The RETURN of the End of the Week Updates! [Saturday edition!]

             Another week has ended and it's TIME for the return of the highly anticipated "End of the Week Updates:"

Entertainment Man Podcast: I have put the podcast strictly on Audio ONLY a long with The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps as we cannot keep up with the video shorts or reels.

The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps: Again this is the second podcast on Audio ONLY as our network grows, we have to think strategically when it comes to all the shows within our network. 

Discord: Discord community is doing good, a lot calmer without the drama and noticing my staff or team are on more and more which is good. I am always on and interacting with everyone. 

Next steps: The next steps is to record this weekend's episode plus working on Corner Gas & start Ghostwriter as I promised Larry as there has been a bit of movement with the series and I know I was very unsure when it would have returned to air.

Streams will be week to week decision

            Each week it will be a decision on social media whether I can or not. Especially when it comes to family and even my niece and nephew's hockey games both the house league and my niece's select games as well that takes president over anything else. So every Monday @ 7 am EST, you will be getting a little detailed image each week what the schedule for content is and whether there will be a stream that week or not. For the most part I do my hardest to try and stream for you guys and come on and hang with you guys for a while.

          Now it won't be gaming streams, I save that for my The Boss Man Gaming 85 YouTube Channel for the videos but it is nice to just come on an d chat with yas but you never know with me which direction I will go with it. Only other way is if I am on vacation away for the day or just busy with the fam. The CBOTW Show Chatter....

             There has been a lot of chatter in regards to The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies and Reality TV Recaps. The chatter with the two podcasts both under the same show name but two different feeds. We're again making that shift back into the Reality TV Podcasts as Billy really wants to be involved and I am going to let him do the recaps even if I pop on my once and a while. So that is exciting as we gear up for Survivor 50. 

             The other end of the line with the regular show, the TV & Movies Recaps, Larry and I have been talking about the return. We have gone through everything, testing is the first thing as we didn't have a ton of time to test on his laptop and we failed at the Streamyard and was a bit of a problem for him still and I saw him but it wasn't connecting. Anyways we will be testing Discord out to make sure it is ready to go. So the timeline isn't very clear as I already stated to Larry that I will have to watch the shows then mail him the notes so it will take some time for it to get up to him. Anyways that is the post for today and as always talk to you all tomorrow!

Change is always important for growth!

            I know the change with the newsletter became shocking news with the feature being removed all together. You know I hate taking a feature if it is either not read or used and the newsletter wasn't being read and I put my heart and sole into each update for the week. That is why, I wanted to go back to our old routes which you guys loved the End of the Week Updates post and it was popular and plus you do not need to sign up for anything to be quite honest. 

             Change is always important for growth and if it doesn't why fix it? The views on the website has been great and all but now my computer has started to slow down so I am figuring that part out but not what I am talking about change is part of our life and we are always facing the diversity of changes in our life, physical & mental health, @ home, work or school it is part of our day to day life. I'm Sorry! I'm Back!

         I know, no blog yesterday and I'm sorry! It was a tough day for me as it would of been my grandma's 101st birthday. My mind was all over the place yesterday and I didn't really do a lot of work, just moping around the house, rarely in the studio itself minus to record 2 more gaming videos for a side project I am working on which has been a bit top secret but if you look through the social media you will find my secret channel and I am not saying in case trolls want to follow me but those who I have told, the channel is there and no face cam, just voice over work. 

         However, today I am back into the studio today working on things and will be slipping out for a few hours but today, I will be in and out of the studio today but getting things done slowly and checking a few things with shorts, getting blogs done throughout the week, working on Corner Gas as that will be coming up very soon! So I am staying on my toes especially with Entertainment Man Podcast I am trying to figure out the next topic and I will talk about that tomorrow as that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

           With 2026 now underway, I have taken some time to make a list of events that we want to attend this year and other little fun things along the way but here is the list and no dates are attached as of yet:

            There is the long list and there are 2 I am unsure of but it will depend if my dad and I can squeeze it in there as November is already a busy, busy month but those are the ones we are hoping to go to. We're Retired from YouTube for Good!

           That's right the title doesn't decieve you whatsoever... Still quite angry that friends of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media now former turned on us so quick yet they supported me over a year, so I am just done with YouTube, the trolls have ran me off once again and honestly I will explain the Spotify vs. YouTube podcast this weekend and may go off on a rant who knows but we're tired of the trolls, tired of the drama to a point I've started to call it Drama Tube and the fact I allowed one person back to find out they blocked me and my entire team on Discord, we're done. 

           Between the trolls and drama, we want 0 part of it and we are now fully retired from creating content. You are probably wondering what about certain channels, are you active as a user and the answer is YES. I do not make my name too public anymore and its different from CBOTW Media then you know and I am mostly watching and the occasional comment comes out but creating content wise, we're retired from creating content and have moved on to Spotify. Again, I will explain between Spotify and YouTube on Sunday's episode of Entertainment Man. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Reality TV Podcasts are done!

            For those who are in our little Facebook circle, The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recaps has been scrapped entirely! Communication with the team behind the show lack luster so I am kind of taking this experience and flipping around to full focus on both "Entertainment Man Podcast" & "The CBOTW Show- TV & Movies" which I am going to and have already been calling it just "The CBOTW Show" even though the title of the podcast is different from how I say it. The schedule remains the same for right now Tuesdays with Bob & Thursdays with Larry which I have an announcement for it tomorrow @ 1 pm EST.

          We will be adding into The CBOTW Show "Dancing With the Stars Recap with both Mary and I" and maybe, just maybe I will let her take the reigns as host for a change and I will be the co-host but we will see that is later on in the year and if they renew the show for another season but I am sure it will be gotta think positive and look forward to it as this will be my second season watching it. So we have a plan in place and Saturdays is a spare day for posting up episodes and I can always remanuever the episodes with Larry to Saturdays if I need to but we will play around with the schedules as we see fits. Anyways, as always I will talk to you guys tomorrow!

What's the Plan This Week?

              This week, I am editing all the Corner Gas episodes to schedule it to post. This includes Audio ONLY as well. Nothing else else besides editing but getting Entertainment Man Podcast ready for the weekend but it will be a quieter week for me as I got a ton of things done already this week and will have a bunch of time on my hands and probably do some things that need to be done around the studio itself, including cleaning up the studio a bit and recording a tour of the studio updated as it's been a while since I have done one.

             So it is a bit of a lighter week unless something major happens but I doubt it to be honest with you all. If all goes to plan, maybe I will get a chance to stream a little bit I will, I do have updates for you guys and exciting stuff around the corner and I will answer questions about the news of the Reality TV Recaps being scrapped all together if you have any. I will cover it on the blog tomorrow explaining as best as I can with the situation and what this means for Dancing with the Stars Podcast down the long road in the future. Discord Server done! Back on Threads!

           Well, well the weekend was productive from recording, to editing podcasts to re-building my Discord Community for the very last time which you can find it here: https://discord.com/invite/FQp2U7pNtj or on the left side of our page with all the other links as we have grown our social media a tad bit but glad to have Discord back into the loop of things. 

           Also Threads is back into the picture now http://www.threads.com/@cbotwmedia and we just want to get noticed more now that YouTube is out of the picture and we are focusing on our website and I will talk about that tomorrow but the more social the better. So the last several days, we have been busy with things and both are done and working on tomorrow's blog post about what the plan is this week to get finished Wednesday the YouTube thing then Thursday talking about the Reality TV Podcasts as well and finally Friday talking about the events we will or I will be at this year. So another busy week ahead of us. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Any updates on Ghostwriter?

            I know it is January and right now, we are finishing up the first season and after that, there will be open slot on our schedule as Larry will be and has been on leave but I have seen and recieved messages and I've mentioned him on social media and people are wondering when? When are we going to go back? 

            Well I do not know but I can say next week, I will be working on the next batch of Ghostwriters with the same format as before and I believe it is a shorter season and so is season 3 so there should be no problem getting it done so we can move on to another series and we have another one picked out already! Anyways, I think and believe it will be either mid year or fall 2026 to early January 2027 when we return as you know I have to mail out his package of notes to him up north and that will take a bit of time as he's not local so I need time to work on that and get it out to him. So more like later in the year and Larry and I haven't discussed it and I am obviously writing this before he hops on and have 0 information but if I do by now, I will be sure to update you next week as that is the post for today and week, have a great weekend!

Gaming Updates! [01-07-2026]

             Gaming updates for you guys from Mall Simulator to water Park simulator to Minecraft, here are your updates:

Minecraft: With the ice surface ready for lines and eventually the ice surface but there are some things I want to change, perhaps one end with no seats or just a basic rink you see with just the ends but it is just ideas however the roof with bricks this time around as something different is being put on so it will be out of the elements which it has been for months now since the initial floor and wall built. The glass walls haven't been put up but that will be next along with the glass floor for the second floor plus stairs and what not. It is progress is coming a long. 

Water Park Simulator: It is coming along and it has been chaotic with staff standing around and maybe I need to fire majority of people and realign the staff once again but that takes money and a bit of time but aiming for 4 stars at the moment and closing in on it, just gotta figure out how to. 

Mall Simulator: I am working on the Sushi Bar store near the front of the mall on the second floor and it is expensive! Very Expensive, however getting there and the top floor is my priority and getting close to being finished ready for the next version of this game to being release which should be by now or even any day now.
