I Need To Fix My Time Management!

                     Time management is terrible for me. I know I shouldn't complain but I am in the process of actually improving my time management skills. I now have an assistant (Brooke) which her only appearance is on our Discord Server and doesn't want to be in the limelight entirely but it is nice she is part of the Discord Community. She has been helping me a ton behind the scenes and we are getting better with time management, more me then anything but it does take some time for me adjust the schedule. 

            It is so super important that I work on a good time management schedule. Remember what I said on the podcast today? How with being a content creator you have to follow your upload or post schedule? I haven't really been following that to be quite honest. I need to take one thing at a time with the most important. One big issue is putting blogs and podcasts out on time for you guys and I feel down when it's not out on time. Anyways that is how I'm feeling, I will talk to you all tomorrow for another post.

Website is Completed!

              With all the craziness here at ChrisBOnTheWeb Media, we have completed the entire website. It is a lot better and easier to navigate and understand our schedules and what not. A lot of pages have been updated and it is a lot easier. I regret cramming everything together to be quite honest. I like simple and ChrisBOnTheWeb Media isn't simple as their is so much that goes into the day to day operations of the company and how we get everything done and one of the reasons I hired Julia which you guys didn't know as I have been hiding it since October but the cat is out of the bag. However, we have been working like a cohesive unit lately and have worked together as a team. 

           This is why things have been done in a timely manner and we are getting things off our list one by one and remember what I said on the podcast (Entertainment Man), "Teamwork makes the dream work." Something I totally live by and always use this lingo all the time because teamwork does make the team work. We have also found our groove and we are moving very quickly and have been making better "business decisions" which before it hindered our day to day decisions. I have learned so much as the Founder/CEO of this company over the years with lessons and why I have shared it with you guys on my podcast, "Entertainment Man Podcast." Entertainment Man Podcast and The CBOTW Show is here to STAY!

           Both podcasts: "Entertainment Man Podcast" & "The CBOTW Show" is going nowhere anytime soon! We continue to strive to give you quality and good content every day of the week! The views have been doing really good and I appreciate each and every one of you that listen to our shows every week. 3 Shows a week there is a ton of episodes which is a lot of hard work and long hours we work on to give quality good content. 

         That is the main reason why we have made the decision to keep it going as it's the outpouring support that is keeping us on the air each and every week. I am not surprised that you guys want more from each show and we will keep on producing and putting amazing episodes out there. I want to thank you for the continuous support and please keep on supporting our company. As always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

Let's Talk Streaming!

               The only reason, I went back to streaming was to interact with you guys and we've had a lot of laughs over the last couple of weeks and yes I've gotten angry at the trolls and I am not going to let that bother me but I have been making some poor choices in regards of choosing moderators and it isn't anyone's fault but my own. I take all the blame and I am going to tread lightly when it comes to deciding when and who to mod. I need to slow down on it and know when it's time to add someone. 

              Also for the foreseeable future I will be having Subscribers only mode for 5 minutes set so you will have to be subscribed for that long in order to chat. I'm sorry this is happening but it is to prevent the trolls into our chatroom. You will notice when i post in the chat it is now "ChrisBOnTheWeb Media" NOT "Chris "The Entertainment Man." It was a mistake changing all the handles, usernames, display name but I am going to try and get everything back to normal. Anyways that is the post for today and as always I will talk to you all tomorrow!

What's Happening with Our Blog?

                 I know our former COO use to do the blogs every week and there is no COO, just me running all the behind the scenes stuff but with an assistant behind me with everything, she is assuring everything is getting done but you never know what will happen down the road and I have been digging deep on making sure the team works! It has so far! I am very happy with the results of these minor problems. 

              However that doesn't answer the question does it? No. I will try and blog everyday and if not everyday but every 2nd day or try to do 3 blogs a week perhaps but we'll see. I need to get back on the grind to getting posts out for you guys so basically right now I am on my own for the blogs since I cannot keep a COO but that's OK change is good to have and I just need time to readjust to it. Anyways talk to you tomorrow.

Things I Want to Complete this week!

            This is probably going to be a fixture to the blogs every week so you know what I am up to.

- I am going to be working on Ghostwriter again and yes, it's been a long wait to be working on it. This week I hope to finish Season 1 done before Larry will not be available. 

- Will be recording a couple of Entertainment Man Podcasts for you guys as right now I have NO interviews booked at the moment so at this moment, I have a very open schedule for this podcast.

- Website work continues-- Finishing up the events page and fixing up the schedule page which is going to be re-coded. 

- Also work on my notes for my interview eventually with Dr. Shafer which is going to be re-scheduled as well. 

- Will start vlogging throughout the days I am here at home working on things so there is a video for you guys this weekend.  

- Get back to a normal schedule for reels and shorts to replace The CBOTW Show for right now. It will be back soon, don't worry!

            Those are the major things I want to get finished and hopefully I will finish everything up by end of the week as I will be on a editing binge possibly. I will talk to you all tomorrow.

Fiesta Week 2025!

              This week I went to 2 out of the 3 pavilions as I had a bit of a meltdown but least you guys are seeing 2 out of the 3 but here is my review on Fiesta Week 2025:

Polish Pavilion (Wednesday, June 18th, 2025): It is the closer out of the two pavilions near home but been here before and it was delicious. Might of been 2 times actually. However this time I had 5 perogies which had cheese and potato in it. Awesome as long as I have it with sour cream. 10 out of 10 on the Perogies. That wasn't just the only thing I got was a meat on a stick and soon as I pick it up, it fell apart which means it was cooked very well and very, very fresh. I am lost for words how to describe it but was very delicious.

Caribbean Pavilion (Club Carib) (Thursday, June 19th, 2025): One of my favorite evenings every, got to see some Caribbean entertainment, including dances from juniors, intermediate and senior groups for dancing and also the Steel Drums which I love those. I had Chicken Roti which had potatoes, Chicken in a wrap. I found it dry but that was the potatoes as we all know how potatoes are. It was very spicy. It was the curry that was spicy but still really good. Also I had a Jamaican Patty which was also delicious. 

               Those are the two I went to this year. I will most definitely going to the Greek Next year that is a wrap with this week's events till July 1st when I will be down at the lake for Canada, possibly. Anyways I will be going live this afternoon for an update stream both on FB/YouTube.

Getting Back on Track!

             I know we have not had the best track record since last week and I'm personally sorry for the inconvenience but we have had some struggles and also there has been so much happening to us in the last several weeks, we have been feeling somewhat overwhelmed with things. That is why The CBOTW Show has sort of gone missing from our network and The CBOTW Show page is currently down for maintenance and has been down for weeks now.

             With the Discord server completed, I move forward with the podcast for this weekend and there will be shorts/reels back tomorrow. Also working on other podcasts and interviews as well. I have 3 more on my long list of interviews and excited to be interviewing them down the road one of them being Dr. Shafer. Which there is a podcast I want to do talking about double checking your schedule. If I screw something up, it turns into a lesson I want to share and that will be this weekend's episode actually and look forward to talking about this actually. So we're taking it one thing at a time and I am sure we will get it completed. I will talk to you all tomorrow for a review for the Oshawa Fiesta Week 2025 so be on the lookout for that.

Working Around No The CBOTW Show Right Now...

               It has been a tough go for us and we are trying to work around The CBOTW Show being absent and I really would like to see it return again very soon in the nearby future. We have been working around no The CBOTW Show episodes. I have been suggesting more behind the scenes look and what not. I've heard he is planning a lot more behind the scenes during the weeks. We are always looking into new ideas between the podcast. This gives Chris a lot more time to prepare shows and what not. 

               Through the grapevine, Chris is planning to record with Larry a week tomorrow. Which puts a smile on my face that there is going to be movement with shows again.  So there is light at the end of the tunnel and the coming weeks will indeed be interesting for us. At least we are keep you guys busy with content and I am super excited to be a part of this amazing community.

The Intern Blog "Interns Assemble!"

               Hi! My name is Sadie and well, I am the new face around ChrisBOnTheWeb Media. I was part of the tech team originally till I announced my departure from the company but I heard things we're not doing great and I decided to return to the team on a more permanent basis. Right now, I am being trained by boss man himself and I've learned so much in such a short time with the company just under 24 hours back. I do not expect a Staff badge again for a long time and that's OK, I am here to help in any way, shape or form. 

            Would I want to be an eventual Staff of ChrisBOnTheWeb Media? Yes of course! Baby steps first. I understand it will be a while but excited for new beginnings for the company. Hopefully we can continue to strive forward with ChrisBOnTheWeb Media. I apologize for no post but this post will be replacing Chris's today as he's not up to blogging as something is bothering him and I understand he needs space. I will talk to everyone tomorrow for the second Intern Blog.

Thing's I'd like to Complete This week!

            There are a bunch of things, I need to get done this week and obviously I want to share and will make you guys excited what's coming up next for us!

Interview Prep for this week's episode: As Sara probably has said to you guys I have an interview with Dr. Shafer and I was on her show about a month and a half ago and I am so excited for this interview. There is another interview, I'm looking forward to the interview with Gilda at the end of July as well.

Working on the Discord Server: This is a new thing for us as we just returned to Discord since we ended the Facebook Group all together and was our decision to end the Facebook Group due to lack of activity and also drama. 

Website additions: As you know I've been wanting to separate the content schedule from the events and have a very cool idea involving the tables we have been using over the years and will take a bit of work but I think it will most definite look good and we can rotate everything as events pass. 

The CBOTW Show: The CBOTW Show is on the move again and been a couple of weeks since the last recording, maybe even about a month but I want to get back to it even with my open time.

Record a couple of videos: I want to record a couple of videos both for during this week, Second sit down Update Video, including fun little videos, a vlog for next weekend and of course the Motivational Wednesday videos as well. 

             There is my long list and I'm sure I will get them done in a timely matter and will take things one by one and go day by day at this time.  I will talk to you all on Wednesday for another blog post!

Low Lands Food Truck Review

         During the Peony Festival, I was hungry and decided to try Low Lands Food truck Pizza and all I knew it took 20 minutes and really worth it honestly. It was a sour dough crust on it and same kind we use when we make home made. The Pizza was thin crust but I didn't really mind to be quite honest. It was soft and really good. It was 10 inch Pizza and one thing I loved was the way the pepperoni was was in skinny length, I admit it was different and creative way for the Pizza. I would give it a 20 out of 20, forget the 10 out of 10 it exceeded my expectations. I would have this pizza from Low Lands again in the nearby future. Peony Festival 2025

        Last weekend and I know I'm almost a week late but because of everything that has gone on this week and we kind of had a downward spiral but goes to show how strong we are as a community and our dedicated team. Now I represented ChrisBOnTheWeb Media at the Oshawa Peony Festival for 2025 and I was very impressed as they expanded the event a little bit more. Lots to see and do. There is even paint your name on our school bus company that runs here which was awesome and wish I did it myself. Not only kids but even adults we're doing that too so really cool. 

          Of course the main part of the event was the beautiful Peonies. Not all of them were bloomed technically and it was early into the month but last year it was later and we missed the peak of the peonies growing so it was most definitely a hit and miss when it came to this but I enjoyed myself, I had fun and there is one more post today at 1 pm EST. There will be a video explaining everything tonight at 6 pm EST. Be on the lookout for a stream tomorrow as well. Talk to you all this afternoon.

The CBOTW Show Will Return late July!

                      The CBOTW Show will be back late July/August and we had to put a hold on newer episodes for right now. We need to catch up and reupload old episodes and should be about 2 per day Minus Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays as well. Wednesdays will be trying to do motivational Wednesdays once again and today you can expect some of those on a Thursday today between all of this. I hope to hop onto a stream tomorrow to chat and answer all your questions regards to ChrisBOnTheWeb Media and all these crazy changes with hands and URLS.

            The CBOTW Show just needs a bit of a break for now and Bob is right I need to take rest for myself and that is the plan. Gives me time to work on and prepare things but in the meantime I will try and fit in behind the scenes and motivational videos in the meantime while we are going to do some behind the scenes stuff and you never know, we may end up actually or I will actually record something for the channel for Sunday and you guys get a real update a day in the life of Chris. However that is the post. I have two more posts to do so I will either post both tomorrow or one tomorrow and one Saturday but we will see.

Anyone Can Bounce Back!

                Chris and the rest of our team are the definition of bounce back. Anyone can bounce back from the struggles you may be going through. We are a good example as we have struggled to getting podcasts out for you guys and including us and I know there hasn't been posts out on time and we are really trying the best we can getting content out to you guys and we have gone down to the old level we once were at but Chris assures us we will get back into a grind and get things out, 

         That is the power of positivity which is what we are trying to spread with the company and our community as well. It is always great to remain positive and think of the positive outlook at life and that's what we have done as a team. Yeah there has been a ton of drama with our team but we have moved on and continue to strive and I can say despite the continuous issues we have endured but we rise above all of it. I will talk to you Tuesday for another post.

Not Making the best decisions...

          The CBOTW Show is more a TV Show rather then a Podcast. There is just so much going on and just been very concerned so I know this raises a lot of questions what is going to happen with collaborations and as a YouTube Series, we are planning to finish uploading Ghostwriter and may have made a mistake deleting a ton of the of the video versions so I am reuploading those and we will continuing to post the final 2 episodes as a podcast minus the Audio ONLY. 

         However 24 hours later, we reverted back to The CBOTW Show back to it's original origan and The CBOTW Show is back on the schedule but will remain on hiatus till everything is back up and running well and the audio only has been restored back and will be reuploading it to YouTube and the video versions will be up starting tomorrow.

What's Going On?

             As you know some of our social medias and YouTube Channel are incorrect and we will be fixing that over the next month or two and Chris and I admitted changing the url's and links wasn't the best decision and it is a lesson we have learned together as a team. Anyways Chris has an announcement and it will be coming out this afternoon as we are making some changes to our network and company.  

             I can say our website is going to be overhauled yet again and I know it is very frustrating with all these changes but the plan is to finish everything we need to get done. With the extra time we will most likely be able to work on other things. Great things are coming for us! I will chat with you all on Thursday.

The CBOTW Show [Ghostwriter series on Hiatus]

                Well, I have been a bit frustrated with the dislikes and comments about my co-host has really struck a nerve and now episodes being down voted has me thinking it's time to revamp things when it comes to the episodes being done. So we are putting a pause or putting those episodes on hiatus for the time being. It doesn't mean we will not be returning and we would like to in the nearby future but right now, there are some things I need to work on to improve the shows each episode that goes out. 

        Any disrespect towards Larry or myself, we will be blocking/banning from our community and network. We have 0 tolerance for disrespect as we are a clean, positive community in the end and we want to keep it this way. However, that is not the point of this post. We will know more once Larry and I are back together with each other. I will have another conversation with him how we are to improve and fix these episodes and they are indeed getting views especially Audio ONLY but I want to tweak things when we record shows together. That is the post for today, I will talk to you all on Saturday! Sara has something important to tell you guys regards to this blog.

Blog is being tweaked!

                As I said earlier in the week,  we may have to tweak the blog schedule and we are going to. We are going back to a bit of our old schedule. No end of the week updates or weekly updates are NOT coming back that will continue to be a part of our Newsletter and you guys see the pop up every time you enter our website here. So here is the schedule moving forward:

Chris: Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays @ 11 am EST

Sara (Me): Tuesday/Thursdays @ 11 am EST

Saturdays: Random Saturdays- Time TBA  (To be announced) 

              I may step in on the random Saturdays for the blogs from time to time or even Chris could especially if he goes to events so anything really goes so we will always keep Saturdays in there in case we have something we want to share from our adventures. Unsure with Peony Festival This Year.

              My mom hasn't been well and it is more important for me to be with her and take care of her. My family comes first before the company so I am taking time away from the blogs for the most part. I hope you all understand and I hope to get back to events again very soon. So with that, I am not sure on the peony festival this year, locally and it will all depend how she is but as I always say Family comes first. 

            I cannot even give a straight answer for you guys whether I will or not be going but it all depends how she is in 2 days from now. I will announce on the social media feeds if I am going but if not, I will probably not say anything but I cannot promise anything right now. I need to take care of my family first before anything else. Hope you all understand and I promise to make it up to you guys soon.

Surprise Reality TV Related Episode Friday!

                   I never thought, Chris would ever return to Reality TV Podcasts. It's been about 5 years since his last episode and if my memory serves me right he was talking about The Amazing Race or the season that was coming up in the fall perhaps, not 100% sure but it's been almost 5 years and for him to come back really surprised me and the rest of the team. Maybe he felt it was time to even try at least one or two episodes out and see how it works with the current format of The CBOTW Show. 

               What he's recorded was about Survivor 50. What he told me, he was really excited with the  episode and that 5 year break is what he really need. Now it is Audio ONLY for that one but can be found on YouTube under the podcast tab and not quite sure the reason behind it but least you do get a bonus episode this week. I heard he's also going to be recording The Simpsons recaps content and Matilda movie as well today and tomorrow as tomorrow mornings blog, he has an announcement with The CBOTW Show, him and Larry as their on a bit of a hiatus from recording. Unsure what to do for Motivation Wednesdays Anymore

          I am honestly unsure what kind of motivation to give you guys on Wednesdays. I have a bit of a creative block and I will talk more about it more tomorrow and on Sunday and at least I have one for now but trying to get three a week isn’t as easy as you think. However maybe doing them will spark more ideas and already got one more idea already to do so im inspiring myself writing this blog.

          Maybe writing on this blog helps me with the ideas as I’m taking you guys through my creative process and I always ise that term when it comes to the creating content whether it’s on this blog, the podcast or a video on our YouTube channel. Anyways that is the post for today and I will talk to you all on Thursday.

New Week, New Beginnings!

           Today, we sent out our first newsletter to the subscribers and excited to get some feedback from the first ever edition of the newsletter. It's like a new edition of the weekly updates but adding in events, podcasts and much more. It isn't as long as you think and newsletters do not typically need to be very long but depends on what you have to say. However I'm proud of the changes we have made recently to improve ChrisBOnTheWeb Media.

            We also added interactive streams but Chris will not always be live as he has a ton of work to be done  but it is part of our community for our Founder/CEO to interact with you guys much as possible. I feel this is a new era for ChrisBOnTheWeb Media and things are going to be on the up and up from here. Reminder, Boss Man Chris will be doing posts Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We may tweak the schedule for next week if we feel it is not working well for us.
