The Reason I Stepped Down as CEO...

          I know a lot of you will scratch your heads but the reason I really stepped down was not just the non stop b.s. drama but it was also my mental health has been taking a dive and gotten worse so Sammi took over as CEO and it has taken a lot of pressure off of me with running the operations of the company but don't think for a second I am keeping up with what she's done in the changes because she is always in my ear on things and why most of the time shes quiet on the Discord as she is always working, reminds me of her and I think I've taught her well. 

       I  have been training her about 2 months and the plan was for her to take my place and slowly I taught her everything what she needs to do and she has been very active over on Discord and the emails. We've been trying to get her on Facebook but they kept on banning her LOL. We have a good laugh about it on the server from time to time. Anyways with me going on a long term leave of absence with the possibility of not returning as CEO, we needed a replacement.

      The reason why I stepped down as I said was my mental health has been bad with all the trolls, drama, I needed to step away from that role but with the intention of still being involved and I am getting help through video calls every week and the reason I go quiet for an hour each week. Right now, please do not expect me back as CEO. I am happier in my smaller role. I also ask for your privacy during this time when it comes to my mental health, I am not going into specifics but I don't mind if you guys ask me how it's going but again will not go into details. Anyways that is the post for today, rather lengthy post and as always talk tomorrow.

Birthday Today & Interim Manager Role

               I know a lot has gone on with ChrisBOnTheWeb in the last month. With Mark taking the reigns twice cause of a quit on top of my team changes being made in the last month. Yes he's Interim Manager and this is his test. As you know my management team has been shook up so many times in the last 2 years during this pandemic to a point, I had to let people go for not pulling their weight on the podcast to people just quitting especially this year not even finishing the season out. That's another blog post for this week. 

             Other note, today is my 37th birthday. Yeah I've become an old man now. 3 years till the big 4-0. Not doing too much today, going out for lunch with a friend, coming home to celebrate with my parents. Will be seeing my niece and nephew, brother hopefully but even writing this Sunday morning it is tough to tell cause the kids have hockey practice at 6 pm which is very important. Anyways that is the post for today and I am going to move the end of the week updates to Saturday as Friday, I am doing a special 17 year post in Online Media. I will talk to you all tomorrow.
