Everything About Reality TV Podcast Major Updates

Chris did a post about the podcasts this morning but that was more the status and I got more information from him that I want to share as I know this isn't a Monday but as you guys know I am stepping down from Survivor Recaps as Billy is replacing me. There is a reason behind it as I want the Staff behind the podcast as involved as much as possible.  Chris is still around the podcast and is still very much involved and most involved in the earlier part of the year and the summer but again it depends on the scheduling but this is to clear up any confusion to what the plan moving forward is.  Yes he spoke about Sequester however it will not be in the list as of right now.  Anyways let's start with what platform the shows are on followed by the Hosts but don't worry it won't be a long post:

Video & Audio ONLY (Includes Host of The Podcast):

- Survivor (Hosted By Billy)

- Big Brother (Hosted By Chris, Reality Teas)

- Big Brother Canada (Hosted by Boss Man Chris, Me)

Audio ONLY (Includes The Host of The Podcast):

- Amazing Race US (Hosted By Boss Man Chris, Me)

- Amazing Race Canada (Hosted By Boss Man Chris, Me)

So there is the current list and like I said there is our list and right now, we have kept out ONE show and the reason is we do not have a host for it at this moment and I am not going to say what show at this moment but never know we will explore the option again in the future I'm sure. So for right now there is the updates and Yes he knows he is only hosting one podcast on BOTH Video & Audio ONLY once and the rest is Audio ONLY... LOL! The fact he's not a really big YouTube fan these days but least he can help the team out behind the scenes and play a more of an Executive Producer role. However do not forget he also have Amazing Race and Amazing Race Canada on the list and we just found out that Amazing Race has been renewed for supposedly Season 33 which is on hold but we know right now that was put on hold due to the state of the world. Any changes or adjustments will be brought up on this blog.

Thanks everyone, have a great rest of your evening,

What Will I Do After Everything About Reality TV Podcast Finishes This Season?

First of all getting use to the new version of blogger as they changed the layout and honestly liked the older version but what can you do? Anyways that is besides the point but I was asked what am I going to do between the seasons. First thing I want to say is this is just a hiatus, it is not cancelled. We will be between seasons and until we know the status of shows, we're on a break. I wouldn't even call it a hiatus but more like a break from things really. Well as you know, Larry and I are scheduled for July to record and I have to continue to watch the series and more then likely what I will be doing while I am working on the website today but besides the point.  Watch the series will take a few weeks to watch and finish but even after that start working on Ninja Storm and Dino Thunder for the Fall so I can make sure were on track and even beyond that! What do I mean by this? I also wanna make sure January's podcast is ready and I want to get a bit ahead of myself so I can keep the schedule as it is. I have to also finish the website up and it may take a few weeks more to complete the entire project. So that is another thing is I will be working on the site and watching Power Rangers so I will be multi tasking to get it done. There is a lot of different things I can do but Power Rangers and Website has the priority right now to be finished and I know I will get it done. Also I have to remember it takes a lot of time to watch the show and episodes and I am actually now at Episode # 8 so I am making progress but sure I will make a ton of progress today and so on. Also I can say this as well that I will be once the website is done and working, I will be working on Off Season Podcasts in case I want to do some before the next season starts but again we do not know when shows will be airing again right now but always good to be prepared ahead of time and I know there is episodes that I did I could do on an off Season again but I have to locate it in my archives box where I keep past notes so there's another task for me to do is locate the notes and I already put it on my list of many things to do. There is plenty of different longer tasks and shorter tasks that I can do honestly and keep me busy over the time we're off from the main podcast series.

Yes, I will miss podcasting but don't forget that in July, we will be recording the next Power Rangers Podcast and we're 2 short months away honestly and excited to be sitting down but we do not know if he's going to be coming to the studio as we're still in lockdown and we honestly do not know the outcome yet and they hope to start opening things up but they will not be lifting the social distancing and I think it will be the last thing they do but is OK with me. I got things I can do and plus like I said in an update I have been playing games with my parents on and off, watching TV shows and so forth so I am busy and will continue to be busy. Also now that I have figured out the issues, I think the pages will be done even quicker as we know how to fix the website and will continue to work on it. Work is still being done and with the extra time with Amazing Race now postponed till later this year we have extra time on our hands and we get more time to actually plan and get things rolling with new content and excited for what is next for the podcast. So in my final words is to stay tuned for more content, keep following us on social media for more information and I think this is the best decision to put the podcast on hold after Survivor till we know what is next and we will get through this together.

Woke Up Excited For Today!

I have been up since nearly 4 am this morning even with this Daylight Savings time but I just couldn't sleep anymore. I am just excited to put the podcast up on the platform and yes I said Platform as there is only 1 platform at this time for the podcast. We are starting out on a singular platform, podcasts.com. I am just excited to dive in and talk about Leisure things and nothing Reality TV on this podcast. I just needed this change and this morning I am just excited to post it up it going up and what you guys think of the first episode. Note I did go back to bed for a few hours but up in time to be at my niece and nephew's hockey game but will promise you guys I will definitely do some celebrating for the first episode going up with a favorite beverage of mine. That is a true promise and this is just the start of this podcast and I am excited for the weeks to come as I know the ideas that I have for future weeks coming up so I have a ton new ideas what I can do and what not. For now you guys have to enjoy the current episode. Also you guys will find the podcast on different networks but that is for a later time as right now we are just getting into this new podcast but I can tell you this week I will be working on things to get them on the platforms I mentioned.

In the end I am excited and already getting podcasts put onto the different platforms as we speak and we are working hard to getting them on the platforms we want to put them on. I am starting small all over again and I honestly have done well even on my own without help of people and managed to work well. Yes I will still collab with Larry, he's not done me wrong recently and there is just way too much drama right now and me being a solo is the right thing and I am a lot happier today. I still got 2 moderators on the fan page to help make sure the page is smooth sailing from here. Either way we're still tweaking things around CBOTW and  in time we will be on a good pace. Also I got something in mind for a second podcast and possibly me being a Co-Host on but you will see in a later time. I hope you guys enjoyed this post and I am sorry I am really late but I had my niece and nephew's hockey game which was an interesting game but another story for another time, maybe Thursdays Throwback Thursday Story perhaps.

Recorded My First Episode of The Entertainment Man Podcast!

Yesterday I got to record my very first episode of The Entertainment Man Podcast which I was both nervous and also excited in the same aspect. However, I really enjoyed myself and enjoyed recording and spilling a lot of the secrets why I have this podcast which I said in the podcast I will be slowly revealing things to you guys. However, I do not want to spoil the episode for you guys honestly but you will see what I mean when it is released. However, after this episode that I recorded yesterday, I feel good actually. I feel really good about this episode and I noticed I was laughing a lot more then I have been in the last year. I think that stress I use to have is now gone and I can have fun with podcasting with different podcasts. Anyways, the podcast is coming out Sunday afternoon at 1 pm EST as I made a change in time and it is currently on Podcasts.com and I will be talking about what platforms that I am going to put it on and I rather wait till you guys hear it. I am just excited to post it up and excited for Sunday and wish Sunday would come sooner but patience is a virtue. I honestly cannot get over how excited I sound. Honestly yesterday I was feeling down that Everything About Reality TV Podcast ended but something sparked me and inspired me to record a podcast yesterday.

I am currently editing or have edited the podcast and it is waiting for the next step which is going to be putting up the actual episode. Now I just have to wait the couple of days before it goes up so I can start on other projects which next week, I am going to be starting the next seasons of Power Rangers Podcast. So what I am trying to say I have a lot more time for other projects. I cannot wait for you guys to hear it and please enjoy episode 1. It may not be as long as I wanted but quality over quantity honestly however I wrote this post bright and early this morning I have to finish editing the podcast and have it on standby for the start of next week. I still have to put a schedule together when I record and editing schedule and of course add in the post and this is why I need my whiteboard back on the walls of this studio. Anyways enjoy the episode this weekend and any questions or even ideas for an episode please do let me know! This is the start of a whole new beginning for me and CBOTW and this is just the start!

Everything About Reality TV Podcast Changes and Announcements!

As all you Big Brother Canada Fans know cast release is today which means, Everything About Reality TV is going into full swing on the weekend. Over the next day and a half, Jasmine will be working on the preview podcast notes, then will be recording the podcast and editing towards the end of the week and submitting it to me over the weekend. So when is it going up exactly? It will be up on Sunday @ 4 pm EST. I will explain why the 4 pm EST post up below why we are doing this. We are again adding 3 podcasts this season, 2 Big Brother Canada Recaps split between Jasmine and I and also I will be covering Survivor as well. Now scheduling for the rest of the season and moving forward will be as follows:

Tuesdays: Big Brother Canada 8 Recap @ 4 pm EST (Jasmine)

Thursdays: Survivor: Winner At War Recap @ 4 pm EST (Me, Chris)

Saturdays: Big Brother Canada 8 Recap @ 4 pm EST (To be determined)

There is the scheduling moving forward and I will explain why I am changing the schedule around is because I want to make sure our listeners in Europe and the UK to hear the podcast but I know and realize the episodes do not go anywhere once they go up on the feeds so it is there. I am trying to continue to boost the listenership so it is the decision that I wanted to do. Actually I made these changes without even my team know at all of these changes as it was a split decision and a quick decision mind you. However, change is good and we want to make the changes in order to continue with the success of the podcast. Either way another wild season of Everything About Reality TV Podcast is about to begin. I cannot wait to really dive into this and the most part excited to have Jasmine on board as they are gearing up in the coming days to actually record the Preview. Any questions or concerns you can contact Jasmine or myself @ eartvpod@gmail.com and we will be happy to answer em. This includes if you would like to come on Survivor or Big Brother Canada Recaps please so reach out to us.

Do I Have A Plan For Everything About Reality TV's 5th Anniversary?

Do I Have A Plan For Everything About Reality TV's 5th Anniversary? Well yes we do, however at the moment we are currently trying to figure out right now between now and the end of the summer. We have an idea in the back of our mind honestly and it has been discussed what we have. This is going to be a long discussion and what the plan is and really I do not want to tell you guys, I want you guys to be surprised what we will be doing. Now in the way of recording schedule it will  be done the week before the actual anniversary so we can actually have it edited and posted up for you guys which that I can tell you guys that much information. Now, I am not hiding anything because honestly we are just getting down to the barrel of things with the planning and we have a lot to plan. What really needs to be done well here is what needs to be done:

1) Content; What will we talk about during the episode of the podcast. Need content and I honestly do have a couple of ideas in the back of my mind and that will be discussed over the next several months as we are planning this way ahead of time.

2) Who Will Be Joining Me?; I have a few people in mind and it will truly be an epic episode if things pull through with who I have. I really wanna tell you guys.

3) When?; The question is when do we want to record this podcast? When are the people involved with the podcast available. Now I did mention it would be done the week before the actual podcast goes up which, I know the date which is Thursday, September 24th, 2020, however that is and probably will be the premiere date for Survivor 41 so that does complicate things and it will needs a well needed discussion so that is that question for us indeed.

So right now, I cannot give answers but there is an anniversary plans coming and excited to talk about what we have planned for the podcast but right now we cannot give you guys the who what where when answers as we just started this planning process and we do not even know if there is a Season 41 of Survivor right now as we are currently in the Survivor Winners At War Season but yes I have heard rumors they are planning on 41 and 42 and beyond so with regards to The 5th Anniversary going up it may be tough to give you guys an answer right now. However we will figure it out and when we have answers for the 5th anniversary then we can start telling you the information. Mind you we will not be telling you who is going to be on it as that is a surprise but were excited for the 5th Anniversary.

Power Rangers Podcast Release Schedule!

It is officially here! The release schedule for Power Rangers Collaboration Podcast! As you know, Larry and I recorded a week ago and all week long, I have been editing the first episode at least. I found these episodes in particular long but honestly it was a ton of fun actually. I never thought we would go over an hour but hey we did! Felt good to record and I said to Larry look at my right monitor and the look on his face was priceless and I think it was long coming for us to finally record over an hour but you guys will see what I mean when you hear it in a few hours for the first episode at least. Anyways this is the schedule moving forward:

Today (Sunday, February 23rd, 2020) @ 3 pm EST: Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy Podcast

Sunday, March 1st, 2020 @ 3 pm EST: Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue Podcast

There is the schedule and if there is any changes, I will be sure to let you guys know and I'm sorry if it has taken me a long time to edit as the podcast takes a while to edit as we go through a lot of information with the seasons and thinking if we can to try and only cover the main points as really it was a long episode and around the 30 minute to 1 hour mark and moving forward, I am going to make some changes to the podcast and ask more questions to Larry and try to capture the finer points of episodes as I do not want to bore you guys with an extra long episode. However if you guys would like to see the longer episodes then let us know! I think you guys have indeed enjoyed these episodes and they have done quite well in the way of listeners. We will keep on producing these as long as you want them on our website as you know this is a website exclusive podcast and no reason to put em on it's own separate podcast due to certain reasons I will not mention. However I am rambling and I hope you guys enjoy today's episode as it has been a long coming and we are ready and raring to go with the podcast. Don't worry more information for the next one is coming in the next 2.5 months from now. Until the next post everyone!

History of Everything About Reality TV

As most of you guys know, Everything About Reality TV has been on the air for nearly 5 Years now but I want to get more in depth with the history. Now this all started in January 2015 and I know you are raising an eyebrow to that but let me explain. I experimented with Recapping Reality TV shows which got some good response over the few videos I posted up. So over the few months I started to really think and my thought was hey this really works and let's bring this into a reality. So September 24th, 2015, we recorded our very first episode of the Podcast. We continued on YouTube up to end of June 2016.  We covered Survivor, Amazing Race, Big Brother Canada and Hell's Kitchen during our first 2 seasons of the Podcast which honestly it was only 2 seasons but that's how she got her start in 2015 and never will forget how it all began. Larry left the podcast in January 2016 but came back as a guest on a podcast at the Big Brother Canada Season 4 Finale. As I ended my YouTube career came to where is the podcast going to go now? I decided to take a break from the podcast for a summer hiatus while I rebuilt the website from the ground up. In the fall 2016, we started on Audio ONLY over on Mixcloud then moved over to what we are on to this current day over on Podcasts.com, Stitcher and all the platforms you see the podcast on which is 19 platforms if you guys are wondering!

In November 2019 which was a few months ago, I almost made the decision to stop the podcast and move on to other projects. However thanks to messages and emails from you guys the podcast continues on with it's journey. Also last month, January we had the addition of Jasmine as Producer and Host of Big Brother Canada and Big Brother US Recaps on our podcast so it is exciting indeed but exhausting getting them ready but you know it is worth it in the end. I wanted to go big this year and we are indeed. This is the just the start of things. We have quite the history and in this post I gave you guys some insight on things that you never really knew about in the years you guys knew about and now you guys now see how this all came to be. I hope you guys enjoyed today's post and tomorrow I will be doing a history of The Entertainment Man Talk Show to end this mini series of posts off.

Why Did The Collab Podcast Page Went Away?

As you know the collaboration podcast went away recently and there is a reason as an idea came to me, yes an idea to me and with Steven and I doing that one collaboration which is now part of The CBOTW Show Podcast that is where this idea came to me putting Steven as the Exec Producer as he is going to be running things for the most part and I trust him enough. As you know hes covering Masterchef, Masterchef Junior, Gordon Ramsey's 24 Hours To Hell and Back and Hell's Kitchen and of course the addition of Power Rangers Podcast in the mix, that is one of the reasons I decided to do this endeavor and I think it is a great idea and never know this could be something that I could be doing for many years now, new shows and old even if Everything About Reality TV Podcast stops at anytime, I certainly have something to fall back on and honestly just doing collabs here and there it won't be much to do in the long run and it would be pretty quiet so this is definitely opportunity not just knocking but banging the door right down and I cannot take away this opportunity. So if you understand where I am coming from with this post, this sets things up for me for the future.

So I did all of this for a certain reason but mind you nothing is changing, Power Rangers Podcast is here to stay and we got ton of content on that podcast. One other thing I had some technical issues with the player catching the views as it updates every 7 - 10 days which it never did before and honestly people wasn't listening in honestly so this is where this entire idea for The CBOTW Show came into play. Honestly I think the more platforms that we are on the better we get more listens and fans all together. I have so many more opportunities with the podcasts being on one dedicated feed and I honestly think Steven can do this running the podcast as the Exec Producer as I cannot run two of them so that is why he is named the Executive Producer with me still named as the Founder as I Originally started this podcast 2 years ago almost. I think in the end this is the right decision to make and I am just happier with the plan moving forward and hope this explains a bit why I made this move and I kind of figured Everything About Reality TV won't be around forever as shows will end at some point but yes new shows will come out but least this brand new idea, I have options now and that is what matters.

Power Rangers Podcast Ready To Go!

Due to Chris being unavailable today for unforseen circumstances, I am going to write the post for him as he has quite the team here at CBOTW HQ and around the world too as well. As of yesterday morning, he has officially completed the notes and boy I tell you it is a doosey. I can say he's written 44 pages of notes but Chris and Larry have done that before and I am sure when it comes to the guys recording a week today, they will give you a good long good old podcast. They are known for that and enjoy the longer episodes that they record for you guys. So Larry and Chris are going to be meeting up early in the AM, not like 7 or 8 am but little after 9 am over at his end and going to get going on recording bright and early. The one thing Chris has mentioned to us and the entire team behind Chris B On The Web is minus Larry who doesn't know about this yet but will in time and that is the podcast is under The CBOTW Show after a 2 Year Hiatus from the podcast being active and operating. Chris will be talking to Larry this week about it and that he has placed the podcast under that. However he will explain on Wednesday why the Collab Page went away on the Wednesday post.

The Podcast is a little less then a week away and we're all excited to show you guys what we have been working on in the past several months and on behalf we give our apologies for the lateness of this podcast and as he has said in the past the two of them are planning to bring out 4 more episodes with a total of 6 this year and if all goes well, never know the two boys may do more episodes per year but they try and keep to the twice a year thing if possible. I know Chris is not scheduled to start the next phase which is Power Rangers Time Force and Power Rangers Wild Force this week as he is taking time for himself as he has worked hours and hours night and day on the notes and he is probably the most dedicated person with that podcast ever, both of them are.

The CBOTW Show Is Back After a 2 Year Hiatus!

It has been nearly 2 Years since The CBOTW Show has gone off the air abruptly and after this long hiatus, the podcast is officially is back! It will be a new feed and new start to it however I am currently having issues with the account on Apple so I have to somehow fix that issue tomorrow or Monday at some point when I get a chance. So the podcast now compare to before where we had Last Man Standing, Music City CMT (Which can be found on Everything About Reality TV) and Power Rangers Podcast. However there is one of those that I have listed that is guaranteed to come back however we are adding onto the podcast and here is what you can see on the podcast this year (2020):

Chris (Myself) and Larry:

- Power Rangers Podcast: It'll continue on the Podcast as it did originally when we first started this journey almost 2 years ago and we are proud it is returning to the podcast where it began it's journey.

Steven:

- Gordon Ramsey's 24 Hours To Hell and Back

- Masterchef

- Masterchef Junior

- Hell's Kitchen

There is the list of and as you guys can see Steven is the main person behind this podcast, he has majority of Executive Producer role then I do. I think I am more just a producer at this point as I play a low key part of the podcast but Steven is the man to come to when it comes to the first contact for the podcast and I will be sure to forward the message to him if you guys got a question for the podcast. I did have a thought about having separate emails and that is what we are going to plan on doing moving forward but announcement to come this week for you guys.

Everything About Reality TV & The CBOTW Show Podcasts Schedule

As you know we are just about to go underway with our 13th Season of the Podcast and I can say this: I am very proud of this podcast especially with the rough time it went through with last year we are raring to go. I am giving this season a theme and it is to give back to the fans who have been loyal to the podcast. With saying that as you have seen we have made a post to have super fans like ourselves on our podcast. We will be reaching out to you guys as we get closer and we have gotten a couple of requests to be on the podcast already and I can officially say this, Eric who use to be staff on my other team is on the list to come on the podcast during the season. So please reach out to us. Now as you know I am currently scheduled to host BBCAN8 Recaps and we officially have our schedule for Recaps. It hasn't changed much this year. However as you guys know we have another podcast added, The CBOTW Show which I will talk about on tomorrow's blog post. Without further ado here is our timetable for not only Everything About Reality TV but also The CBOTW Show as well:

Thursdays:  6 pm EST: The CBOTW Show- Gordon Ramsey's 24 Hours To Hell and Back (Steven)

9 pm EST: Everything About Reality TV- Survivor: Winners At War Recap (Chris)

There is the schedule for both Podcasts and we are about to get to our busy and I do have information on BBCAN8 but going to wait to tell you guys eventually. It is too soon to tell you guys Finale dates and we haven't started yet. I can say this, it will be an epic season ahead if us and just excited in general to the upcoming season. One other thing that I am not sure on right now is TAR (Amazing Race US) but once I know, I will be announcing it to you guys when that returns but for right now we have the three things going on and that is what we will be focusing on at the moment however like I have said in the past I will let you guys know when I have more information! Hope you guys are excited for a brand new season as we are excited to produce a new season.

Minor Changes To Everything About Reality TV Podcast

I did not think about changes would be made again once again however I am glad this is done in the Pre-Season, it could of been a lot rougher mid season but however that is now besides the point and I am going to explain everything to what is going on. Yes I realize there has been no blog is 2 days now and one of the reasons is because I slept half the day actually. Well to be honest with you guys I wrote this at 3 in the morning this morning due to the fact I couldn't sleep at all. However as you guys know from the video I posted on Social Media last night, that Jasmine is no longer hosting the Big Brother Canada Season 8 and Big Brother US Season 22 Recaps due to commitment with work which is totally understandable and we discussed things and Jasmine isn't going anywhere as their going to be still involved with Everything About Reality TV Podcast from a Behind The Scenes standpoint. What does this mean? Jasmine will be in charge of things behind the scenes from getting guests on the podcast each week hopefully to letting me know when Reality TV Shows are going to be starting and Season Finales and so on. What does this mean for Big Brother Canada coming up? Well yours truly will be taking on the role on host for this season at least and you never know this could open the doors with the guests we have on this season to possible more permanent Host for Big Brother US 22 in the summer. These were all Jasmine's ideas and I totally agree and this is something we should of done from get go but that's OK. It's a learning curve as this is the first time and we sure have some ideas moving forward.

Anyways that is what is going to happen and I already posed an idea to my team and if we add something I will be sure to announce it here on the blog at some point in very near future for right now we are still currently on Audio ONLY and looks like I will be back doing Big Brother Canada Recaps again this year and looks like Larry and I will be doing a Finale Podcast as well. So some positive things out of but yea I know I was excited to be sharing the podcast with not just myself but other people as well but in a way I still am, Jasmine is still part of the team and involved but just in a different way. The way I think about it is there is a positive outlook to the situation honestly and I am still a very happy Exec Producer and Host. Maybe in a few months time we will find a permanent host for Big Brother Recaps. However this is not the right time and in time we will work on the next step. Right now it is one step at a time and that is what we plan on doing from here on out. I got such a supportive team CBOTW wise, podcast wise as well and they respect any decision that we make moving forward.

Everything About Reality TV (Mistakes I Have Made)

In today's blog post, I want to fess up to some things that I made a mistake on in the last 4 years. I know I cannot dwell in the past but I wanna fess up some of my mistakes I have made. Anyways here is the list and it's not too many mistakes but stuff I have learned from in the past:

1) Sticking to a schedule- That was a problem and a half from the get go which has been on going since we went to Audio ONLY either being an hour or two late or a day or a couple of days late. However recently I managed to stay on the right track and this issue has finally subsided and I am really right into it. Even find myself recording the night before at times but that is OK least I am ahead of schedule that way.

2) Walking Away From Big Brother US Seasons- Honestly I have either not been feeling like doing Big Brother Recaps for the US Seasons or leaving in the middle of the season which I did that for Season 21 and I was a few weeks short of it ending the season so that was a biggest mistake and I paid for it too in the end with losing a couple of subscribers and I understand why.

3) Audio Issues- I have had a few technical issues with the side of the microphone where the microphone went in and out but honestly I think it came down to the levels on the mixer which honestly it has been fixed and sounding a lot better now and getting better each and every episode and it will just get better from here on out.

4)  Doing Too Much All At Once- Covering Survivor, Big Brother, Big Brother Canada, Amazing Race, Amazing Race Canada, Celebrity Big Brother and Music City all at once and it wasn't easy and it was doubtly the cause of my major burnout and another reason I will state below in my closing statement to this post.

Those are the 4 biggest mistakes that I have made but with Jasmine now on board on the podcast, it will definitely help me and I will not feel that entire pressure on me. That is probably the reason I wanted out for the longest time honestly and November I said this was it the 12th season was it but nope CBOTW and Everything About Reality TV is continuing on and the podcast lives on and the road to the 250th Episode which will be recorded this weekend. Anyways I have learned from the mistakes and I shouldn't give up so easily like I did and the longer I am a podcaster, the more I get the experience and don't forget I have been in Online Media for 14 years now.

Kept Questioning Am I Sure of My Decision?

The last few weeks since the end of the 12th Season of Everything About Reality TV if I was sure I really wanted to continue this if that passion for the podcast is still there after 4 years now. Hearing any of the Reality TV Show themes just gives me that strength to continue on and gets me extremely hyped for the next season coming up. Not just the fact this is Season 40 of Survivor but the fact we have a new team member joining us, Jasmine and my goal of bringing a team for this podcast on it has completed what I wanted to accomplished especially after a year of planning this it has come to a full circle and we are close to almost a complete schedule for the podcast. Not only Jasmine will be covering Big Brother Canada but also Big Brother 22 in the States so that is indeed exciting to do and I will not have a repeat of last year where I quit almost at the end of the season. This takes off the pressure off of me and as well helps the podcast grow even more and we are all about growth on this podcast in the end and that is exactly what we are doing with the podcast. So was my decision the right decision? Yes this was the right decision and proud of this decision too.

Where did this come out of? Well when I was at the open auditions for Big Brother Canada and after I was done that is when I looked at my phone to realize that I had pile of emails with the title "Re: Everything About Reality TV" when I got home from Toronto from a very long day with Eric and I did look in the morning that there was some emails too and I told him it was overwhelming response to the "This is my final season" and made me realize this was a mistake ending it on a high note when I believe I found out that IHeartRadio picked us up out of nowhere so we must have an unique podcast that interested them so that is definitely a bonus for us and it isn't easy to get onto IHeartRadio. So to leave the podcast when we are on big time platforms probably not the right time so that definitely has a big impact on the decision but in the end I am doing this for you guys the fans and you guys come first and since the decision was made everything seems to have come into place weeks later so everything is coming together and with 2 weeks till the start of our 13th Season begins we're excited to what is to come on Feb 5th @ 9 pm EST.

Survivor Will Be On For 10 More Years?!

My friend said that he's heard that Survivor which is one of the shows that is covered on Everything About Reality TV will be around for at least another 10 years?! I looked and nothing at all and honestly I need him to show me where he found this information but if this is true this is good news for the podcast for being around for many more years to come. Some how I just cannot find anything so something seems fishy but I will ask Eric he knows where to find the source of the article. However you know I would like to keep this podcast going for many more years to come and honestly as you know I have been feeling down a lot more last year worrying about the future of the podcast and what would I do afterwards but that is all figured out and not to worry about it till the time comes. Honestly this does make me happy to know the show is going to be around longer so this means the podcast will definitely around but again I just do not know what to expect if it will be back but for crying out loud we haven't even start Season 40 yet and we do not know if they will go beyond Season 40 years we just do not know!

It is all about the network if they want to renew it and also of course it is about the viewership if they are getting the views which they have been around the 8 - 10 million views as I did check so I can definitely see it coming back but I just do not want to get too ahead of ourselves right now. The thing we need focus on is Survivor: Winners At War, Big Brother Canada 8 and Amazing Race 32, followed by Big Brother 22 and Amazing Race Canada so we have to focus on now not later and him telling me this did get me excited and at the same time overwhelmed and anything gets me overwhelmed very easily but I will be keeping this in the back of my mind but I am currently focusing on the present and you never know this could happen as the show hasn't really gone dry yet and it's always exciting every single season and it really makes me think hey they are coming up with new and exciting ideas and definitely makes worth watching the show each week that it is. There is a bit of what I have heard but do not know if it's true and if you hear or find the article please put it in the comments below as I want to see something stating this.

Was Excited To Be Recording This Morning!

This morning I took to recording 2 more episodes as I wanna start typing up the Power Rangers Podcast as time is definitely to work on it this weekend and will be taking the time and effort to get it done. I am currently got one day in the back of my mind right now to the Power Rangers Collaboration Podcast when we wanna record and trust me it isn't long from now and we are close to it. However that is not what this post is about, this post is about me recording again this morning which by the time you see this they will have been recorded and ready for the next phase which is the editing phase of this all. Either way we will have a podcast out the next two weeks on a Tuesday @ 9 pm EST but then we shift to Wednesday, February 5th, 2020 when we post up a week in advance to the premiere and sets the ton for our 13th season of the Podcast. Either way we are gearing up for this season and excited to have recorded this morning as we need to keep the ball rolling and that is honestly what we are doing. I know I had a good pace with the collaboration podcast but its again stopped but all I need to do is type.

I am looking forward to hearing what you guys have to say about the upcoming podcasts that are coming out and working on some new ideas constantly to add on to the list of Off Season stuff and things have been evolving constantly and we are not going off the air anytime soon and Yes I know I said that in the past to the point I was gonna cancel the podcast from any newer episodes but hey we're still here and were still on the air. Also Eric and Jasmine have given me ideas that I wanna do so I am planning on going with them this off season and we got a bunch of stuff planned in the next week or so and excited for you guys to hear it and let's just say one of em will include a revisit to a podcast I did a year ago. That is only a hint and you will see when the time is right you will hear it but were at least a week and a half away from it going up. Honestly it feels good to be back in the saddle so to speak and excited the fact I'm recording stuff again and hope you enjoy what is coming out in the weeks coming!

Everything About Reality TV Podcast Has Become Stable Again...

I know over the last 6 months it hasn't been an easy time for me with this podcast and I have contemplated quitting the podcast and moving on with the website and focus on the other 2 podcasts I am involved with but things change very quickly with this podcast as I got some information from one of my former staff from the beginning when I started this media journey back in 2005 (Eric) as I am not afraid to say who it is and he is considered my information source everything "Reality TV" related when it comes to the shows I cover especially. What information did he give me? That they are already casting for 2 of the shows that I cover on the podcast which one of them is Survivor as they have already started casting for Seasons 41 and 42 which means, this podcast ain't going far and to be honest there is a few things that makes this official as 1) They are confirmed to film in Fiji up to season 42 and the fact the resort is booked which you can checkout the link here and it is where it is and they have a pretty good source on everything that comes to Survivor. Also here is the article here for the casting season 41 and 42   So you see what I mean this show isn't going anywhere anytime soon which means "Everything About Reality TV" Podcast isn't going anywhere for now. Now the second show I mentioned is Amazing Race and I do not have a specific link as I have looked it up and nothing but I trust Eric's word that he wouldn't be lying to me but they are already casting Season 33 for the next Season of Amazing Race.

Either way Everything About Reality TV isn't going anywhere at least for the next 1.5 years at the moment and I know back in the spring things were a bit shaky however all of that has changed now and I was at least looking at until Fall 2020 then deciding but I can expect my podcast to be around for another year and a half honestly. It isn't over till it is over and were coming back with even more seasons. I can say officially say now that I am planning on reaching my goal of 15 Seasons of the podcast and beyond would be definitely nice to be running the podcast for 15 amazing seasons and getting close to that point too! I am definitely gotten more pumped up and excited and that passion is definitely back and so ready to go. Anyways that is why I made this post and excited to see what the future brings for this Podcast and I am ready to bring in new seasons. I am planning on a small break in December after the 12th season is complete. Anyways that is my post for today and this podcast has become stable once again and I raring to go with the future of the podcast and we're not done yet!

Everything About Reality TV & Collaboration Podcasts Intro's Re-Done!

As you probably noticed with Everything About Reality TV Podcast for the foremost as you know by the recent podcasts I have completely changed Everything About Reality TV Podcast around in the way of intros. Before it had my voice as part of the intro but now it has Rocky Bones voice as the voice of the podcast before you hear my narly voice on the microphone and I shouldn't really put myself down honestly. However it is a nice change and he volunteered to help and I asked him to do the VO (Voice Over) work for me and honestly it sounds very wicked to be honest. That was only the start of things honestly as that was not the only intro that got the over haul over the last month but the collaboration Podcast also got an overhaul and trust me you will hear it in December when Power Rangers Podcast returns to the airwaves exclusively here on the website. Right now I am going to be keeping quiet what it sounds like as I am the only one plus Rocky that know what it sounds like and I have to play em for Larry this weekend as I forgot to last time he was here visiting.

Change is good and CBOTW is growing and this year has been one hell of a year for us with me being part of PRCB (Punk Rock Cheeseburger). I think the change of the intros was probably the best move for me honestly. It was time for a new voice for the podcast and this way you guys hear me once and lik I said Rocky volunteered it so I guess hes part of CBOTW in a way honestly. He's like our voice over artist I guess so to speak and trust me the collaboration podcast intro you guys will really like when you hear but you have to be patient for at least one more month till Larry and I sit down and get moving on the collaboration which I should have an update by then for you guys so be sure to stay tuned for when that comes out and plus Larry and I have a few surprises for you guys in 2020 as well. :P

Not Sure What Expect For Podcasts In The New Year...

I have been thinking about this and not sure what to expect with come New Year. Why do I say this? I am not sure if Music City will be back for a 3rd season as I am still waiting to hear any news if it will indeed be renewed but waiting on any news on that which could be mid August if we actually hear anything. As for Celebrity Big Brother, the same thing as well and should know by end of this current Big Brother 21 season.  So there is still waiting to do. As for Music City, I really think they wrapped up in the way of story lines, however there is new story lines they can go with, new things can happen on the show, however I understand if they do not renew and I have said this before on a video online that I am forever grateful CMT (Country Music Television Station) down in the states for the opportunity but there is 10 days till they made the season 2 announcement a year ago and hoping that it will happen we will see in that time frame. Now Celebrity Big Brother, my Alumni said, that he doesn't think it will happen, especially with rumors of Big Brother Canada could start in February instead of March but they can always push Celebrity Big Brother into mid January at the most.

However in the end if there is no Celebrity Big Brother or Music City, I am already got some off season podcasts I can post up in the New Year every week or second week before the Big Brother Canada, Survivor 40 and Amazing Race 32 happen. I think I will definitely aim for every 2nd week if you think about it, that would be biweekly when the off season comes out. I have already been thinking about it and I got that really freakin odd feeling that Big Brother Canada Season 8 will be All-Stars as it is now August and no announcement nor the audition page has been updating so I am starting to speculate which means come New Year that is the one of the first two Podcasts that is coming out is an Dream All Star Cast and if things get better between myself and one of my alumni then I will be able to do the podcast with them but if not that means I am on my own technically. However I need to remain positive and remember this will be officially my 13th season on the air within 4 years which is crazy to think but not sure what to expect right now. I think I need to just go with the flow of things, focus on the remainder of this season which is moving at a fast pace for me but that's Ok, then followed by the 12th season which will have Survivor Island of the Idols which indeed will be an interesting season. From there I just will probably figure things out from there on out then.
