Did I Accomplish Everything In 2019?

             I forgot to mention this in my year end year in review and the question I am posing to myself is did I accomplish everything I wanted this year? Yes of course I did! I will list them in this post today.

1) Everything About Reality TV- I successfully covered the second season of Music City on CMT and it was clearly in the plan soon as I heard about it returning for the second season of the series which now we do not know what the plan is for the series at this moment as we are waiting on a renewal from CMT and I can honestly tell you I really do not know what to expect as I haven't been in touch with them in almost a year but have that grim hope it will come back but again I still was able to manage to cover both season 1 and season 2. Also covered the second season of Celebrity Big Brother which was a huge success for being the first and only time that we covered the show before they decided to not renew it this season. The podcast we set out on everything we wanted to minus one thing which I will mention after at the end of this post.

2) Website Growth- Successfully reached the 50k mark on the website which is entirely amazing and ever since we got the growth we have seen a massive growth and currently at the 62k mark and this year we could see the 100k mark this year within or past the 1 year mark so it is so astonishing honestly and excited to see what is next for CBOTW this year moving forward.

3) Power Rangers Collaboration- Might of not gotten 2 of them done but still the viewership was up and you guys know it is twice a year as my schedule is busy between February and end of May with Everything About Reality TV but in the end as long as the numbers are steady that is what really matters. It is indeed a numbers game for us here at CBOTW and the views stay up then we will continue on as Larry has told me and I haven't given him the numbers but should next time hes here a week tomorrow.

4) Being Self-Employed- Finally get to do this as a job as I have started to earn money with the website


           In the end  I believe I achieved all the goals I set out and last year was amazing but the only thing that I failed to achieve with CBOTW is the Big Brother 21 Recaps, I mean I did do it but then gave up near the end of the season as things got out of control. However this year I know it will be a great year with a new "podcast" joining the ranks at some point this year which no confirmation as of yet and also the addition of Jasmine for Everything About Reality TV there are more goals set for this year and even Steven has joined the team so this team is becoming bigger and honestly I think we have all the team that we need at this moment.

2019 Year In Review!

            I admit this year has had it's highs and low from ex staff drama to struggling with my own podcast after 4 years to what has ended on a really high note. I will explain. January saw the final season I covered Music City CMT which I have had mixed emotions for the entire year with no renewal nothing. As for Celebrity Big Brother it was a fun season to cover honestly. Anyways next on my list was the announcement of the studio renovations which is still on going right now and business as usual during the renovations which honestly it's looking good and envisioning what it will look like when it is completely finished and even with a desk rebuilt as you have seen on the post about the one nail holding the damn infernal thing together the entire time which I was unaware of honestly.... LOL! Now the entire drama with my ex staff made me realize I do not need to call em alumni anymore they are considered former staff even the ones I still am connected with they have always been up to speed that goes on here and even Larry who has been very active since 2018 with the Power Rangers Podcast. Which brings me to the next point the low of this year the lack of that podcast as you know we normally produce 4 episodes twice a year which wasn't the case this year and come 2020 which is 12 hours or less away that is about to all change and excited to say honestly as you will have seen in the previous post on here.


              The biggest excitement was me doing this for a living, making money from both the podcast and also the website itself which is what I have been building this website up to be eventually but it was just the matter of time and this month (December) it finally did happen and excited for what 2020 brings. With saying that I would like to wish you all a very happy and safe New Years and please to remember if you are going out to use public transit, cab or Uber to get home safely and to not drink and drive as there has been a ton of that during the holiday season here this year which isn't right whatsoever. I will talk to you tomorrow for the big 2 day reveal for CBOTW and trust me you do not want to miss it as it will be definitely an amazing announcement that is coming up for 2020! It has indeed been hard to contain the excitement and hard to keep my mouth shut what is coming up but the wait is indeed almost over and excited to hear your feedback for 2020 and please let me know what you think when you read it tomorrow what you think and if you are excited for 2020 and what is to come! Christmas 2019!

           First all Merry Christmas and I know I am a day late but between me trying to sleep properly to traveling. One of the real reasons I have been away from social media recently is because I have been spending a ton of time with the family and was my entire intention during the holidays. My holidays so far since I have today off which I know there will be a ton of TV, YouTube and gaming today so I do not plan to do anything. Right now I am enjoying what I have left of my final day before holidays are up and I am back to work tomorrow and I know what I need to do tomorrow and that is typing up the notes for Power Rangers Podcast and I hope to get it all done before Jan 1st so there will be a ton of long nights for me and lots of YouTube videos, Big Brother Canada and what not but worth it as I hope to end up recording sometime in January/Hopefully. So with Christmas we celebrated my sister in law's birthday then we came back over the next day for Christmas Eve dinner and we had perogies with onions. Also had Smoked Salmon but I had breaded fish as I am not a big fan of Salmon but I tried it one way or another and it was really good! 


            Now Christmas Day, yesterday which I should of still written a post for you guys but I did not due to me feeling tired but yet I wrote this at 4 am this morning, never a dull moment around here even when I am off. Anyways my brother, sister in law, niece and nephew, aunt and uncle my parents and I had dinner. Had turkey, mash taters as I always call it, Corn, stuffing, buns, all good stuff honestly. Gift wise I got the missing Star Wars movies I got, pair of pants, more socks (meh). Also I got Futurama which is a cartoon series but hope to collect every volume from the start to finish. Also a gift card for Best Buy for 40 dollars which is really cool and plan on going after the New Year to see what I can get with it! It was another amazing Christmas and I really enjoyed my time with my family and look forward to getting back to sort of a normal schedule but remember with the New Years coming the studio will be empty once again for December 31st, 2019 & January 1st, 2020 for the New Years Eve and Day,

I Told You 2019 Year Was Going To Be Huge!

                  Being now half way, more then half way through the year now, I can say this year has been a crazy year and has been such a fun year for the podcast, this website and the blog. I will start with the website. As you all know, ChrisBOnTheWeb.com has been down since September of 2018 of last year till January of this year when I moved the entire website to here on blogger and it has proven to be a huge SUCCESS and yes I capitalized the word "Success" because it has proven to do well under the new provider and the price of the domain is so reasonable too but that doesn't matter. I have been thinking about going to a blogging website with chrisbontheweb.com domain so it was no secret that I was thinking about it and I know I had a temporary address but that now changed but was a huge step for me and has proved a lot as the views have grown rapidly and very fast and I am always looking at the analytics for the website, pages within the website and also the blog some days the views are really high so its amazing to watch on a regular basis. The next part is the Podcasts. Ever since covering Music City on CMT since their first season last year it really blew up my podcast in a good way and of course we won't know about a 3rd season till late Summer in early August and yes I will be doing it one way or another. 


                     The blog has been doing extremely well, it has been getting more and more noticed, no more attention then it has been from when it started so moving to a blogger website was the best move as it has been more noticed then when I was on the other provider that went ban happy with my website and I almost wanted to abandon it but finally did in September till the domain you guys are on now expired with the original provider now with this website if that makes any sense at all. However the blog continues to surprise me honestly and I am sure as things continue it will be a continuing success for years to come. I am excited for whats coming up next plus I am sure there will be some Power Rangers Podcasts coming in the fall as I always promise from year to year 4 episodes to come out on my website per year in two different sessions. One usually late Spring and one in the fall as it depends on my schedule. 2 per session usually as we do not wanna over stress ourselves out but that is on the docket this fall indefinitely. Also will be back at the Ukrainian and Polish Festivals this year, The Royal Winter Fair, Tyrone Parade of Lights, Port Perry Parade are all on the list as usual and I made some tweaks and changes with a few events this year, no food truck this year and as you know I made the big change and not bringing CBOTW to the Autism Celebration this year. Either way the rest of this year will be indeed amazing and excited to see what else this year brings to me!

2019 Has Been Great So Far!

                This year has so far been great as this year as things have been progressing very well. Last week, I recorded 3 podcasts within 24 hours to go up Friday night, tonight and Wednesday as well. Just another amazing start to podcasting in 2019. My moods have been a lot better then 2018 with dealing with the negativity and drama from certain people. This year is the year of change for me and I have already taking everything into effect minus the diet part hasn't fully started yet but will be in the coming days for me where I will be back on the diet officially. I am taking one step at a time with making changes in my life as I do not want to rush into things too fast and get myself overwhelmed.  As for changes with Chris B On The Web, I have given up the fact of trying to do my podcasts live as it time and time again failed. I haven't given up on the domain which I can say as of right now I am waiting for the domain to be released as that is why I went entirely "Radio Silent" on the domain side of things but I will ensure you it will be connected to this blogging website which I have grown the last 4 - 5 months now which is incredible. I am currently sitting 16.5K in views on the site alone and it's insane people actually read and listen to my content. This year The CBOTW Show will be seeing a bit more action as you know I am currently covering Music City, Season 2 on top of Power Rangers Podcasts & eventually if Hell's Kitchen returns next fall that is on the list already.  I plan on expanding on that podcast and growing that one as well. I am thinking about this and not sure if you guys would like to see it but I was thinking about covering Master Chef Canada. My ultimate goal this year is to cover TV Show's that are current and active on TV. An announcement on the changes to Everything About Reality TV & The CBOTW Show is coming this week at some point.


                 This year is the year of changes for me. Friendships changing a bit since I lost a few friends last year, growing my podcasts further, get the domain back, Try to grow my followers on Twitter & Instagram. There is still a lot to do from here on out but it's a challenge I won't give up on as I work hard on it each and everyday. I know I can handle the pressure a lot more then I use to and I am getting my scheduling woes better and that is one other thing I am aiming to do this year is mend the scheduling woes but watching the show on the day it comes out and recording early in the morning even if I only get 4 - 5 hours a sleep I will make sure I am always on track with the podcast. This year has been off to a good start for me and I hope to keep things going this way from here on out.

Events I Will Be Attending This Year...

              Today's Post I will outline what events I am planning to attend this year and ones that could be on the list but it is up in the year. At this time I do got a couple of events on the possibility list which is still up in the air but hoping it can happen. This year is going to be a year of change as there are events I just wasn't happy with and questioning if to do it again this year and change is good. Here is the list of events I am going to that I am confirming for 2019 and can change down the road:

- July 1st, 2019: Canada Day Celebrations

- November 2019 (Date TBA): The 97th Royal Agricultural Winter Fair

                      You will notice I did not list Autism Celebration for this year but I haven't decided if I will attend this year or not due to not overly a good turn out and I just do not know right now if I am wanting to attend this year but if I do decide, you guys are the first to know of me attending the event obviously. Also on the list is one of the 2 Italian Festivals but the date both my dad and I gotta look up and find out so I will let you know if this list will be updated but there is so much I can do in a year but we hope to attend the Italian Festival. Don't forget this is just the start of 2019 and I can add anything to the list at anytime.

Happy New Year! 2019 Is Here!

                   First of all, I can say this finally, HAPPY New Year! I am for one happy it is a new year with new beginnings. This year is going to be amazing! I know, I know I said that before but this year is also going to be an amazing as you all know this week Music City returns on CMT which means The CBOTW Show is going to be active again at the end of this week! Power Rangers Turbo Podcast goes up this week as well and on Sunday an Everything About Reality TV is going to be posting up an "Off Season" Podcast so it will be an amazing start to the year for me. What an amazing way to start the year with tons of podcasting content. This year I will be testing the waters with Celebrity Big Brother US Season 2 which mind you, I am a bit nervous as people understood and told me to not cover it but new year NEW beginnings for me and also CBOTW, 


                I am looking forward to this year, because of many things this year: The CBOTW Show becoming active as a podcast again, Everything About Reality TV is entering it's 10th season in March which is very super exciting and I cannot wait to reach that plateau of 10 amazing seasons within the podcast. This year will see the start of The CBOTW Show will be active and I have spoken to Steven, I have green lit the plan in the spring to start recapping Married With Children! Yes! an classic 80's TV show over the course of the spring into the summer and early fall. I really hope Hell's Kitchen comes back as I already have a guest lined up for Hell's Kitchen Recap.


               This is a new leaf for me as I am going to be on the weigh loss to get my weight lower then 200 pounds but mind you I am 23 pounds from getting to 200 pounds. I really want to aim to lose what is left of my weight loss this way even the pain in my knees will go which has been a major factor in my problem with my knees. Starting tomorrow I am on my strict diet and I know I can do it and that I can lose this weight. My first goal in 220 pounds. I plan on taking it one step at a time with small goals and I am not giving myself any timeline to when I want to lose it by, I just do not want to lose all the weight at once, I want to lose it slowly as it is not healthy to lose it too fast but I am going to do weekly blog post updates on Saturdays to how things are going and how the progress. Again I wish you guys a very Happy New Year and wish you nothing but the best in 2019 and to have an amazing year ahead of you!

Sticking To My Gut Feelings On Things!

                 I am inner twining all this website problems, into this post today. What do I mean? Well I know 000webhost Moderators on their forums are trying to keep me as long as they can but sometimes you gotta go with you gut feelings and that is exactly what I did with this entire 000webhost situation this week is figuring this has been nothing but a headache with problems with 000webhost and my internet, it is time to move away to another website platform and move to the permanent website by early 2019, so hence I am now on this blogger page till end of the year and the Audio ONLY Platforms for the podcast until I am able to move the website over to the new provider and get the ball rolling again. 


                 I know I have been questioned by my fan base and couple of the moderators of the Facebook Page but that's OK, they are wondering what is going on with the website and I made it clear on the video I posted up yesterday or the day before that I have taken the website offline till 2019 and this blogger page will continue to run as the main page for the time being and trust me ChrisBOnTheWeb.com isn't dead yet! It is making it's triumphed return in 2019. This website will be bigger and better then before. Like the lyrics of Power Rangers Zeo: "Stronger The Before...." Am I excited? Of course! I told you this year was the year for Chris B On The Web and so far it has been! from a potential interview to the birth of The CBOTW Show and the start of recapping Music City CMT this year has been fenomial so far and I'm far from being done with this year all together. 


                  What about Autism Celebration 2018? What will you advertise I will be talking about that on tomorrow's blog post the future of ChrisBOnTheWeb.com and what is to be happening to the website and the rough timeline. But nothing will change my mind on this decision, it is a business decision to temporarily step away from this website and I gotta think what is best for me at this point of time and walking away from running the website for now is what I need to do in order to figure out the next move that is coming and like I have said many times this year, I am moving the website to it's new and permanent provider within a month and hopefully it will be ready by Christmas or January 1st, 2019 which is my actual aim date but again I will talk about that on tomorrow's blog post. But yes I am sticking to my gut to what I think i right and I have absolutely no regrets on my decision. Either way you guys are getting the CONTENT, YOU GUYS want to see!
