Plan and Schedule for our YouTube Channel

              Over the next 6 months, as I was saying on yesterday's blog, we will be uploading an array of things on the channel. Old episodes and shorts from Entertainment Man Podcast & New Episodes of The CBOTW Show which will be premiered but here is what our content schedule will be over the next so many months:

                There is the entire reupload schedule and like I said I hope it is not too much and if it is please let us know I will slow down on the schedule but we try to keep to twice a day if possible and there is one day that is 3 but least you guys are staying up to date as we prepare for the next stage of our plan hopefully by Summer 2025. I will not be announcing posts for the old uploads on social media but for the regular new episodes and videos will be announced. Big Week This Week!

           This week is a big week for us here at ChrisBOnTheWeb Media! This week started out with an amazing from Kevin O. We thank him for his continuing contributions to our website and we look forward to your continuing posts in the future as well. Now this week we will be bringing out 2 episodes of The CBOTW Show. One tomorrow and one on Friday. Will be recording the Matilda movie podcast tomorrow when I get up. Also the next episode of Entertainment Man Podcast will be recorded tomorrow as well for Monday. I keep forgetting we switched to Mondays. 

          Also there is some videos I want to record and post, hence some days if you are subscribed to our NEW YouTube channel, you will see old episodes and shorts from Entertainment Man Podcast posted up between 2022 and 2024. Hopefully I can get everything updated by the Summer so we can bring Entertainment Man Podcast Back to video by the summer so we can move forward to our next plans. But I will talk about tomorrow have yourself a good day and talk to you all tomorrow.

Let's Talk Entertainment Man Podcast Shorts!

                Entertainment Man Podcast has been firing on all cylinders with the Shorts game. I think I have gotten into a good rhythm with editing shorts and the podcast itself and this is a good start for me when it comes to podcasting. I am amazed how hard I've worked on the shorts and the views have been up and good that I am getting some views but still  got a lot of work to do with the channel and that's why I am only focusing on the two channels for now. 

              I love to highlight the upcoming episode which I will be doing a few days prior and after. It was suggested to me in a meeting I had this week and I am so excited for a new era of the podcast. YouTube Shorts has helped improve the numbers on the channel and gain a whole pile of subscribers so the haters can doubt the podcast all they want cause this is the most subscribers I have gotten ever. Very proud of that but anyways that is today's post for today and reminder we are back to Five days a week so Kelsie will be doing the end of the week updates so I will be talking to you on Monday and I have a pile of content for the first 2 days of the week but I will talk to you all then.

Why do we have 3 YouTube Channels?

             I know things are completely now off the rails but I made a promise when it came to streaming at least weekly for Just Chatting with Gaming Stream when I had extra time on my hands and I ended up deleting the original channel which when I brought it back up I was still a Moderator in Sonal's channel and Entertainment Man Podcast's YouTube Channel which is hilarious actually. Glad I am able to keep helping my friends out with moderating their channels as well as Streaming on my own weekly with the occasional gaming stream.

            Now as you know Entertainment Man Podcast is sticking to it's schedule meanwhile The CBOTW Show sticking to every 2nd week schedule which people don't mind cause the channel is growing even on a bi-weekly schedule people enjoy that schedule. So do not worry I will figure a way to juggle all three channels but the just chatting streams will be on both Facebook and YouTube on the weekly basis. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow for another blog post.

               I have simplified things 100 times better and got a video ready and excited to share with you guys. This is a better schedule and we continue to grow and learn each and every day. Anyways that is the post for today, I will speak to you all tomorrow for another blog post.

Decided to Stream to Both Platforms!

         First of all I'm sorry this is up the very next day. I wasn't in a good mood and 2 the internet was being a pain in the butt here in the studio. Second of all, I've reversed the decision to stream on Facebook and YouTube with the occasional gaming stream. Depending on the weeks I have more time but right now I am swamped with work and we're trying to get the workload down. But I will stream for half hour to an hour. However weekly just chatting streams will happen regardless on both Facebook and YouTube. I may as well do both for at least one of the two streams. 

         So I think it is the best move. I know the video I did that is being released I think I will redo the video to explain further but anyways that is coming tomorrow. I just think the more platforms I stream to the better it is. Now I know I would have to subscribe on X in order to use Twitter Live and I do not know how to stream to Instagram on top of FB/YouTube so I am just going to focus on the two for now. Anyways that is the post, be on the lookout for the normal post at 11 am EST for the blog and I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Noticed Something With YouTube

            I don't get YouTube with podcasts, the audio RSS Feed does better then the video version, so what's the point of me doing videos on YouTube when Audio ONLY gets a broader range of listens. I know it's your preference whether you guys wanna listen to video and audio but the growth of subscribers has been crazy that's one of the reasons why I've held off leaving but I've come so far on the platform. I know I'm going to get a bit of slack for this but this is just how I feel right now. I know you guys will listen to the podcast wherever you are the most comfortable listening to the podcast, I will never stress it on you. 

              The podcasts are supported no matter what and all the numbers add up. I just find it odd it switched roles one week video does well the other week Audio succeeds more then usual. Just an observation I have made but don't worry I am not going to change anything. Anyways that is all I wanted to say and probably will not bring this up in the future but I will talk to you all on Monday as Kelsie is doing the end of the week updates tomorrow.

Moving Minecraft World To another Server...

         I will be moving my Minecraft server so other people can join but there will be rules such as: 

1) No destroying or modifying the buildings 

2) No asking for OP's 

3) No being disrespectful in the server. 

4) Will have to be a subscriber of the server for a bit so I can trust you. (Reason behind that rule is because my base was destroyed a few times.)

          That is basically the rules and eventually I will put a gaming server once I continue to grow the channel but that will be later on but this won't be for a while and I plan on gaming streams from time to time but it will be an unscheduled stream... So basically I will have my weekly streams on Facebook and YouTube on Saturdays and times vary due to my busy, busy schedule. Notice YouTube Views Are Down Certain Months...

             I know there is certain months that Entertainment Man Podcast loses views. Now before I get into the details this is only on YouTube as Rumble has been doing just fine so far so good at this moment. Now Entertainment Man Podcast has done well between 20 - 40 views per episode on YouTube but noticed there is a few months where it kind of goes dead quiet.January and February the views are down where I get at least 8 - 15 views compare to normally well the last episode really sucked and I dont think I did anything wrong but I think I could of missed the mark on the episode as I went off tangent. However January is a depressing month for a lot of us and I know I usually get the January blues around this time of the year and yeah it's dragged me down or starting to where depression is happening and no clue why I need to be depressed started this year off really, really strong!

           Now Mid June into July views seem to go down and I know it has to do with people going away but I can see more July as people are going away on vacation and people want to be outside so it is truly understandable. I'm not honestly complaining actually. I just find it interesting that those are the times that my podcast seems be down in views. But I cannot compare Rumble yet till I know for sure till Rumble gets to the 1 year mark, but will be an interesting comparison. Anyways that is the blog for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Let's Talk Rumble and YouTube!

                As you know we are split from the different platforms, Entertainment Man Podcast on YouTube since 2022 & The CBOTW Show since towards the end of 2023. I want to talk about both a little bit.

YouTube: It will take quite some time for Entertainment Man Podcast to become monetized on YouTube as you need 500 for memberships and donations which I do not plan on super chats whatsoever but am planning eventually doing memberships as I have ideas for that side of things. However you need 1000 subscribers to get actual ads onto the videos and my podcast is too far from that goal actually. However that's the way YouTube works as a platform. 

Rumble: Rumble which is home to The CBOTW Show which has just begun it's journey on video on Rumble and noticed the views are a lot higher but then again it's different content from Entertainment Man Podcast. However I was told that the views are a lot higher and what I really like is that I can be monetized right away non of what I said above for YouTube so that is most definitely a plus and opportunity knocking for us. 

            I know, I know Entertainment Man Podcast could of also gone exclusive but again there is 50 subscribers on YouTube already. Unless the podcast was kicked off then I'd move it over to Rumble but I have no problem being on two different platforms for each and you never know with the growth of Entertainment Man, I can and know I will reach my goals if I continue on with the podcast and I can tell you I plan on continuing on with the podcast! We Need To Talk About YouTube!

            As you guys know Entertainment Man Podcast is on YouTube and I have made a channel for The CBOTW Show on Rumble to see the amount of views I get on there to compare the numbers between YouTube and Rumble. However that is not the post for today. After Entertainment Man Podcast, that will be the last channel ChrisBOnTheWeb Media will have on YouTube. I know we've been through that song and dance before and things could change between now where The CBOTW Show goes on but 100% sure that Rumble is the plan moving forward. 

           Reason why is I am tired of the ads, I am tired of the stupid trolls I seem to drag in the process. It is just time for me to stop creating content on that platform. Plus the views are way up on Rumble then YouTube and seems to be doing a bit better. Plus the ads on YouTube has become more troublesome for us and I just don't like the ads every couple of minutes. Also with Rumble, I have an opportunity to earn money actually so this is a big opportunity but keeping Entertainment Man Podcast on YouTube and building up The CBOTW Show on Rumble. Still trying to earn money off this website but failing royally with it. However Entertainment Man Podcast will be the last channel CBOTW Media will ever own and it is what it is. However if something ever happened to Rumble then we may end up having to go back to YouTube but we will cross that path if it ever happens but let's hope not. Let's Talk YouTube!

            YouTube has become a pivotal part of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media and The Video Projects Team for almost 18 years now on the history of both group and company. I know I've been asked what's next for us YouTube wise well we don't really know honestly. Probably end up taking another break from the platform again but yet we do not know what the heck is going on yet. We've not reached that point we are happy where we're at this moment. 

           However I've spoken about bringing The CBOTW Show to YouTube as well but it seems to not be a thing not right now as it isn't the right and place for Larry and I to do The CBOTW Show on YouTube as it is not in the cards right now. So nothing is really set in stone at this moment. However I am willing to explore the option for The CBOTW Show or any other podcast down the road but right now I want to focus on Entertainment Man Podcast on both Video and Audio ONLY and The CBOTW Show on Audio ONLY. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Taking Entertainment Man Podcast's YouTube A Notch!

          I have taken Entertainment Man Podcast's YouTube Channel a notch. Meaning taking it to the next level. That is what I wanted to do with it actually. I have actually use a side called https://www.befunky.com and also https://pixabay.com for my graphics. My team and I have been using this site for about a week almost and found it so much better then Paint.Net which was what we were using previously with our graphical projects especially for my Podcasts YouTube thumbnail that you see each and every week. I have put the template of mine on the right hand side so you guys see how we do it.

          Now we also use for the graphical end for the photos adding our own selfies into the graphics to remove the backgrounds for the selfies we used a website called https://www.remove.bg/ which all 3 websites are free to use and really helps with the quality of the banners and we may end up fixing all our banners for ChrisBOnTheWeb alone to look better and look a ton better. This is definitely going to help with the views and the complainers cannot go bashing the thumbnails cause my Community Manager made it and did a fantastic job so haters can hate all they want, this is why there is a block button. Anyways that is the post, thought I'd share this little tidbit of news and already using the new graphics as we speak but I will speak to you all tomorrow for another food review.

Explaning Everything Entertainment Man Podcast!

            There is a ton of things I want to explain with the podcast as 200th episode is looming within a month and a half practically away and changes to the podcast is coming as well but here is what I am thinking:

200th Episode:  As I said it is coming up fast like 10 episodes to go actually and I have toyed with the idea of going live on YouTube and I feel like it wouldn't be worth it as a 1 or 2 people reached out saying they cannot see my videos and I have no changed any settings on my channel so I do not know what is going on but the views are there for me to do it live but I may wait till episode 500 which is quite a long way so I am going to try and do an extended episode of the podcast for you guys and post it on Thursday which is a 2nd time I've done and probably will do a premiere as long as it doesn't cross paths with Larry and I and right now I do not think it will as there is nothing scheduled right now. 

Making The Move To YouTube Fully:  Yes the rumours are true and I am planning to do the bonus episode on YouTube and think it is because people want more out of the podcast on YouTube so it is time to make the move to YouTube (video) for both Thursday's bonus episode of the podcast & regular episode of the podcast on Sundays. This will also be 20 minutes for the Bonus episode which I want to make that move so they equal almost the same amount of time but weekends will be 30 minutes or more. This will all begin as of January 1st, 2024 so right now, this idea is in testing phases and may see at least one more on Thursday on YouTube maybe one more pop up after that but we will see. Anyways that is what is what with the podcast and I will talk to you all tomorrow for the end of the week updates.

YouTube Views Have Been Up and Down!

             YouTube views for me have been up and down lately. Sundays the views have been down lately and not sure why and I mean like 10 - 13. Now I am not complaining but I find it strange that the views have gone down up to a point of last Thursday's episode of the podcast the numbers climbed so maybe it is the content but it could of been the fact it was summer and not everyone wants to be online and enjoy this nice weather. 

             However I have realized a lot of things and gave me ideas for the future and I think and pretty sure I will be moving to both YouTube and AUDIO Only for both regular Sunday episodes and Thursday Bonus episodes. However I am not planning to implement in January 2024. This is just testing phases for the idea. There is one more I want to do and that's the 200th episode which I am still toying with the idea and will address this week at some point of the week. I have two more days to write after this blog and will probably have it finished before the night is up as I am writing this at almost 3 am EDT. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you guys tomorrow.

CBOTW Studios is on Hold!

                          Good Morning!

                   I wanted to let you all know that Chris has made a decision to hold back on the idea of CBOTW Studios. His computer is now 8 years old and it's slower then normal and usual life span he's had with a computer is about 10 - 11 years at the most. He will be keeping his  old computer at some point for just desk work nothing to do with recording a podcast or gaming but the desk work for typing up notes, social media posts and what not. However when he gets his new PC, he plans on streaming on a second channel at some point but whenever he gets that new PC.

                 He apologizes for the hype and now not going through with the channel. He will be serious when he wants to do streams and behind the scenes look in the studio but for right now he is focusing on the one YouTube Channel and when the time comes to expand his horizon he will. He will be doing weekly videos and he's got it on his board and will be leaving it up to Tuesdays and streams on Fridays and Saturdays. That schedule he will be leaving on his whiteboard in the studio.  Nothing wrong with him planning for the future of ChrisBOnTheWeb and he should just not worry about re-uploading old videos unless there is one he needs to re-upload. Yesterday his external hard drive possible died on him so big shoutout to his neighbor for trying to recover it and maybe I'll do a post Saturday if anything was recovered. I will talk to you tomorrow, enjoy the rest of your Wednesday.

CBOTW Studios YouTube Channel Is Returning?

                Yes there has been rumours CBOTW Studios is returning and I dispelled those rumours over the weekend with an Image which you can see to the right side of this post today and also this message: "Preparing for CBOTW Studios #YouTube Channel return on 01.01.2023" and I know I made a cryptic message hinting the return but not what exactly will be on this channel and what to really expect. This is why I am making this exact post to explain what the exact plan is with this new channel and to when you can see content and other amazing things on this channel. However I wanna say this I am super excited and stoked to be returning with this channel and it was long wait for it to return to this channel. I know my computer isn't the best computer in the world till I get the new computer in 2023 hopefully but I am making the best of the situation.

              Now what can you expect on this channel, well you can expect this:

- Live Streams (Which will be sporadic streams till I find the time to have regular schedule for the streams) Will be a variety of gaming streams and just chatting streams, it'll change from time to time.

- Past Streams (I have 2 past streams to post up on the channel that I have waiting in a folder here on my computer and will be the first of few things I do post.)

- Behind The Scenes Look (Behind the scenes look what goes on in the studio and I have some things to post up for you guys first before any new content so I will be posting those before I start anything else.)

- Minecraft: Aftermath (Video my niece and nephew did few months ago that I edited together and posted. Also I will be posted the bloopers that went on with the creation.)

             Streams will not be happening for a while, I have a ton of older content to post and I will let you guys know when the streams start in the New Year. Right now there is a ton of stuff to post up and get this channel growing and I will have more information as we reach towards the end of the year. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Focusing On One YouTube Channel For Right Now!

                Honestly I made a mistake, streaming right now should be a secondary thing at this moment and having a second channel should be a secondary thing. Maybe in the future, I will bring back CBOTW Studios Live and it will become a thing but right now podcasting is the more important thing especially now with the podcast growing which I will talk more about tomorrow on the blog here. 2 channels is a lot to handle and I am pushing ChrisBOnTheWeb a little too soon and this isn't the right time nor place to do it. I know my gut will tell me when the time is right and when it is time to expand things. In the meantime I focus on the podcast, website, blog and the one YouTube Channel.

              Maybe once I get the new computer things could be different for me honestly. That was one of the issues underlying me from streaming is the fact I couldn't stream without the lagging issues. I need to make sure that I have a good streaming computer and it is time to get a new PC and I've talked about it many times, the podcast on here, social media, I've been everywhere with this topic and honestly, I need to wait till I get a better computer and it is a better idea to be honest. I am doing too much at once and I need to slow down my roll a bit. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Changing ChrisBOnTheWeb's YouTube Channel Around.

                Yes, if you have noticed the ChrisBOnTheWeb YouTube channel is gone, deleted. Do not worry, I still have Minecraft: Aftermath on my drive so I have it saved and you never know I may re-release it later if I chose to do a gaming channel all together. But I have a copy of it. Now the reason behind it is I had 9 subscribers and nobody really popped in and the channel was kind of dead meanwhile Entertainment Man Podcast is flourishing in listens and 15 subscribers now which is quite amazing. So I have shifted my focus on Entertainment Man Podcast for right now but this doesn't rule out a future gaming channel and I could re-release the video again down the road but you never know I may undeleted it and just put archives or rebrand the entire channel. If you guys know me well, it will not last long but yet again, I am a very stubborn person and I am open to admitting that. 

              However with YouTube it is hard to grow and it is hard to get an audience and maybe I am just hard on myself perhaps. However I want to stay put with Entertainment Man Podcast for now then if I wanna branch off I can and will. I can keep the channel for streaming only for right now. So any videos, I will just keep up there and starting this weekend, I am going to set sometime to stream for 2 - 3 hours.  However for video wise, nothing really planned. Right now there is only so much I can do but I am leaving the sporadic Tuesday videos in case a behind the scenes look comes afloat to the channel, I will be open to that but right now just the streams. I am kind of taking a step back just a tad. Anyways that is the updates for today, hope you guys enjoyed this and I will talk to you all tomorrow for the end of the week updates.

End of The Week Updates [06-10-2022]

                  Another week has concluded and I have a couple of updates, not too many today. Was a bit of hectic week for me and I was all over the place in work today but anyways here are the updates:

Entertainment Man Podcast: I have had a ton of issues with the main RSS Feed and as you know there was problems and not all platforms were uploaded till the start of the afternoon but I got it all up by 4 pm EST. Yesterday's podcast went off like a hitch, no issues nothing so hopefully this weekend no issues will happen because I will be switching platforms if this happens one more time. Already thinking about it all together for 2023 and leave podcasts.com all together but announcement will come later.

Power Rangers Collab: Today is a great day cause, Power Rangers Collab will be releasing at 1 pm EST, Power Rangers Super Samurai Podcast which will be the 3rd last one for the first half of 2022 and our break for the summer once we complete Megaforce and Super Megaforce. I know I will be taking 2 weeks off from the collab where there will be no work done whatsoever as I need a mental break from it before I start working on the next two seasons and so forth. 

                 That is pretty much the updates, nothing else to report, just working on interviews for the next couple of weeks, content for this weekend and also working on that Minecraft video which is a lot of work and I will hopefully be releasing it next week once I get approval from my nephew on it which it will uploaded to my personal channel hidden from the public which he will only have the link till he approves then I will upload it to CBOTW Studios.
