It has been almost an entire month since the transition from Chris being the CEO to me taking the reigns of running the company with him still very highly involved. I can say the transition has been flawless. We have had to do some changes in our Staff and why we are down to 3 staff now. Which is fine and it's been a very smooth transition. I am impressed how much more involved Chris has been very involved and the reason I elevated his role to the Director of Content. It is his calling creating content. I am happy he remained on and involved with the community and the staff.
I do not live too far from him so I always am keeping in touch, we meet weekly for updates. This transition, him and I both thought it was going to be a rough transition but it was smooth as silk. We continue to the next step and we will be revealing things at the Annual New Years Blog we do which I have the honour to do this year. It may have been a lot going on in such a short time for us but we have moved fast with the transition but getting things done at a quick pace.
