End of The Week Updates [Where's Chris?]

               Chris is clearly not doing the end of the week updates as I do not know what is going on. Second I'm sorry I'm so late on this post by hours with so much going on here lately, dealing with our Founder/CEO. I've had no time to post up the end of the week updates neither last night or this morning. But here are the updates: Apparently he has removed his admin from the ChrisBOnTheWeb Media group on Facebook. He went off in the group and has been quiet lately. As you noticed on the social media, Entertainment Man Podcast is currently Audio ONLY at the moment and is staying Audio ONLY. Chris has refused to be on camera nor wants to and saying Entertainment Man Podcast is like a radio program now, Audio ONLY all the time.

              The CBOTW Show is staying audio only for good and he has no plans on expanding to video at this moment. he feels like two podcasts will be too much in the studio. If his podcast, Entertainment Man Podcast was to end, then there is a big possibility he could jump there but there is no news on that as their only at 23 episodes at the moment and there is a new episode coming this week. I do know what it is and he is going to keep that quiet till the day it goes out to everyone. He is also been or trying to work on Power Rangers and this week he will be most definitely working on it this weekend and this week coming up. He won't be on the main computer as much minus The CBOTW Show episode mid week. So that is everything I needed to cover and hopefully Chris will be back on Monday for more posts but if not you will most definitely hear from me. It may just be me with his busy typing schedule for the upcoming podcast but please enjoy the rest of your weekend and any questions please feel free to reach out.

Will be clipping from the episodes when I get back!

               When I get back I will starting to post up clips again on YouTube and Tiktok mostly and yes I have my podcast on Tiktok now and has become a thing with my podcast now so it will be on that platform as well. I may at some point post it to Instagram from time to time but I highly doubt it actually. Social Media will be for updates mostly but making the effort to clip episodes and yes I will be trying out YouTube Shorts but I didn't like the fact I got dislikes for something that's clipped from my episodes I put out there and I always linked but at this point I don't care about the likes and dislikes really.

               So Shorts and TikTok's will be posted weekly unless I have more then one clip but in retrospective it will be a weekly basis. I noticed I got subscribers from the shorts on YouTube I know that for a fact so it did help. I wanna up my shorts and clips moving forward to improve things on there. I will let you guys know when I plan on uploading things and they will be all new posts but that is the post for today, "scheduled" posts will start going up while I'm away so I will talk to you all when I get back, enjoy the content I have set, remember the episodes of the podcast will not be going up on this website for right now. However have a great next week and a half and talk to you all soon!

Officially Done With Broadcasting On Video Broadcasting Platforms

             I have decided to not broadcast ever again. When I said I was done with video broadcasting, I meant it and I broke my own word apparently as recently in the last 2 - 3 months I decided to start broadcasting again which was bad mistake honestly and honestly I should of not gone back as it would of kept my stress levels down. Honestly I need to stay true to my word and stick to it. To be honest, I have been doing so well on Audio ONLY to the blog here on the website. The numbers itself does show a lot and how well it has done and I periodically will look at the stats and in the last month I got 1800 + views here on the website alone and no wonder some days it is bit slow it is cause of the traffic but seems to be fine these days. But it is stupid where I keep on trying to do video broadcasting. Honestly my PC cannot handle it and yet it is not an old computer even tho I have had it for only a few years with it now being reformatted once. Honestly it was also a trolls thing that really bothered me and now apparently I am banned on a site I was helping one of my staff with their gaming stream honestly and only thing I can do at this point is lurk on his streams at this point and run the streamlabs bot I setup for them. 


             Either way, I have made the decision to just stop streaming all together as right now I do have  ton of stuff on my plate right now with Everything About Reality TV and also Power Rangers Podcast too, I just do simply have the time to stream video games or even regular streams at this point of time and I am always go go with podcasts and it never does seem to stop and right now I am still going strong on the podcasts longest seasons yet aiming for 40 - 50 episodes in a season which is the longest. So you can see right now I just do not have any time for streaming and I need to continue to be focused on CBOTW but to help moderate a stream for a podcast can be in the cards for down the road for me honestly but more information later. Finally I am currently banned on 6 or 7 video platforms right now so podcasts going live probably not in the future but however I am not banned on YouTube yet so anything can really happen but right now my focus is Audio ONLY.

What Do I Think About The State of YouTube?

            So what are my thoughts about the state of YouTube? Well I will get to that in a moment. Recently YouTubers have noticed that YouTube has shut off the comments but it is very much temporarily but it does cut off communication with the content creator and their subscribers which isn't good. The comments is a great way to interact with your fans honestly, get new ideas for videos or can be also a great tool to hear people's thoughts on the video.  I heard it is a temporary thing and I have seen it for myself that video comments was off and I know not all the comment section are taken off from the creator and it has been proven as there is an an article and if you google "YouTube Shutting comments down" you will find it. The reason behind it if videos have kids on it they will temporarily shut the comments down and it is understandable as for the safety. However not all comments are bad though, there is going to be a ton of positive comments that are being made. Next thing is there is channels being shutdown for controversy and I do understand that but really, I feel like the freedom to express appropriately is not around anymore. The freedom to discuss things on the platform isn't like it use to be.


            I mean it has changed so much since I left 2.5 years ago and it hasn't gotten better. I feel like the platform is slowly on it's decline and I feel like YouTube will not be around much longer if it continues down the route but I understand the reasons behind shutting down but it would be nice to have a little more freedom to express ourselves as creators but what do I know, I am a retired YouTuber for the last 2.5 years now going on 3. But it has gone downhill since I walked away from the platform and it is truly sad to see it go this way and yes I have rambled about this numerous times and there is always something that is to be said and that is why I mention it but it isn't too often but when something happens I will talk about it and my feelings but this is only my opinion but let me know in the comments below on your thoughts on the state of YouTube.
