you can tell, we have been trying struggling and I think we are just at a point of time of halting production of The CBOTW Show. We are at the last ropes with our original schedule. We may need to try and change up the schedule. What I am thinking and I haven't talked to Larry yet this week but the plan is:

Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024 @ 1 pm EST: Addam's Family

November 1st - Nov 15th, 2024: Hiatus, due to the 10th anniversary finalizing, Entertainment Man Podcast will continue on Sundays during the finalizing of our plans. 

           So the reason behind The CBOTW Show hiatus for 14 - 15 days is because of the 10th Anniversary, we will be extremely busy with the event finalizing. However I know how important The CBOTW Show is and I have talked about The CBOTW Show on Social Media but this is where we are for the podcast but that is my post for today I will talk to you all tomorrow for another post!

End of The Week Updates [10-11-2024]

                Another crazy week has come to an end and time for some updates. First update is we are up to speed with podcasts. I am working on new episodes for both episodes and not sure what talked me into doing new episode for The CBOTW Show, yet I said there was no plans for a new episode next week so something just clicked. So I will be working on that today and tomorrow then from there I will have time after my break from ChrisBOnTheWeb Media on Sunday and Monday which I am planning to stream both days for hours on end during the daytime. 

               But Tuesday I'll be back to normal and working on new episodes for Entertainment Man Podcast and preparing for The CBOTW Show next Thursday as Larry and I will be back here in the studio for another recording session which I always look forward to before we take at least 2 - 3 more weeks or more off so we can record Christmas episodes the mid way of the month of November so we have content ready at the helm. I also want to point out November we will be back to normal content and already got two episodes planned out. I may try us at every 2 weeks for the month of November then back at it weekly to try and get to a weekly podcast again. I will talk about that on Monday for another post. Also the Discord server is finished completely and happy it is done and out of the way and ready to add subscribers role later on when and if I get affiliate. The CBOTW Show-- Month of October 2024

              This is our crazy schedule for two of the months in the fall. Not just events but also The CBOTW Show and Entertainment Man Podcast. However this a post about The CBOTW Show as we are now now in Spooky Month which means it is time for some Halloween themed movies but spooky and not as Spooky so here is the list:

             Crazy 5 weeks of The CBOTW Show before we go into quiet mode and we start recording episodes for Christmas time in December which we are thankful we will not be on video, not till 2025 and I will talk more about that tomorrow as we are slowly recovering over our channel and discords being hacked. Some people might not like me and that's OK! Not everyone will like me. Anyways that is the post and sorry I kind of went off at the end but as always I will talk to you all tomorrow. The CBOTW Show continues to flourish!

         The CBOTW Show is going to start the testing phases for the video side as Chris and Larry have actually been on audio only. This is only testing and the odd episode will be on video. I'm sure you're going to ask why not go fully. Give em a few weeks to actually get everything set the way they want to do it. I believe what I have been told behind the scenes, they are planning to start it fully in January but that will probably change.

              How will this work? Exactly like "Entertainment Man Podcast" premiere's each and every week but on Wednesday's @ 6 pm EST instead. I know this interferes with Chris's Streams. He has to figure that part out. The one thing I have suggested is move The CBOTW Show to Thursdays where "Entertainment Man" originally had episodes so the great news is starting this week The CBOTW Show will be moving to Thursdays 

              Also my thought process with the end of the year, well my heads been all over the place lately with what I want to do and been thinking on just pre-recording and premiering them for you guys so this makes things a ton easier especially around the holidays. Typical I want to try to have 52 episodes per year which is a lot but that is why I rather pre-record then live shows but you never know what the future brings, right? Anyways that is the post for today and stay tuned as The CBOTW Show is going to be premiere tonight for the last time when we switch days next week. I will talk about it Friday, I promise!

Discord, Podcasts & Finalizing!

               The Discord is now finished! After a long fought battle to getting the Discord done, it is done! https://discord.gg/GPynvVVAW9  So this the final time I am going to touch or delete something. This is part of permanent changes that are going on. 

              Now the Schedule is being tweaked a tad bit to fit everything into place. I was careless to the program  schedule and Witchbucket, big shoutout to him that has inspired me to rearrange everything. So here is our new schedule:

Thursday's: 6 pm EST- The CBOTW Show (YouTube/Audio ONLY)

Saturday's: 11 am EST- Bonus Blog (Randomly)

                Lots of content throughout the week and excited for this schedule and now there can be streams on the weekend if you guys ask for one. I am always open to that.
