Year In Review w/ CEO Sara!

          This year has been a year from heck. Was a struggle for Chris, Larry, Kevin and I. From YouTube Drama to leaving YouTube to returning on only one channel to some big News on January 2nd, 2025. Entertainment Man Podcast had a lot of interviews the first half of the year then it calmed down. However that did not stop Chris from creating episodes. He thinks he knows why things have settled down and that was because Entertainment Man Podcast was only on Sundays as the second day was removed but he's reversing some things in 2025. I will explain on January 1st, 2025 (tomorrow.) 

         A lot of changes with Boss Man Chris personally and professionally. We saw for the first time in 10 years change in leadership. I officially took over on November 15th, 2024 as CEO of the company and meant a lot of changes and adjustments. The CBOTW Show saw a major struggle to get done with issues with the Audio ONLY Platforms. We really struggled but we've got things back on track. Still working on things. This year we saw a lot of growth on our website, 2 - 3k in views per day, between 30 and 40k a month which is totally astonishing and we reached 800 and 900k this year and hope 2025 we finally hit that 1 Million mark in views in the New Year. That is 2024 in a nut shell, we look forward to more in 2025 and continue to get things back on track and I think we are on the right track.

Podcasts Have Wrapped up for 2024!

          With Podcasts wrapped up, Chris can start focusing on new content and he has projects he wants to start working on for The CBOTW Show. Pretty much he knows his role with Entertainment Man Podcast and knows what he needs to get done. When we return to work on Saturday he has a couple of things he wants to work on: Put away the 2024 notes and start a brand new folder for it; Clean up the studio, clean and organize the studio; Work on a few episodes of Entertainment Man Podcast to get the year started; Work on Matilda Podcast for January 8th, 2025. 

         Then he is going start on Ghostwriter & Corner Gas. Not sure how in the world he will do those it as he's made it sound very complicated but I trust his process and very, very excited for 2025 and the collaborations he's got planned. Sounds like Bob and Chris and Larry and Chris have exciting stuff planned out for 2025. Right now he is not slated to record till January 2nd, 2025 for both podcasts. That is the post and I shall return tomorrow for the end of the week updates but pretty much did those today but there is other things I'd like to update you all with.

What Am I Thankful during the Christmas Season?

                So what am I thankful for this Christmas Season? Of course Family. They have supported me through the thick and thin of things this year with my Autism Meds dosage changed and going through the diagnosis with Anxiety. My family, my parents, my brother, sister in law, my niece and nephew. Not just my family but neighbors who knows my involvement with the company both as Founder/CEO & Director of Content/Executive Producer/Host/Blogger. 

                 Also my friends and the team have been at my side especially with this year being a really rough year with friendships and issues with the team and with me stepping down as CEO was a major change in my life and I am thankful for the team supporting me on my decision. Also the community for having my back during the changes and it's been a bit crazy mess this year but thankful a lot of you stuck around. The Royal Winter Fair 2024!

            I admit this wasn't the best Royal Winter Fair for me and not saying the event wasn't fun because it was a fun day out, it was me more distracted with my phone due to Discord always buzzing in my pocket. I still have my account. But anyways to The Royal Winter Fair, I tried this cheese bun that was shaped into a pretzel which I have never seen before, so good, soft and moist. I enjoyed every bite of it. Also tried some Salami dry one and some Prosciutto I think it was but really good. They had a lot of different business, teaching to cook, the Horse equipment shop for riders, honey (No bees this year) Not sure why there wasn't any bees. My dad's favorite coffee shop was there "The Wandering Bean" as we always make that Mr. Bean Reference. 

          We went in and out from the Horse show to the floor wandering around and about. We had the Hackney Horses, the 4 horse hitch, Jumping competition. Between that wondered the floors and funny I just realize this a few days later that there was no butter sculpting this year. Unless there was an area that we missed. That wasn't just not the only thing that was missing, no bees as they always had it on display. Anyways we went to see the moo cows, my nieces favorite and they were really, really busy. A lot of the cows were ready for milking and a lot of milking cows, some Guernsey's, some short milking horn. Also saw pigs and the baby piglets. Love them! Finally we went to the Horse Palace and by that time I was wiped. I haven't sleeping well and been non stop go go go! Anyways despite having my eyes on Discord and messages from the rest of the staff and feeling flustered over ChrisBOnTheWeb Media which I will talk about next week Monday or Tuesday about something I was going to do but glad I backed out on it. How Am I Feeling Now With The Recent Changes

               So how am I feeling with the recent changes to our content schedule? Very good! I feel relieved that I will have extra time on my hands to work on things that are really important. I am sure I will still be busy with things regardless but more breathing room with the content. I am adding a video every Friday at 1 pm EST with hopefully a Behind The Scenes look or even a video with me sitting down with you talking. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel with Shorts been taking up my time with it but with the changes to the schedule I have a lot more time on my hands. 

             I am still worried you guys won't be happy with the changes but I guess I cannot please everyone honestly.  However like I said I feel great with these necessary changes that is happening and we are currently in transition to the new schedule moving forward. Now it will take some time for us to get the hang of the new schedule and that's OK. That's why you readjust to new things, new schedule, new job whatever it is. But I was feeling apprehensive which yes is a big word but that feeling has now gone away and I've gotten into a bit of a routine even though things are getting hectic at the moment but end of the weekend everything should be all good and ready to tackle the new schedule. Got My Schedule for Tomorrow!

                As you guys know, I have 2 events back to back to go to this weekend (tomorrow) and I finally have a schedule laid out for the day and there will be a stream and I will mention it in my list but we'll see how things go for the stream to happen. 

10 am EST- Shipping Docks Tour as part of Doors Open Ontario

1130 am EST- Bowmanville Maple Festival

6 pm EST- Just Chatting Stream, as long as another channel that I sub to isn't going live, I will be going live on Twitch/Facebook. 

               There is the schedule, a full day of activities and I wouldn't be surprised if I pass out after the stream as I will be a very tired guy by the end of the stream. I know it will happen. Either way I am excited for the start of events and a very long and fun events season after going dormant for the winter and I am ready to kick it into high gear and doing these awesome events again. Goals for 2024!

             That time of the year where I need to come up with goals for 2024, that was a tough decision to make but I came up with ideas for goals. As you know this year is slowly winding down, I've started to think about next year and the gal's I'd like to achieve. I have 4 or 5 for both personal and also professionally but I want to mainly focus on professionally: 

1- Improve Patience: I need to improve my patience as it can be a short fuse at a lot of times and something I need to really work on, especially and this one can be for both personally and professionally actually.

2- Get Power Rangers Podcast finished: This has been an ongoing problem with The CBOTW Show since June and been a thorn in my side but I feel positive I can finish this hopefully by February actually, latest March 2024 so we can take a break from this series and do movies and maybe even get started on preparing for Ghostwriter series which also a 90's show. 

4- Get Guest hosts for The CBOTW Show: It isn't a permanent position but always looking for people to collaborate with us on TV Shows and movies on a guest host basis and my assistant she's working on something that she's not telling me yet.

Achieved: 3- Fix The earnings: Another thorn in my side this year as we were earning money, the monetization but every time we earned it's suppose to be going into the earned column and it hasn't been moved over.  However I have started earning with Rumble so this goal has been achieved well prior to 2024 rolling around which is incredible honestly.

        Those are my goals for 2024 for ChrisBOnTheWeb Media wise and the post for today. It is a good amount of goals and I hope to achieve each one and as always I'll talk to you all tomorrow.

Happy New Year! [2024]

           First of all to start this blog off, Happy New Year! So here we are, 2024! Start of our 10th Anniversary extravaganza this year! I promise we will not get too crazy but expect a ton of stuff to happen throughout mostly online with streams here and there when available and also lined up 3 interviews for 2024, one I cannot say yet but I've hinted it actually. I can say I am planning to have Eric on the podcast for the first time and an interview with both Justin and Larry in studio. Three Stooges with 3 mics, oh boy you can imagine the craziness and could even be beyond an hour for an interview with the 3 of us in studio! haha! I can just see it! 

         May add in a BBQ in July as The CBOTW Show will be between series for 2024 once Power Rangers Podcast goes to the way side we will be on more movies more then anything else in the world. Also the big 10 year anniversary celebration hopefully on Nov 14th the exact day! Praying Larry is around that week and Justin is free we can celebrate as a team or former team. I can feel this year will be a year of positivity and happiness and a lot of exciting stuff going on for us being our 10th anniversary of doing this. End of The Year Review [2023]

           This year has been very dark and gloomy for us as we've been through so many team changes to the point of me just getting rid of the Community Manager or Community Director Role to have an assistant help us out. We may have a small company with 3 of us together as a team but we're mighty. I think we're most definitely on the right track with that. Also I took a lot of time off to deal with my Grandma and former Team member Sophie passing away which derailed a lot of things in this company and one of them being Power Rangers Podcast that is suppose to have been done by now and awaiting Cosmic Fury, season 30 in the New Year which is like T-13 hours from happening but NO. We have fallen off the tracks and now behind schedule even more. 

            Positive things was the positive feedback Entertainment Man Podcast got from you guys and you have really enjoyed the episodes and how motivating and inspiring I have been to you guys which I tend to continue on with that in the New Year when it returns on the 8th of January, 2024? I am just spitballing there on the date as I'm writing this on the 4th of December. Also The CBOTW Show has shown a lot of growth and now surpassed it's 20th episode both with Larry and I and on my own. Plus the accolades GoodPods have given us with being on the charts constantly shows we are very much in the right direction with the podcasts. So with that, this wraps up blogs for 2023 and I will speak to you on Jan 1st, 2024 for the first blog of the year.

Christmas & New Years Studio Hours

            As you know the holidays are approaching and I wanted to give you guys a heads up what our hours are from December 23rd - January 2nd, 2023:

December 23rd, 2023: Half a day till 12 pm EST we will be running to finish up any last minute necessary work that has to be done. 

December 24th - 26th, 2023: Studio Closed for Christmas Time. 

December 27th, 2023: 8 am - 2 pm EST

December 28th, 2023: 8 am - 2 pm EST

December 29th, 2023: 8 am - 2 pm EST

December 30th, 2023: 8 am - 3 pm EST

December 31st, 2023 & January 1st, 2024: Studio Closed for New Years

January 2nd, 2024: Regular hours. 

         Those are our hours for the holidays and this blog will be pinned to the Facebook Fan Page at the most as I cannot pin more then one that on X and Threads but if you're reading this from our fan page it'll be pinned till January 2nd, 2024. I will talk to you all Monday, Mark takes over the blog tomorrow so have a great weekend.

Release of The 10th Anniversary Pages!

                   I have been working tireless hours on the Walk down memory lane as that is the final part of the website!   So the last month to month and a half I have been working tirelessly on the 3 pages, schedule for 2024 which has been back and forth on changes with that as Chris hasn't come up with a formal schedule for 2024.  I am not 100% sure but I think two of the pages will be released ahead of 2024.

                   However the other two pages I am working on or worked on, Trip Down Memory Lane" and CBOTW Timeline which shows a timeline of ChrisBOnTheWeb, probably will be archived but the Walk Down Memory probably will be a an archived item too. Not sure if any of the archives will be updated regularly whatsoever and that would be up to Chris entirely and we have an entire year with the layout of the website as it is right now and by the end of 2024, we start taking down 10th anniversary stuff off the menu. Lots of time to make decisions for 2025 and I mean a lot of time but for now I will be back tomorrow for another post.

Road To 10th Anniversary Has Begun!

            The road to 10th anniversary is now underway and there is a lot to do before the 10th anniversary celebration on November 14th, 2024 which we plan to have the team together hopefully all together. I'd like to do a meet up but might be hard to do actually. However we have a plan. Things that needs to be done is the walk down memory lane which Mark has been working on continuously. Not ETA when he will be done but been busy resizing photos etc. He will let me know when it's done and finished. 

           Other then that it's planning out streams on the Fan Page every 2nd week and the events we have planned throughout the year starting in March 2024 with the first interview I am doing on Entertainment Man Podcast with someone that wasn't part of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media but knew about it since the start of it, yes Eric then in June for Justin, Larry and I which will be a bigger production alone for itself but I am sure we will be able to handle it. This is a very long road starting now till the end of the 10th anniversary celebrations end on the 14th of November, 2024. Also small note all 10th anniversary graphics remain up till the end of the year when we go back to the normal. However that is the blog for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow for a food review!
