Plans now that the website work done?

What is the plan now that the website is completed what is the plans now? Well work on Ghostwriter episodes and get Corner Gas episodes watched, notes taken and it has been on my list for the longest time now. This is the opportunity to work on these things and really get things started for the podcasts and really get the numbers up with The CBOTW Show. However I realized this I have one episode that never aired whatsoever and I have no idea why it never got posted so end of the year in December I will be putting it up and already have it scheduled for December 3rd, 2025. I have to remember that The CBOTW Show should be coming out at 6 pm EST not 1 pm EST. I will make a note of it and do a reel explaining it.

Also on my list is to get Entertainment Man Podcast episodes created, when I say that write brand new episodes and not just Entertainment Man but The CBOTW Show being worked on but that will come later once I get on a roll with getting things ready. So that is the plan and it will be adjusted if it needs to but basically the things I want to work on and yes maybe I will be more active with the Discord Server, not maybe I will be more active as there has been issues, I just wanna make sure there is no more issues. Anyways that is what is next for us and I am excited for what's next and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Halfway there! [Big Update]

So you probably want a more of an explanation on what has been released and obviously it was Entertainment Man Podcast page is now back up and running after just a week and a couple of days it is fully fixed and running. This is the halfway mark of our website fixes as the provider we had isn't reliable anymore and we are moving on from them and doing our players a little better powered by Spotify. Now you're gonna ask me what about "Everything About Reality TV Podcast" which what got this network started back in 2015, almost 10 years ago. Well the players will remain as they are. We do not want to upload to Spotify and having to update the entire page again so if Archives for the podcast goes down then so be it but hopefully it's back up quickly.

This is the halfway marker of fixing the pages. The CBOTW Show is the next project and I plan to recode and fix the entire page tomorrow and that should be the completion of fixing the players. I trust Spotify and we have a good relationship with the platform staff as they have been very helpful with some issues we have had in the past so we thank them for the help and support as we transitioned to this platform. Also this week, I will be starting to transition Entertainment Man Podcast's RSS Feed and by the end of the week we should be officially off Castbox by the end of the week. I will not update all platforms as there is so many the podcast is on but I am sure it will be rediscovered quickly and with this change it will be permanent change no more moving around anymore. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Weekly Updates [03-14-2025]

It has been an interesting week for ChrisBOnTheWeb Media but lots of big things on the horizon for us. The interview he was on this week on Nick's Podcast "The Infinite Abilities Podcast" we will be on the lookout for the episode coming out. There is another interview Chris was on he is waiting for news when it is going up on all the platforms. Between his appearances, he's actually added Moderators to our Discord Server which you can find on the main page of www.ChrisBOnTheWeb.com under Discord logo by clicking the Discord Logo. If you have an account.

Also he's been working on the website "Entertainment Man Podcast" & "The CBOTW Show" pages and getting it back online as the players have been finicky lately. I do not have any idea what will happen to "Everything About Reality TV" in our archives page. There is no ETA when both of our current podcast pages will be returning but he's working on it don't worry! I am always on Twitter @SaraTheCOO, Facebook Fan Page www.facebook.com/ChrisBOnTheWeb and our Discord: https://discord.com/invite/VSfAaarR He is recording today for this weekend's episode. Not much on the list this weekend but he is planning to work on Ghostwriter this weekend and start of next week working on Corner Gas Finally and hopefully get recording at the start of April or even sooner. I hope you all have a fantastic weekend and will be back at the end of the next week.

Getting it Done!

As you know we are on the move with completing some of the difficult projects behind the scenes. You probably know I have been frustrated with the provider that had our players on the pages that are now down for maintenance and hopefully up by Sunday at least Entertainment Man Podcast for now. I will be needed to add the video to when the podcast went to video but all in due time. As I continue to replace the players on the website, I will update both.

I know The CBOTW Show has been not the best with the issues with video wise and Larry and I have corrected the problems that we have been having lately. Hopefully this is the end of all the problems that we are having the lighting issues and apparently the OBS/Audacity Issue is at bay for now but knock on wood the issues do not continue. However we're getting er done as the saying goes! Slowly but surely this will be done and we hope by end of the weekend we can be finished fixing the entire on going issue since last year. I wish we did the switch at the end of the season would of been plenty of time for the updates. Anyways that is the blog post for today, have a great weekend, Sara will be doing her weekly updates tomorrow and I will talk to you all on Monday!

Slow and Steady Wins The Race!

I know not everything on our new schedule will be starting till next week but like the saying goes and it's the title of today's blog, Slow and Steady wins the race and it is so true. We have come so far for a company that has been around for 10 + years and I know haters/trolls doubt us but let them! We don't care what, like the reel I did on social media, "never give up on what you love doing." Especially if it is your passion whether you earn revenue from your content or it's just a hobby, keep on going.

Start slow with your quantity of content and I have said this in the past, Quality over quantity always! Once you get the hang of it then increase. Something I wish I would of given myself with "Everything About Reality TV Podcast" back in 2015 - 2020. However I am not dwelling on the past, I am looking into the future and boy the future is indeed looking bright as I have a lot in the back of my mind with what's coming up for ChrisBOnTheWeb Media and I will talk about that possibly this week but that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Breaking Free From Self-Doubt: How to Conquer Imposter Syndrome and Own Your Success

Even the most capable individuals can struggle with feeling like they don’t belong. Imposter syndrome creates persistent self-doubt, making accomplishments feel like luck rather than earned success. It can hold people back from pursuing opportunities, speaking up, or fully embracing their achievements. The good news is that these feelings are not a reflection of actual ability but rather a pattern of thinking that can be changed. By recognizing common signs – such as fear of being exposed as a fraud, downplaying success, or overworking to compensate for perceived inadequacy – you can begin taking steps to shift your mindset and build confidence in your abilities.

Overcoming Imposter Syndrome with Help from Social Media

Social media often showcases a polished version of others’ lives, which can intensify feelings of imposter syndrome by making you question your own achievements. This curated ‘highlight reel’ can lead to unfair comparisons and diminish self-esteem, particularly if you belong to marginalized groups. To counteract these effects, it’s important to manage your social media use by setting time limits and curating your feed to include content that boosts your confidence. Additionally, focusing on real-life relationships and achievements can help ground your self-worth in reality rather than in the digital world.

Boosting Your Confidence by Embracing Your True Potential

Returning to school can be a transformative experience, significantly enhancing your confidence by broadening your skill set and opening new career paths. Taking advantage of the best online MBA programs offers the flexibility to learn at your own pace, allowing you to balance other commitments effectively. This journey not only deepens your understanding of business and management but also sharpens essential skills like leadership and self-awareness.

Facing Your Fear of Failure for Personal Growth

Fear of failure can often trigger feelings of imposter syndrome, where you might doubt your achievements and feel like a fraud. This fear is typically rooted in the belief that your abilities are fixed, leading to a constant urge to either prove yourself or conceal your perceived shortcomings. However, by embracing a growth mindset, you can start viewing failures not as final verdicts on your capabilities but as opportunities for learning and development.

Leveraging Positive Affirmations

To effectively tackle imposter syndrome, it’s essential to replace negative self-talk with positive affirmations and recognize your achievements. By consciously acknowledging your skills, you can begin to dismantle the distorted beliefs that fuel feelings of inadequacy. For example, if you catch yourself thinking, “I’m not good enough,” counter this with a specific affirmation like, “I have successfully completed challenging projects in the past.” This practice not only helps rewire your brain towards a more positive outlook but also reinforces your self-worth.

Building Resilience Through Meditation

Establishing a regular meditation practice can significantly bolster your resilience and emotional stability. By engaging in mindfulness exercises, you cultivate the ability to confront feelings of self-doubt with honesty and self-compassion, rather than being overwhelmed by them. This approach not only steers you clear of toxic positivity but also promotes a balanced path to personal growth. Techniques like loving-kindness meditation encourage a gentler self-view, reducing the harsh self-criticism often linked to imposter syndrome.

Aligning Your Goals and Core Values

Understanding the importance of aligning your goals with your personal values is essential for fostering meaningful motivation. When your objectives resonate with your core beliefs, they become more than mere tasks; they reflect what truly matters to you. This alignment taps into intrinsic motivators, which are more powerful and sustainable than external rewards. By anchoring your goals to your values, you not only enhance your motivation but also build resilience, making it easier to overcome challenges and stay focused on what genuinely enriches your life.

Celebrating the Small Wins

Recognizing and celebrating small victories helps build confidence and reinforces a sense of progress. Each achievement, no matter how minor, serves as proof of growth and capability, gradually shifting focus from perceived shortcomings to strengths. This positive reinforcement creates momentum, making it easier to stay motivated and embrace long-term change.

Self-doubt doesn’t define your worth or abilities, and overcoming imposter syndrome starts with changing how you talk to yourself. Acknowledging achievements, challenging negative thoughts, and embracing growth rather than perfection can help reshape the way you see yourself. Confidence isn’t about eliminating uncertainty – it’s about moving forward despite it. When you recognize your value and own your accomplishments, you can step fully into your potential without hesitation.
