What To Do With Turkey Left Overs!

I was thinking about it and talking to Rocky about this as ideas are hard as I am not relying on my white board right now due to it being on the other side of the basement which mind you is greatly damaged and I need to replace it when the studio is fully renovated but going to see if i can make use of it for a while. The reason I am bringing up the whiteboard is that is how I keep track of what I am posting up everyday of the week and yes I got ideas still but hard to reach my book on a regular basis. Anyways after talking to him it came to my mind that this week it was the American Thanksgiving and if you cannot tell I am Canadian but I always make a social media post about it. Anyways we celebrate American Thanksgiving as we have family in the mid north west of the States. You are seeing where I am going with this post I'm sure. Leftover Turkey, what do you do with leftover turkey? I have a couple of things that I could do with the turkey leftovers that are two of my personal faves:

1) Turkey Soup- One of my personal faves and with winter getting close it is definitely nice to have especially on these cooler days now these days especially with it being the fall. All that is in it is broth, green onions and the turkey an there ya go an yummy, yummy soup!

2) Turkey Casserole- I just had this the other day and last night for dinner. It is a turkey casserole which consists of Turkey, stuffing and gravy at the bottom of the casserole dish then put mash potatoes together and it becomes such an amazing dish all together there is another meat casserole I wanna share with you guys but that is similar but completely different from this.

There is my top two favorite things to do with Turkey and I know there are a ton of things that can be used for Turkey leftovers but I wanted to share at least two of them that I enjoy the most and what I can and know what to do with Turkey. However there is a turkey club sandwich which is one other thing that you can do with the turkey. Either way there is ways to use Turkey leftovers and hope this sort of helps and if you try any of these especially the turkey casserole let me know how it went in the comments below and I will be sure to read em all!

Everything About Reality TV Podcast Changes...

At this time yesterday, I was taking a break and yes it is still going to be happening but my time off will be definitely a little longer as I am no longer will be the host for Survivor Recaps on the Podcast. I am graciously stepped down to let Billy take it over as I said on the podcast. No I am not going anywhere and this is the reason behind a second announcement post since things change here at CBOTW very quickly and within the last 6 - 10 hours so here is what the plan is for Everything About Reality TV come 2020:

Survivor: Will Be Hosted by Billy a good friend of mine will be taking over the podcast so there will be times I will be not present on the podcast but this is good as it gives me some time off from the podcast.

Big Brother 22: Chris (Me)

Big Brother Canada 8: Chris (Me)

Amazing Race: Chris (Me)

Amazing Race Canada:  Chris (Me)

I however will be the one that will be covering Big Brother, Big Brother Canada, Amazing Race and Amazing Race Canada for the time being which is nice to have one less show to cover and I am very excited for the changes to come. I know between September and February there will be a break for me between shows but you never know another show may pop up and I will probably cover the show. Originally I would of give up the rights to the Big Brother and Big Brother Canada Recaps but I enjoy doing em still and like I said I get September to February off normally. Reason I decided to step down is Billy knows Survivor as well as I do and obviously I cannot do all the shows as it has not become evident that I cannot handle every single show out there so the help comes in handy indeed.  The scheduling I have already started working on the next season schedule and will be releasing the schedule in the New Year as of right now I have only one show on the schedule out of the 3 as I do not know when Big Brother Canada will be same with Amazing Race I am currently unsure of when that will be on the air so soon as I know I will let you guys know what is what come New Year.

Everything About Reality TV Will Be On A Break After Season 12 Till End of January!

No I am not joking around with the title of this post... No I am not quitting yet again, I am more putting my podcast on a break at the end of December into January and towards the end of the month of January. Why you may ask? I just have made a decison to take a break from this podcast but it will be short lived as by the time the last week of January hits I should be back to normal with an off season podcast and I honestly hope to have at least 2 of them out at the most during the break before the preview podcast for Survivor 40 comes out for you guys. So the Everything About Reality TV Podcast feed will be quiet but that doesn't mean anything I will be still on Punk Rock Cheeseburger and I am sure there will be a collaboration podcast sometime there as long as I am back in my regular studio setting. I think I have been burnt out as I have been going non stop all year long but there is plenty of podcasts to do still. As of next year I will have covered 10 seasons of Survivor, 8 seasons of Big Brother Canada and 1 - 2 seasons of Big Brother US which that will change come summer 2020. Also it will be 6 seasons for Amazing Race US and 5 seasons of Amazing Race Canada that I have covered. So this podcast isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

This break will be good for me to get my energy back up and raring to go but with this break will come with me getting off season plans ready to go for the off season phase of the podcast as I still like to have it on the air between all the seasons but yes it is not as often as you guys would like but at least it is definitely great that you guys are going to be getting an episode at least a week at a time. However with the break there is still a ton of work to be done in the way of re doing the off season podcasts notes which as you know when I announced the end of the podcast, I destroyed all the information and boy that was not the smartest move I ever made really. But with re-doing them all, I might end up coming up with new ideas so that will definitely be a bonus. When the studio is back in order and everything is back in place I will have to check the off season Podcast file to see what I have and not have and brain storm ideas as of right now I cannot access the blue container that has past season notes right now which is pretty much buried at the moment so there is no way I can grab that blue container but maybe Larry can help me grab it and bring it up to my room so I can start working on some off season stuff but right now I am only going to be doing up to 2 before the start of Season 13. So I am taking a break and if you need to contact me during the time off, you can always hit me up on social media between December 20th, 2019 and around January 20th, 2020.

Studio Update 2 [11-27-2019]

So I have made some changes and got some unfortunate news on the desk I used for the last 5 years. So in this post I will cover everything with where the studio is at right now:

1) Insulation completed for the walls. Walls are finished with the insulation however the ceiling isn't finished and we are still needing to do the ceiling above my area where I am going to have my desk at and where all the recording is going to be done.

2) The computer has temporarily been moved to my dad's old desk and it is quite a tight squeeze for me but it will have to do for the next while until the work is done with the space and trust me I am sure it will go fast enough I'm sure. Once my space is done and painted then we have to work on the next part.

2B) Which brings me into the point of this post: The desk I have been using for the past 5 years is falling apart, it is weak on the top and has cracked underneath. The next thing is the desktop on the right side isn't being held by anything at all so that raises for a ton of concern.

Once the space is painted and finished then I will decide what the heck to do with the desk or give up and buy a brand new desk for myself. However I am going to try and fix the desk and strengthen it so it can last me another year at the most before I make that decision to replace it but it is neither here or there on the decision right now that I should make the decision to make the changes right now. That will come in the next few weeks and hope to get it repaired in time for me to make the move back quite quickly. Today we got one panel installed and we will be continuing on with this on Friday so were trying to get it done several times a week and we will finish this im sure in a few weeks before Christmas but I told my dad I do not wanna move anything back till the desk is repaired so that means the monitor stands will be sitting on the side till then. There is the update and by Sunday I should be able to update with pictures to what has been done here in the studio.

Trains, Buses and Exercise!

Yesterday, I got to go to out on a bus trip for the day and what a trip it was from my hometown here into Pickering via GO Train. From there I took the 223 Bayley bus into Ajax. From there I took the 216 Harwood which turned into the 224 Bus once we got back from the Taunton area. When we got to back to Ajax Go we headed back home. It wasn't much of a day but it was an outing and of course we forgot to grab some food even when we got back. But we had a donut that kind of kept us happy till dinner time. Now the 216 Harwood was my idea and actually we went by where my Aunt and Uncle lived and boy it sure did bring back memories as a kid going there for visits, Christmas/Mother's Day celebrations so it really did bring back a ton of memories in my childhood and even as an adult as well. Also we passed the street where the elementary school I graduated from Grade 8. So it sure brought back a ton of memories and Eric could see the excitement of me remembering the school and some friends I am still connected with as well. So I guess in a way it was a trip down memory lane for me.

Anyways that is my trip I took yesterday and one of the reasons why I was very quiet on social media and noticed this morning the Facebook Fan page gained a fan apparently but thank you. It is hard to be on social media and travelling and wish I took pictures but we just did not have anytime and it wasn't the right time but I promise to take a selfie on my next adventure around Durham. Anyways I had a good time and I am glad Eric got me out of here for the day, I really needed it with the stress and high pressure of being a blogger and he gave me the idea for this post and I know it's not a big post like yesterday but hey you guys are getting a post one way or another so it is great. I can honestly say that I had a good time and I admit to feeling depressed and when we got on the go I truly did feel a ton better as I just pretty much put my troubles at the door and enjoyed the day. I hope you guys enjoyed this post and yes I sort of made that reference to Trains, Planes and Automobiles but in this case Trains, Buses and Exercise! I will see you guys in the next post tomorrow which will be an update on the studio reno progress.

How To Use The CBOTW Chatroom!

Now that the chat has pretty much been up for about a week now and yes it has been used you guys probably need some step by step help on the chat system on the website. Here is what you need to do to sign up. Yes there will be some pictures to help on each description which is on the right had side on the panel and it is visible to see when you arrive on the site here:

1) First you hit set name on the chatbox which can be found at the bottom and it is easy to find.

2) Then click on that and hit sign up and if the sign up gives you an error you will have to open a second tab and sign up on http://chatango.com/signupdir

3) Once you sign up you will have to verify it via your email so you do not lose your account at all and probably is the logical sense so you do not lose your account.

4) Now you will have to hit set name again and it will prompt you to login as we do not allow guests in the chat due to trolls in the past.

5) Once you are in the chat you are good to go! Happy chatting!

Above the chatroom is some rules and it is very simple rules to follow which are:

1. No Spamming.

2. No being disrespectful including racist remarks.

3. No posting up inappropriate links.

There is very simple rules and if we can have a fun and happy community! Both Jeff Lieberman, Corvette agree this is the best decision for the website as the viewership on the website has been up! Anyways enjoy this new feature on the website and any questions at all please do feel free to ask in chat or even send us an email if you have any and we will be able to answer Questions as best as we can.

I'm Impressed With The Growth and More!

I admit sitting back and looking at the growth of the website it is just amazing to watch the site grow and grow and every month it seems to get more then the previous months so it is going up hill in views not down so that is definitely a good thing. However it is exciting to watch on a daily basis to see the viewership on a day to day basis and it truly does help too. Before when I was on the other provider for the web builder which I will not mention who as they kept suspending my site I wasn't getting as much in the way of views but since I switched to Blogger the website views have gone up and I can say I am getting closer to 60K  on this site and its been almost a year since I switched over entirely and I am really happy with the result. Another thing I found and really like about the site I have a bit more freedom and I have learned so much about code when it comes to the website too. Also I may as well point this out is the amount of change I have made to the website has probably a big factor in the growth of the website and you guys really have enjoyed the changes. I was thinking about the menu bar since back in the early spring of this year and I started the research stages but ever since it was released it has become quite a popular website.

The website will continue on growing for years to come and I am sure the more people promote the website and the more I post up on social the better. Same with the posts. Honestly with the addition of Jeff L and Steven aka Corvette this website is definitely going to grow a lot more and that post will come January 1st, 2020 which will be my official yearly what is to come in 2020 and what not. Right now my team and I are working on the future planning of CBOTW and the chat being the new addition to the website is only the start which again tomorrow I will be talking about chat and how you guys can get involved with chatting on there and the basics behind the chat as I did forget to mention how you are able to chat here on the website outside of any of the social media platforms that CBOTW is on at this current time. In the end I am very impressed with the website growth and the podcast growth since I made some changes to the podcast itself so it have definitely made a difference over the last several days and I have noticed the growth with the podcast as well. I will continue to grow things and come 2020 it is going to be amazing I can tell you that and I cannot wait to tell you guys what is in-stored for 2020!
