Gaming Updates!

As you know I've gotten a ton of video games lately and I mean a ton of video games! Here are some of the updates:

Inzoi- This sim like game is so much fun and the fact you can literally control the sim's movement with your keys, makes this game a lot more fun.  Things are progressing well, I only seem to play with Larry but I may pop up more but really enjoying it and it seems more lifelike of a game.

Storage Hunter: I really enjoyed TMartn2 playthrough and Larry and I finally got to play it despite the tech issues with the code and having to buy another set of codes cause of problems with Game Stop. Anyways we successfully did our first storage auction and going to start grinding on this game on my extra time especially days off.

Schedule1: I started to play it a tad bit and I got a little too goofy and ended up punching people randomly to the point they called the cops on me in the game but still need to learn the different recipes in the game to make the products.

Office Simulator: Another game I just stumbled upon through YouTube, forget what channel but it looked so fun so I tried it out and I want to do so much more with the game and get off being an intern so I am excited to continue.

So that is where I am at with the gaming world, I know this community isn't really driven to gaming anymore but I wanted to do a bit of a review and update on each of the game and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Updates from the Boss Man!

Well, things have been chaotic and been solely focused on content the last few weeks and one of the reasons this website is missing an key factor to our website and that is the newsletter. This is something we are working on and by the time I get back from 3 - 4 days from out of the province, I will be sure to get working on that. I think I do know how it works. I have an idea how it will work and know it will be a very successful new piece to this.
Honestly we have started to question the end of the week updates or as it's now called "Weekly Updates" as it was suppose to already be removed off the blog but we've hit a snag in the plan as we are not sure how to put the sign up on our website yet plus we want to do a pop up but not sure how to do that as the site is very, very full and the pop up would be the best way for us and having it. We would have to arrange a few things first of all. Those are the few things going on right now and we are slowly getting things done and I will do a video this weekend. I will talk to you all tomorrow.

What Happened to the Events on the Weekend?

Well Saturday I wasn't in the right frame of mine and all I wanted to do was sleep in plus I wasn't feeling like fighting the busy crowd and we weren't sure we were able to actually get an actual parking spot as Maple Festival is a very popular event locally now so it is harder to go unless I take the bus out and maybe something I will do next time. I enjoy going to that event and the next one in Bowmanville will be in the fall as there isn't anything else.

Also usually on this day too we do the Doors open event locally in my city but we had my niece and nephew's 3 on 3 Hockey so a little more important to go to actually as family does come first before anything else. So the next event coming up for ChrisBOnTheWeb Media is the Peony Festival, locally here in my hometown. What I gather from our schedule of events for this year. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you tomorrow for another post.

Weekly Updates [05-02-2025]

First of all sorry for  the late post, so much chaos the last 24 hours, from my desktop computer acting up to the meltdown @ our studio from what I heard of with more tech issues with the computer software, we've had a stressful week but with a stressful week, comes great news from the home front.  What am I saying? Well, Chris got an email and I unfortunately cannot say yet as it's not confirmed but it's huge news for our community!

The other  news is he has a sleuth of podcasts to edit and post up. It almost didn't happen this morning as the two boys had ran into tech issues last night. However that was rectified and they recorded 5! That's right 5! so 5 weeks of episodes on Wednesdays @ 6 pm EST. They are shorter episodes but they are planning to extend them in less than 2 weeks from now. He is recording Entertainment Man Podcast for this weekend and the weekend he returns from his yearly trip. He is starting to get everything together. Have a great weekend and talk to you all next week.

24 Hours of Fun w/ Larry!

It will be a crazy 24 hours with Larry! Today we will be making history as we attempt to record 7 episodes of The CBOTW Show and we will be trying to keep it at 20 minutes each which will be 140 minutes of podcasting which is like over 2 hours of show coverage and will be ready for when I am away on holidays. I am having a bit of an idea and by the later half of the week as I will be talking a lot of events this weekend from the Bowmanville Maple Fest to the Doors Open Oshawa.  Anyways off topic.

Between our recording sessions, we will be watching a ton of TV, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Power Rangers Zeo, Turbo and in Space but not just that but playing a bit of Sims 2, Inzoi, I am going to let Larry try it out, I think I got him hooked on the game, the last time we played here in the studio. I am sure there will be a lot of snow talk as usual for the two of us but it will be fun and as I promised on the update video there will be a vlog of our afternoon and evening. I'm sure it will be a long vlog of some sort. Anyways that is the blog for today and as always I will speak to you on Monday, have a great weekend!

Preparing for my Trip out of Province!

Between working on everything else, getting everything ready for tomorrow's massive recording, it's all hands on deck as this will be our last recording session till June at some point. So I will have more time to work on both Corner Gas for June recording session as Larry and I will be slowing down in the summer on recording sessions but not only that but getting things recorded, edited and scheduled for posting while I am away in Quebec for 4 days with my parents and other family members as well.

I go quick with blogs and will be easy to pump out posts on the website. Next thing is to record episode for the Sunday, shorts ETC all done. I will make sure everything is set up to Tuesday after I get back that Sunday. So after this week and I finish up editing Ghostwriter, I will be preparing all of next week on the upcoming holiday away as I need it honestly. I think I will get through it all next week in a timely fashion and have it scheduled. Not sure how but the website version will not be updated till that Monday (the day after) I return from the trip. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

I've taken on more in my role of COO

You may all know that I have taken on more as Chief Operating Officer then ever, I am working side by side with Kevin our Advisor and Moderator in our community in helping suggesting moderators as I see fit. That is only if we really to add mods to the community. We are a bit stingy with who we mod now and that's OK, we want to make sure we pick the right people.

Also I have been feeling off with the Community Director role and it was under my power, I terminated the role and don't worry Chris gave me the green light on the decisions and he is proud of me for taking on more in my role as COO of the company. I am all for change and so is Chris as it's been a rough last 6 months almost since I took over the Chief Operating Officer role as it was empty for two months. Our team now are working closer with each other and as Chris would always say "teamwork makes the dream work" and we are truly a shining example how hard we all work hard within this company. I will chat with you on Friday for the end of the week updates.
