Last week, I was on a bit of a journey up to Uxbridge, Ontario to see what was going on with the trains from the former York-Durham Railway and go for a long 45 minute walk out on the abandoned railway portion which the tracks have been pulled up a long time ago. Was a nice walk and I actually got a good amount of steps in when it came to the walk.
Afterwards we went to Gangster Cheese for a Grilled Cheese sandwich but completely different from what we are mostly use to. I have a Cheeseburger Grilled cheeseburger with hamburger meet aka Beef with fries. The sandwich was delicious and it actually works with ground beef that was in there. I really enjoyed the sandwich and the fries were perfect, crispy and lightly salted as too much salt on fries isn't very appetizing but these were done just perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful and our food came to us in a timely matter. We will be back in the very nearby future.
