Everything About Reality TV Logo Has Been Re-Branded?!

That's right our own podcast, Everything About Reality TV Podcast has officially been re-branded with a brand new and more sleeker looking logo and I really like that we re-branded the logo and honestly it has a sleek look and it really pops out for us. Now there is another reason behind the logo change. As you know the original logo was blue and the CBOTW brand is blue so in a way it really confuses the hell of you guys and myself and my team. So this way we still got majority of the original colors minus the tint of blue is now a more a baby blue color with the letters highlighted in white which like I said really pops it out. So I am excited to put it across all the platforms in the very nearby future and I will get to the date shortly in this post. So there is the reason behind why I decided to change the color scheme a bit with the podcast and honestly I like this color scheme too. Also as you know EAR TV (short for Everything About Reality TV) just celebrated it's 4th anniversary on the air as a podcast which brings me to 2020 will be our 5th year on the Air which is quite an accomplishment honestly so this also honors the 5 years it's been on despite me almost pulling it off the year this year.

I know, I know! Chris, you're rambling on and get to the point! OK the point is I think it was long overdue even with it only being 2 years since the logo change but I have been thinking about it lately and it is definitely time and it fits what I have been thinking for the last couple of days to a week or so ago. I felt like the old logo which is still seen across all the platforms right now is plain meh. So when is the new logo coming out across all the platforms the podcast is currently on? January 1st, 2020 I will be coming in my studio to do the entire changes and should appear on all the platforms within a few hours but I will be checking all platforms the next day and if any update needs to be done I will be getting that fixed soon as possible but we will see when it is done and soon as it is all set then I will be sending out links that all platforms are updated.

Everything About Reality TV Updates! [11-19-2019]

I wanted to take the time to make this announcement post and to give you guys heads up you will now hear a 15 - 30 spot before the intro roles as it normal does and the reason is the podcast is an affiliate and that is all I really want to say but this is a great opportunity and I am sure it will take some time before things pick up. However I can say on the Stitcher side of the platforms that the podcast is with well the views are up which is great and means it is starting to pick up. That isn't the only good thing as you probably noticed Castbox is back and yes I got it back up and it's gaining subscribers pretty quick which is incredible. Also I noticed this a few weeks back but Everything About Reality TV Podcast is also on IHeartRadio which a friend of mine said it is very hard to get on which is true but hey Everything About Reality TV got picked and I am forever grateful for this opportunity. Now back to the 15 - 30 spot, it is hard to explain but you will hear it 2 days from tonight what it is sounds like and I can say it is awesome to add a 15 - 30 second spot promoting Stitcher Premium that I can say. Hopefully that does help explain but like I said you will hear it 2 days from this evening as I will be add it in before the intro.

I am excited to be an affiliate with Stitcher and have the opportunity to promote their product. Going to Stitcher was the best thing I ever did for the podcast 3 years ago and I was there even when they were still growing as a platform and having issues but I stuck by them even when I took a break I still came back and their platform and staff have been nothing but great to me. This also includes TuneIn, ITunes, Player FM, Castbox and all the platforms my podcast as they have been amazing especially when I had a question or concern with my feed they would help me out with the problem so I am forever grateful for the help when I struggle with things.  Either way it has been a very productive journey and it is now no secret as I said in the post 2 days ago that I have decided to continue or move forward with future seasons of the podcast. I cannot wait for you guys to hear this week's episode as I am changing things around and it will sound different for sure and a lot better this week then it has in the past!

Hell's Kitchen Recaps Are Returning To Everything About Reality TV Podcast In 2020!

The title doesn't lie! That is right, Hell's Kitchen Recaps are RETURNING to Everything About Reality TV in 2020. There is a lot of questions being asked and I will answer them all:

1) Are you going to Host and if you aren't who is? No I am not going to host it. As I said on social media late last night I announced I have a new host lined up and he is very excited to announce Steven is going to be the host and trust me he's a super fan of Hell's Kitchen and I have officially signed him on for the next 2 seasons of Hell's Kitchen.

2) Where we can hear this Podcast? Podcast will be on the normal 14 - 15 platforms the podcasts is on Podcasts.com. Stitcher, ITunes, TuneIn, Player FM, Overcast, ListenNotes, Castbox and many more. So what I am trying to say any of the Audio ONLY platforms it will be pretty much.

3) When is it coming? There is no date yet but Steven has told me that it will be sometime in 2020 when it will be coming and the time and place it goes up it will be announced on here and also on Social Media.

4) Will I pop up once and a while? Probably not as I said this is all Steven who is going to be the host and he has the reigns on this show and it is on him what he wants to do but as long he remains professional and entertains everyone in the same way but he's the boss of those recaps. Only thing I do is more behind the scenes stuff with posting it up and to add in the intro and what not.

Either way I am excited for Steven to be starting and we have spoken about it in the past month or 2 but it went on the way side of things for the longest time and I made a decision that it wouldn't be going back however but we are back and excited it will be someone new to the podcast and for the first time I am going to have someone else on the podcast. Now in the way of YouTube, I do not think Everything About Reality TV Podcast will not be back on the YouTube platform anytime soon with the recent ways YouTube has become with subscribers and views being suppressed so I think for the best interest of our Podcast it is better for us to stay off but never know we could make the move in 2020 and I will discuss that with my team. Finally I want to welcome Steven to the team and excited to be working with you in the very nearby future. This is only the start guys there is more to come in the year 2020 with this podcast!

My Thoughts For The Upcoming Big Brother Canada Season 8....

Now that there was a post about BBCAN8, it is starting to make me wonder what the plan is. I have several ideas, thoughts and theories behind the upcoming season next year and this is why I called off the other post I was suppose to do today till tomorrow which you will see what I mean tomorrow. Anyways I wanna talk about this as I am, I mean it has me wondering as there has been speculation on one basic thing that we have been waiting for now 8 seasons. Here is my theories and thoughts:

1) All-Stars: This has been on our mind since the 7th season has now wrapped up and we could be seeing an All-Star season, however would the casting director make an announcement that casting information is coming soon? I mean wouldn't they stay quiet if it indeed been an all stars season cast? Their definitely wouldn't be anything in the way of auditions for an All-Stars as that is mainly them bringing back old cast from the previous 7 seasons so I am not totally certain there will not be an All-Stars yet but never know with Big Brother, Expect, the unexpected. They could be hyping us up for an All-Stars season after all but never know!

2) Big Brother Canada Vs. U.S. with newbies from both the U.S. and Canada- A topic long talked about after season 4 of Big Brother Canada after getting international houseguests in that season. I pretty much am convinced as they are talking about casting calls information is coming soon, like I said I think All-Stars is not in the question but again but you just do not know what they have in stored.

3) Big Brother Canada Vs U.S. With Veterans- I know not every fan is fond of returnees but this could be another option, however what would be the point of auditions or casting information as it was said, that casting information is coming soon so this means there probably be casting so the 2nd one is probably more the probable at this point.

There is my list of 3 ideas that is going through my list as I spent about an hour and a half with Eric and we were talking to get my mind off the recent drama in my life and anything right now is possible with this. I just do not know which way they will go or they will once again have newbies this season. Eric mentioned they could be doing 8 Canadians, 8 American's in the winter and the same in the summer in the U.S So I just do not really can put a finger on it as I do not know what their plan is but right now it is but if it was All-Stars, there would of not been an announcement about casting but it is still early to tell and they could even do an All-Stars season but we will find out in time. What do you guys think? Let me know in the comments below!

Everything About Reality TV Huge Announcement!

The moment is here that you have all been waiting for. The huge announcement I have been holding onto since Thursday last week when my private group found out first as I have a private group to discuss things around the CBOTW Community but anyways to catch you guys up to speed I have made an addition to Everything About Reality TV in the way of covering TV Shows and I already looked into it and this show and it is a Reality TV Show. So with great pleasure it is my honor and privilege to announce the return of Hell's Kitchen Recaps! Now you are going to wonder am I going to host it? The answer to that is no. I have brought on someone new to the podcast to take those over. His name is Billy which you can find him on Twitter @Billy1196 and on Instagram billiams11 He will be the one that will be behind the microphone at his own place and he will be sending it to me to get it finalized and posted up on the Everything About Reality TV Audio ONLY Feed since YouTube screwed us over with that false copyright claims from a company but they took it down which I will address tomorrow's blog. Anyways I am excited for this change and the fact I am slowly stepping back on my role to 3 shows that I am now covering. I plan on getting other hosts down the line too for Big Brother Canada Season 8 and Big Brother US Season 22 and will be open to video applications online for this volunteer position. So Billy is just the start of things for the Everything About Reality TV Podcast crew.

Now I do not know when it will start and right now as there is not a schedule that has been released nor if it will be this fall or in the New Year so It is hard to tell at the moment as it is to be determined and it will be a tough one to answer. Soon as I know when the release date is then I will be doing up the schedule weekly. I do have Survivor: Island of The Idols scheduled at the top of my head so I am ready however few problems occurring the first week as I will not be home that Wednesday for the premiere, I will be at a friends for the premiere and finally of Big Brother US. However got ideas and know my schedule the next season which this will be our 12th season. Yes I said "Our" as Billy is the newest addition to the team. However like I said I am so thrilled to have him on the team and this podcast is constantly changing and this podcast is still in it's prime for it almost hitting 4 years of hard work it was finally time to bring someone new onto the podcast to help out and he is solely on his own with support from me mostly. I am the one adding in the theme but I think he will be the one to edit as well.  However we have to work on details right now and we have some time between now to work out the details. So welcome aboard Billy glad to have you part of this team even if it is a yearly thing for several months either way it is great to have him on board. I know he will do a good job.

Everything About Reality TV Podcast 10th Season Continuing?

I just found out that Amazing Race 31 is ending next week so you are wondering am I just going to continue on with the season right through the summer as I originally planned? I know I announced the schedule already but what I should of done was wait and announce the schedule but as you can tell here on the website it is schedule... So what you are probably going to ask is the summer season going to be a new season from the 10th season? I think that is what the best for the podcast as the current season has now gone on for a very long time now and it is time to just wrap it up and move on to the next season which mind you I will be having no break whatsoever. I will be diving right into the next season so it is sounding like I will be running back to back to back to back seasons from Season 9 into Season 10, then into Season 11, then right into the 12th season in the fall. If I am thinking what I have in the back of my mind is I probably will end up not having a break till near Christmas which will be a well deserved break for this podcaster and you can imagine between all that I will be also working on Power Ranger Podcasts between too so I will still be busy one way or another. So the schedule still as follows for the Summer:

Preview Podcast Schedule:

Sunday, June 23rd, 2019, 9 pm EST: Big Brother 21 Preview Podcast

Wednesday, June 26th, 2019, 9 pm EST: Amazing Race Canada 7 Preview Podcast

Regular Schedule:

Wednesdays, 9 pm EST: Amazing Race Canada 7 Recap

Fridays, 9 pm EST: Big Brother 21 Recap

Like I said in the previous post I will be on holidays at the start of the month and hopefully back a few days before my aunt comes in from Western Canada and I get time to catch up on the podcast and if I have to double up I will. Other then that the rest of the summer I am planning to be here for you guys with the odd day unavailable as I am heading to a cottage for a day so the odd time but for the most part I am here for you guys and planning to work on the other collab too but it will be another hectic summer for me and excited to start this next season... This week has been crazy thus far and I have been either writing notes on casts for the upcoming seasons of Big Brother 21 and Amazing Race Canada 7 so this week has indeed been a test for me to see if I can handle the pressure or not and I think I did a fine job with the prep and recording as well. It is called priorities and I have all week to get those done and ready for you guys to tune into the podcast. This schedule and plans for a 11th season is my final decision from here on out, I promise to not change anything else from here on out.

What Do I Hope To See On Hell's Kitchen 19?

Back in February Hell's Kitchen was renewed and I wanted to say I am excited it is coming back and yes I have tolled the idea of doing recaps on the podcast but that is besides the point as I need to talk to a few of my alum about this idea as it wasn't easy to do those recaps due to the fact it wasn't doing well so that's besides the point but I am ready for it and I actually would like to see an entire new bunch of chefs come in to compete for the the title of Hell's Kitchen and head chef position wherever it will be at. I think seeing full or partial returnees for the last 2 seasons is enough honestly and I am ready for a season with a new crop of chefs this time around. However, unless it is something good I will watch it one way or another. I will never miss a Chef Ramsey show whatsoever and currently watching Masterchef Junior which will be wrapping up next week and Masterchef which just started it's 10th season which is amazing. Anyways back to Hell's Kitchen, definitely would like to see some new faces but we have to wait and see what happens.

Now the next things I would like to address on the blog today is the fact that they are moving out of LA to all the way to Las Vegas which is a huge move and change for the show so I am excited what the new Hell's Kitchen is  going to look like and I am excited to see if Chef Christina winner of Hell's Kitchen 10 will be back as the Sous Chef as Andi hasn't been the sous chef for the last couple of seasons but I am guessing Chef Christina will be back. I am sure he's already asked her and I guess they will be recording around now or have already recorded this season but don't forget they have to cast first unless there are returnees which makes it easier but I am sure between now and mid summer they will be recording the season so it is ready to go for the fall as it happens just after Masterchef US Season 10 so won't be long after when the season ends. However I am very excited for the NEXT season and cannot wait to see what is going to happen next season. But for right now I have Masterchef Junior and Masterchef season 10 to watch and you can tell I am a super fan of these shows.

Big Brother Canada 7 Finale is Tomorrow!

Tomorrow is indeed a big day for not only me but my Alumni, Larry and my Staff member Dave as the 3 of us are having our own Finale party here at the house and even down at the studio. So yesterday, I spent some time after working on the setup for the finale and I setup confetti to come down in the studio portion which I made out of construction paper in small squares and will be an Instagram video of when we pull the string which is hooked up to the cloth that is cradling the confetti right now as it is waiting for the official pull and all of the confetti falling down. I am sure looking forward to pulling the cord in celebration of the season finale. Not for the podcast but one of the Reality TV Shows I am covering. I know I heard rumors who went in the surprise eviction but we will find out tonight for sure who is heading off to Jury. If it is indeed Adam, then I am routing on Dane to win it all come tomorrow night. Yes I know I have one pick left and I got that feeling Larry will win the little deal that him and I have going right now.

Now am I excited? Of course an the fact I get to celebrate the finale with 2 good friends makes it more fun honestly. I am also in fact excited to find out who is going to win it all. It is bitter sweet and this season was an experience and a half from 2 BBCan7 podcasts to being at the premiere and Live Eviction this season and experiencing it first hand in person. It is truly a dream as a super fan but also as a podcaster it is truly a dream and I am humble for the experiences  that I have had this year. Tonight will definitely tell us who is going to be in the final 3 and who is headed to jury. I always thought the BBCAN7 awards was with the final 3 but since there wasn't a triple, I think things were a bit different then it was last year as this year we didn't experience the triple like we have since Seasons 3, 5 & 6. But that's OK, the production know what their doing and just excited for the next 24 hours and find out who is the Season 7 champ.

Getting Excited For Big Brother Canada Season 7!

I had a hard time coming up with a topic for today's blog post then I kind of thought why not talk about something that I am excited that is coming up, which is Big Brother Canada 7 which only weeks away from starting and there is several reasons why I am excited for this season. I really didn't think this season would come so fast as we are close to wrapping up Celebrity Big Brother US, Season 2, it is getting me excited for the 10th season of "Everything About Reality TV" which is a podcast I recap Big Brother Canada on and does well each season and it is exciting I am recording my 10th season right when Big Brother Canada airs too! Another reason I am excited for the show to be returning is the fact I will definitely have the opportunity to go to 1 or 2 evictions during the season with both Dave and Larry as well, we are planning to get tickets for the 3 of us and trust me Larry will love it as this will be his first time going to an eviction. The last part of why I am excited for Big Brother Canada is of course when it comes down to the season finale of the show, both Larry and I get together and he stays over 😒 and the reason why I have the un-amused smiley is cause he wakes me up during the night with his insane snoring but this year we are upping the ante and Dave is coming by for the finale this year and also he will be possibly staying over the night too but depends but he could just stay for the finale but that hasn't been determined which the 3 of us gotta discuss it in about 2 months from now.

Either way I am totally excited for this season and spending some time with friends watching the show, going to evictions for the show and travelling especially into the big city for the evictions. This is a very busy season for me from evictions, to being with friends for episodes, recapping the show, i certainly do not have a lot of time on my hands for a social life as my eyes and ears are on the feeds 17 - 18 hours of the day with sleep, eating as well but it is worth the time here in the studio and I am so eager for this season to start as my worlds are about to collide. This is why I enjoy what I do with the podcast, the interaction with the fans etc! Bring on BBCAN7! Let's Gooooo!

Do I Think Their Will Be A Big Brother US 21?

Well, Do I Think There Will Be A Big Brother US 21? It is hard to say as I have heard from sources and as you know I want to have remember there is liable sources to the answers and I know a few things that I read up: Julie's contract would still have to be renewed or is good with the controversy with her what happened in the summer, I am just not sure. I heard it has been renewed quietly by the source I-ClickTV but I know it can be a reliable source as they actually follow me on Social Media! We will not know until they publicly announce that they are either cancelling the series or they will end up renewing so it is really up in the  air to what will happen and all we really have to do right now is just wait and see but I got some very odd gut feelings and no it's not my flu acting up again and you will see further into today's post. You have to make sure it is a liable source that in fact if the show is cancelled or not.

I have a funny feeling we will know further as we are head into the upcoming season of Celebrity Big Brother US comes and if we do not hear anything throughout the season then I am starting to figure out they will mention it at the 3 week season of Celebrity Big Brother? That could a be a very possible chance of happening! That is what I am kind of thinking as a super fan of the show but never know. Worse comes to worse I am thinking it will definitely will out by the end of the season before Survivor: Edge of Extinction and Big Brother Canada 7 start up so that is what my thoughts are that it will happen hopefully by end of the season.

After analyzing things in this blog, I do think it has a very strong feeling they will be back with the ratings being OK and I thought season 20 was a good season but you are allowed to have your opinion but please keep it civil in the comments. However the concern I am having is Julie the host of Big Brother with the controversy with her husband it is quesitonable but she wants to continue on with Big Brother which is good tho so I know she will be back but if CBS decides to let her go there has been other names brought up, Marissa Jaret Winokur  or Ross Matthew from Celebrity Big Brother could take over. Or the other option is our Arisa Cox from up here north of the border which would be really cool as well. Actually I wouldn't mind any of the 3 on the list to do it but let's not go that far as of yet as we do not know the fate of our favorite Summer time, Reality TV show. Just be patient, when they are ready to announce it they will announce it down the road.

Favorite Survivor Seasons!

I do not think I ever did a post about Survivor talking about my favorite Survivor seasons I have watched on TV and I have a pile on my list of favorite seasons and I cannot list everyone of them but I will try my best to post as many as I can without making this post a text book to read and I promise you guys that too. Also there is no particular order in the episodes hence the reason I didn't list it 1, 2, 3 and so on but anyways here is the list

  • Survivor Pearl Islands- Was one of the second seasons i ever saw and I loved the twist of having the outcasts twist in the game
  • Survivor All-Stars- Only reason this season made the list this was the first season I watched and got right into the TV Show and haven't missed a season since. I have watched every season since!
  • Survivor Cook Island- Penner going at it with Jeff Probst when he was wasting the cannonballs in the challenge.
  •  Survivor Gabon- The fake idol on Randy and him saying all 3 of you kiss my --- Also the fact Bob was oldest winner on Survivor at the time and still is still the oldest winner to this day.
  • Survivor Palau- The first season a tribe is decimated to 1 member and moves to the other tribe, Koror tribe. First time there is no merge either and the first appearance of Exile Island.
  • Survivor Heroes Vs. Villians- Loved this, love the returnees in this season for this 20th season of Survivor on it's 10th year. I would love to see a Heroes Vs. Villians 2 down the road too!
  • Survivor Blood Vs. Water Seasons- Both seasons of Blood Vs. Water from Colton suddenly quitting to the return of Rupert and his wife Laura it was such an interesting season to watch indeed.

There is some of my favorite seasons that I really enjoyed and mind you I have seen some of the seasons before Pearl Islands such as Amazon, Borneo and Australian Outback. I only had 3 seasons from the pre idol era and the rest is more the recent seasons of Survivor season but I hope you guys enjoyed this post as I enjoyed writing it for you guys.

Got To Meet Big Brother Canada 6 Houseguests!

Yesterday, I got to go to Toronto and meet former houseguests from Big Brother Canada, Season 6. Now the train trip was a bit rocky at first we got to the Oshawa Go Station, we were told the train isn't running from here till 10:41 am which really ticked me the heck off. So we were shuttled to Whitby and we got there and we missed the train and I was pissed the heck off at the point I just wanted to go home but was worth all the stress getting there. The bus driver was going to drive us all the way to Union Station if he had to but ended up shuttling us to Pickering to catch the train which we did and we were finally on our way into Toronto. Even my friend Dave called Go Transit all pissed off too. I even threatened to email Go Transit but that never even happened.

We got there and had to walk 20 minutes to where we were meeting the houseguests. We got there we first met Andrew, Olivia, Erica, Maddy and Veronica which they were all nice and very interactive and we got to mingle with them and talk to them. We talked to Erica, Andrew a lot too. We even mentioned the Kars on King here to Andrew and he will definitely check it out if he has the time which is cool. I told him I worked at the event as a volunteer. Anyways we were there for about 2 hours and had a good time. We even got to talk to Trevor one of the Producers of the show so i got an selfie with him too! Pretty incredible experience for me as a super fan and a podcaster which that was brought up once during that. I even pulled out my CBOTW Tags ha-ha! So much for undercover work for this blog post today.  Yes I was under cover but hey may as was promote myself while I'm out and next year I will have fully updated links to everything especially now that collabs are now The CBOTW Show Podcast.

Anyways we had a good time, we were a little cranky in finding a place to eat and the place we originally going to go to we decided to not do it as it was a 20 minute walk from where we were, but after quite a search we found a place to go for lunch and we used the self order screen to order our food which was easier at McCafe at Union Station and if you are wondering what I had it was a Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Multi Grain which was delicious which I had two food reviews for you this week McCafe and Timmies Waffle Breakfast Sandwich which will be coming out at some point during the week when I got time to sit down and do the full review but overall such a fun and exciting day for the both of us!

What Was The Big Brother Canada Live Eviction Like?

I never really talked about this ever and I have been very quiet over it but what is the Big Brother Canada Live Eviction like? It is totally different from watching it on TV. It is like Live television in person. I never realized so many different elements to a TV production it blew my mind how much goes into a TV Show while in a live television studio. Also they had a camera on a arm, like a boom arm on a microphone in a radio station studio but it was cool and they always did a test just before and swung it around. They had the audience coordinator talk to us, give us the ground rules, we couldn't take pictures or have our phones out to be on social media. I understand why, because they do not want to have spoilers out there and there has been moments it's happened and even when I was still here, I found it online which made me really mad to see em spoiling.

Arisa came out and we started it.. There was one eviction my friend Dave and I had to move to the middle and that was when Erica got evicted from the house and we had front. One thing I like about Arisa, she is very interactive with the fans in the studio and social media as well which is amazing and the stories she tells us during in the eviction but you have to go to one to experience it for yourself. The length of the eviction lasts up to 2.5 to 3 hours as they gotta edit the episode for a few hours later and have it up. Also I may as well note this but I have been to the premiere too and it's longer but still a lot of fun. We have breaks between shooting that is when Arisa will interact or the audience coordinator will come back out. Also we get to see live what is going on in the house at the time and the strategy talk that is happening as well. Yes we got to see the person behind Marsha the Moose but SHES A SECRET! Lol. I think I covered everything without giving away too much things but I highly recommend to go out to an eviction it is really a lot of fun and trust me I will be going to an eviction next year again.

My Final Thoughts on Amazing Race Canada 6

It has been over 2 weeks since Amazing Race Canada: Heroes Edition has concluded it's season and in today's blog post I want to briefly talk about it with my thoughts as I have now had 2 weeks to think about it and I want to briefly talk about it in today's Blog. First thing I would like to say is, am I happy with Adam and Courtney winning? Of course I am, just really hoped to see Martina and Phil in the final 3 but it is what it is and I am so glad they went that far and honestly I would like to see them both back in another season of Amazing Race Canada in an All-Star edition or Unfinished Business if we decided to go a similar approach like the states did.  Also would also like to see back Leanne and Mar to come back along with Todd and Anna from this season but this is only my thoughts or opinions.

However I really, really did like this season, the last 3 seasons I actually did enjoy and was excited for the past several seasons and I cannot wait to see if it gets renewed for a 7th season and I will be talking about that in a bit. I was really excited this season for a few reasons. The first point I want to make is both Martina and Phil followed me on Social Media which I got excited and i mean excited, excited! Also I couldn't wait for the next episode to see what happened. This season I was very invested in the season and got right into it compare to previous seasons and I am not sure why but that's OK, was a season I will never forget actually.

Finally do I think they will renew for another season? I think so, I think they will do another season and I cannot wait to see what kind of theme or where they go and I like the mixture between countries outside Canada and actually in Canada so I really like the mix they do in the season. Let's just say our version has a very unique touch to it.

Music City On CMT Renewed For Season 2 (Everything About Reality TV Podcast NEWS)

I just got the news yesterday that Music City on CMT is renewed for a Season 2 which means, more then likely I will be covering it as long as WE get CMT here in Canada as I am not quite sure if the show is carried up here and when it gets closer to the time, maybe they will contact me about covering it again which the answer is a big YES! I will not say no to Music City, I enjoyed covering the show and its a shorter format of Everything About Reality TV as the show is only 30 minutes compare to the hour shows but that's OK, I am happy with the results and the podcast did do very, very well back in the spring in the way of the numbers and I do not usually talk about the numbers and it doesn't really matter how many I get but it is good I do get good views.

This journey as a podcaster has been so incredible and to hear the renewal of Music City puts a smile on my face, knowing that Everything About Reality TV will be around for quite some time  and it isn't going anywhere anytime soon and it is here to stay. Another reason why I want to say yes to covering Music City is the story line that kind of been left off from the end of the season so most definitely I will be covering Music City to find out what is going to happen on the show next! I know it is a hook, I am now hooked on the show and I am glad I am, I really enjoy it and meant it when I said it is a breath of fresh air doing this show as it is different from what I've done.

I am sure they will be in contact with me when the time comes to let me know the time it comes out as they did before but I am one step ahead as I already knew the show was renewed from their social media which told us it was renewed for a season 2 and my first reaction was LETS GOOOO! lol! I am very excited, the smile hasn't left my face since the announcement came and I was fist pumping like crazy as that made me really happy. So I will announce the release schedule for you guys to when it comes out and I will be making sure to make a post for you guys on the timetable. I am sure guessing it will be around the same time it came out as it did this year but never know, it could be an earlier release of the series!

2018 is The Year of Success!

I was reminded by my friend Dave, that I've been on a crazy adventure, from YouTube to the Audio ONLY Podcasts and this has been a dream of mine which has truly become a dream come true and I am doing something I am very passionate about and I can consider myself a super fan of Reality Television as I live and breathe it each and every week especially with me doing recaps several times a week and who'd think it would become very popular. I do got plans for the fall, adding another TV Show to the list of the recaps but that is for later on to add. This year so far has been so successful in the last year and 5 months of the podcast running on Audio ONLY, it is so surreal to watch a podcast become a success, not only the podcast but the blog posts and interviews I have done with people, it's become such a wild and crazy adventure but I love every moment of doing it.

Within a year, I went over double the views I had a year ago and it is just so amazing to watch the growth rapidly and fast. It is overwhelming but in the same way it makes me smile to see the growth but not only that, it's the feedback from you guys the greatest fans I have in the entire world. I appreciate the positive feedback given, I've not had any really negative feedback from you guys. When I said on social media 2018 is going to be the year for me in the way of success, I meant it and I think this year being in our 3rd month of 2018, I think it's been very successful so far as I people are reaching out to me to collaborate with me and other email which I cannot talk about until this is confirmed it is happening but I am excited to see what will happen for the remainder of this year. However please note that there is still plenty of 2018 left and lots of collaborations to come on the list and one interview as well but I am excited to what is to come. I've already been talking to the person about it and in their ear about hopefully Late April into May to record the podcast and get it out to you guys. I don't really know the schedule as of right now, but got a small idea how it will look but hopefully soon I can figure out the scheduling so this way I can bring it out to you guys soon.  Finally I am really proud on how far things have progressed and I am nothing but proud of the accomplishments I have made over the course of the last year and a half since doing everything on my own and I got no regrets doing things on my own with minimal to no help anymore and I am nothing but looking forward to the future.

Will There Be An Amazing Race 31?

I talked about this on the Season 30 finale of The Amazing Race Podcast, but since the season has concluded, I have done some research on this and it is not looking too good for another season, but my thoughts alone, I think their will be another season, as they did not say that Season 30 was the final season so I am guessing there will be a 31st season, plus the ratings were up this season which is great! It is a much improvement, from the last few seasons so that is one positive thing to say about the show I've been watching since the Family edition when I discovered The Amazing Race, from a good friend of mine. Sp I can see them doing another season as long as the network (CBS) wants to renew the series, after all it is up to them if they want to bring it on another season.

Another point I would like make is you would think that they would do a final send off season for the series, they would of announced it if it was going to be cancelled or the series was to wrap up after an amazing run at the series. So this could be open doors or this series could also continue on if the ratings continue to show progress. However we do not know the fate of the series right now as there has been no announcement on it's renewal but I am very optimistic of it returning for a 31st season, especially on a great season where the ratings are went up 47% if I am correct on the statistics. What kind of season would I like to see? Well obviously a Unfinished Business as All Stars was in the 24 and I feel like it is too soon for another All-Stars, however an Unfinished Business Season is quite a possibility if the producers decide to go this way, you never know but I am excited to see what their plans are for a Season 31 of The Amazing Race and I plan on actually covering it if renewed, I will have plans to cover it once again.

Survivor Heroes Vs. Healer Vs Hustlers & Everything About Reality TV Podcast

I really been questioning Survivor Heroes Vs Healers Vs Hustlers and when they will do an double episode, especially since it is near the end of the month to the final weeks of Survivor is on, I thought at this point, they would done one double episode this week or hopefully next week at the most there will be a double episode as clearly the season should be done by mid December. We only have about 4 weeks left not including this week whatsoever. Yes I am playing the numbers game and figuring out the math of the remaining castaways on the show to if it will be a final 2 or a final 3 situation for the finale.

I am wondering when the finale is as they have yet announced anything yet and usually at this point they have a Finale date set so I am for the most part questioning when finale will be taking place. I know my hiatus from recapping episodes till Late February is around the corner with off season podcasts also starting soon. This is the time where stress starts to higher then usual with finishing up podcasts for the Fall Programming for the podcast. I know we are currently at 10 castaways left in the game at this point and at least 5 weeks left they will indeed have to put a double elimination in there within 2 of those 5 weeks left but seems fishy it could be a late finale which would be Dec 20th but we will have to wait and see.

Usually around this time of the year is when the finale date is out there to when it is so I am scratching my head on when it is. Usually we know when season finales are for reality TV shows at this point. I am not worried it comes out when it does, I will be letting you guys know when it is and hopefully have a schedule out for you guys on the Off Season Podcast when it comes out towards the end of the year. I know I sound annoyed, yes a bit, but I am more wondering when the season ends. Time will tell and trust me I cannot wait to see how this season turns out in the end game... I think I will be shocked but not shocked.

My Favorite Seasons of Big Brother Canada & Why!

Today's blog is going to be quite different and this is kind of hard to do as a off season podcast of Everything About Reality TV so I am writing this as a blog post as Big Brother Canada favorite seasons from Season 1 - 5, will update this list as new seasons are on TV, so without further ado, here is my list of my top 5 favorite seasons of Big Brother and why:

5th favorite season: Season 2: The twist of the secret room and the shredding of the letters, secret bum POV it wasn't overall the greatest season but it was indeed a neat twist to have and it has never been done.

4th favorite season: Season 3- Why? this is really the toughest decision, because I loved every season of Big Brother and I am not wanting to be bias of any of the seasons but this is truly the toughest. Now I love that Kevin, loved Pili, Loved Sarah, Zach, Ashleigh, Jordan, all great houseguests, loved the twists, entering the house to nothing! The secret POV, this should of been really really hate to put this at the bottom of my list.

3rd favorite season: Season 4- The twist of having internationals was a fantastic idea! The slop vote was one of my most favorite moments that even made it into season 5 which is the most recent season of Big Brother Canada.

2nd favorite season of Big Brother Canada is Season 1 of Big Brother Canada which most of us know it is the first it was the inaugural Season of the show and we cannot forget Talla's 19199 moment... 😛 Also Topaz's vote mishap which Arisa now says every year at the finale, vote for the one you want to WIN the game.

1st and my most favorite season is Season 5 which is the most recent season of Big Brother, not just because I picked Kevin as a winner, just because it was split of newbies and we saw veterans come back for the first time in Big Brother Canada History and trust me it will not be the end of seeing veterans. Also the moments with Ika not afraid to speak her mind to 5 weeks of safety at the start of the game, backdoor after backdoor.

There is my list, do you agree with it or not, it is OK if you don't agree and honestly I don't agree with my list entirely as it is, it was the hardest list to make on this post but let me know in the comments.
