Delegation/Communicating with Staff

As most of you know I've been through the ups and downs with my long now falling apart web series or web show The Entertainment Man Talk Show. I have recently figured out that the problem lies beneath no delegating enough to get what is asked. This could also be a communication issue too as well. It's not my just my staff frustrated its me. If I need to "delegate" or "communicate" my staff need to be able to receive the message and answer the request or the message. But I think my patience has run out as I am running in all directions right now with everything going on. So I am believe it's both sides that needs work on communication and delegating at this point before the 7th season begins.

Mixed Feelings

With all the problems occuring with my production team, I'm kind of unsettled with The Entertainment Man Talk Show ending after everything I've been through over the years of running this series such a lengthy period of time. I know the series is on the cancellation block for June 2016, but don't mean it will happen. Time will only tell. I've had so many memories with the series and I've got one goal in mind: reach 200 Episodes... I would like to continue, so would Justin and Larry.

The Entertainment Man Talk Show Season 7 Jitters

As most of you know, The Entertainment Man Talk Show has had its ups and its downs last season and during its summer hiatus. I've tried everything I humanly could to make sure staff of the series shows me and other members of the production crew respect.

Just recently with the last ounce of dis respect thrown at me, I've drawn a fine line down the sand with it. With that I've questioned whether i should continue or not with the series. There's alot I'd wanna do with it such as 200 Episodes which has been in the back of my mind since the 100th episode Hype. What should I do guys? Set Redesign plans underway for The Entertainment Man Talk Show

For those who already knew and speculated that my web series is indeed going to season 7 plans, you would like to know why I've been posting last minute pics on my fan page and Instagram with the words "probably last selfie with the old The Entertainment Man Talk Show background." Well the set is distractedly changing for season 7 and on. Times are changing and our space is limited, so we need to change the set entirely and it is time for some change. Larry (Co-Producer/Director/Camera Man) of the series, and lead set designer Justin Milner have told me "the board you have for the series is getting old, warped, and the imprint of the letters are viewable after many re paints over the years. So we are redesigning the set, we are retiring the old board which is most likely being torn to pieces and scrapped.

Happy Birthday The Entertainment Man Talk Show!

Wow... 7 years this series has been around, words do not describe how I feel right now... All I can really say is amazed, thankful for all the individuals that helped out directly on set or behind the scenes... I wanna recognize, Eric, Missy, Dave, Amy, Krissy, Brent, Justin and Larry for all the work, former Production Staff and Current! Without these individuals this couldnt have happened! 

With saying that I wish the series many more years of happiness and blessings over the years to come!

Website Been Down, Where I disappeared

I'm sorry guys, I've been rather secretive the last week... I've sequestered myself in the office trying to get the site back up and having to do so, I canceled 2 podcasts this week, The Chris Biscoe Podcast and CBOTW Reality TV Podcast the Tuesday edition. This week everything will be back to normal. My two twitch streams return as normally planned, The Chris Biscoe Podcast, both Tuesday an Friday editions of CBOTW Reality TV Podcast will return. Vlogs will be returning tonight, weekly update videos on Monday will be back too. As for The Live Page I will be working on chat Monday to fix staff and admin accounts properly, so some of you who are a regular mod will lose Moderator temporarily until I set you guys back on Mod.

The last week

Now I admit, the last week has been indeed stressful for me, dealing with my aunt's passing, hardly had time to be online to maintain my site or do Twitch Streams. I am not taking the news not very well, hence the reason Ive avoided all aspects of social media, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Plus. Also live streaming on Twitch has taken the backseat for now, till I am ready and able to go back to it. Ive been working on setting up for a different game on the stream... *HINT HINT DOUBLE HINT* I however been working on production stuff and revamping my entire website, at the moment. 

I am finding it to focus on the tasks at hand, but trying the hardest I can, but it is hard to focus sometimes, I get thinking about my aunt. Now I was close to my aunt, this is why I am finding it hard to be myself, this will take time to get myself back to normal... I always remember my aunt, the good memories I have. So my final words is RIP Aunt Maria, I will miss you dearly!
