7 Years Since I Originally Retired from YouTube!

             It has been around now 7 years since I originally retired from YouTube the first time around. This also marks 7 years of not being on the YouTube platform as a Creator. Yes I was on there as a fan and watching my favourite creators but it was my 7 year Hiatus from the platform as a content creator as I had nothing else to offer the platform at the time, it was time for me to bow out of YouTube for a break.

              Cannot believe it's been that long since the hiatus started and now just over a year being back on YouTube which mind you took a lot of convincing from you guys to return to the platform actually. I'm glad you guys talked me back into it actually as I have really proven I am a better content creator on YouTube then I was originally that had no structure, no editing, me just goofing off and being a negative Nancy as well. I hope to continue on the platform for many more years and thank you guys, truly I mean it from the bottom of my heart if it wasn't for you guys I wouldn't have returned to the platform and become a huge success that I have become in the last year.

End of The Week Updates [06-23-2023]

             Another week has gone by and time for some sort of an update as it's been a wonky week here at ChrisBOnTheWeb Studios. Anyways here are the updates:

Entertainment Man Podcast: Well as you guys know was suppose to be Live with Chris from Chatty Geek Hidden Dragon but I failed on my end to set it to stream right off the bat when hitting start streaming on OBS. So I am actually deleted most things off as I will be switching to Prism Studio for Podcasts and OBS for regular streams and gaming, I'll set it up this up soon. So this weekend's interview will be premiered on YouTube as I recorded the entire thing so be on the lookout for that tomorrow. 

The CBOTW Show: Was put on hold yet again but going to work on it when I get tomorrow's podcast finished so I can get it done and finished and ready for Thursday as that is now a high priority for me to get it finished and fast. 

CBOTW Live:   This and will be my live channel eventually. Right now I cannot verify it at the moment as it won't accept my my phone for verification right now so the channel sits empty and unused at this moment. 

              Anyways that is the updates for the week and I am sorry the blog posts are way out of sync as they normally are but just super busy with other things and a big week coming up for me so I have become super focused on that at the moment but as always I will talk to you all at 2 pm EST for a second post to talk about the French-Canadian Pavilion for my second and last Fiesta Week location for this year.

Entertainment Man Podcast will be the Last YouTube Channel I Have EVER!

              As you know I have had my issues with platform and I have made a very crucial decision that Entertainment Man Podcast will be the last channel that ChrisBOnTheWeb has cause I do not like what they've been doing and I talked about it on a podcast but the door is closing on me being involved on the platform that makes you verify links for every upload you do and ends up being denied. I have reached out numerous times and just the same answer yet they were going to look into it but nothing. 

             My decision is final and if I need to do video down the road, it'd be elsewhere honestly but any other projects, it will remain on Audio ONLY and that is the goal from here on besides Entertainment Man, I mean other podcasts like The CBOTW Show will be Audio ONLY, here on ChrisBOnTheWeb.com, iTunes, Spotify, Castbox, Tunein.com, iHeartRadio, Amazon Music and so forth. I think I am starting to turn back to focusing on this website more then anything else. If Entertainment Man was to stop which there is no plans to stop at this point, but if it was to the YouTube Page would probably be taken down on the website down the road, just saying but again no plans to end my beloved Entertainment Man Podcast, it is here to stay. When Am I Going To Start Streaming Again?

             When am I going to start streaming again? I know I'm very extremely busy right now with Power Rangers Collab and Entertainment Man Podcast at the moment but I promise you guys soon I will be back. I just cannot give an ETA on that right now as I am so focused. However I can say this, I probably will be popping up from time to time and been setting up for streaming on the Facebook Fan Page. 

              Schedule wise it will be a weekly stream on Facebook ONLY. However when I am live I do encourage you to come out and hangout interact, ask questions about CBOTW (ChrisBOnTheWeb), etc. I want it to be interactive and a fun place to hangout outside of the content once a week. Anyways that is the post for today, I will be doing a schedule blog post tomorrow and posting it to the website to get it up and ready for you guys but I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Do I Have Goals for Entertainment Man Podcast This Year?

           Do I have any goals for 2023 for Entertainment Man Podcast? Yes just one and more subscribers to the channel. I know growing a small channel bigger is not an easy task especially for YouTube in general. View wise has been great and generating up to almost 50 episodes a week which is great. Now the goal is to turn those views into potential subscriber and fans. I feel like it will happen and very, very soon too, it is just the matter of time when it does happen and the growth comes. I just feel some good positive energy vibes coming my way this year. 

          The first goal is 25 subscribers which is still a good little group is listeners that listen and watch the podcast. The second goal is 35 subscribers. I am not aiming high whatsoever at the amount of subscribers and making small goals for myself instead and who know I could possibly, potentially surpass that easily this year. I do need to keep up a good positive energy and boy I am feeling very excited for 2023 which I will be talking more on tomorrow's blog. So have a great rest of your day and talk to you all tomorrow!

Entertainment Man Podcast In 2023, What I'm Thinking?

             I have considered a lot when it comes to next year however the channel itself on YouTube is too small right now to consider live. However here is what I am considering in 2023:

Interview Recording (Live): Will vary between late in Monday afternoon and Monday evenings - Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, anytime of the day morning, afternoon or evening. Wednesdays will be between 10 am EST  and 1 pm EST. Weekends, it will be quite difficult with weekends with Audio ONLY goes up on Sunday and the time frame of it being posted that is an issue and I'm sorry about that but I am not planning to change days I am planning to stay that way. 

Topic Podcasts (Sundays, Not Live, Pre-Recorded and Premiered): Now with topics that are going to happen from time to time and I wanna keep the momentum going and the more it's premiered the more listens and listeners that I get on each and every premiere. Not only that it's about the interaction and I've had a ton of interactions since doing premieres but when it comes to holidays and personal stuff I will be just posting it but that will be here and there, most of the time it will be premiered unless I am unavailable on the Sunday. 

Bonus Episodes (Thursdays, Pre-Recorded, Audio ONLY): This will not be changing whatsoever with the time and day on Thursdays @ 1 pm EST. However I am extending the podcast to 15 minutes as you guys have said it is too short so I am actually extending it. Anything you guys want you get. 

             This is a very huge move for the podcast and I am excited for the future of this podcast, more like I am excited for next year being the 3rd year and 4th season. It is truly amazing how far this podcast has come. I know I am doing this earlier then usual but I have chosen to announce it sooner then I expected but I was excited to announce this incredible changes for next year! Time to go big or go home right? CBOTW Studios is on Hold!

                          Good Morning!

                   I wanted to let you all know that Chris has made a decision to hold back on the idea of CBOTW Studios. His computer is now 8 years old and it's slower then normal and usual life span he's had with a computer is about 10 - 11 years at the most. He will be keeping his  old computer at some point for just desk work nothing to do with recording a podcast or gaming but the desk work for typing up notes, social media posts and what not. However when he gets his new PC, he plans on streaming on a second channel at some point but whenever he gets that new PC.

                 He apologizes for the hype and now not going through with the channel. He will be serious when he wants to do streams and behind the scenes look in the studio but for right now he is focusing on the one YouTube Channel and when the time comes to expand his horizon he will. He will be doing weekly videos and he's got it on his board and will be leaving it up to Tuesdays and streams on Fridays and Saturdays. That schedule he will be leaving on his whiteboard in the studio.  Nothing wrong with him planning for the future of ChrisBOnTheWeb and he should just not worry about re-uploading old videos unless there is one he needs to re-upload. Yesterday his external hard drive possible died on him so big shoutout to his neighbor for trying to recover it and maybe I'll do a post Saturday if anything was recovered. CBOTW Studios YouTube Channel Is Returning?

                Yes there has been rumours CBOTW Studios is returning and I dispelled those rumours over the weekend with an Image which you can see to the right side of this post today and also this message: "Preparing for CBOTW Studios #YouTube Channel return on 01.01.2023" and I know I made a cryptic message hinting the return but not what exactly will be on this channel and what to really expect. This is why I am making this exact post to explain what the exact plan is with this new channel and to when you can see content and other amazing things on this channel. However I wanna say this I am super excited and stoked to be returning with this channel and it was long wait for it to return to this channel. I know my computer isn't the best computer in the world till I get the new computer in 2023 hopefully but I am making the best of the situation.

              Now what can you expect on this channel, well you can expect this:

- Live Streams (Which will be sporadic streams till I find the time to have regular schedule for the streams) Will be a variety of gaming streams and just chatting streams, it'll change from time to time.

- Past Streams (I have 2 past streams to post up on the channel that I have waiting in a folder here on my computer and will be the first of few things I do post.)

- Behind The Scenes Look (Behind the scenes look what goes on in the studio and I have some things to post up for you guys first before any new content so I will be posting those before I start anything else.)

- Minecraft: Aftermath (Video my niece and nephew did few months ago that I edited together and posted. Also I will be posted the bloopers that went on with the creation.)

             Streams will not be happening for a while, I have a ton of older content to post and I will let you guys know when the streams start in the New Year. Right now there is a ton of stuff to post up and get this channel growing and I will have more information as we reach towards the end of the year. Focusing On One YouTube Channel For Right Now!

                Honestly I made a mistake, streaming right now should be a secondary thing at this moment and having a second channel should be a secondary thing. Maybe in the future, I will bring back CBOTW Studios Live and it will become a thing but right now podcasting is the more important thing especially now with the podcast growing which I will talk more about tomorrow on the blog here. 2 channels is a lot to handle and I am pushing ChrisBOnTheWeb a little too soon and this isn't the right time nor place to do it. I know my gut will tell me when the time is right and when it is time to expand things. In the meantime I focus on the podcast, website, blog and the one YouTube Channel.

              Maybe once I get the new computer things could be different for me honestly. That was one of the issues underlying me from streaming is the fact I couldn't stream without the lagging issues. I need to make sure that I have a good streaming computer and it is time to get a new PC and I've talked about it many times, the podcast on here, social media, I've been everywhere with this topic and honestly, I need to wait till I get a better computer and it is a better idea to be honest. I am doing too much at once and I need to slow down my roll a bit. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow!

CBOTW Studios YouTube Channel Is No More...

                 As you guys noticed, this morning, I tried to take down the CBOTW Studios YouTube channel but failed and someone decided to get into my account and delete it as I wasnt home all day long but I am going to be focusing on Entertainment Man Podcast. I will explain the reason why behind this: The channel is dead, nobody has popped by on my streams, Entertainment Man Podcast is more lively with listeners and it has done extremely well. I rather focus on that then trying to revive a dead channel that is far gone from being repaired as a YouTube Channel. To be honest, I had no ideas outside of the live streams and nobody came to live streams, was just me so it was better off to delete it and focus on the other channel as it seems to be growing quite rapidly and stayoutube-work for ChrisBOnTheWeb. 

              The CBOTW Studios Channel is no longer listed on this very website and it has been deleted from YouTube which still seems to be accessible at the moment as I supposedly deleted it all together so I do not know what is up with that channel honestly. I am disappointed the second channel didn't do as well but maybe my heart wasn't in it anymore. Maybe I was doing too much all at once so maybe it is time for me to just take a step back from two channels and go down to one channel for now. I've noticed streams aren't as popular as they use to be on YouTube, it's more people uploading videos then anything else and unless you have a few thousand to 100's of thousand to Millions of subscribers which I only had 8, now 7 since I lost a sub randomly but it's in the past now, I am focusing on Entertainment Man Podcast and it's success. If I ever re-opened a new channel it'd been gaming uploads only but we'll see down the road but that is today's post and I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Changing ChrisBOnTheWeb's YouTube Channel Around.

                Yes, if you have noticed the ChrisBOnTheWeb YouTube channel is gone, deleted. Do not worry, I still have Minecraft: Aftermath on my drive so I have it saved and you never know I may re-release it later if I chose to do a gaming channel all together. But I have a copy of it. Now the reason behind it is I had 9 subscribers and nobody really popped in and the channel was kind of dead meanwhile Entertainment Man Podcast is flourishing in listens and 15 subscribers now which is quite amazing. So I have shifted my focus on Entertainment Man Podcast for right now but this doesn't rule out a future gaming channel and I could re-release the video again down the road but you never know I may undeleted it and just put archives or rebrand the entire channel. If you guys know me well, it will not last long but yet again, I am a very stubborn person and I am open to admitting that. 

              However with YouTube it is hard to grow and it is hard to get an audience and maybe I am just hard on myself perhaps. However I want to stay put with Entertainment Man Podcast for now then if I wanna branch off I can and will. I can keep the channel for streaming only for right now. So any videos, I will just keep up there and starting this weekend, I am going to set sometime to stream for 2 - 3 hours.  However for video wise, nothing really planned. Right now there is only so much I can do but I am leaving the sporadic Tuesday videos in case a behind the scenes look comes afloat to the channel, I will be open to that but right now just the streams. Plans In August!

              As my parents will be away, I get the house to myself and more time to stream. So I plan on streaming everyday their gone and look forward to it. The days and times are yet to be determined but as I get closer to then I will announce it publicly. Once Power Rangers Collab is finished up I am off for an entire week before going back on a binge to work on the next season for October/November. That should be the end of this chaotic schedule. There is other projects and tasks I wanna do like for example the Power Rangers Movies as it has been officially noted between my partner in Podcast crime, Larry that we should start it this year. Anyways During the week off between Megaforce two seasons and Dino Charge, I plan a week to myself before planning on the next two. I was up very late last night working on the collab and pretty much done the first of the two seasons. 

          However, the point I haven't gotten too; as I said before, I will be live a bit while I am home, not during the day time, more evenings streams here in the studio. Some will be just chatting streams and some will be gaming and just chill streams. If I can figure out a way to stream without having 1000 subs as that is what your required, I'd definitely do a cooking stream but that is most definitely not doable right now but eventually yeah I could do a cooking stream down the road. What I may need to do is use prism then the mobile device and run the stream from down here in the studio and going to try it and see how it works despite i despise Prism Studio cause of the lag issues on the stream. My computer seems to not like it whatsoever. However that is the plan for August and I will be talking to you all tomorrow for the end of the week updates.

YouTube-- Updates, Announcements, Behind The Scenes & Streams!

                  Yeah I have noticed uploading to several platforms for Updates, Announcements and Streams is a little much for me. So I have decided any video updates that go beyond 2 minutes or more then I will be doing it via YouTube. Any written updates will continue to be on Social Media as well. With Updates, Announcements, Behind The Scenes and Streams at occasion this will really make this channel a very active place for content. I think it is just easier for me to do it on one platform then several platforms, which means opening up platforms and uploading to each of them. This makes it a ton easier for me and ChrisBOnTheWeb's YouTube Channel the main hub for what I said above. I am trying to simplify things for me as my stress levels are higher then usual. This makes things a ton easier and simple for me. I rather be simple then complicated moving forward.

Makes things a ton better and easier and less stress. I am all about decluttering things for my website and think it is a  better plan then I had originally. Because originally my plan was to delete the ChrisBOnTheWeb channel but decided against it an hour later. ChrisBOnTheWeb YouTube Channel Chat...

              I know things have been up in the air with the lack of streams my computer being a pain in the butt recently, streams have suddenly disappeared. Last stream I did was a week and a half ago. That is the last known stream that I did. Now I am not giving up on streaming, not yet, but right now I have taken a step back from streaming at this moment. I am trying to speed the computer up till I get this new PC which I am getting close to it and which means better streams and what not. So now this leaves that channel empty and unused but recently I've uploaded a video that my niece, nephew and I even though my niece, she really didn't contribute much but was in the studio so I am still giving her credit as it is fair. So Minecraft: Aftermath is up on the channel and also the bloopers which is a short video is also up on there right now. 

               I am not sure what the plan is with that channel but I may end up end up trying to stream this weekend and come by and say hey to you guys on the ChrisBOnTheWeb but it all depends how well the program works for me cause I have issues even with the program I use, OBS and another program that I no longer use due to lag issues which is odd as I had no issues with it in the past. However OBS is what I am using now and really should test it out this weekend for you guys so stay tuned, I may pop up live and may play Minecraft for a bit update you guys but we'll see. It'll be a pop up stream so it will not be scheduled. If I don't then I will do a video at least weekly for you guys at the most to try stall the time and I am going to try and do behind the scenes and keep you guys updated. I will have an update video in a week or so on the office building when I have an update but that is what the plan is if I cannot stream then I will do an video at least weekly and it won't always be gaming but least you're getting some kind of update. However that is my update on the channel and my post for today and I will talk to you all tomorrow.

End of The Week Updates [06-10-2022]

                  Another week has concluded and I have a couple of updates, not too many today. Was a bit of hectic week for me and I was all over the place in work today but anyways here are the updates:

Entertainment Man Podcast: I have had a ton of issues with the main RSS Feed and as you know there was problems and not all platforms were uploaded till the start of the afternoon but I got it all up by 4 pm EST. Yesterday's podcast went off like a hitch, no issues nothing so hopefully this weekend no issues will happen because I will be switching platforms if this happens one more time. Already thinking about it all together for 2023 and leave podcasts.com all together but announcement will come later.

Power Rangers Collab: Today is a great day cause, Power Rangers Collab will be releasing at 1 pm EST, Power Rangers Super Samurai Podcast which will be the 3rd last one for the first half of 2022 and our break for the summer once we complete Megaforce and Super Megaforce. I know I will be taking 2 weeks off from the collab where there will be no work done whatsoever as I need a mental break from it before I start working on the next two seasons and so forth. 

                 That is pretty much the updates, nothing else to report, just working on interviews for the next couple of weeks, content for this weekend and also working on that Minecraft video which is a lot of work and I will hopefully be releasing it next week once I get approval from my nephew on it which it will uploaded to my personal channel hidden from the public which he will only have the link till he approves then I will upload it to CBOTW Studios. Entertainment Man Podcast Has Grown!

                    Despite the mishap of tech issues with the main RSS Feed and the fact I have decided to stay put cause of the amount of support I have had the podcast and to start over again wouldn't be right. So I've decided to stay put for now and any new projects I can start on castbox but that is later on. The Audio ONLY seems to keep on the consistent amount of listens per week and it just seems to stay very consistent but some weeks are higher. I see a trend, 38 listens or higher for the regular episodes and there is episodes I have gotten 50 listens for exaple the interview I did with Hamish that did really, really well and I am very impressed with it honestly. I know I can manage even on my own when there isn't a schedule interview a certain week, doesn't matter I always pull in the listeners every week. I know that one episode seemed to have disappeared and that episode didn't do well so they did me a favor I guess.

                  Now the YouTube side of things, that has done extremely well for me with the last interview I conducted on the podcast for just over 30 views which is rare for me in all the years that I have had a channel and I am quite impressed. People who wanna doubt me think again cause it is doing well. I know I didn't make the best decisions with Entertainment Man Podcast but I am getting better at the business decisions on it and I have to try and listen to my gut instinct when it comes to the decision making. I am proud of myself that I am able to make the right decisions and just gotta remember to keep on making those right decisions. I am going to continue on all the different platforms and just keep this thing growing bigger and better as the weeks go on. That is my post, I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Think I Was Only Semi-Retired From YouTube & Streaming!

                As you know now, I have a YouTube Channel now! Not just a YouTube channel but two of them to be exact. One of them being Entertainment Man Podcast which has been running a few weeks to a month now. Also the gaming/streaming channel that I have on YouTube as well. I know I said that I was done with YouTube and that I'd never go back to owning a channel but as you guys know I have been bugged and begged to stream and make video content and I think you guys finally broke me enough that I did it. And to be quite honest, I am happy that you guys pushed me enough to make a return and things are a little different now then they were almost 6 years ago when I made the announcement that I was done with YouTube and creating video content for you guys. Honestly that has changed and changed quite quickly to be honest but again I am glad this happened. 

                To be quite honest, I wish it happened in 2020 when Entertainment Man Podcast first began it's journey but it is what it is and I have a lot of you guys to thank for that. So I guess you guys can consider it a Semi Retirement and that has now since gone to the way side where I am now streaming more often, well weekends but those details are coming this upcoming week for you guys what the plan is. What I am trying to say is I do not think I was fully retired from YouTube, I was just semi retired. I guess I cannot get enough of the YouTube platform now so I had to make a return to the platform. Did I ever think I would be back on YouTube?

                 That is a great question and the answer to that is no, I never once thought I'd pop back on YouTube again. To be quite honest, I thought I was done with YouTube all together but I guess I was wrong cause I ended up going back to YouTube all together. You know you guys really convinced me to go back especially for Entertainment Man Podcast. What is this my 3rd actual active channel that I have had? Minus the failed ones I had which is an endless number I'm sure. I know when I said I was done with YouTube, I was done with YouTube but things changed years later and I know I had numerous attempts to try and start over but failed at them all in the process but if you don't succeed try, try again as the saying goes. I know I will end up growing on there eventually just like the audio only and I always promote the channel when just an Audio ONLY version of the podcast goes up.

                 So the answer is no, I never thought I'd come back but in the end, I am happy I did. Looking at the numbers it's done really well on YouTube, not as many as the Audio ONLY but it's getting there and I am sure eventually the subs will trickle in here and there. My goal is to beat out thedirector015 channel as that one had 42 and I wanna pass that number and I know I will eventually.  Just gotta keep working on it and keep on growing this monster of a podcast. I never knew it would become so popular especially with requests for interviews have been really high. However I am getting off topic, I am excited to be doing this channel and ready to grow this thing and it becoming a great podcast channel. I think I hit the right kind of podcast cause it's become a hit sensation! Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow, have a great rest of your Tuesday.

End of The Week Updates [05-13-2022]

                 On this Friday the 13th, it is time for an end of the week updates! A lot has transpired so without further ado, here are the updates:

Website: I have put Movie Collabs back under Podcasts and Archives, now have only two things in the archives since the After Show has been pulled completely from the site for a month and a half now. I also have removed the negative posts from the blog so the amount of blog posts are lower then it was yesterday. I felt it was time to remove the negative stuff off this website to be and show more professionalism. 

Entertainment Man Podcast: I have prepared and scheduled the podcast for Sunday to premiere at 1 pm EST on Sunday and I will be in the room to chat with you guys whether I am in my Mod account or Entertainment Man Podcast account or both? haha. Also you probably noticed on the channel and the Facebook a Live Stream event has popped up for next Wednesday and that is the BIG 100th Episode of the podcast that I have been promising for a while and I plan to stream to both platforms and hopefully this helps grow the channel even further. 

Power Rangers Collab: Well I have been slacking on this and already am on Ep # 2 and really pushing to get this out and back on track and already cancelled the anniversary but I am sure that I will be mentioning it June 2nd as I should be done by then and already on the next 2 seasons. Hopefully by end of July we will be back on schedule. 

Social Media/YouTube: All social medias and YouTube channel has grown nicely and really impressed how well it's growing again. I know the last few years, I have been stumbling with the growth but it is truly nice to see it growing once again.

End of The Week Updates [02-21-2022]

                     Another week has come to an end and here are some updates for this week as it has been another chaotic and crazy week:

Staff Changes and Additional Help: Larry is just a Co-Host, with the ongoing stress between us, I felt it was best that he retains just the Co-Host role for right now. He is still part of Power Rangers Podcast as I think that is what is best for him to focus on this podcast and not have to deal with decisions. Right now all the decisions are all up to me but I will consult Larry and Amy if I need to. You also notice that Brianna has now joined up the team and she is very familar with ChrisBOnTheWeb as her sister Charlotte was with us last year. So her role is the Community Manager so she will help with answering questions within the community.

Website: I have added in the upcoming schedule for the month of March as there is more podcasts coming and just hope this will not overwhelm me whatsoever and it shouldn't really if I follow the guidelines i gave not just myself but the team as well.

The CBOTW Show: Got things rolling for Cast Assessments for both Amy's Survivor 42 and also my BBCAN10 Cast assessment which will be live next week. So it begins what will be a busy next few months and we are getting prepare for what will be a hectic with great content coming out. I made a mistake when it came to promising March 10th with the podcast with Larry and I but we can do it when it is done and finished. There is no set time or schedule really as it is not in our contract with each other.

Entertainment Man Podcast: This week's episode to give you guys the heads up that it is a topic this week as I have decided to take a break and there hasn't been an interview request this week so this means I am just got a topic to talk about and it is about Transitrioning back into YouTube which is a great topic as you know I have been working around the clock with Amy and Larry on The CBOTW Show YouTube Channel.
