My Role as Chief Operating Officer!

            With everything the team and I have been through we are finding it hard to make those hard decisions and I know the stresses as I make most of the big decisions with the community stuff, chats, servers, groups and what not. Chris trusts my decisions and it was majority of my decision with Chris's opinion and we both decided to stop the Discord server and as long as he is OK with it then I will go with the decision. 

           I run the day to day and I always lean on the boss man for advice. I consider him a mentor to me and always will be my mentor through all of this. It has been a hard last 5 months for me transitioning into the COO role so soon and wasn't expecting a promotion so soon but I am proud to have taken on this role and it's opened a lot of doors for not just me the entire team as well. I pretty well answer majority of the emails except he answers the podcast emails pretty much. I will chat with you all tomorrow for the weekly updates.

We're Getting on a Roll!

           Chris, myself and the rest of the team have been busy non stop, from uploading older shorts to post to working on episodes throughout the week and he's been doing 3 shows a week and we've been keeping up with the command. I've been helping him with editing and getting things done and out on time. We've been counting down and 22 days till the end of the video form episodes being re-uploaded. No ETA on the shorts from the past but once that is done then we are all new content moving forward. 

           This is why I may be taking over the blog for a while till he gets everything done with the older episodes and I know we are eager to start working on new episodes and have those ready for the future of the podcasts and he's spoke about it and so have I but we've had no time lately. Anyhow, I will chat with y'all tomorrow.

Vlog is being recorded!

         A Vlog is being recorded. I've caught him with the camera and his phone in one hand as he's on a call with me and between filming the Vlog. I heard he will be recording all week long up to Thursday evening so something is truly up with him. I just know he will be posting something up. I know you guys want streams from him, long and short content, the podcasts. There is so much we can do in a day. 

         I think it will be an interesting vlog unless something happens today that was suppose to happen doesn't but we'll see. He has considered just re-starting the vlog entirely and I understand how he feels and his choice but that is what editing is for and he's been in this game for 19 years so anything is possible. Hope you will tune into the video on Saturday @ 6 pm EST and I will chat with you all tomorrow.

Podcast Schedule for The Week

          I know I'm not Chris and he is off for the week from the blog, he's been recording stuff for the next couple of weeks for the podcast. I believe one of them is going to be for the Sunday he returns from his trip in Quebec and already noted it when he's away and he's not yet talked about it as of yet but maybe next week he will be ready. I am not 100% sure it is for the week he's gone for 4 - 5 days and he needs to record that one too but I believe it is coming on his very busy schedule. 

        This is the schedule as follows:

Monday: Minus the blog @ 11 am there is no other schedule and the YouTube re-uploads as Chris has been scheduling older episodes. Newer content will not be up.

Tuesday: Both preview clips for both Entertainment Man Podcast & The CBOTW Show + whatever episodes he has as I do not know what is schedule and up as episodes are rapidly being re-uploaded. 

Wednesday: Motivational Wednesday videos in the morning all 3 in the morning, 8 am, 10 am & 12 pm then Entertainment Man Podcast @ 1 pm EST & The CBOTW Show @ 6 pm EST.

Thursday: Shorts and previews of the upcoming episode of The CBOTW Show on Friday.

Friday: 6 pm EST, The CBOTW Show

       This is the schedule and only the beginning of the week, today and tomorrow so basically the rest is our normal schedule. Blogs will remain @ 11 am EST everyday between. Hope you guys enjoy all these videos and you never know Chris may post more videos and there is something I want to talk about this week but Chris has been walking about with his camera filming himself. I will speak to you tomorrow for a 2nd part.

Weekly Updates for 03-28-2025

         Quite a busy week again as we worked on the podcasts and getting everything ready for this afternoon and Sunday afternoon as well. Today's The CBOTW Show is actually Audio ONLY, due to some of the subject matter but you can find it under the podcasts tab on our YouTube Channel so either way you guys all get content one way or another.  Once he is finished with Entertainment Man Podcast and getting shorts done he is working on Ghostwriter later on today and this weekend to assure he's ready for next Thursday's recording session. 

       I know it gets tricky when it comes to shorts and I know he has it all under control when it comes to it. I wonder how he juggles two episodes of The CBOTW Show & the weekly episode of Entertainment Man Podcast. Chris is amazing, I can say that. He works so hard on content regularly and always working on something and I am so proud of how the team has come with it's success. Events 2025 Schedule!

           So it is that time of the year where I announce the upcoming appearances in events locally and Toronto. Now I may be limiting Toronto this year to just The Royal Winter Fair that's it and plans for Halton this year I am not going to be covering it but may just go there to enjoy the streetcar rides etc. Anyways here is the schedule:

Starting To Figure out Super Market Simulator!

             After such a atrocious run at Super Market Simulator, I think I figured out the issue I am having  which is I am taking too many loans out all at once. That was the biggest issues I had was spending too much on the game and not able to pay for groceries and the bills and eventually upgrading the store to make it larger then it is. I think I need to take smaller steps when building in the store. I need to slow down a bit. I think I want to expand way too fast and I've become a little clumsy. 

           However if I need to get a loan, just get one not two because it is very confusing when it comes to the loans and it is my own fault honestly. As usual I rush through things and I need to slow down and think and I've done an episode of the podcast about this topic a long time ago on Entertainment Man Podcast. Maybe I should take my own advice and slow down and think things through before I do them on the video game huh? Anyways that is today's blog post and as always, I will talk to you guys tomorrow for another blog post.

Been Feeling Burnt Out!

              I have been feeling burnt lately with the podcasts. I have been busy with podcasts and the blogs. Maybe I need to step away from blogs for a while. Let Sara take over but anyways you will have content from me for now unless something really needs to be done. However it is the burn out feeling right now. I am doing too much all at once. So much to do in such a short time too.  This is why you have to prioritize everything and I need to realize this too at some point. 

            Remember what I talked about with Time-Management, it is so important and something I need to work on personally. I get overwhelmed with everything but I know what needs to be done first then so forth and on. However it's not the prep work it's more I'm burnt out from Entertainment Man Podcast even thought it's only a weekly show but I think it's something else that is bothering me with the podcast that I cannot pinpoint right now. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Getting the Hang of Our Scheduling!

           Slowly but surely getting use to the schedule and trying to get use to the schedule and as we ease off the re-upload schedule we will officially BE fully all NEW content moving forward and excited to be completing all the re-uploads and very fast. I thought it would of taken months for us to have our library restocked with past episodes and shorts. Then we will be our way to new content and getting back to what we originally set out to do.

         Scheduling has been a little off the deep end and our channel has been flooded with new content constantly but you guys are enjoying every minute and you will notice newer content in between the old and you can tell the difference most of the time as my hair is a lot more greyer now then before and trust me it's because I do a lot for you guys and the hours I spend on content is incredible. We're getting there and better with our schedule and going to have to make sure I have everything recorded for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and home on Sunday as I will be away on those days in May I will be away but it's all about scheduling things correctly and getting it done on time for you guys. Weekly Updates for 03-21-2025

           It has been an interesting week for us. First the Discord server going up in smoke cause of constant trolls and us dismantling the community on there. However Chris, Kevin, Larry, Billy and I been busy and yes Billy is been active with the community as our Head of Moderation especially on our group and YouTube Channel so welcome back to the team as he's been involved in the past and always good to see staff return after a brief break.

          Chris & Larry have recorded more episodes of The CBOTW Show both for YouTube & Audio ONLY platforms. Also Chris is posting something up today for The CBOTW Show at some point as a bonus episode and making up for the loss time when he was sick a month ago. So lots of content coming your way from the podcast department and also I believe Chris is going to stream on the Facebook Fan Page this weekend, tomorrow at some point so stay tuned for that. Have a wonderful weekend and week ahead and I will be back at the end of next week.

No More Discord, How Will We Record Episodes?

             Discord is OFFICIALLY gone. I am tired of the trolling and all the new members coming in with the same name as someone else and makes me very suspicious it is the same person using a VPN, so we are DONE with Discord, I do not care anymore. I just want our community to be drama free and it seems someone is ALWAYS causing problems. I go AWAL for a week and a half to have problems happening on the server so know what Sara and I have deleted our accounts. It is always drama, drama, drama. Anyways sorry to be a sour puss.... Just wanted to express how I am feeling. We still have both the Facebook Fan Page & Facebook Group (which is rarely spoken about), X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok and of course YouTube! 

           So how are we recording? We are using Riverside for recording episodes unless the guest is having issues with the platform but will make sure it works down the road as right now I haven't had any other option for recording at this point and Riverside is cool and I really love it and I have set it up for both Meetings and Recording episodes so that is really a cool part of the platform and we will see how it goes since now I have a better sense of how the platform works. Getting Ready for Thursday and Friday!

            This Thursday, tomorrow (Friday), Larry and I will be recording more Ghostwriter series episodes and going to try and aim for 20 - 25 minutes for the most part. We continue to move forward with the series and excited to keep on going with this series and the future series that I am planning on both Video & Audio ONLY! Big stuff are on the horizon for The CBOTW Show. We're making some big moves and cannot wait to share all the episodes we record because we are recording in batch, both Larry and I & Bob and I as well. 

           So we will have a ton of stuff going on towards the second half of the year, lots of recording and busy busy here in the studio. Either way, excited stuff coming up for the podcasts since we have two shows currently active in our Media Network/Company. I can't talk about a lot about it right now but in due time there will be something coming out, don't you worry. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Plans now that the website work done?

            What is the plan now that the website is completed what is the plans now? Well work on Ghostwriter episodes and get Corner Gas episodes watched, notes taken and it has been on my list for the longest time now. This is the opportunity to work on these things and really get things started for the podcasts and really get the numbers up with The CBOTW Show. However I realized this I have one episode that never aired whatsoever and I have no idea why it never got posted so end of the year in December I will be putting it up and already have it scheduled for December 3rd, 2025. I have to remember that The CBOTW Show should be coming out at 6 pm EST not 1 pm EST. I will make a note of it and do a reel explaining it.

           Also on my list is to get Entertainment Man Podcast episodes created, when I say that write brand new episodes and not just Entertainment Man but The CBOTW Show being worked on but that will come later once I get on a roll with getting things ready. So that is the plan and it will be adjusted if it needs to but basically the things I want to work on and yes maybe I will be more active with the Discord Server, not maybe I will be more active as there has been issues, I just wanna make sure there is no more issues. Anyways that is what is next for us and I am excited for what's next and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!
