Weekly Updates [04-25-2025]

                  I am not sure what the plan is but we are planning to keep weekly updates for now. I am not sure what is going on but he wants to keep updates publicly. I think it is a different ideas he has he wants to explore the options between these updates and the newsletter but for the time being we will continue to create these on Fridays. I have a funny feeling he has a plan with both. I think we can do a bit more details with the weekly updates honestly. I will talk more about that as I have more updates.

             Moving along with the YouTube progress, we are getting there and constantly working on it to get it all finished up. As you know we are now a week out from when we finished uploading the older episodes of the podcast and now focused on new content. Also Chris has been working on Ghostwriter for next week's massive recording sessions as the dynamic duo are back together for an overnight. There is nothing else to report but we are making moves, he will be talking more about the coaching next week on Monday to start getting the clients through the blog and the following weekend we will do also a video as well. We have so many video ideas. Tuesday, I will be working on a blog post as a bonus and already been cleared with the boss as well. We're taking a different approach!

            Things haven't been panning out as we wanted to and I have made a executive decision with Chris's OK with it and we have actually terminated the Community Director role. So this means the team dynamics have changed a tad bit. We have someone who is familiar with our company and is a long time friend of Boss Man's from high school. We welcome Billy back as our Program Director and he oversees all the programs on our network. So welcome back!

             This means we are not planning to do anymore hiring but always room to add mods here and there especially on our YouTube Channel. We will need to start adding some and it is part of my duties to find some. This means a major turn around for us and change is very crucial for success. With Boss Man in the helm, we know we are going to be a successful team. I will speak to you tomorrow morning for the end of the week updates.

Projects To Be Completed!

               There are some projects that has been put to the side and some that still need to be completed and here is the list:

1) Getting the old shorts re-uploaded- We hope to have it done by the fall at the most as I am trying to post the old ones 4 - 5 times on Sundays and Fridays which are our more freer schedule for content. 

2) Newsletter- We are trying to come up with the best way to create the sign up and a pop up to remind you guys to join our newsletter. It's been a while since I created a pop-up but that was only if you right click on the website. It is work in progress.

3) Is to label all episodes with the season and episode numbers- I realize it is not all labeled on the episodes and something that's been ticking me off seeing it from my phone on iTunes particularly. 

            Really it's not a lot to do but still things that are on our list of things to complete and we will get it done don't you worry. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Busy Day For Us!

             I have a two podcasts that I was on and was interviewed one went up at 8 am EST as I was on Talks with Dr. Shafer and had a great talk about my journey and especially autism and recent news in the media about it but you have to tune into it, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EV7OoCVHRAM I know a little early for you but it'll be there and we will promote it again if we need to.  I know cause I have been up since 3 am slept 2 - 3 hours top and I am probably feeling it now unless I over slept but I doubt it. Then shorts for tomorrow's The CBOTW Show goes up @ 9 am, then this blog @ 11 am as usual, then 12 pm I was Invisable Condition with Jeff Pearson https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIIWrsa5ZfM e360tv, Facebook 

           Then we break for about an hour and more shorts/reels go out for you guys at 2 pm EST, then we get a bit of a gap till 7 pm EST for our final reel/short for tomorrow's episode. However will be recording motivational videos for tomorrow and I may slip in a 4th. Also will be working on Ghostwriter as time is ticking and I need to finish Into The Comics & start To The Light. Still a busy, busy day, hope to get out for an hour or two. Just some time to myself but we will see how far I will get tonight. I'm sure I will pass out early as I've had a rough night last night but that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you guys tomorrow.

Post Easter Blog

                 With the holidays concluded, well it is technically still a holiday but Chris and I are working on getting the older shorts done and schedule for their scheduled days Sundays and Fridays.  That is the biggest project on top of the shows itself to be finished. We're working on content for today and tomorrow first then we will be working on the older stuff. What I gather he has no podcast recording sessions planned till Friday with another special guest on the podcast. 

                 So holidays may be done but we continue to work on things. I hope he does take some time for himself today at some point and I am sure he will. I hope you all had a great Easter and if you are doing dinner today instead, enjoy it. Boss Man will be back to blogging tomorrow and I know he has a post coming about the Bowmanville Maple Festival which is a week and a half away from now. Anyways, I will chat on Friday, enjoy your week.

Weekly Updates for 04-18-2025

                I have no clue when we are going into the newsletter phase of the website and doing away with the weekly updates and we know you love for the past decade and we are still working out how we can do both but small details how it will work out for the future. Chris has been working on editing the interview with Ken and he's hinted all week he was coming back onto the podcast and I never saw this coming till he called me and told me Ken was coming on this week and usually it's a week or two apart but this really made Chris excited and I've heard the episode and you guys will enjoy it Sunday, guaranteed. He's has hinted future podcasts with Ken and also Shane as well. He's really keeping ideas down on paper so he remembers. 

              After editing comes Ghostwriter work today and tomorrow and along with re-uploading and scheduling YouTube Shorts that needs to be put back up.  hoping to get at least 5 done before Easter happens. I've heard he's started to talk and discuss with some of the team on Corner Gas wanting our opinion how to approach it but it sounds like some movement is being made on this and hoping a May recording sesh is in the works and we can start utilizing the Friday slot too. Also Tuesday the interview Chris did with Jeff on Invisible Condition will be Live on 360tv.com, Facebook and YouTube. Also he's heard his interview that he did with Dr. Shafer will be up before April is done. Finally, I want to wish you all a Happy Easter, please safe travels to and from family and blogs will be returning on Tuesday but there is a possibility for a post from me on Monday.

YouTube Older Long Form Content is Done!

              I do not know what to talk about when it comes to this blog as I am not an expert like Chris is but I do have some news, Chris has an announcement to make tonight across all of the platforms regarding to the older long form content. It is big news as he's been working at this for over a month now. He finished the older long form content finally! He pushed out the last 2 long form videos from the past and now we are to be focusing on newer content and continue to grow the channel. 

             Yeah it's been fun for us and you guys but time for new stuff! I've noticed the premieres been quite quiet and that's OK. I will let him explain it in the video he's doing today and what's next for the channel. But this is a step forward with the channel and this is my take on this. This opens the doors for a lot more. Not only that less stress for all of us. But as I mentioned still have the old shorts to post on Sundays & Fridays. I will talk to you @ 1 pm EST for the final blog of the week.
