The CBOTW Show [Schedule Adjustments]

       The CBOTW Show is making a bit of a scheduling adjustments as we continue to grow the network we are experiencing some growing pains every week and this is why I had conversations with our hosting team with their shows and to assure they are happy with the show day posts and also the recording days as you know, we are busy on a regular weekly basis.

       As you know The CBOTW Show- Reality TV Recap's Dancing With The Stars- The Next PRO was original schedule for Fridays @ 6 pm EST and to be honest and I felt like before consulting the hosts on our Hosting team that things were cramped together and I will talk about it on the blog tomorrow for you guys and those who have followed us since the beginning almost 12 years ago I am a stickler for spreading things out. Anyways we are moving the Dancing with the Stars- The NEXT PRO to Tuesdays for recording and episodes to be released on Wednesday evenings @ 6 pm EST.  I hope you guys are happy with it and as always talk to you all tomorrow.

Why does http:// not work?

        The reason http:// doesn't work is because it is actually https://www.chrisbontheweb.com/ Because it's a secured connection not just for me or the team but you guys too. I want you guys to feel safe using this website and I have looked into this issue and have asked our provider what could the issue be and once I have an explanation, I will do an update this week.

        However, this doesn't mean you guys need to be rude. There is only so much we can do in a day. We have to maintain the website, create content like the blogs you read on a daily basis, the pocasts the just chatting streams on social media and much more. So please but kind and be patient with us as we resolve some of the issues you may be experiencing and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Has it work with no CEO?

      This post has been talked about in the past but since having someone outside the main core take over the role it hasn't worked out whatsoever.  This is why the role of "CEO" has remained vacant for months and it's been occupied and vacant so many times that I have lost the count how many times we tried to fill in the role. 

    So it's been about a month and a bit that it has been vacant for quite some time for us. So has it worked with no CEO? Yes! With the Founders keeping an eye on things with the operations and honestly without a leader I think is the best move and the amount of stress and pressure has been lowered then normal so it has helped and we plan on keeping it this way for the foreseeable future. We are all pitching in to assure the company continues on with it's success. Anyways that is the post for this Saturday, enjoy the rest of your weekend and talk to you all on Monday.

How do we stay organized?

 With this influx of growth on our website and our content, how do we stay organized? Well several ways: our white board and we haven't really used it yet and we need to fix that and update everything every week so we can keep track of the shows but the only issue is we need a step stool in order to update it but that's ok it won't take very long to update it. 

           Sticky notes is another way we are staying organized along with our calendar and my assistant also has tabs on everything and she keeps me in line when it comes to my workload on a day to day basis especially if I am out of the studio for the day, it will be marked in the calendar. She also keeps tabs on the two Calendly links plus emails plus my calendar and we are just on track. Anyways that is the final post for the week and as always I will talk to you all on Monday.

We made the right move!

       Wow About 400k in views this week or almost when I wrote this post as I pre-written this because of my busy recording schedule this week and I will talk about organization with the 5 shows a week plus 5 - 6 blogs plus the weekly social media streams it shows that we have made the correct moves with what we have done and we're excited for the future.

We do not know if these views are real or fake but we spiked on our viewership, maybe they are, maybe their not. I do believe it is for the moment but the facts are the changes to having single pages for all the shows, a better system to house the shows including archive updates and more it has really shown. Also the addition of our CBOTW-TV housing all of our videos on our website has done well for us.  So in hindsight us retiring from YouTube and streaming on Kick was proven to have work and we continue to do what we have been doing and we continued to grown. Feeling Good Mid Week!

       With it being mid week, I have some really good feelings right now with the company. I feel like we are heading into the right direction with everything and focusing on the content and the weekly weekend streams to update and answer your burning questions for the week while interactive with you guys.

       Schedule wise with all the podcasts, I feel good, having collabs with Larry, Bob, Mary and JBird has kept me in a busy state recently and I am just excited to record each week with them or once a month with some of them, depends on the week by week for each show. I still get to do my solo shows which currently I have 2 at the moment and eventually you never know there could be others doing their own shows without me but slowly growing the network. I've wanted this for the longest time and the time is most definitely now. Anyways I will as always talk to you all tomorrow.

Retired from Gaming Streams...

       Because of the amount of name calling I have decided to call it quits with stream on YouTube and includes gaming streams but this doesn't include the social media streams where I actually spend an hour a week giving you guys the time for me to answer any questions about the company that you may have. I will not be changing any of that as it has been a part of the company.

          So basically it is just YouTube and gaming streams I am retired from, however.... I could actually dol them on TikTok but I chose to not do it that way. I have a plan moving forward and I intend to continue to be very active whether it is a weekly stream just chatting or I am active on Discord, our Facebook group, fan page, social medias. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Whitby Rib Fest 2026!

         First of all sorry I am extremely late with posts and clips just tired from the event yesterday and I was at the Whitby Rib Fest. Was a different experience and we had to walk across the field obviously and we could get a ride via golf court but I wanted to get my steps in regardless which is good I am thinking about my physical and mental health. 

We looked around a tad bit then grabbed food from Jack The Ribbers which we had pork ribs with a side of Mac and Cheese. Ribs fell apart and practically melted in my mouth and the mac and cheese was so creamy and deliciousness to ever bite and the  cheese sauce was thick and good. 10 out of 10 for both of them as it was so good and one of my favorite spots and would go back to them again in a future Rib Fest locally. We enjoyed the entertainment, the Bluegrass Music, the Country Music and they played a very familar song which gave me chills a song called "Don't Stop Belevin"  by Journey. Will there be another CEO?

          We are done fooling around! Will there be a new CEO? NO! Who will be the new CEO? Me! I will retain Executive Producer/Host and Co-Host roles as well and it has been reflected and changed here on the website already done on Monday when I finished up all of these posts for the week. 

     Why return? I am having trust issues now and hard to trust people and why our team is a person down but not out as our team continues on with or without certain individuals and that's fine. I need to start trusting my gut, my instincts, gut instincts. Everything seems to be a day to day decision and I have to do what's best for the company and the team in the end. What Happened to our X [Twitter] Account?

            So what happened to our X account? It wasn't suspended it was more we are done with the platform as we kept on losing more and more followers and my worry was we would only have a few only followers by the end.

        However, you can find us on Facebook, Blue Sky Social, Instagram, TikTok, Discord we are still out there just not on that platform. I am not going to knock Elon or the platform. It was just time for us to move on from the platform. Yes Blue Sky is a bit slow on the growth but slowly but surely we will get more followers. Supermarket Simulator screwed me....

        Yep Supermarket Simulator has screwed me into a oblivion when it comes to the staff, I wasn't expecting to pay thousands and thousands and I fired half the staff to counter act but still paid so much to a point I had to fire everyone and still made absolutely no difference when it came to the adjustments so screw the game screw the file, I am deleting it. 

      Yes! I am rage quitting the game, I am sick of tired of the games crap! They added way to much all at once and I have been playing it for a few years ever since it came out so I am just gonna delete/uninstall the game and do away with it all together at this point. I have nothing else on the matter as always talk to you all tomorrow!

More pages the more we get views!

        The more pages we add to our website the better views we get and I am writing this on a Monday morning as I usually do every week to write all of these and we have made so many more improvements our website Monday morning! I am not sure if the world is ready for these changes but ready or not here we come!

      CBOTW-TV, Current Shows, Archives was the icing on the cake but it is you guys that are keeping us afloat and if we didn't get all these views I probably would have ended the company and I know in the recent months and years I've threatened to close up shop but I am happy I have continued on with this journey.
