With all the craziness here at ChrisBOnTheWeb Media, we have completed the entire website. It is a lot better and easier to navigate and understand our schedules and what not. A lot of pages have been updated and it is a lot easier. I regret cramming everything together to be quite honest. I like simple and ChrisBOnTheWeb Media isn't simple as their is so much that goes into the day to day operations of the company and how we get everything done and one of the reasons I hired Julia which you guys didn't know as I have been hiding it since October but the cat is out of the bag. However, we have been working like a cohesive unit lately and have worked together as a team.
This is why things have been done in a timely manner and we are getting things off our list one by one and remember what I said on the podcast (Entertainment Man), "Teamwork makes the dream work." Something I totally live by and always use this lingo all the time because teamwork does make the team work. We have also found our groove and we are moving very quickly and have been making better "business decisions" which before it hindered our day to day decisions. I have learned so much as the Founder/CEO of this company over the years with lessons and why I have shared it with you guys on my podcast, "Entertainment Man Podcast."
