New Strategy With Keeping Organized

             I have come up with a new schedule and came up with this whole method when it comes to keeping organized with content and getting things done. Now not everything is listed as I do have two other things on my list but this gives you a bit of an idea what my list looks like. It lays out my week and what needs to be done during the week. However I have to make sure to actually be prepared as interviews can pop up at anytime. I after all have 6 of the 7 days available for those. 

           I hope this will be helpful for me to getting me on track to sticking to the schedule as you guys know that I am behind schedule on and off recently. This is why I am now working on getting into a more of a routine and maybe this is actually something that I am missing is a routine. Sometimes I do not even go by a routine and routines are good and to have structure is good. This should help me moving forward and getting things done in a quicker pace. I Did it Again!

            I am not a very organized person recently and I hate going back to my old ways when it comes to these blog and honestly ideas are getting harder and harder each and everyday I sit in my studio at my chair at one of the two computers I own. I feel like I've neglected this blog and feel like this isn't a priority anymore. It is a priority still just everything happening all at once right now. I am just not in the right frame of mind when it comes to all this work 

           Maybe it is time to put a long list of things that I need to do and a list that I need to do daily and during the week. Maybe it is time to utilize my sticky notes and fix this problematic because right now I am reversing all this progress I have done over the last almost month now and just gone backwards in time honestly but it is not late to reverse course and go back to sticking to a schedule. It is never too late for anything honestly but you have to remember to put in the effort in trying to get what is suppose to get done on time so it goes out on time especially when it comes to work. ChrisBOnTheWeb Has Had Some Struggles

            Ever since Friday, ChrisBOnTheWeb has been all over the place. First the blog wasn't posted up till the evening and The CBOTW Show ended up an hour later then usual. That was strikes one and two within a day of this mess happening. Trust me I wasn't happy with the mishap after mishap and I should of done better when it came to posting up the blog and podcast I should of had the alarm going off at 9 am so I can work on both things and make sure things went out in a timely matter.             Now strike 3 was Sunday when I scheduled the blog for 1106 pm EST at night not at 9 am which gives it 3 hours to process to all the platforms and links goes out at 1 pm EDT. normally. I felt at the lowest of my all lows when it came to ChrisBOnTheWeb and I stopped writing this blog midway for the night Sunday evening to go to bed. 

           Now there is a lesson to all of this in the end to check everything online before it goes out and there is a limit to it like 20 minute window before a post goes out so meaning you can only schedule a post on Facebook 20 minutes or longer prior to the post is actually goes up. However this is about the podcast and there is a bigger limit as I need at least 3 hours to prior so it will process and that is what happened on Sunday. Hopefully this week, I will stay on track and bounce back from this and I know I will, just gotta stay positive in the end. Rib Fest Oshawa 2023

            On the weekend, I went to Rib Fest locally and the first time going to the event since before COVID happened. It was a fantastic time with my dad. We enjoyed each others company. We had half a rack of BEEF ribs and yes I put BEEF in caps as it is important to note that we didn't have the pork ribs this time about but still it was really really good. They were as usual juicy and the sauce complimented the entire beef itself. Yeah it had the tough skin but wasn't like a lot of skin to remove but still it was good! 

         Also we had cornbread and this is a southern dish actually so. This is my first time having it and it was really good! I know it falls apart a bit more but still a very good bread. I'd have it again in a heartbeat. Like I said this was a first for me and I am always for trying something new actually. The final part of our dinner which made me crazy full was the cheesy mac and cheese and boy it was a cheesy mac and cheese I ever had in my entire life.They were more then generous with the cheese. I would give the food a 10 out of 10. The event we ran into fellow locals and listened to some Caribbean music which was fantastic. End of The Week Updates [08-18-2023]

            Another week has gone by and it is time for another end of the week updates. Well priorities are all over the place this week and why this blog is late going up on my website but anyways here are the updates:

Entertainment Man Podcast:  This podcast has been the main thing this week, editing it and getting it up for this weekend. Still working on it and struggling to get it up but working long, long hours to actually get it done.

The CBOTW Show:  I have continued to struggle get Power Rangers moving so Larry and I can finish these seasons and move on to other things.

Lack of Staying on Track Today: Well I apologize profusely for the lack of staying on schedule today, the podcast came out before this blog came out and the lack of updates from me. I admit Kelsie has been on me about getting things up and is concerned with my late nights again but I need to improve and keep on schedule moving forward. 

           Not too much for updates this week. Just working away with recording and editing and going to try this weekend and get moving on Power Rangers and have a bit of an easier weekend, no stress, no pressure cause come Tuesday I will be recording the bonus episode of the podcast  and my 500th podcast as a podcaster over the years so exciting stuff coming up. Anyways I am really sorry for a late post, have a good weekend and talk to you all Monday.

Sauter's Inn-- Food Review

             A week ago almost my parents and I went out to dinner Friday night to celebrate their 50th Anniversary which I have mentioned before days ago but this was the first of the two dinners. We ended up going out to Sauter's Inn In Pickering, Ontario which we have been there before prior to the Covid-19 Pandemic in August 2019 if I remember correctly. Anyways I had the Corden Bleu which had cheese and ham in the middle which was fantastic! A lot as it was thick but was juicy and really good the mozzarella cheese was running out of it! I would give it a 10 all day long. Never doubted anything would of changed prior to the pandemic, still the same amazing food as always. 

            Also had a New York Cheesecake which was like airy and very good with Chocolate Sauce dripped around the cake itself, was also amazing and gets a 10 out of me as well. I also liked the change of the paint as before it was dark when you go in there but the new blue/grey paint gives it a lot more light and I love they kept the same lights. They really did some improvements on that. Our server was amazing and big props to her super friendly service when she spoke to us to get our meal order and anything we needed during our visit. Service definitely gets a 10 out 10 as well. That is my review for today, I will most definitely be back in the future and I will speak to you guys tomorrow!

Taking Entertainment Man Podcast's YouTube A Notch!

          I have taken Entertainment Man Podcast's YouTube Channel a notch. Meaning taking it to the next level. That is what I wanted to do with it actually. I have actually use a side called https://www.befunky.com and also https://pixabay.com for my graphics. My team and I have been using this site for about a week almost and found it so much better then Paint.Net which was what we were using previously with our graphical projects especially for my Podcasts YouTube thumbnail that you see each and every week. I have put the template of mine on the right hand side so you guys see how we do it.

          Now we also use for the graphical end for the photos adding our own selfies into the graphics to remove the backgrounds for the selfies we used a website called https://www.remove.bg/ which all 3 websites are free to use and really helps with the quality of the banners and we may end up fixing all our banners for ChrisBOnTheWeb alone to look better and look a ton better. This is definitely going to help with the views and the complainers cannot go bashing the thumbnails cause my Community Manager made it and did a fantastic job so haters can hate all they want, this is why there is a block button. Anyways that is the post, thought I'd share this little tidbit of news and already using the new graphics as we speak but I will speak to you all tomorrow for another food review.

Discord Stages-- Been Speaking On Some!

           I have been speaking on a follower of mine from when I was still on Twitter, Discord server (Keith, big shout to him for having me on) and it has been nothing but an amazing experience actually. The first time I was really, really nervous as I never have done these before in the past but the second time I was really getting into those and I actually did something that I didn't have to do but I wanted to share how I use Word as that was the topic last week that was brought up towards the end of his Stage and I shared one of my notes with my podcast Entertainment Man Podcast which I am always happy to share my experiences and techniques how I do things. 

         That is why I love about being on these being able to speak and share my experiences not just on my podcast but outside any of my podcasts within my network, where I can help people out. I am a very techy kind of person and these stages really are for me as I said I can share my experiences. I enjoy doing these and cannot wait to do them in the future and I try to be in every one of them if I am available and I always try and book myself ahead of time and make sure I do not have interviews so I can attend Keith's amazing event. So big thank you to Keith for having me on and able to speak and cannot wait to share my experiences and knowledge I have in the 37 years I have been on this world.

The Keg-- Prime Rib Review

            My family and I have been celebrating my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and wish I took a picture at the first dinner a week ago but never thought about it. But a week ago today, I went to The Keg and this was my second visit to the Keg actually which was an awesome experience. I had the Prime Rib medium rare with some of these crunchy things which was good along with Garlic Mash Potatoes which was almost good. I really enjoyed their mash potatoes there and should do that here at home at some point as well. 

         It even came with Horse Radish which was hot and I burned my mouth with it actually and I tried it on several bites but then just gave up on it cause it was too hot for my liking and I was always making a funny face every time I dipped my Prime Rib in it, lol! The meat when you cut through it cut like butter and really easy to cut and chew. Anyways my parents got a good chunk of cake and we all got to take a few bites and it had a chocolate cookie crumble at the bottom of it with like a Mocha cake which is like Coffee but it was really good. I give the service 10 out of 10 all day long as the server was really good with us and 10 out of 10 for the meal as it exceeded my expectations once again. Will be back in the future for sure. End of The Week Updates [08-13-2023]

             Another week has come to an end and time for another end of the week update. I have or we have been working hard on a lot of things behind the scenes but here are the updates:

Team Wise/Website: We have a new Community Manager as our previous team member has departed so we welcome Kelsie to the team and she's been on the ball on things and I reveal to you guys what we have been up to behind the scenes.

Discord Server: As you guys know we have a Discord Server and after speaking to Kelsie over this, her and I agreed to do away with the Content Creator Role and brought back VIP to those who I feel. Also Moderators are done for now and I erased it.

The CBOTW Show: I have officially wrapped up editing all of the Power Rangers Movies  and one is being posted today @ 1 pm EDT. I look forward to the feedback with this and apologize for such a long, long delay. Had other projects that had to be finished first but finally got all 3 scheduled. I promise in the future to be more prompt with the release schedule. 

What's Next?: Well I have to record or have recorded this weekend's episode of the podcast, edit all, prepare TikTok's and YouTube Shorts during the week. That will be all today. Tomorrow I will be starting back up on Beast Morpher's where I was suppose to be at the end of July and supposedly done by now.... SMH (Shakes my head!) So that is where I am at this point and made some real progress! I have some other news to share with you next week but for now have a great weekend and talk to you all Monday!

Gaming Updates!

            I know I haven't done a lot of updates lately on the video games but I have a couple of updates: 

Cars for Sale Simulator 2023: As you know I am playing the game more and more as I go on I have progressed well. Minus now I am barely scrapping by paying bill and getting cars for sale but I have made over 100k at one point but now like at 25k which is totally lame at this point.

Minecraft: Now the building is still in process of being built but I have finished the first half of the subway system that has replaced the old aging above ground railway with this new system and it is work in progress. Between the subway system and the building I am moving back and forth between the two but mostly I am working on the building with is quite a journey with this right now. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you all tomorrow for the end of the week updates and boy I have an bunch of great updates as I have made a bit of a good stretch with content and excited for what's next and Monday I will have a Food Review but talk to you all tomorrow!

The CBOTW Show Is Changing Things Up!

            The CBOTW Show is changing things up-- I know I was promoting Full House and eventually I may get to it but this podcast is fairly new and I do not wanna jump too ahead of things right now. I want to focus on Larry and I doing TV Series for right now. I will hop behind the microphone for movie reviews and we have a list of things we can cover and we have listed them as by myself and also with Larry. The main focus is to finish up Power Rangers Podcasts as we are slowly getting to the end of all the seasons but I am planning to pop up for movies soon. I probably will try and record a couple of them next week but right now I have Power Rangers Movies to post so it will be on the side but expect some Horror movies to come up soon. 

        So I will be popping up with movies for now but I am holding off on Full House but am planning to start talking about it soon, just not right at this moment. I am taking a bit of a slower pace relaunching this podcast in the future and I just do not want to push it too hard cause of what happened last time, I do not want it to end up in the same fate of the other time we tried to relaunch this podcast in the past. Trying To Be A Transformation Leader.....

           I know recently, I haven't been the best leader especially a transformational leader too. I have failed to be that leader that will be inspirational and motivate the team. I am so embarrassed to be the leader after yesterday but accused of something that isn't true. Also the entire team a name and wish things on me and my family and attacking the team again isn't going to fly with me whatsoever. I'm letting it go, I have a potential replacement but Kelsie is currently an intern like Jeff is to earn a spot on the team.

              Sometimes you need to just take control and say OK that's enough. Especially like in my boat putting up with the insults and wishes on my family you need to step in and say that enough and make any of the changes you need to make. I have been through toxic people, in the past and have learned from that in the past. Especially with it came to CBOTW (ChrisBOnTheWeb) and not going to let it happen again. I have learned from that in the past and now I can move forward with things. Anyways that is the post for today and I will talk to you all tomorrow!

I've Learned A lot Being a Content Creator

             After the situation with the interview I was suppose to have a guest. I have learned I need to take the time to go over the information that I am given from my guests and actually take a day to go over the information and make a decision whether it is a fit for my podcast or not. I mean I need to also know what is suitable for my podcast and what isn't. I have an issue with always saying yes and also making the decision too soon and too fast. I mean I make a decision right away and not take the time to go over information before making a decision.

           So I have learned to take the time and make a decision when it comes to not just the podcasts but even the blogs, YouTube, TikTok, business decisions regarding ChrisBOnTheWeb as well. So this has become a big learning curve for me and this actually has again opened up my mind on a lot and continue to make changes to my day to day life. That is what I want is even more growth as a creator. That is the post for today, I am going to continue to grow as a blogger, podcaster and creator and I promise to do better but as always I will talk to you all tomorrow.

End of The Week Updates [08-04-2023]

            Another week has gone by and time for an end of the week updates and boy I have a few bunch of updates to give you all:

Entertainment Man Podcast:  After a very busy week, grinding on TikToks and YouTube shorts, the interview, I have wrapped up everything on YouTube for the upcoming interview which I am very excited for you guys to hear. The TikToks and YouTube videos will be out next week Tuesday or Wednesday to get the word out about the episode. Still working on notes for future podcasts that is next on my list right now. 

The CBOTW Show: I know it has been on the back of everyone's mind to when will the Power Rangers Movies we recorded just recently in the last week. Well after I've slightly started to edit but was delayed it will be up a week from now and should give me enough time to edit the episodes and start uploading the Audio ONLY to The CBOTW Show feeds. 

Discord: The server has been pretty quiet since the drama a week ago and just a friendly reminder that drama, disrespect will not be tolerated whatsoever. You will be removed from the community Discord if it continues.

Explaning Everything Entertainment Man Podcast!

            There is a ton of things I want to explain with the podcast as 200th episode is looming within a month and a half practically away and changes to the podcast is coming as well but here is what I am thinking:

200th Episode:  As I said it is coming up fast like 10 episodes to go actually and I have toyed with the idea of going live on YouTube and I feel like it wouldn't be worth it as a 1 or 2 people reached out saying they cannot see my videos and I have no changed any settings on my channel so I do not know what is going on but the views are there for me to do it live but I may wait till episode 500 which is quite a long way so I am going to try and do an extended episode of the podcast for you guys and post it on Thursday which is a 2nd time I've done and probably will do a premiere as long as it doesn't cross paths with Larry and I and right now I do not think it will as there is nothing scheduled right now. 

Making The Move To YouTube Fully:  Yes the rumours are true and I am planning to do the bonus episode on YouTube and think it is because people want more out of the podcast on YouTube so it is time to make the move to YouTube (video) for both Thursday's bonus episode of the podcast & regular episode of the podcast on Sundays. This will also be 20 minutes for the Bonus episode which I want to make that move so they equal almost the same amount of time but weekends will be 30 minutes or more. This will all begin as of January 1st, 2024 so right now, this idea is in testing phases and may see at least one more on Thursday on YouTube maybe one more pop up after that but we will see. Anyways that is what is what with the podcast and I will talk to you all tomorrow for the end of the week updates.

When Will Gaming Blogs Return?

              So I have addressed this on stream as I did an update stream which I deleted and regret ever doing it but as you know I have started a few new projects with Minecraft right now but nothing too interesting right now. I have played other games like The Binding of Isaac Rebirth, Teardown, some GTA5 side stuff but again nothing too exciting to report right now actually. I know the gaming content is lack lustre right now.

             However when something interesting happens then I will post it to the blog but for right now, there is nothing to report at this moment of time. I can say two of the projects consists of a building being created in the middle of nowhere and is used for exploding purposes with my nephew but will take a while for me to build as it is going to be a 15 floor. I can report I am on floor two at this moment and kind of work on it when I want to. I do have some glass wrapped around the floor. Also a subway has been started but has since been abandoned. Anyways that is the reasons why I haven't update and that is the post for today and will talk to you all tomorrow!

YouTube Views Have Been Up and Down!

             YouTube views for me have been up and down lately. Sundays the views have been down lately and not sure why and I mean like 10 - 13. Now I am not complaining but I find it strange that the views have gone down up to a point of last Thursday's episode of the podcast the numbers climbed so maybe it is the content but it could of been the fact it was summer and not everyone wants to be online and enjoy this nice weather. 

             However I have realized a lot of things and gave me ideas for the future and I think and pretty sure I will be moving to both YouTube and AUDIO Only for both regular Sunday episodes and Thursday Bonus episodes. However I am not planning to implement in January 2024. This is just testing phases for the idea. There is one more I want to do and that's the 200th episode which I am still toying with the idea and will address this week at some point of the week. I have two more days to write after this blog and will probably have it finished before the night is up as I am writing this at almost 3 am EDT. Anyways that is the post for today, I will talk to you guys tomorrow.

My Thoughts On Twitter Changes... [Voicing Frustrations]

            I have been a part of Twitter since the mid way through The Video Projects Team under TVProjectsTeam I think the original of TVPTOfficial. Then ChrisBOnTheWeb account which was under EMPOfficial when Entertainment Man Productions existed back then which was the same account "ChrisBOnTheWeb" had up to a week ago almost since leaving the platform. Reason behind that was unknown and I was going to talk about it on a stream back on Sunday last week (a week ago) but I fell ill and I ended up cancelling the stream because of it. The reason is I couldn't see Tweets as there is a limit of tweets you can see per day and same with the amount of Tweets and DM's you can send on the platform too.

           Now the logo has been replaced with X and to be honest I do not think it is fair to people who cannot afford the check mark and what not to have restrictions and I thought this was suppose to be free for everyone and it isn't even that anymore and I just couldn't be on the platform anymore. So my account is gone, deleted. I know a few of you we're not happy with my decision to leave but it is what it is that is my choice for my community but still on Facebook and Instagram, have my Discord server that is what matters to me. Anyways that is the post for today I will talk to you all tomorrow for another post.

Food Review [07-30-2023]

               I got 4 different reviews within one blog.First Alton's. I went there twice within 12 hour span. First time had a French Onion Soup which was fantastic with a Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Bacon which was amazing as well. 10/10 for that meal. This was the night of the Bison's game. Then the next morning, I had pancakes which was a ton of them like 3 in a stack if I remember and was nice and fluffy and really delicious! I of course smothered it in Maple Syrup as I always do with pancakes with an orange juice to start my morning off. of course 10 out of 10 again. Then on our way home as I may have mentioned it previously last week on one of my blogs and I had Pasta Bellagio which was fettuccine with bell peppers and I was able to have it plain and I didn't know that or shrimp or chicken, I didn't know I was able to have it plain but chose Chicken. Also came with that soup I had which was cabbage soup with a polish sausage in it or some kind of sausage in it. I mentioned last week as well but I could of had the chicken one with rice in it for soups if I wanted to but chose it this way. Another 10 out of 10 for that dish.

            Now also on the way we stopped for a cookie and drink and Wendy's and apparently the girl serving us could only do one pot at a time which was really dumb and her attitude was not very good and the comment she gave me a comment about how its gonna be hard to eat the frosty and I already knew that. It wasn't necessary to make a comment honestly. If I knew the location I would of reported her but I do not know New York that well but I understand she was having a bad day but the attitude and comments wasn't necessary. I would give that experience a -5 and if I am ever there I will not go to that location if there is a next time. Don't worry I am not turned off Wendy's up here in Canada, I promise you that.
