Goals for 2026!

              Since we are now in 2026 it is time to specify our goals for 2026. Remember what I said on the second last motivational Friday start with small goals then go for the bigger ones, split up the goals into small ones:

Entertainment Man Podcast: Take a crack at mine and you guy's favorite podcast and try and regain your trust for just ending it with no notice nothing. 

The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies: Continue to collaborate with Bob and some other people, possibly even doing more Ghostwriter with Larry perhaps depending when he is ready to record again.  Also Dancing with the Stars Podcast with Mary is in the works as long as the show gets renewed. 

After Hours with Shane & Chris: Really take off with this new talk show and still possibly stream it to a site but not sure where and how at this moment. If not then record and post it on Saturdays @ 3 pm EST.

Hit 2 Million views! I know this is something I'd like to get to and we are currently closing in on that milestone. 

Collaboration: Would love to continue to collaborate with people and could bring back the Collaboration Podcast that would be website based even just as a collaboration perhaps. 

Finally get paid: We have been with adsense and we really hope and wish that we would start getting payments from Adsense as we need to hit the cap in ordered to be paid. 

Drama & Stress Free Year: This year I would like to have just 1 year without stress, problems and dramarama as that hasn't helped my mental health but besides the point. I want to remain focused to our goals to continue being successful.

20 Years in the World of Media!

               Wow 20 years I have been in the world of Media, well Online Media. When I started this journey, I had absolutetly no clue what on earth I was doing. I am talking the Video Projects Team era. I had absoletely no green screen no professional mics. I just didn't want to spend the money on the investment and I am glad we didn't as you all know the stories that I have told you guys about the former team and how it panned out. 

             However now is completely changed the course of this team, ChrisBOnTheWeb which is know known as ChrisBOnTheWeb Media since August 2023 (over 2 years ago.)  Anyways, we have grown and evolved as a team and ending our YouTube Career in 2016 was the right timing for us as we have now evolved not just in blog and podcasts but now WebShows and we have a new identity as a company, brand and name. 

             Thank you to everyone who's followed me from the beginning The Video Projects Team, past and present members of this community. I cannot believe it has been 20 amazing years and only 5 years to go till I celebrate 25 years in Media.  Hopefully we will do some kind of big shindig for the 25th anniversary and see what Alumni I can bring together for this momentus occasion but anyways that is the post for today and as always talk to you all tomorrow, on time for once.

We've Gotta Do What We've Gotta Do!

                As you know we disappeared from YouTube once again and Chris has made it clear he is NOT going to be returning anytime soon. Sometimes we've gotta do what we've gotta do and sometimes we've gotta think about it before we decide to go through with the plan. Same with the issue who the CEO of the company is but that has been rectified. This is why as a team we have to think about making smart decisions.

              I do believe Chris, Larry, Shane, Billy and I  are getting back on the right track and it does take time and like the saying goes: "You cannot rush greatness" which is totally true. It will be the matter of time we get on a good roll but not just that but the fact the matter is I am the CEO and Chris has full trust in me to run the company as he continues to be the Lead content creator and he will be back on Monday for sure.  I will be back tomorrow (Saturday.)

              This is the phases when it comes to the pages being completed one at a time:

The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies: This is the first page being completed as this is a current and active podcast and this page needs to be completed in a timely matter. Status: Project Almost completed

The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps: The second page to be worked on as it isn't currently active at the moment. Status: Current, Awaiting work being done. Should be done in the same day as the TV & Movies.

Entertainment Man Podcast: The final page out of the 3 that needs some updates with the player and will be the longest project to be completed. Status: Awaiting work being done

           There is the list not a lot but it takes time to work on but eventually I will get to it done at some point but for right now, I work on the first two then move on to the other one and Entertainment Man is in archives so it isn't mandatory and I can take my time on it. 11 Years of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media!

               11 Years! 11 Years, I cannot believe it nor fathom that we have come this far as a company and team. We started this thing at a very small scale and have grown greatly over the years and the last year and a half to 2 years has been amazing as our company has gotten a ton of views on our site and content. I guess I have Entertainment Man Podcast to thank for that and now that it's become a thing of our past now.

             However our future is very, very bright for us! As we are heading into 2026 soon, new projects and continuing to collab with people. This talk show is new and something different but you may see some familar faces on Friday night show, you never know! I am going to make sure they get onto our show as we want to continue with the interviews. Also Streaming has become huge for us and has proved to be successful even with the bots spamming us 2 - 3 to 4 times a stream. LOL. 

            I want to thank my team who has had my back even when I stepped down as CEO and even when I returned as of Midnight this morning. I will explain on a post tomorrow. Also would like to thank my family and friends for always supporting this dream. Finally I want to thank you guys for the love and support over the years and here’s to another amazing year and many years to come! 🍻 I hope to see you all tonight for the 6 hour long stream tonight starting @ 6 pm EST and I will talk to you all Monday!

Been working on website stuff!

              I have been dabbling with the website a tiny bit and it will be done next week once all the podcasts pages will be worked on and we will get all the players but as I said it may take us a while to work on all of this so please do be patient. We will keep the current players on the episodes till we reach that particular point of working on it. However this may take weeks maybe month or so perhaps. It is hard to tell but been dabbling around with the site trying out new things including layouts and what not. 

           I haven't posted the changes but just been working around on things and that's OK if I am doing that but letting you guys know I have been dabbling around the site so you may see a couple of changes and there will be more coming but one step at a time. This week is catching up on episodes recording and editing then next week we go into the next phase of things. But anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Feeling the Good Positive Vibes with our Newsletter.

          Our newsletter has been doing very, very well. we have been keeping up with our analytics and honestly we need a specific time it goes out on Mondays. It is the best day to release the newsletter and the stats actually shows. Zoey as really done an fantastic job with the newsletters and very proud how far she's come with releasing it each and every week. She works closely with me so she knows exactly what transpires in the company and our community. 

          I know there isn't new people signed up and all we need to do is the PR work (Public Relations) end of it. Pretty much promote our Newsletter more and more and I have a few ideas I've thrown around to our Director of Operations and she agrees so stay tuned for that post to go up so we can continue to grow our newsletter list and the newsletter in general. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

100k for the month of September! [Record Breaking!]

           History in the making! In the almost 11 years of operation, we have never had just over 100k (100,000) views on our website. It means, we have done things correctly and we continue to grow each and everyday and continue the grind together as a team. We've started to get a good rythm going and gotta keep going with that rythm moving forward. 

          We're also at 1.5 Million on our website and it's crazy to see this number and it is you guys we want to thank for the love and support you guys have given us over the years. I am not surprised by the massive growth on our website and yes we have some growing pains with shows being cancelled left and right but we are going to work with what we have with The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies then add in After Hours with Shane and Chris or Chris and Shane, that hasn't been confirmed yet but slowly growing.Anyways that is the post for right now and I have a second post coming out this afternoon and probably a video from here in our studio.

Getting Back on Track!

             I know we have not had the best track record since last week and I'm personally sorry for the inconvenience but we have had some struggles and also there has been so much happening to us in the last several weeks, we have been feeling somewhat overwhelmed with things. That is why The CBOTW Show has sort of gone missing from our network and The CBOTW Show page is currently down for maintenance and has been down for weeks now.

             With the Discord server completed, I move forward with the podcast for this weekend and there will be shorts/reels back tomorrow. Also working on other podcasts and interviews as well. I have 3 more on my long list of interviews and excited to be interviewing them down the road one of them being Dr. Shafer. Which there is a podcast I want to do talking about double checking your schedule. If I screw something up, it turns into a lesson I want to share and that will be this weekend's episode actually and look forward to talking about this actually. So we're taking it one thing at a time and I am sure we will get it completed. I will talk to you all tomorrow for a review for the Oshawa Fiesta Week 2025 so be on the lookout for that.

The Intern Blog "Interns Assemble!"

               Hi! My name is Sadie and well, I am the new face around ChrisBOnTheWeb Media. I was part of the tech team originally till I announced my departure from the company but I heard things we're not doing great and I decided to return to the team on a more permanent basis. Right now, I am being trained by boss man himself and I've learned so much in such a short time with the company just under 24 hours back. I do not expect a Staff badge again for a long time and that's OK, I am here to help in any way, shape or form. 

            Would I want to be an eventual Staff of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media? Yes of course! Baby steps first. I understand it will be a while but excited for new beginnings for the company. Hopefully we can continue to strive forward with ChrisBOnTheWeb Media. I apologize for no post but this post will be replacing Chris's today as he's not up to blogging as something is bothering him and I understand he needs space. I will talk to everyone tomorrow for the second Intern Blog.

The Studio is Always Changing!

               The studio where Entertainment Man Podcast & The CBOTW Show are recorded is always changing and with the addition of the Green Screen, we will need some movement in the space and something that my chair isn't close to the screen and it is quite squished in here honestly. So Thursday before Larry and I record anything and work on the Rumble as we are planning to post it at some point. Also we will be returning to YouTube for The CBOTW Show.

                So I've been blueprinting a lot of options and ideas. I want Larry's help so we do everything right the first time around and not have to redo any of the changes again as the Green Screen is massive, fits practically a wall. I want to turn the desk about but that will cover right across the studio and no way to come in and out especially my parents so only option is the Green Screen again the wall and moving the desk but I have an idea for the one of the two desks. Anyways that is the update and be on the lookout for pictures of the studio and as always I will talk to you all on Monday.

                Hey everyone! We've Updated Once again and major development updates on our website:

Phase 1: We release the get involved tab with doing blog post articles as you know we have collaborated with other companies and websites in the past and want to keep this going and it's been clear in my mind this is something that is working for us! Timeline: The next day or so. - COMPLETED

Phase 2: We are adding the embed of the video to ChrisBOnTheWeb.com for "Entertainment Man Podcast" as "The CBOTW Show" hasn't reached "video status as of yet. Timeline: Couple of weeks to a month of work on the page adding the embed. - COMPLETED

We had to readjust our phases as things got completed sooner then we thought! We are about 80 - 85% done with these changes and readjustments and we thought it'd take months to do but should be done by June next year regardless.

Staff Updates

                  I know that I do not normally talk about stuff behind the scenes with our staff but I wanted show my appreciation for my team. There has been a bunch of promotions on our team and I want to brag about it. That is me showing how PROUD I am of my team. So here is our promotions:

Larry- He is the second longest running staff member here and he has been promoted from Senior Producer to Executive Producer for The CBOTW Show. 

Kevin- He went from Admin to Head of Moderation to now our Community Director which is a role that hasn't been filled for the longest time since our former community manager.

Brooke- She has been on and off in the community but has returned and is now my administrative Assistant, helping not only me but also helping Kevin. 

           We are one happy team and I am proud of my team. I am proud how hard we work on a daily basis. Remember the episode I recorded to celebrate your successes this is me celebrating the success my team is. I need to praise them a lot more. Their amazing individuals with their own talents and we as a team are excited to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. Anyways that is this late post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

10th Anniversary Updates!

              I know there hasn't been any plans and the reason behind that is because I am scaling down things a tad bit. I am leaving most of the celebrations to November 14th. It will be a day of fun activities. However November 14th, 2024 will be a very, very long day. However a few things I want to get done prior to November 14th:

- Get a nice banner designed for our 10th Anniversary with the help of Justin.

- Record the 10th Anniversary Podcast with Larry, Justin and I which has been postponed time and time again. 

- Plan out the event, the design, the layout with Larry.

- Food, drinks and snacks

- Double check the guest list and ensure it is the right amount as we do not want to overdo the list. 

- Activities during the event. Music, videos etc. 

- Evening plans with Larry and I as he is staying overnight, we will probably stream, video games and other interactive things with the fans. 

               Again I do not want to overdo things and we will make sure it is done but that is basically the plans that is being made for the big 10th anniversary. The party may be the big part but also the evening will be big as well. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow!

                There is the schedule and what we're looking at in a more of a permanent schedule moving forward. However as for the Sporadic gaming schedule, it could be on a Sunday, it could be on a weekday, it will vary on my schedule and if I am busy. Started To Post More on The Main Channel

           As you've probably noticed, I have been posting to the main channel not just streaming wise but video wise. I know I have one more video and I will talk about that soon. However I have at least got 3 videos as of today out and one more coming next week with the tour of the studio itself. I haven't done a tour in a while back on social media so it is long over do especially since the last time I did it on Social Media but I do not remember when that was the last time that was done. 

            So I plan on doing more side videos at the moment. Not several but at least one video with the streams on the side. So there will be a variety of content for you guys and plan on plenty more to come for you guys on both channels and here on the website. However the more I post the more views we get and I have enjoyed the conversations on streams with you all and it is my pride and joy each weekend to sit back and chat with you all. We Continue to Grow!

         ChrisBOnTheWeb Media is now starting it's transition stage. What does that mean? Is anything changing? CBOTW will continue to blog Monday - Fridays with the occasional Saturdays, Entertainment Man Podcast and The CBOTW Show continue to produce and put out episodes. Events will continue to happen as always. The team isn't changing, nothing is changing really when it comes to ChrisBOnTheWeb Media. 

          This just means we are expanding the brand and team as with Jeff being the most addition to the team, he will be doing a podcast and a name you guys are familiar
with that I haven't  mentioned in a very long time. Content and activities with CBOTW Media isn't changing but our team has now expanded and a new era of ChrisBOnTheWeb has started. As it should after almost 9 years of operations it is time for some more growth. Trust me we've been growing and we continue to grow this empire! Things Have Progressed Well

                   Since taking over as Community Manager as well as Assistant to Chris, things have improved greatly and the growth of the community has been up since I took over.  The fact we have put our foot down on certain things has helped and Chris has really gone with this clean, positive community vibes. It has been a mission he has actually wanted to follow and I can tell you it has really paid off the hard work he has to turn the community around after a rough last 3.5 years he's taken more control over things. 

                He has really stepped up as the boss and he's taken suggestions to heart listening to your suggestions. I like the open door for suggestions. This is truly the best community and the hard work and thought into this community has been amazing. I am blessed to be a part of this amazing community and if you need anything, you can always reach out if it isn't boss man answering I am always the second person to reach out about anything ChrisBOnTheWeb related. Thank you to Chris for allowing me to take over the blog for a few days and will see you all around the community.

We're Pretty Sastified With ChrisBOnTheWeb.com!

            My team and I are pretty sastified with ChrisBOnTheWeb.com with it's current configuration. I mean we have a ton of things on here to keep you busy as we have from blogs to podcasts to 2 YouTube Channel to just keep you all busy all around. There has been a ton of changes with the website and there has been moments where I wasn't happy with the website to a point I kept changing things around with the website constantly where I would reconstruct pages. 

            Now with the website is where I want it to, I do now plan on changing anything off the website right now. Only thing that would change is if a podcast went off the air it'd be moved to the Archives on the website all together which I have already done that way ahead of time for example the Power Rangers Collaboration Podcast which is now in it's own thing now, The CBOTW Show which is a ton better. Either way I have the way I want things and not planning to change anything in the future unless it's an update but other then that is the post for today, I'm sorry it's a tad late but as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Explaning Differences between ChrisBOnTheWeb Media & ChrisBOnTheWeb

              What is the difference between ChrisBOnTheWeb & ChrisBOnTheWeb Media? No realy difference but the name CBOTW Media came first before the concept for ChrisBOnTheWeb and the .com website was formed. I guess CBOTW is a subsidy of CBOTW Media in a way I guess. Media group that runs a entertainment website. Which is like the production company that runs BBCAN is under an Entertainment Company for example. 

                I founded CBOTW Media November 1st, 2014, 13 days prior to ChrisBOnTheWeb starting with content. So I guess in a way ChrisBOnTheWeb is under the CBOTW Media name, the CBOTW Media brand. I know CBOTW Media doesn't have a website really and never really did at any point actually. However I am working on another website but that is for another day and time actually. However in the end there is no difference between the two same thing thats why at times I said ChrisBOnTheWeb & ChrisBOnTheWeb Media. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow!
