Collaboration Podcast Update [08-05-2021]

I have an update on the Collaboration Podcast that Larry and I do, yes Power Rangers Collaboration Podcast. I have completed Mystic Force this morning and was up all night finishing up on this season. So I have the next set of updates what I have planned that may sound different from my Instagram Stories but here are the updates:

Operation Overdrive:  I am starting up Operation Overdrive from the time I get up today and I am aiming to finish up by end of the weekend and this is one season I am personally excited for actually. My goal is 3 days to get it done.

Jungle Fury: So this is the final season before I start typing up the notes for the 3 season and will be a bit of a break from watching which I will get to. Anyways I am aiming for mid week to end of the week to work on this season and get it completed.

Now I mentioned a break with the project and yes, after I am finished with Jungle Fury and typing up the notes, I plan to go on a break till at least October to Mid October of this year from anything related to the Power Rangers Collaboration Podcast and I need this break before getting geared up for RPM and I may throw in there Samurai and Super Samurai in there towards the end of the year so I am ready to go with the Collab which it is right now unknown if him and I were back in studio together and that is unclear at this moment. But back to the notes, I should have em done by mid September and sent out to Larry by then so he has the next 3 set of notes plus Dino Thunder and the 3 year anniversary podcasts he doesn't have at this point. Anyways that is the updates and I will continue to keep you guys up to date on things as things progress over the next few months as we enter the fall soon. I will talk to you all tomorrow with an update with the Minecraft World what my niece and nephew have done to the property.

Preparing For The Studio Re-Opening...

With cases of this pandemic low here in Ontario in the 100's and 200's, it has really made me think about re-opening the studio again down the road and the goal to having the studio open to Larry especially with Power Rangers Collaboration Podcast, I'd love to see Larry back in the studio finally and that time is coming, I feel it. Now there we will be some things, we may not/will be needing by January/February 2022:

- Needing masks but if we do we will wear it. I do not wanna jump too far ahead of myself but if it is required and he's able to be here again then we will for sure.

- Sanitizing- Will be requiring to sanitize going into the studio and there is no ands if's and bouts either.

- Guests, Larry for example will have to bring their own earbuds or headphones to plug into the mixer, I am not providing headphones at this time and wanna make sure to not spread any germs whatsoever.

- The area will be sanitized at the end of the day to ensure cleanliness  in the studio.

This is the plan for re-opening the studio again once we are allowed to be closer to each other and how I am approaching re-opening up things and how I will keep things sanitary in the studio when things do open up. If you guys have any other ideas what I can add to this list please do comment below, anything helps and I will add em to the post as well. Either way I am excited to be welcoming back Larry and the other Alum and Staff of CBOTW soon enough and it will probably be happening soon enough I'm sure as I am feeling it but for right now we continue to record the shows through Skype/Discord at this time.

Original Post Got Cancelled So I'm Not Sure What To Say....

The Original post I had at one point was about me streaming on Twitch but since now I am now not streaming video games at this moment and probably more then likely will not be streaming anymore especially with the way my net and computer is, it just cannot handle it apparently. I do need a new PC eventually. It's not cheap to pay for one getting it built by Canada Computers like 4200 bucks and that's quite a good amount of money and I need to save up money. Any money that I save on the side here is going towards a brand new computer and Gaming Computer. I am not really sure if I wanna continue on with this website to be honest... I am just sick of all of this and over CBOTW. I hate to say it, because you guys know I love what I do on a daily basis. This has nothing to do with Savannah who recently came back to help as Site Admin and of course Larry who is my dedicated Senior Producer and Co-Host.

The last year and a half almost has been nothing but drama and I am just sick of it and I really, really want to actually make it to the 10 year anniversary and show to the haters out there, haha I made it 10 years without closing up shop. It was around this time period 2 years almost when the other team went down and I really do not wanna end up in the same fate as The Video Projects Team did November 13th, 2014 the day before CBOTW became a thing almost 7 years ago. Just sick of all the drama, I want and calling for some Community Unity where there is no more fighting. Remember we do have that Terms of Use which can be found at the bottom of ChrisBOnTheWeb.com and this all has to stop, no more drama, I am getting to a point of not being able to handle this all over again. I have temporarily stepped down from the Admin role on my Facebook group and still am on there either way.

Halton County Radial Museum Opening Weekend!

It has been nearly 2 years since I have been able to go to the Halton Radial Museum and the picture on the left side is a picture almost 2 years ago, this was October 13th, 2019 when we were at Halton County Radial Museum and yes I had a goatee then which right now it's just my stache at this moment of time since it is summer after all. When I got the word about Streetcar Museum was doing a Soft Opening, I was so thrilled and wanted to go in the back of my mind. My dad mentioned we can go if you want. I was hesitant with this pandemic still ongoing and cases gone up a bit recently but I realized we're masked and social distancing so really I had nothing to worry about. The way I think of it  it is an outing and got my out of the house for a several hours and was nice to be in the car and out for a ride.

Now to this present day, there was rain on the way there and we got there to Halton County Radial Museum the rain subsided. We checked in and showed our tickets and did our COVID-19 questionnaire to ensure we're good to be there.  We then proceeded into the barn and looked around. A lot of the displays have been moved about in the main barn as they have added the CLRV's (Canadian Light Rail Vehicles) and ALRV (Articulated Light Rail Vehicle) and some are going to the States but due to our borders being closed they are being stored in at the museum and I took a picture of them. I grew up with the CLRV's and ALRV's most of my life and I know I probably have been on the PCC. It is so amazing to see so many changes to the museum over the course of the pandemic and they sure have been busy working on changes to it. Also 4040 which is the CLRV Streetcar that my toque went for a ride and my dad and I had to go chase all over the city of Toronto to get it back. Another story for another day. Either way I give a big applaud to Halton County Radial Museum and the hard work they have done during the time they closed and was very honored to return once again. I really missed going there and it was an honor to return and do another amazing post. Few more things is the progress they have made with their restoration projects and how far they have gone. Also by the barn there is a streetcar that's sadly rusted away but the vine growing on the streetcar it looks really cool actually you can see a bit of the windshield a tad. Anyways that's my post for today, hope you enjoyed it and will talk to you all tomorrow.

Trying To Figure Out Some Things...

You might of not know but I have the domain for another 2 years then it's renewal time once again to ensure I renew it in 2022. I can be honest with you guys, I am 50/50 on making a business decision with ChrisBOnTheWeb which is actually renewing the domain and spending the money to renew it for 10 years which is a very very long time, takes the website to CBOTW's 20th Anniversary in 2034. I have to think strategic with it and I have to do what's best. I have some money saved aside for it but I have to make sure I wanna continue for the long run and I do. Yes, ChrisBOnTheWeb is doing quite well and the views are there and in the back of my mind I can see the 10 Year Anniversary it is not that far from it, 3 years to be exact. I just do not wanna make the wrong move and renew the domain for 10 years and then end up quitting and  screwing myself out of the money for it. That is my dilemma because back then when I had the other team, it was a mess and I ended the team and had a domain already and had to cancel it which I didn't even get my money back and I should of known better.

So I have to really think things through to really come up with a decision if it is in my best interest to renew for that length of time and I am pretty sure it will be around. There is no plans to end it anytime soon as I am in a good place but again I am going to weigh the pros and cons of deciding to go with a more long term plan. I think this is definitely the time to think long term for ChrisBOnTheWeb.com because I have it set on the site where I am actually happy with the state of the site and not planning to change anything on the website at this point.  However I have sometime to weigh the options. Anyways that is my post for today I will talk to you all on Monday with a very special post for the first time in 16 months, till then have a great weekend!

Power Rangers Collaboration Podcast Release Schedule (August 2021)

I know with the SPD Podcast looming within a day from now you wanna know the timetable for release. Well first of all, I wanna set the record straight that we had to split the SPD Podcast into 2. Yeah, we had 60 + pages of notes which sets a new record for us. So instead of doing it in one, we're going to try two podcasts instead and hopefully this goes well with us but we are not planning to do this again in the very near future as this could become a total fail all together but this isn't nor the time or place to be negative really. Anyways the schedule will be looking like this:

Friday, August 6th, 2021, 1 pm EST: Power Rangers SPD (Part 1, First 19 Episodes)

Friday, August 13th, 2021, 1 pm EST: Power Rangers SPD (Part 2, Episodes 20 - 38)

Yeah there is a 2 part episode and I am questioning my judgement of breaking it down into two parts and this is why I need to make sure moving forward to make sure it's one part not any of these two part episodes anymore. It's ridiculous to be splitting it into 2 parts and I got that weird feeling this isn't going to go over well but it is what it is and we had to split but we will see what happens it hasn't been recorded as of yet. Still it'll be fun tonight and this gives me a week to edit the podcast(s) and get them out at a timely matter. I hope you enjoyed my blog today and I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Minecraft Server Updates

I am here to give you guys and provide you an update on my Minecraft Server today. A lot has happened in the last while with the completion and fix of the ice rink with better suited lighting in there I put my attention solely on the building process once I finished the lighting in the football stadium. I started excavating dirty and placing down dirt to build the final sports stadium and start building the main structure at the bottom of the stadium. I had to remove some of the dirt from a hill side but you cannot even tell it was sliced into as it's a straight slice as it was before.  Then I put the glass on the outside you sort of can see it in the image to the right at the top popping on out and the second bowl was built. Now I am working the 3rd and Final bowl and with the water falls at the back, it will remain an open concept there there will be no seating built above the left field seating and where the bullpen is.

Now moving into the next part of the update, as requested by my niece as she wanted me to build a CN Tower like building and I know there is is two decks but I like it with the one  floor for right now. Maybe later I will add it to the tower but I like it as it is right now and I like it as it is and also if you can see its a glass on the floor so you literally can look down and see the ground from where you are which is definitely a cool feature to have and it has our touch to it. Maybe I made it better perhaps? Never know! Final thing I wanna add is I started to lay out the bed for the railway in the Nether and that will be the next big project to work on next is building the railway in the Nether as well. I have some other ideas for the regular world too, perhaps shops and what not added, I may see if my nephew likes this and expand the dome property to the side with shops and what not but I will have to ask him first. That is my post for today, hope you guys enjoyed it and I will talk to you all tomorrow.
