Entertainment Man Podcast & The CBOTW Show Pages Down?

              From Audacity doesn't like OBS which I will talk more about tomorrow to our provider we have been relying on for years now has been down for quite some time since the end of last week apparently. So we wait to start uploading to our website again. That is the reason behind it because the audio are not showing up so we took the page, well more unpublished it actually. 

              We could actually do a linked word on the bottom of each one but the one for Everything About Reality TV wouldn't work as it doesn't exist anywhere on the internet anymore. So that is my main issue. However I could and can reupload to podcasts.com and link it there but then it will seem it is active once again when it isn't. We could redo the intros and outros that's like 200 + episodes to fix haha! The CBOTW Show would out do Entertainment Man! Anyways, Both Podcast pages are temporarily down till this issue is fixed with the provider and we apologize but the archive.org got an attack on their site and it took the site down. However the shows are still active under "On Demand which direct to Spotify for the time being but we'll let you know when it is back up and running. I will talk to you tomorrow as always for another blog post.

The CBOTW Show-- Schedule Notice

            As you can tell, we have been trying struggling and I think we are just at a point of time of halting production of The CBOTW Show. We are at the last ropes with our original schedule. We may need to try and change up the schedule. What I am thinking and I haven't talked to Larry yet this week but the plan is:

Wednesday, October 16th, 2024 @ 1 pm EST: Psycho

Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024 @ 1 pm EST: Addam's Family

(Special day & time) Thursday, October 31st, 2024 @ 9 pm EST: Beetle Juice 

November 1st - Nov 15th, 2024: Hiatus, due to the 10th anniversary finalizing, Entertainment Man Podcast will continue on Sundays during the finalizing of our plans. 

           So the reason behind The CBOTW Show hiatus for 14 - 15 days is because of the 10th Anniversary, we will be extremely busy with the event finalizing. However I know how important The CBOTW Show is and I have talked about The CBOTW Show on Social Media but this is where we are for the podcast but that is my post for today I will talk to you all tomorrow for another post!

End of The Week Updates [10-11-2024]

                Another crazy week has come to an end and time for some updates. First update is we are up to speed with podcasts. I am working on new episodes for both episodes and not sure what talked me into doing new episode for The CBOTW Show, yet I said there was no plans for a new episode next week so something just clicked. So I will be working on that today and tomorrow then from there I will have time after my break from ChrisBOnTheWeb Media on Sunday and Monday which I am planning to stream both days for hours on end during the daytime. 

               But Tuesday I'll be back to normal and working on new episodes for Entertainment Man Podcast and preparing for The CBOTW Show next Thursday as Larry and I will be back here in the studio for another recording session which I always look forward to before we take at least 2 - 3 more weeks or more off so we can record Christmas episodes the mid way of the month of November so we have content ready at the helm. I also want to point out November we will be back to normal content and already got two episodes planned out. I may try us at every 2 weeks for the month of November then back at it weekly to try and get to a weekly podcast again. I will talk about that on Monday for another post. Also the Discord server is finished completely and happy it is done and out of the way and ready to add subscribers role later on when and if I get affiliate. But I hope you all have a great weekend and I will talk to you all on Monday!

Staff Updates

                  I know that I do not normally talk about stuff behind the scenes with our staff but I wanted show my appreciation for my team. There has been a bunch of promotions on our team and I want to brag about it. That is me showing how PROUD I am of my team. So here is our promotions:

Larry- He is the second longest running staff member here and he has been promoted from Senior Producer to Executive Producer for The CBOTW Show. 

Kevin- He went from Admin to Head of Moderation to now our Community Director which is a role that hasn't been filled for the longest time since our former community manager.

Brooke- She has been on and off in the community but has returned and is now my administrative Assistant, helping not only me but also helping Kevin. 

           We are one happy team and I am proud of my team. I am proud how hard we work on a daily basis. Remember the episode I recorded to celebrate your successes this is me celebrating the success my team is. I need to praise them a lot more. Their amazing individuals with their own talents and we as a team are excited to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. Anyways that is this late post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Feeling Good This Morning!

        Regardless of how I feel this morning, sleep or no sleep, I feel very good. I feel accomplished and the fact I've got it done at a good timely manner. Slowly but surely I am getting back on track! I feel the power of positivity that this is the beginning of posting out on time for once. Maybe my luck and the fact that I am actually going to be bringing out content more on time and the fact I am posting both episodes this afternoon, things are on the up and up.

       You have to remember to stay positive and work through the struggles that you are going through. No matter what, things will turn around and get better. Yes it may take some time to improve but it will indeed get better but it takes some time. I understand this now especially the fact it's been two or 3 months now and still was struggling with the scheduling issues. I think it was because I wasn't adjusting to the new schedule very well. It was all on me and I admit it and very open to admitting my mistakes. But what I need to do is move forward and continue to improve the day to day operations and that is all I can really do. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow for another post.

Finished The Subway Up to the Jungle!

               I have officially made it to the jungle with the subway system we have built on our community server. It has taken us months to build it and we are not even remotely done yet. There is the line all the way to the snowy mountains where my snowy condo on the hill is. After that, it will be the end of the line for subways for now. I don't think I have any plans for expansion minus maybe the sandy biome there is one last above line that exists but that may be a long way from now with us trying to finish that line out but I think it is better as it is with it above ground. All I really need to do is just shorten the station a tad bit that's all.

             The last part that needs a lot of attention is the three office towers that is awaiting to be completed too and once these two projects are finished, we can explore a bit more then normal and do other projects that i want to do and get done and there isn't a lot more i would like to do and you never know what will come up. However that is the blog post for today and as always i will talk to you all tomorrow.

When To Know When To Adjust!

             This has become a problem the last 3 months with being behind schedule and you guys know I consider it unacceptable! I am trying to discipline myself to being better with a schedule. Today it is about me getting caught up releasing Entertainment Man Podcast around 7ish tonight, it is about me getting Wednesday's episode ready for The CBOTW Show and then the following weekend. 

              There is a reason behind this blog other then me complaining about myself and I am not really complaining about myself but there is a lesson to this. You have to know when to re-adjust things. Also sometimes you need to realize there is only 24 hours in a day so you you cannot get everything done in a day unless you work really, really hard. So you have to adjust but not just re-adjusting the priorities is important as well. Making priorities what is needed to be done first. That is the issue I am having is dealing with priorities. But I need to re-adjust and not think about what's next. You do what needs to be done first then you move on so what could be the issue is I am thinking too far ahead which overwhelms me so I need to re-adjust my brain to focus on what is going now. Anyways that is all I have to say, hope this helps to those who feel overwhelmed with things on a daily basis and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

End of The Week Updates ]10-05-2024]

                Well another wild week here at CBOTW Media Studios HQ as we have been working so hard on stuff, content and getting back on the right track. However we are on the right track and next up is to work on Entertainment Man Podcast for tomorrow which mind you it will not be premiered as I will be out of town for the day. The CBOTW Show today will be premiered to help start growing the channel and having it also become as successful as Entertainment Man Podcast has become. I feel so much positivity flowing through me with it. 

               I have switched assistants and Brooke is back and helping me personally with things behind the scenes to ensure it is out on a timely matter. We have finished the website for the podcasts and now into the new mode now. Also The CBOTW Show YouTube channel RSS feed is up to date moving forward and we are premiering the first video version of the podcast today at 1 pm EST. Excited to chat with you all in the chat. Those are pretty much the updates and the upcoming week will be interesting to publishing our content on schedule this time around but enjoy the rest of the weekend and talk to you all on Monday.

Let's Talk Streaming

             Now as you know I do the occasional social casts over at Twitch.tv and maybe once and a while for the just chatting on Facebook and Twitch but it is sporadic when things are calmer with the work load. I look forward to it but when I do stream, it will be on twitch.tv/gamerem15 but will not be as often unless I have a bunch of spare time so really the schedule is randomly and unknown, just sporadically I will be live for right now. So hopefully this weekend tomorrow I will go live for several hours.

             So I am planning to but the matter is when will I have time tomorrow hopefully I finish up The CBOTW Show for next week and Entertainment Man as well.  So much to do in such a short time with blogs and the podcasts, I just want a break from work where I can enjoy a day off but today is been a busy day in regards to getting content done and out and we will see if I can squeeze a few hours of gaming in as I do want to finish the subway system finally. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you guys tomorrow!

The CBOTW Show-- Getting Back on Track

              As you know, we have been derailed with The CBOTW Show getting ready for video with the original channel being deleted but alas we have one called http://www.youtube.com/@TheCBOTWShowPod is active but that is to be updated as I said this will be changing. Here is what's being updated:

Switch from Podcasts.com - Castbox: I tried Podcasts.com but now you have to verify the feeds which is honestly stupid! So we will be switching back to Castbox as we will transfer the first feed to Castbox then create and reupload the feed for the Movies.

YouTube: Then we will have to be updated on the TV RSS Feed and also add the Movie RSS Feed to YouTube so there will be two different feeds for shows and what not. 

              Everything is screwy. This weekend I will be posting up the episode for this week and next week we will be back on Wednesday and a special episode next Friday. Then we will be skipping a week and will be every 2 weeks till December so we can try and readjust to our schedule moving forward. Then after that we start recording weekly and in December we will be continuing to work on our goal getting to getting this podcast to video soon as possible. Anyways sorry for the derailment of the blog and podcasts, I need to do better and today you will get two blogs and to make it up further, I will do a blog on Saturday as well but I will talk to you at 1 pm EST.

             Crazy 5 weeks of The CBOTW Show before we go into quiet mode and we start recording episodes for Christmas time in December which we are thankful we will not be on video, not till 2025 and I will talk more about that tomorrow as we are slowly recovering over our channel and discords being hacked. Some people might not like me and that's OK! Not everyone will like me. Anyways that is the post and sorry I kind of went off at the end but as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.
