Why return? I am having trust issues now and hard to trust people and why our team is a person down but not out as our team continues on with or without certain individuals and that's fine. I need to start trusting my gut, my instincts, gut instincts. Everything seems to be a day to day decision and I have to do what's best for the company and the team in the end.
