I know my decisions are always concrete, Durham Entertainment Today; The Entertainment Man Talk Show; Everything About Reality TV & Entertainment Man Podcast all suffered with my not so strategic business decisions. I've been in the media industry for almost 20 years now and I am still making the wrong decisions. However, I am learning to make right decisions and I've been thinking things clearly and introducing things slowly was the best strategic move for us.
I am always learning from the decisions but I have started to know what's working for us and not working. Yes I could of gone to the end of the year for Entertainment Man Podcast but 2 weeks later and I know it was the best decision for us as I did feel like it was getting stale, week after week and that is usually code for it's time to move on and do other shows, other projects. I am nowhere near done with this company and 11 years is on the horizon for us and almost 2 months away till we celebrate our 11th anniversary. So YES, my decisions aren't always concrete but I know it's for a good reason and I know and has worked in the long run for us also.
