I Got To On An Autonomous Bus Ride!

                    Yesterday I got to go on an Autonomous Bus. Now this is only in the Pilot Program. Which means their testing this how well it will be running and how well it handles the open road. We did not go on a major road as in autonomous bus, I mean we crossed a major road but we stayed on the side roads down by the marina area and down by the beach area which was a nice site and we got to take an area I've never seen in all the years I have been in this region over the years so it was a nice little route. Now the route is 30 mins in total which ain't that bad as we had to wait for the bus to go back and there was a lot of conversation between Eric and I afterwards and it was very educational on autonomous vehicles. There was a few things that it didn't like: one was the intersections. Olli did not like it and yeah it was named Olli. The other thing that it didn't like was leaves as it would randomly stop when a leaf went out front of us. I'm sure they will take this as part of the data and go from there.

Now it isn't like a normal vehicle, where it goes fast, I asked how fast they go and 20 KM an hour in Autonomous Mode and 40 KM in Manual mode so it isn't meant but they could take this and actual put it in a vehicle that could go faster or it could even be that smaller vehicle which I entered an image of it on here on the right side. Now remember this is only pilot program and early stages of this so it is exciting they are even thinking about a autonomous bus or vehicle. The question comes will my transit by a couple of these and where will they place em in the region. This may actually be on one of the shorter bus routes and less busy but excited to see what is going to happen and I am going to be taking my dad on this next week so he gets an idea what it is like so it isn't my last time on this as I wanna show him what it is like but hopefully we do not forget to do it but we'll see. The Last Year & A Half Has Been A Mess....

               I can say this, the last year has been a mess with podcasts. I regret continuing Everything About Reality TV Podcast right to June 2020 then from The CBOTW Show. That is another story, I shouldn't have let someone talk me back into The CBOTW Show nor do Big Brother Canada coverage. To be honest I was over Reality TV Podcasting back in late fall 2019 and it was time for me to move on from that podcast all together. If I did the numbers would of been different for Entertainment Man Podcast and I wouldn't have been on and off a ton with this podcast. To be honest I think having a team that didn't pull their weight wasn't worth the extra stress. I should of stuck to my plans to start Entertainment Man Podcast in January 2020 nothing else. You have to remember that "ChrisBOnTheWeb" is my website, I am the Founder/Owner/CEO etc. It has my name and it is my brand not anyone else's. Yes Larry and Savannah and involved but she's my Site Admin/Site Designer and Larry is my Senior Producer and Co-Host of the Collab. I am not about to fire em when I know this is a great combo of a team and if it works then not to change it around.

                Now the collab that is another story and a half and nothing bad really. I know the transition from Larry being here in the studio to the online life due to this pandemic and it wasn't and easy transition it took about a year to really get the ball really rolling. From technical issues on both of our ends, Larry having charger issues to Discord issues and going back to Skype to humming noises from Larry's end which seems to have disappeared the last episode that we recently did last week on Thursday. Very, very odd to be quite honest. Either way I think now we have figure it out and we have actually getting episodes taped and ready for release. Now the bigger mess is the two episodes I am currently sitting on. I have to work edit those once I start working on Operation Overdrive and getting super eager to get em out. So you can see how much of a mess the last year and a half has been and I blame myself for making the wrong decisions that hurt things with ChrisBOnTheWeb. I cannot dwell on the past but most definitely focus on the future of my website.

End of The Week Updates [11-19-2022]

                  It is time for another end of the week update for you guys. I can tell you guys this-- It has been an busy week for me here in the CBOTW HQ as I've been working on things and getting it done and finished in a timely fashion but anyways here are the updates:

Entertainment Man Podcast: I am going to continue to work on Entertainment Man Podcast throughout the weekend and get it finished by end of the weekend before moving onto the other side of things. I had a slight issue uploading to Mixcloud that it could be removed for being shorter then it was but it is what it is and if they do they do. On the brighter note: I've gained two new followers on Mixcloud and the numbers continue to climb up on the other platforms which means the podcast is doing great.

Power Rangers Collab: Now that Jungle Fury has wrapped production, we're off the air for a bit and it is time to edit and get them ready for post up. With that him and I discussed and we're sorry to delay the collab so long for posting up but it is coming Mid December as I said in my announcement so here is the schedule:

Thursday, December 16th, 2021: Power Rangers: Operation Overdrive, 1 pm EST

Thursday, December 23rd, 2021: Power Rangers: Jungle Fury, 1 pm EST

Already Started To Prepare For a Podcast's Return!

                  I have a ton of information regards to podcasts and this one is a project I am working on that use to be talked about and no it isn't Everything About Reality TV Podcast, I am done with that podcast same with The CBOTW Show. What I am talking about is CBOTW Gamers Podcast. The gaming podcast is planning to return and it will have a co-host which will be my nephew. We have been talking and we are planning right now and we start on Audio ONLY then move to video later on. Right now I am trying to get my channel on Trovo back up and running as it was banned. No guarantees it'll be back, I am talking to them about bringing it back. I really do not care if I get a subscriber button on there, I am there for love of the podcast. Also if I get the channel back, I will spend a few years building up the audience on the platform then it will be time to introduce the podcast to video once I have an audience.

                 So it is coming back and the preparations have already begun. It will probably be years before the podcast begins so we've got time to do a lot of the Behind The Scenes work and logistics before we start to do this podcast. I do not wanna jump into the podcast on video without an audience and it would be best if I did grow an audience first before it starts up so I think that is what is best for growing that podcast. The fact also that Entertainment Man Podcast and Power Rangers Collab is still on going and I rather do 2 podcasts at a time not 3 as it was a pain to do 3 podcasts. Probably have Entertainment Man Podcast run several more years anyways at the most, it will be an ongoing project too at this moment but when time comes I will be happily switching to that podcast down the road I'm sure. The Man Movie Review

                  This has been a movie, I've wanted to review for a very long time now. The Man has Samuel L. Jackson and Eugene Levy in the movie which is between a comedy and action and it is hard to really categorize it myself and I would have to look it up but majority of the movie is comedy. I can say both Samuel L. Jackson and Eugene are quite a pair in this. Reason I say that is the scene where Eugene Levy says you shot me and Samuel says I grazed you was pretty hilarious but the most hilarious is when he questions Vann which is the role that Samuel L. Jackson plays why he swears so much and that he say say f you, f this then he mentions to add for crying then you will be able to say oh for crying out loud! You can imagine how times I replayed that scene over and over again. Pretty epic moment in the movie to be honest. 

                   I didn't realize this the movie was filmed in Toronto as the streetcar tracks are visible on the camera. So very cool and the one angle you can see part of the skyline but no CN Tower or now called the Rogers Centre. Either way, it is an amazing movie and I enjoy the movie and I watched it recently for a laugh and that was the main purpose behind it as I was feeling down on myself and needed a laugh. So if you like comedies I do highly recommend this movie. Such a great movie and was hilarious at times. Oh one other thing I would like to add in how many times Eugene Levy said "I DID NOTHING WRONG!" I just love the way they had smart alec comments made from him. I give it a 10 out of 10 all day long. I Messed Up....

              I want to apologize to you all for lashing out on both this website and also Power Rangers Collab. I made a threat of completely stopping Power Rangers Collab after RPM. It was unprofessional and wrong of me to lash out especially on the collab and I will get into the screenshot but it is no secret Larry and I have had issues and I think the fact yesterday I was mad at someone yesterday, I should of kept my mouth shut and not lash out on the site on both and really shows no professionalism. I realize that this morning and I realize that I have a contract and NDA with Larry for the next 2 years for this collab. I know the views not been the greatest for the last one and the screenshot on the right are the listens for the podcast on the last episode and it doesn't compare to the SPD season and it is no secret Larry and I have had some tech issues lately and it's not an excuse it's the truth we have some humming issues lately. I got a clue that is why the listens went down on the last show we did. 

                Now I can say Operation Overdrive is better and I haven't really edited the episode yet and it is work in progress and on the long list of things to do right now. I have a good feeling it'll do better this time around and views will be up. Maybe it is cause Mystic Force wasn't a fan favorite too so that could be another possibility. I attached a screenshot of the listens. 16 listens isn't really that bad to be honest and yeah we could of done better but I got that feeling that Operation Overdrive will be a ton better then the last episode. As you know Thursday will be the next podcast and always room for improvement that's for sure and excited to be covering the next episode. I do have a plan for RPM moving forward to try and better the podcast with more questions to ask Larry it'll definitely improve things. Anyways that is my post for today I will talk to you tomorrow for a movie review.

Blogs & Podcasts Ramble

                Noticed the quality of my posts have gone down and it's not great, however the fact I get noticed for my posts and most blogs are now 2 or 3 likes per tweet out and 1 - 3 via the group is good. However as you guys all know since I can't do events right now and I would like to as there is one event happening in Toronto aka the Christmas Market and I know I said I wasn't planning to cover the event but if I do go this could most definitely be a test for me to how I handle the market and make it an official first event back since December 2019 which I believe Tyrone Parade of Lights was the last but that could of definitely been the Toronto Christmas Market and also Tyrone Parade is happening but you have to drive around which is good but either way if we go to any of those, I will be sure to let you guys know and I will make sure to bring my camera with me if I go to any of those events. Maybe if I do those events again it'll bring up the views on my blog content and the site again as it was a staple here on chrisbontheweb.com.

               Now podcasts is not a problem whatsoever, the views are great especially for Entertainment Man Podcast and proud of everything it has become but Power Rangers Collaboration Podcast is slipping in listens and maybe we have been doing this too long to a point it's become irrelevant. Sorry to Larry and all of you if I offended you but starting to think our listeners are bored with the collab yet we have good conversation about episodes but I do not know if I wanna continue with this beyond RPM at this point. Feel like putting it back on hiatus and just focus on Entertainment Man Podcast for the time being? Perhaps and maybe it's that time I finally pull the plug on the collab or even better yet change things up in the notes for RPM which commences production Wednesday morning and this may be the last season I cover. Might be time to move on but I do not wanna disappoint Larry in the process.  Maybe this is something I need to do is talk to Larry about the views gone down on us and I think I will mention it. However for right now that is today's post, I will talk to you all tomorrow.
