Will I Return To Streaming?

               I know I haven't streamed much lately and clearly been painted a bad person due to Staff and community drama but have moved on. But in my honest opinion I've have been tired of streaming to websites. I am ready to walk away from Twitch but doesn't mean I will not stream on Facebook Fan Page once we hit the 100th follower and we are SO close to 100, just 3 away from the 100th. I had to remove a couple of people due to drama but we as a team have bounced right back and heading into the right direction.

              I rather stream on those platforms and get views compare to the platform I mentioned where I got zilch. We have to go where the views are and you can see where I am coming from and we get a lot more views on social media rather then the streaming sites and will probably limit it to 1 or 2 streams a week as content is the priority for me as that is my job. As for video games I do that on my spare time and will provide insight and updates on the games how far I get. So expect the random streams as I want to chat with you all like we use to and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Chat Lounge, Website Adjustments [Explained]

                  We once again flipped this website upside down. Meaning we have rotated things around and there is more information and more to do on ChrisBOnTheWeb.com. This means you don't have to leave the website till the next blog, podcast or stream is back. I will talk about it shortly on this blog post today. So we had to make room and this meant we have to actually slide the schedule to About section which is not hard to find honestly so we could make room for our new Lounge chat.

          What is the Lounge chat you may ask? it's a place to hangout as you guys wait for more content and we're trying to put out there a lot of content wise as we have said we have been collaborating with a ton of people and having so much fun with it. You can interact with the rest of the staff and myself, when I am in the chat that is as I am always busy with content. However I do lurk on the chat at times and I have to sound on majority of the time unless I'm or we are recording an episode(s) of the podcast. There are rules to follow but please enjoy it. We spent a good hour fiddling with the layout and we are very happy with this currently layout. More things to look at and do on our website means more traffic to our website. So Version 21 of the Menu Bar is live and any questions please do not hesitate to ask and talk to you all tomorrow.

End of The Week Updates [11-30-2024]

              Another week has wrapped up and a lot has transpired this week. Despite Chris's busy schedule with appointments and being out and with friends he found time to record podcasts and he has 3 to edit and post up. Both podcasts have their schedules worked out for 2025.            Once Chris finishes editing and the audio is up hopefully next week, Chris will work on newer episodes including the collaborations with Bob and the next episodes with Larry. We have 3 episodes on tap ready and to be put up. Also there is a video for it but Larry and Chris forgot to verify Rumble so they will be doing that in a week and a half from now.

                  Lots of exciting stuff to come even while the issues with the main Audio ONLY still are happening, we continue to post one way or another. The team and myself are preparing the next step for The CBOTW Show. Will take us the entire month of December to work on the form and how we plan on connecting it to the website. Chris will have to figure out some kind of code for that. Nothing else has really happened, just getting things fixed still and recording, writing and going to events. The upcoming week he will be at the Tyrone Parade of Lights on Wednesday night, Saturday back in Halton for the Christmas streetcars like he did in the past. There will be blogs coming out Thursday and a week Monday. I hope you enjoy the rest your weekend and I will chat at the end of the week and any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us.

I Made a Bad Judgement Call...

              I know that I haven't been making the correct call with things. We still have the twitch channel regardless. I will stream on there but it will be randomly when I am available and able to stream. I am trying to aim for weekends but with the holidays, birthdays coming up I do not know when but I am planning a birthday stream around 9 pm EST on December 5th. So I will make sure to let you guys know. I don't know how long I will stream for but as long as I can. Maybe an appearance from a friend of mine during a Fortnite sesh perhaps?

              Anyways I want to make it up to you guys for such behavior what I did getting suspended for an entire week. You never know I may pop up tonight with Sheldon perhaps to start making it up for you guys. Haters will hate and will be banned from our mods in the chat. Will not tolerate drama, hate, disrespect whatsoever. PG channel at all time on Twitch. A channel for everyone to hang at if you guys know what I mean. So Twitch is still in the cards and look forward to many more streams in the future especially with a green screen on it's way soon. Transition of Power [Update]

                It has been almost an entire month since the transition from Chris being the CEO to me taking the reigns of running the company with him still very highly involved. I can say the transition has been flawless. We have had to do some changes in our Staff and why we are down to 3 staff now. Which is fine and it's been a very smooth transition. I am impressed how much more involved Chris has been very involved and the reason I elevated his role to the Director of Content. It is his calling creating content. I am happy he remained on and involved with the community and the staff. 

           I do not live too far from him so I always am keeping in touch, we meet weekly for updates. This transition, him and I both thought it was going to be a rough transition but it was smooth as silk. We continue to the next step and we will be revealing things at the Annual New Years Blog we do which I have the honour to do this year. It may have been a lot going on in such a short time for us but we have moved fast with the transition but getting things done at a quick pace. No More Twitch or YouTube!

               The title doesn't lie. I am retiring from streaming on 3rd party websites. However I will stream onto Instagram and Facebook like we use to with updates and interacting with you guys. I am just retired from streaming on those platforms. We just need 5 more followers to make it actually happen. I appreciate and love the support you have given us even the hand down of the CEO reigns with Sara which she wants to update on the transition of power so that is tomorrow.

              So I will stream and hang out with the fans but that is it. Nothing else. No more gaming streams on the fan page just hangout that's it. Maybe TikTok if I get the 1000 or 10000 followers, whatever the amount is but actually doing well on that front but I am not going to push any of this actually. Going to take those baby steps to the goal to stream on social media again. A lot of more social media presence for us moving forward! Just gotta get the numbers up which we are planning on doing immediately cause our goal for FB is 100 by the end of the year. Anyways that is the post and I will talk to you all on Monday as boss lady wants to do an additional post and she's the boss now I'm accepting her wishes so have a great rest of your week and weekend and talk on Monday! The Future of Both Podcasts!

                 I have been thinking about things on the weekend while getting work done. Here is what I am thinking:

Entertainment Man Podcast: Being the lead podcast on the network, I as the Executive Producer/Host of the podcast feel like it is more a radio show or radio program every week. So I have decided to keep Entertainment Man Podcast on Audio ONLY for the foreseeable future.

The CBOTW Show: I want to this to be the primary focus for the company as it is something we want to continue to grow in the future and even if Entertainment Man Podcast goes off air at any point of time in the future this will be back fall back moving forward. But I am not counting my podcast out yet, not yet... So much amazing things to come in the future! 

              So this is the future of both podcasts and there is a lot of things I am not saying publicly yet. But Sara and Larry know the plans and also I have talked about it on The CBOTW Show once but not the entire plan. This will be starting in 2025 and if it is requested, I will definitely put Entertainment Man Podcast. But that is the post for today and I will talk to you all tomorrow.
