Doors Open Oshawa 2026-- Part 1
On the weekend I got to go to 6 - 7 venues for Doors Open Oshawa which yes I know it is a lot but we had fun. The first place was St. George's Anglican Church and I have never been in there before but absolutely beautiful church! I was wowed with the architecture of the church and it has a really nice charm. We learned so much about the history and it is a very old church but still beautful and stunning. One of the staff or volunteers there brought out some items from the archives and so amazing what we saw especilly that quilt or blanket and how thin it was and we are talking 1900's. The Next location is the Canadian Automotive Museum on Simcoe Street in Oshawa. I was really shocked how much they have updated and re done things in the museum. Looks so much better and there is a ton of different kinds of cars and the picture on the left is one of my favorites the DeLorean car which they had a similar car in the movie back to the Future. Really enjoyed the walk around and the staff there was very helpful if we had any questions. Anyways that is the post for today and as always talk to you all tomorrow for Part 2 of 3 of Doors Open Oshawa blogs.
